You know, Angel, I think you'd enjoy A Game for Good Christians. It's like Cards Against Humanity, but it's all from the Bible. So someone could put down a card saying, "What do good Christians wait until marriage for?" and you'd have to choose a card to give a funny reply, such as "A fiery bush" or "Going down to the nut orchard" or "Pulling out of your sister‐in-law". And the cards all have Bible verses so you can see exactly where they come from. I haven't played it myself, but I think it looks cool!

Costco Trip- Wedding Planner AU drabble

I got this idea...barely 12 hours ago when Sasha on this week's Pit Stop said that she shops at bulk stores now. So I got the idea of her being a Costco fan, and then came this drabble!

Sasha loved Sunday mornings, especially after her youngest daughter was born. As her wife and teenage daughter slept in, she happily spent time taking care of Delia.

Sometimes they would have a cozy morning together at home, staying in their pajamas until noon. When the weather was nice, Sasha put her in the stroller and walked to the neighborhood park. 

But Sasha’s favorite way to spend a Sunday morning was taking Delia out shopping. Delia loved going to Target, seeing the bright red cement balls outside made her smile. Sasha put apple juice in her bottle, then treated herself to an over-priced coffee at Starbucks and browsed through the aisles together.

As Sasha pulled up to the parking lot of Target, she noticed very few cars parked outside. On the front doors, she read a sign with bold lettering.

Sasha sighed, “Well, Dee, it looks like we’re not going shopping today,” she said as she looked in the rearview mirror to the backseat. As she pulled away from the store, Delia’s bottom lip quivered as she reached her small arms toward the red balls, but the window stopped her. 

“I know, sweetie,” Sasha said sympathetically as she drove down the road. She played the pre-set kid’s radio station on the car speakers to help Delia get in a better mood. As she sang along to Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride, a large sign up the road caught her eye. 

“How about we make a little trip to Costco?” Sasha asked as she turned into the parking lot Delia gave a curious look at the large, strange building. 

Turns out, Delia loved going through Costco. This store was busier than Target usually was at this hour. Delia stared at the other shoppers in wonder, as Sasha encouraged her to wave in greeting. 

As Sasha filled the cart with the essentials they needed at home, Delia reached out to try to touch and grab everything she could. Sasha had to apologize when her daughter grabbed an employee’s radio wire. 

“I’m so sorry, she’s in a grabby stage right now,” she explained as the employee kindly forgave them. 

Sasha shared some of the free samples with Delia as well, making sure the food was small enough for her to safely eat. She wiped the strawberry apple sauce from Delia’s face with a wipe from the diaper bag, before tickling Delia’s sides to make her laugh. 

After getting through the checkout line, Sasha pushed the cart to the food court area and found an empty table to claim. She unbuckled Delia from the baby seat of the cart and balanced her on her hip as she waited in line to order. 

Normally, as a good, responsible parent, she would order a healthy option for them to share. However the cashier informed her that they were out of the berry smoothies, so she had to pick something else.

“It’s never too early for ice cream, right?” she asked her daughter, before ordering a small cup of vanilla soft serve. 

“I’m glad you can’t talk yet,” Sasha said as they walked out of the store and toward the car. “If Mommy found out that I let you have ice cream before noon, we would never get to go shopping alone again!” she exclaimed as she unlocked the car, Delia giggling and clapping as she watched her mother load the car. 

Sasha buckled Delia into her car seat, reaching over to pass her a neglected toy to keep her busy. “Hope we can go to Target again next week, but this was fun for both of us,” Sasha said before she was about to shut the car door, but heard Delia start to make a noise. 

“Cah-cah,” she tried to say, and Sasha tilted her head in confusion. Delia just turned one year old a couple of weeks before, but still hadn’t said her first word yet. 

“What are you trying to say, pumpkin?” Sasha asked, waiting patiently. 

“Cah-cah,” Delia started again, trying to get the full word out. “Cah-Cahsto! Costo!” she said as she clapped.

“Are you trying to say Costco?” Sasha laughed with her daughter. “Your first word is Costco, I can’t believe it.”

