You and Ronin have always been a chaotic duo, even before you entered a romantic relationship. The chaos he brought into you life was something you could give back to him with a similar energy. Every time he shared his new kill you would react with a bunch of emotes and send a chaotic message like 'Yes bro you've got'em!"

Whenever you were in chat with the other server members Angel would refer to you as "a little less bad shit crazy Ronin" and you wore that title like a batch of honour.

If one of you was somewhere the other followed, it was mostly you walking around Ronin like a good ol' dog. It escalated when the two of you started dating. Ronin is at work? You're there too just to sit in the workshop and pass him some tools. You're in voice call? He joins and keeps your attention on him. Sometimes the server found it annoying, but neither of you gave a damn about that. You just wanted each others company.

You followed Ronin even for his kills, and you would play mind games with the victims, you were almost as fucked up as your boyfriend after all. And how would Ronin react for your little games with his victims? Well, in his original way. "Oh, I'm so fucking proud to have you as my boyfriend." "You really went all out babe, never thought you had it in you, heh." Yeah, he's a proud boyfriend and praises you for fucking with people's minds.

Whenever you may experience a bad dysphoria day Ronin is there for you, he knows how it feels so it's only natural for him to show his support. He will reassure you about how handsome you are, and how perfect your grotesqueness is. "If you want we can destroy something, just say the word and my crowbar is ready." He whispers while the two of you lay on the floor and he rubs the back of your hand.

Ronin isn't a person to show a lot of emotions, but when the two of you have a dysphoric day at the same time, he will cuddle up with you and both of you will whisper reassuring things to each other.

You're definitely a sappy lover, you brag about Ronin on the server, talk mostly to him, suck up to him like you're glued to him. You will kiss him and cuddle up to him a lot. And he will enjoy the contact because he's just so touch starved.

At this point you two could rival with Luca and Feli for the title of the most disgustingly sickly sappy relationship on the server, you and Luca especially take that fight very seriously. "No, Feli is the bets partner dude. She's just so pretty and great, You and Ronin don't compare to us." "Nah, Ronin and I are so much better, at least we didn't need help to break our talking stage." You and Luca argue in the vc while Feli tries to fight the embarrassment and Ronin is amused by this situation.

You were sitting on the cold ground in the workshop Ronin works in. You were curled up in his hoodie. Some times you would move to give him a tool. You enjoyed this time with him, he was working and humming a song while you were scrolling through your phone or sometimes demand kisses in exchange for a tool.

"You're just so eager for my touch, aren't you?" He titled his head to the side and chuckled. Ronin crouched and caught your lips in a soft and quick kiss. "Happy?" He asked with a smirk.

"Yeah, drop that shit-grin you loser." You replied and passed him the tool.

You were standing in the shadows of purgetory, Ronin just killed a guy. His whole hands were covered in blood, which was splattered everywhere. He turned to look at you and there was that wicked glint in his eye.

"Do you like the view darlin'?" He asked and approached you.

"Yeah, you're amazing when you end those fuckers." You moved your thumb along his cheek to wipe the blood from there.

"Aw, and you're such a good supporter baby." He kissed you on the forehead. "Let's get the fuck outta here." You took his hand and the two of you left the scene.

Ronin looked at you as you were walking alongside him and yapping about your day, he smirked. You were just so talkative, your mouth never shut up, but he liked it. "Are you even listening to me?" You asked and he shrugged.

"Yeah, it's hard not to listen when you're talking all the time." He smirked.

"Wow Ronin, you're so nice." You rolled you eyes and continued talking like nothing happened.

In Search of Supernatural Fans from the Early Years

Hi! I’m looking for the legends who originally recorded old Supernatural convention panels featuring Jared or Jensen, or possibly Misha. See "What I'm Looking For" below. If you know one of them, or if you're a member of a community with people who were in the fandom in those early years, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could let them know about this post. I can be reached at DetailTilted@gmail.com or here on Tumblr.

