I wanted to try out a new way to sketch and did it for the body... kinda, but this just looks really good and I don't wanna touch it.

Everyone meet Icarus's sketch lmao.

Yeah he's an avian boy(mids 20s i think i have him). He has fluffy golden blonde hair, buncha freckles, tanned skin, and yes, wears dress-like clothing, don't worry, his clothes design get better, just think of ballet shoes meant for walking, and tights. He's a very shy boy that doesn't speak much unless necessary. He does have a slight stutter. His wings are white with his left wing having the a couple of long feathers closest to his back being black. He does have a defensive side to him, but he's very untrained (his family trying to start a peaceful tribe but it ended with him being taken away as a slave as a bargaining chip before the tribe realized they weren't going to give Icarus back and needed to revolt while sending a rescue team that failed then a bounty hunter that saves him. I'm still considering if he's has his own universe or just set him in Star Wars cause he's based around that).

Uhhh he's not really developed but I wanted to share him anyways.

I'll reread this sometime later cause I'm kinda tired. But OC x COD stuff has brewed with this boy for a while, so don't be surprised if something comes about it.

Also a big apology to those with sensitive eyes and light colors against while backgrounds.

SLL icarus line-up!! I might change the outfits overtime to be more disheveled with each canon death + the injuries but the game hasn't started yet. Starts on the 6th (?) so till then!! basic ass lineup!! you can get this before insta and twt bc im lazy rn. old vs new side by side!

So many of you claim to love ancient shit but can't even acknowledge the actual living culture of the people whose mythology and classics you romanticize. You keep leaving annoying comments about how you just forget Greek people still exist, thinking you're being quirky because you love ancient stuff soooo much that you forgot about the people it came from. You think about it so little you don't even realize that an actual Greek person has to read this shit, making it clear how little you actually care about the culture beyond the romanticized (and westernized) mythology. Don't claim you love Greece, don't use our mythology anymore if you can't acknowledge that we're still around without making it about how little you think about us. It's mind boggling that you'd think a Greek person would read this and think you're anything but obnoxious. Explode.

Dear GOD did I go I bit crazy on the lighting, but I think it came out very nicely.

I though it was time I should post something more backstory related about some of my characters, and I was listening to this song about a week ago and the gears started turning in my head and then I started mischievously laughing and rubbing my hands together. I love Cyperus and Cygnus sm and their dynamic with each other. I haven’t seen anyone else do something like twin big wings and I think that it has so much potential.

Anyways, if you have any questions about them or any of the other crew mates about backstory’s, or just in general, I would be happy to answer them!

trying… other brushes, I'm not good at making comics but I tried hard to make it understandable, I thought about putting dialogues in it but it's self-explanatory or so I think. I didn't know how to draw it but the skykid in white lets go of his hand and abandons him on purpose.