Sasha got back into the driver's seat and drove to the exit to get back on the main road. She watched Delia in the backseat wave at the store as they left. 

“I guess we’re going to Costco on our Sunday morning outings, huh?”

There are an awful lot of games I would love to be able to make a customized expansion for (for just myself) and wish game companies would occasionally offer an option for me to do just that and submit the cards/pieces I need and have them printed up the right size all nice and glossy to mix into my games.

I don't need them to be playable with other people or officially licensed. But I would pay them a fee to have them added and printed so they match nice with my larger game.

For example: a friend of mine has a game where you play different characters from your hand to ship them with each other and make an argument why it works. But both of us are pretty lost on who like 75% of the characters are, so it's not any fun to play. But if we could add/make cards for characters our circle does know, it would be way more fun to play our custom version.

Or in several of my character-creating type games, being able to add my own character moments or things to maybe skew them a little further from the typical quest story would be excellent. I can keep the original cards, but add my own to give myself a different mix of events to play with. I don't want the expansions licensed with fictional universes. I just want some more variety.

Just. Let me make my own expansions. Don't just give me like, five cards I can write on and add. Let me design them in a little system and get them mailed to me.

I will pay to be able to play your game more.

But I mean, I made an entire like 500-card CAH set for the online emulator for Yuri!!! On ICE back in the day, so like, I would probably do this more than like 99% of people.

Just. I want my own cards. For the games other people designed and play tested. It's fine if I pay them to print my own cards for their games. Their games are great. But.

Fig is frail and long-limbed, blending in with the desiccated trees of the deepwoods, her bones pushing up under her skin in weird angles and visibly shifting with each motion. Regardless, she doesn't seem to mind and spends most of her time decorating the woods with amulets, trinkets, bones, and tallow candles. Strangers that come across her path may find themselves gifted ancient coins, but it's not recommended to take them outside of the woods.

Avocado ( pronounced like the meme, A-voh-cah-doo - the roost dragons all have meme names for IC reasons ) is a gnashy thrashy amphithere that loves nothing more than to screech at the top of her lungs and make every interest or dislike more than obvious to everyone around her. She has no qualms with picking fights over the smallest of things and revels in people's frustration at times. Turek often has to nest near her to calm her down in the evenings, and as such can often be found nested in her mane to act as the 'voice' of reason, as much as she often just ignores him.

rayman, lio, galo!

Rayman

First Impression: I can’t remember too much regarding when I first played the second game and Origins as a kid. I do know that I always thought the character was neat to where I’d draw him.

Impression now: I have been inflicted with the Rayman autism and cannot stop. Funny little guy that makes me happy. Has genuinely been a good distraction from irl stuff in the same way a plushie is.

Favorite moment: CAH I think his gibberish voice in Rayman 2 is adorable. Specifically thinking of the scene when he yells stop at the teensies.

Idea for a story: Hmmm that’s kinda hard to think of regarding him as the lore for the series can be inconsistent at times (see Origins being a soft reboot for example). Maybe it’d be nice for Mr. Dark to be brought back in a 3D game for him to go up against?

Unpopular opinion: Not really into the Ramon take on him, but I’ve already discussed that as an issue of pacing and feeling out of left field. For the main series, it’d probably be the take that Rayman is a jerk after Rayman 2 which I think got worse from Laserhawk getting popular. It’s nowhere Mario is Evil levels of spread, but common enough to where you still see fanart of people acting like the character is jealous and bitter for not having a new game.

Favorite relationship: I like his friendship with Globox and Ly. Wish Ly wasn’t only in the sequel and some of the GBA games though. I don’t really care too much about seeing the character in romantic relationships, so no comment on that front. IK some staff like him and Ly together, but I don’t remember getting that impression as a kid.

Favorite headcanon: He babysits the Baby Globox kids going off the fact he is shown picnicking with them and also the UNICEF ads have him step in to help them out. Kinda hard to though cause of the uh… amount of them.

Lio Fotia

First impression: Thought he had a cool design. Reminded me of stuff like Black Rock Shooter when I saw it.

Impression now: Comfort character of all time. Have cosplayed him multiple times and learned to mimic anime art specifically so I could improve my art of him.