If you aren’t familiar with my project, see the “Project Background” section below. This is not a low-effort exercise to merely repackage old videos. I’m putting many hours of work into each video to improve their watchability and accessibility. I will always credit my sources unless you wish to remain anonymous.

Even if your videos are on YouTube, I’m likely to have more success upscaling them if I can get the original video files. Thanks to the videos AgtSpooky kindly sent me, I've learned how big of a difference it can make when I have the original files to work with. That's why I’m putting more effort into finding those elusive original video takers.

The problem is that they all seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. Most of their YouTube accounts, LiveJournal accounts, and whatever other accounts I’ve dug up haven’t had any activity in 10-15 years. I’ve left a few messages on some of them, but I doubt they’ll be seen on dormant accounts. I’ve also gone down some crazy and twisted Googling paths trying to find current contact info for them, but without much success. In one case I even messaged the wrong person, who was at least kind enough to reply to the psycho asking for videos to let me know she wasn't the person I'd hoped she was. Oops!

What I’m Looking For

I’ve already finished CHICON 2007, Comic-Con 2008, and CHICON 2008, so I don’t need videos from those events, but I’d be happy to try to upscale your videos for your own collection if you have some you'd like to send me.

Actually, I could use CHICON 2008 Breakfast videos if you have any. I plan to attempt to redo that video either late this year or early next year.

I’ve been trying especially hard to reach people with original video files from either LA 2009 or Asylum 3 (2009), and I’d also be ecstatic to get some from LA 2008.

Any other old con videos you’re willing to share that have Jared or Jensen in them would be awesome. I hope to get to all the old conventions eventually. I haven’t yet defined “old”, so I don’t have a specific cutoff point.

Even if you just have audio files without video, those could be helpful too.

Length doesn't matter. Both long and short videos are welcome. Maybe I won't end up using them all, but the more options I have the better. Even if I don't put your video in my final edit, it would still be used because I always listen to every single video I can find when I'm finalizing my subtitles. Each video sounds at least a little different, and sometimes just hearing the audio in a slightly different way lets me catch a subtitle I'd missed or misheard.

Also, just to be clear, it isn’t necessarily my intent to exclude Misha. I’ve watched and enjoyed many of his convention videos and I liked Castiel for the most part, especially in the earlier seasons. I’m just not obsessed with Misha like I am with Jared and Jensen, and these videos do take quite a lot of work, so I’ve been putting my energy where my greatest interests lie. I’ll absolutely be including him when he’s in panels with Jared and/or Jensen, and in the future I may consider doing some of his solo panels.

So if you have original video files of Misha's solo panels that you’d like to send me, I’d be happy to add them to my stockpile for future possible use. If your videos turn out to be mostly complete, and if they upscale easily, then I might go ahead and do his panel at the same time I do the other panels from the same convention. If they'll take more effort to work with, I’ll probably skip them for now, but I may come back and tackle them if/when I run out of old Jared and Jensen videos to work with.

For any con videos you send me, regardless of whether I use them or not, I’d be happy to try to upscale them and send them back to you for your collection. I can’t always get things to upscale, so I can’t promise success, but I’ll definitely try.

Project Background - Enhanced Edition Con Videos

You can find my videos on my YouTube channel. (If you're already familiar with my project, skip to the next section -- there's nothing new to see here.)

I started this project in December 2023 to enhance old convention videos. My goal is to make them easier on the eyes and more accessible to both new and old fans from around the world. The videos on YouTube from that time can be difficult both to watch and to understand due to a combination of the older technology used to record them, the difficult recording conditions the fans were working with, and the lack of subtitles that make any sense.

I’m enhancing the videos as follows:

Visual Improvements: I’m upscaling the videos if possible, making color corrections if needed, and adding some slight stabilization to reduce the jitteriness. The end result is far from perfect because there’s only so much that current technology can do, but it's noticeably improved if you compare it to the originals.

