Like, I feel less motivated, happy, and energized now because studying is taking it all up. Like I now sleep around 21:00 - 21:30 and its so frustrating because I want to draw, I want to do spells, I want to develop games, I want to play games, I want to exercise my back so it would stop hurting.

I feel like I'm just alive, not living. :,(

IB problems

It has been about 8 weeks of IB and I am already sick of it. ‘We don't want to take your free time or your hobbies away from you’ is what all the teachers say. However there is little truth behind this statement from my perspective. I have been bombarded with homework for weeks now and the days don't seem to be long enough. Simply to do all of my homework I am up until 22:00 which leaves me with no free time. How on earth do they expect us to do studying AFTER that and have ‘non teaching time’ to have some fun. I have just had 2 weeks of october break and about 8 hours of school already had me wishing I were back on vacation. Can anyone relate?

Atleast I sound smart!

One thing i've learnt from taking the IB is that it actually kind of makes you sound a teensy bit smart.

I was sitting in my TOK class, talking about History when I realized how MUCH the kids in my class say the words "To what extent".

Okay 1.5 years ago those words meant NOTHING to us, but now... they hold a godlike power to shut people up.

Whenever in TOK class, someone challenges what you say- you can always counter them by simply asking them "To what extent... blablabla" and well that'll shut them up. 

So it does kind of make you sound smart, that's one good.