Favorite moment: Kakusei scene. The animation and screaming are amazing, letting you know how much devastation he feels.

Idea for a story: We need more fanfics with actual mechs in them, you cowards. Also comic rewrite of the plot fixing it.

Unpopular opinion: Any time I say I don’t like people misinterpret him as being a brat or abusive, I get several people agreeing with me, only to see said people write him as such in their comics or fics, so that I guess.

Favorite relationship: Galo & Lio obvs.

Favorite headcanon: Autistic obvs. Also that he stims via clothing pressure.

Galo Thymos

First impression: I surely mentioned this before, but before seeing the film, I thought he had a hockey thing going on at first when I saw him cause the one orange hook reminded me of a stick and the whole ice weaponry.

Impression now: Autism man who no one understands. Need to draw him again.

Favorite moment: Him punching Kray and kissing his boyfriend immediately after was very fun. :)

Idea for a story: Let the boy keep his mecha.

Unpopular opinion: Apparently people think that he’s as bad as Kray or Freeze Force despite him opposing both, the latter of which he did to defend the pizzeria employee. Also, the way people act like ‘he’s so stupid that he doesn’t know what discrimination or Hard Topics are’ despite him clearly knowing all because he isn’t some 500+ IQ genius and his co-workers call him an idiot for being impulsive during rescues.

Favorite relationship: Galo and Lio.

Favorite headcanon: In my head, he is fat cause I can’t draw his actual body.

locking in with omad because i can't stop overeating, my intake was over 1000cals 6 out of 7 days, and the 1 other day was in the 900cal range... yesterday i properly binged and i had shooting pains, couldn't breathe out my throat at one point, and was hurling for about 30 mins. can't even remember what i ate but the pain were near traumatic. i downed a lot of liquid between eating, i think that made it 10× worse, i thought i was having some sort of organ failure at one point... that shits so scary. so now i'm locking in. 400cal to ease myself back into lower cal intake. most of my veg and dipping sauce is left so i'm gonna save it to eat after running some floors (up the stairs lol) and just snack on it. i've already planned ahead, if i want to eat i'll eat my salad if i still have some, and if not i'll have a small amount of strawberries and my dads leftover coffee for an iced latte, might 50/50 water and milk to lower the cals. freezing the coffee in ice lolly moulds since my mum protective of the actual ice moulds lmaoo

also bad news, i didn't get a haircut (slept through the appointment, asked if she had more time for me after nan and mum, they didn't let me know till 20 minutes later and by then i felt really sick and had been crying) which means i can't get it cut for ages, and my fringe is already too long. i have no fucking clue what to do and i have events i need nice hair for in the next few weeks. might just figure where dads hair stuff is and trim my fringe myself if it gets much longer... but then i won't be able to go to that hairdresser again aghhh sobbing whys stuff so difficult.

p.s. if you plan on eating sweetheart lettuce, raw/as is, please get a dip cah that shit is pure rabbit food... can be a good thing when with other foods but whew that's disgusting, too much. son't make the mistake i did

i felt so sick, and yet i kept stuffing my face... i wouldn't say it was a binge as i think i was in control of my actions most of that time ? plus thats pretty low for a binge. anyway it felt like a compulsion except i had control over whether i did it or not yk, but physical symptoms were basically me feeling sick, both a bad stomach and food surfacing bc it wouldn't fit in my stomach. i wouldn't have been half as bad if mum didn't come home with bbq hula hoops right next to me, setting off my cravings for both the food and the texture... id already been trying all day to satify my cravings for dry crunchy food (had it for days) and i just had,, then she bought it right back within 2 hour. ooking back, those calories would likely be halfed if just ate the crisps, but mum said i couldn't have them. said i don't know when to stop (ffs she's right) and that means there'd be nothing left for everyone else. atp should i just milk it and see if i can see someone about my eating habits, mums already concerned about my bad habits, that way me tracking food and eventually losing weight won't look suspicious at all. idek if they do doctors for that though, ain't no dieticians or anything in this little shitty town and i doubt theres similar jobs