Subtitles: I’m adding good, color-coded, English subtitles that can be turned on or off through YouTube’s CC button. The color-coding makes it more clear who's saying what when multiple people are speaking, and YouTube can auto-translate them into other languages to improve the accessibility.

Multiple Sources: If one video has gaps in it, then I'll try to find another that I can edit in to fill those gaps so the end result is as complete as possible. If I have more than one source that captured the same portion of the event, then I'll cut to whichever video I think had the best view of the action. In a few cases I’ve added a split screen with two different videos showing simultaneously so we can see action that's taking place in two separate areas. For example, when Jared and Jensen are on opposite sides of the stage. (There were also the infernal talking head bubbles on my Comic-Con 2008 video which nearly made me throw in the towel, but taught me a lot. 😅)

Extra Content for Context: These older videos don’t take up the full width of a modern video frame, so I’ve taken advantage of the extra space to display some still images with text to add extra context for many of the things they discuss. Some things are a lot funnier, or at least a lot more relevant, when you know exactly what they’re talking about. I clarify Supernatural episode references and pop culture references among other things. Sometimes I’ve also inserted short video clips, usually just a few seconds’ worth, if I thought it would add worthwhile clarity or entertainment to the topic at hand.

Current Project Status

If anyone has been wondering how I’m doing on my current video and what’s next… I’m almost done with the last video from CHICON 2008, which was Jensen’s solo panel. I should be ready to publish it on YouTube this Friday, May 24. I plan to use the same schedule as last time and put the Tumblr post up the following Tuesday when it’s a little more likely to be noticed here.

The next sequential conventions are LA 2009 and Asylum 2009, but I haven’t had much success in my attempts to upscale the available videos. If I were to work with what I have now, I know I could turn out something better than what’s on YouTube today, but the end result wouldn’t be nearly as good as what I might be able to achieve if I can get some original videos to work with. So I think it’s more logical to skip over these conventions for now and give it some time to see if I get any responses, in hope of a better end result.

I do intend to come back to the skipped conventions eventually, even if nobody sends me anything. Once I run out of conventions for which I can upscale the videos, if I still don't have anything better to work with for the ones I skipped, I’ll just do the best I can with what’s available. Even if I can't upscale, I can still do color corrections and stabilization, plus the subtitles and extra content. Some of these panels are split up into a bunch of very short videos, so it would also add value if I can combine them into something more sequential and cohesive. (I found 130 videos from the Jared and/or Jensen panels at LA 2009, and most of them were under 2 minutes long. 🤣) I don’t know if there’s enough footage to cover the entire panels seamlessly, but I’m itching to get my hands on that jigsaw puzzle of videos to try to make sense out of them.

So… the next videos I intend to work on will be from Vancouver 2009. This is one of the conventions that AgtSpooky attended and sent me videos for and they upscaled very well. Her breakfast video had already found its way onto YouTube, but wasn't properly credited. Her main panel videos aren't on YouTube as far as I could find, so that version may be new to newer fans. I'm only just starting to play around with upscaling the other sources out there, but my first attempt at the other main Breakfast source came out well. Both breakfast videos were taken from extreme opposite angles, so that should provide some useful editing opportunities. I’d still love to get more videos of this event if anyone has them.

Ok sorry this might be long but I want to say that you are truly an all star in the joel fandom, guts. I read Seeing Pink like 3 times last week. Waiting game has changed my brain chemistry for fucking real. I think about it TOO much. I think I actually need to take a break from all the smut I read in general and all the smut i RE-READ too, waiting game definitely top of the list for the latter. There's a lot of bots on this website claiming to be Gazans and begging people on this website for money and they all seem to speak perfect English, which shouldn't be possible because Gaza is not an English-speaking country and real Gazans don't have time to learn the language because they are much too busy trying to survive in their war-torn homeland for that or creating a Tumblr account so they can beg people like you and I on this website for money. I also hear real Gazans don't have a GFM and I get them all the time in my inbox and I don't hesitate to block and report them because they are most likely scammers. I am warning you about this so you don't get scammed and neither does anyone else who may or may not follow you. It's probably best you stick to your Nico Robin posts and don't let the scammers take advantage of your good nature and willingness to help people in need. That way, you won't get conned unwittingly by some scummy bastard who is using a legitimate humanitarian crisis to scam money out of well-intentioned and good-hearted people. I was wondering how long it would be until I got a message like this.

To start with, it’s true that there are many scammers out there, and that services like GFM and PayPal are not available in Gaza. It’s also true that many people who are or claim to be from Gaza are speaking English when communicating with this site to ask for money.

So why am I sharing campaigns? Let’s break this down:

Trusted vetters like Project Watermelon and Gaza Vetters list fundraisers that have been confirmed as legitimate. You may have noticed that I included a link for the Project Watermelon confirmation for the current fundraiser.

While fundraising services are not available in Palestine and many other countries, a person in a country where GFM is supported can make the account for a friend, and then collect the money in their own bank account and make a direct bank account transfer, which is possible unlike using GFM from Gaza directly. Palestine may not be an official English speaking country, but that doesn’t mean nobody there speaks English. In addition, machine translations are easy to access. And I fully disagree with the notion that they are speaking “perfect English.” It’s not exactly broken, but I’ve had messages that mix up things that native English speakers would never mix up, like certain prepositions or pronouns. Plus, Tumblr is a website run in English and whose users mostly speak English. Would you go to a Francophone country and refuse to speak French?

Of course, for someone living in an active war zone (thankfully not the current situation due to the ceasefire), creating a tumblr account would be an extremely low priority. But if you were told that there were people on this website that would donate to you or share your campaign, actions that could possibly save your life, wouldn’t you take the two seconds to make an account?

For fundraisers that have a visible goal like GFM, I’m not going to demand of anyone specifically to donate or share. It’s not like I’ll stop posting Robins until the fundraiser hits its goal, and the fundraisers will be pinned posts with the occasional reblog so that I’m not inundating you all with them. So if you don’t want to or can’t donate or share, that’s fine! You’re free to ignore any campaigns.

Hey, can I ask you for some advice? Feel free to delete this ask if you don't feel like answering.

I live in Utah. I was called these year as my ward's Young Womens secretary. I'm also transmasc, and mostly closeted IRL. When I was being set apart, my bishop said something in the prayer about how I have a unique perspective to give to my class. This along with some promptings makes me think that I'm meant to come out at church this year.

This is something I want to do, but it also scares me. My parents know about me being trans, but they think it's due to my autism and are waiting for me to grow out of it. In other words they heavily discourage my coming out. I'm also worried about backlash at church. I'm especially worried about my temple recommend being taken away, as I really love going to the temple, and my ward has our youth go at least once a month.

Do you have any advice? Or even just some words of reassurance?

Let me begin with some reassurance. You are known and loved by Heavenly Parents. Your bishop was correct that you have a unique perspective to share with your class.

In regards to your temple recommend, per the Handbook, if you aren’t “socially transitioning,” which usually means changing your name, pronouns, and clothes, you can fully participate, and that includes the temple.

Some advice, there is no rush to come out, you do it when you feel ready to do so. As a first step, maybe you want to consider putting a trans flag or a rainbow pin on your purse, a hint for others, and it may cause people to ask you questions and make for a natural way to start coming out to individuals. I especially like the rainbow CTR pin from Latter-gay Stories.

Queer people are the bravest people I know, for many of us coming out is difficult and comes with risks, yet everyday there’s queer people coming out. You likely have some allies at church but they don’t know yet to approach you until you start coming out.

Queer believers are incredible. We hear church leaders say negative things, we have to deal with church policies which treat us differently from others, yet we proclaim God made us and loves us as we are, including our queerness, and I am going to be here and worship as long as I want to. That’s amazing faith.

If you hear negative things said at church, you need to counter those. If you aren’t feeling courageous enough to speak up in that moment, at least say positive messages to yourself. Taking in negative messages and not challenging them makes our subconscious accept those messages.

Think about how you feel the spirit, think about answers you’ve gotten to prayers and the feelings that accompany those. These are ways to recognize the spiritual messages you receive e and help you identify future messages.

At school check if there’s a GSA group. Since you’re in Utah perhaps there’s an Encircle House nearby. When you do come out it’s so helpful to have queer friends and get to visit affirming spaces,l. Queerstake on Tumblr and Queer Ward on Discord are also ways to find online friends and receive affirming messages. Perhaps your parents won’t be open to the idea right now, but at some point they may let you attend a nearby Gathering, here’s a link to see if there’s a Gathering near you.

All these things build your resilience, which increases your ability to exist in challenging spaces. Being resilient sounds nice but it isn’t always easy. Recognize when things feel too much and in those moments step out of the space or find a friend to vent to. Perhaps your school has a counselor you can speak with if you need some professional help. Nothing in nature blooms all year, it’s okay to take breaks.

I wish I could give you a great big hug and assure you that life gets better. It gets better because as you get older you get more control over you life, and also because your ability to deal with hard things increases. 💖

First off, I gotta say you're my favourite Love Sea blog right now; I absolutely adore you. Secondly, because I have no one else to talk to, I was wondering if you noticed too how similarly abrupt the ep 8 NC cutoff was to the LITA PrapaiSky bathroom scene before the birthday disaster? Both moments are very charged, albeit in different ways. The PrapaiSky moment had such a tender scene cutoff that only made the subsequent break-up so much more painful. And MutRak's scene was just as charged, if not so much more, and it seemed like it was obviously leading to something and then it just? Flashed to the next scene??? Not to mention, there seems to be a solid emotional beat missing between that NC cutoff and the sweet kiss Mut and Rak share after Mut comes home. It almost feels like during the bedroom scene, Mut might have confronted Rak a bit further about the sudden distance he was putting between them again. It makes sense if during the high of sex, Rak ended up confessing that he likes Mut too. Especially if Mut openly expressed how angry/hurt he was. It would explain Rak's affection, tenderness, and not to mention, shyness during the kiss scene later.

I wouldn't be surprised if this scene has an extended cut in the boxset. There might not be, but I feel like it will. Either way, someone needs to write fanfiction for that scene.

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE WITH ALL OF THIS. EVERY SINGLE WORD. You're spot on. And I've also said similar things to a few others, but never quite this coherently.

It felt....unfinished, for lack of a better word. There did feel like a weird disconnect, which was EXACTLY the same feeling as the LITA scene.

Mame, for all her faults, usually has a really good grasp on her nc scenes and utilising them for actual narrative purposes and not just gratuitously, because they're mostly character driven purposes. This one felt like it needed more because you have Rak, who we've already established is a brat who likes to be in control, trying to take back the control he feels is slipping by avoiding the inevitable (that being his ever growing feelings for Mut) and he's doing so by blatantly goading Mut into action.

Now Mut is very good at understanding that Rak needs his space, and he's not one to overstep when it matters, but the man may be the greenest flag of all time, but he's also still human. And hearing the man you're quite possibly already head over heels in love with, threaten to 'eat' some faceless man when you're standing right there? Anyone would snap. What Mut is also very good at, is taming brats. Oops, sorry Rak. Your carefully curated need for control isn't always healthy, and you need someone to get you out of your head and into bed to loosen you up.

The tension in that scene was spectacular. It highlighted so beautifully Rak's willingness to actually submit, as he lets Mut not only physically hold him down with a half heart struggle, but to use words to let Rak know that if he allows it, Mut will give him exactly what he needs, but only if he wants it. Because Mut's 'What's it gonna be? Without your permission, I can't go ahead with it.' gives Rak a sliver of control back, letting that ball bounce back into his court. So to then have Rak chose Mut and then cut that pivotal moment short, the beautiful build up we'd been given tipped us over the edge but cruelly snatched us away mid-fall and we never got to hit that landing. It's sad really. Because the nc scene would have would have made perfect narrative sense.

And I also wouldn't be shocked or surprised if there was an extended cut in the boxset either. Let's hope there is. I need to see it.

(and perhaps that can be a good thing for Isaiah?) But IF you perhaps wanted to, I was thinking about Arnie coming down either with the flu from Isaiah, or maybe Hector's cold - my thought was mostly a stressed Arnie, who's still drowning in exams getting sick, and because of the tension and uncertainty between him and both his brothers, he tries to push through it. Perhaps he wants to prove to Hector that he can manage on his own, so he hides it? Maybe he doesn't feel like he deserves to ask anything of isaiah, so he kinda just spirals and gets super sick... maybe delirious even? I think it'd be interesting to see either matt or seline being the primary caretaker, or even olive? maybe they run into him on campus or something? And then decides to involve, or not to involve hector and/or isaiah? Thanks to my chronic health issues I don't have the energy to do a full synastry reading – this analysis is mostly conjunctions, and is focused on their romance/sexuality placements. 

At least, it was, until I fell down several different rabbit holes. So... I hope this post makes sense and isn't one big incoherent ramble.

This is MCU based: Steve was born on July 4, 1918 in Brooklyn; while Tony was born on May 29, 1970 in Manhattan. I came up with their birth times.

The word Conjunction means that two planets/asteroids are right next to each other. They are in the same zodiac sign and (usually) house. Being so close together merges their energy – like the astrological version of a hug.

Asteroids are like mini planets, and have a specific meaning/purpose. Mars is usually associated with sex, but that's only a small part of it - it's also about primal instincts and drive. Steve is much more in touch with his feminine side than Tony is. He's definitely the CapMom to Tony's IronDad. (Tony even teases him about turning “the mansion into a day-care center”)

In the comics, Pietro accuses Steve of having “an incurable mother hen complex.” In the films, we see Steve seek out other Avengers in order to talk about their feelings and provide comfort (Natasha in TWS and EG, Bruce in AOU, Wanda in CW) – essentially playing therapist, so he can ignore his own issues (Natasha calls him out for his in EG).

Steve's Sun and Moon signs are both ruled by feminine planets, and his rising sign is ruled by the androgynous Mercury.

Steve's Sun in Cancer:

Who can forget the time Carol Danvers called Steve a “hipster doofus”?

In all seriousness, that comic page is an excellent example of Steve's natal chart – he's hanging out in a park that has been around since he was a kid, talking about how unprocessed ingredients not only 'taste like heaven' but the way he remembers them, and rereading Lord of the Rings for the millionth time.

We got Steve's first 'accurate' backstory in 1981 (the first backstory was published in 1978, but was later revealed to be a false memory):

I see here – that he grew up on the Lower East Side of New York City! Evidently, much of his youth was spent trying to help his family make ends meet during the depths of the Depression. Oh... I see... his father died when he was still a child, and his mother had to struggle just to keep her son and herself fed.  Still, despite their deprivation, Steve kept up with his schooling, and became a voracious reader... especially of fantasy! Given the state of his reality, I can well understand why. Ah. It seems that the boy also had a natural talent for art. But he kept his love of art, and of books, a secret to avoid taunts and beatings at the hands of his peers. As the Depression wore on, time became increasingly difficult for the Rogers' household. Sarah Rogers took in laundry... and taxed herself to the limit to provide for her son. But time and hardship eventually took its toll, and as Steven entered his late teens, his mother passed on – a victim of pneumonia. Out on his own, young Rogers managed to find a cheap boarding house and took a job as a delivery boy. It was not an easy life, nor a very good one... but somehow, he survived. I want to call attention to the word choice here: deprivation. Deprivation means “a state of extreme poverty” and “the fact of not having something that you need, like enough food, money, or a home.” 

Steve wasn't just poor, he was constantly on the verge of starving and being homeless – which would have been a death sentence, considering his numerous health issues. “But somehow, he survived.”

We know that Steve's Taurus Moon is an essential part of his character – he is strong willed and he did get his moral code from his mom (he is the original mama's boy, after all) – but that lack of material security? That's huge, and the effect it had on his psyche cannot be overstated. Really. If you like Steve, you have to understand this.

But back to Tony. Steve is his ideal romantic partner – but accepting that means accepting his soft and vulnerable side, which Tony isn't great at (keep reading for more on this).

Tony has his Moon, Chiron, and Juno conjunct each other in the first half of Aries (1-15 degrees). These planets are conjunct Steve's Chiron. In the second half of Aries (at 24 degrees) Steve and Tony have Alma conjunct Alma.

We're going to look at Tony's Moon, Chiron, and Juno first.

Tony's Moon in Aries:

Tony's Sun in Gemini:

Tony's Sagittarius Rising:

In Tony's comic backstory, he has a childhood love of King Arthur and Arthurian legends; and there's no question that Iron Man is both a 21st Century Knight and Tony's ultimate self-fulfillment fantasy (in a good way!). 

There are two types of idealism, and people often confuse the two. Steve and Tony are especially interesting, because they each personify one of the types of idealism:

1. “a person who values principles above practical behavior”

2. “someone who believes that very good things can be achieved, often when this does not seem likely to others”

There is a comic quote that sums Steve and Tony up perfectly: “Steve gets back up because it's the right thing to do. Tony gets up because he believes in the future.” (if anyone knows what comic this is from, please let me know!)

Tony's Chiron in Aries and 4th House:

This is supposedly one of the most difficult yet important Chiron placements, although I tend to find that all Chiron placements are really painful. The reason that Aries can be so difficult is because it’s directly related to who you are as a person.

Above all, people with Chiron in Aries may feel that they don’t have the right to exist or that they are somehow a mistake.

This Chiron placement very often indicates a broken home. In many cases, the parents didn’t have a good relationship. They may have been absent as well. Temporary or permanent separation is very common among people with a Chiron in 4th house natal placement.

Chiron in 4th house indicates a difficult relationship with one of the parents (often the mother). Typically, the care they could give you was not sufficient in some way. It can also happen that they were not present mentally and they couldn’t respond to your needs appropriately. It is very common that this parent was in an overwhelming position themselves and they had no resources to take care of you because they couldn’t take care of themselves either. This placement very often indicates a mother wound.

It’s a frequent theme here that there was no one around who had the inner strength and resources to teach you how to cultivate emotional stability. Childhood is very often a lonely time in your life. Children blame themselves for negative things around them, and this guilt often leaks into your adulthood as well.

This placement suggests that early influences may be holding you back. It is common for these people to feel guilt if they are about to make substantial changes in their life, something that was not evident to happen in your family. This placement can indicate a fear of vulnerability because of the experience of no one being around to hold space for you. Moon conjunct Chiron:

Moon conjunct Chiron is a very painful aspect. If the outcome of this aspect is that you felt unwanted and that you weren’t taken care of, you might now feel extremely lonely and insecure.

There are many ways that this could have played out. Your mother might have been absent, verbally abusive and aggressive, passive-aggressive, or simply ignored your emotional needs.

You also might develop nurturing issues towards yourself and others. You may ignore your own needs because they were ignored by your mother or primary caretaker, or you might ignore the needs of others who are close to you (your partner, children, family, friends, pets, etc.).

The healing path with this moon conjunct Chiron aspect is to reconnect with the inner child and give your child what they didn’t get when you were actually little.

I personally believe that the inner child will always exist energetically on some dimension, so simply ignoring them isn’t an option. You won’t be able to heal these wounds until you go through the process of healing yourself inside.

Juno in Aries

The first group of people with this placement are those who act in a dominating way during first impressions. They might purposely play coy and damsels-in-distress to see how those potential partners react. I have read that having Alma conjunct Alma is a sign of Twin Flames. Personally, I don't believe in the (unfortunately) very popular and pseudo-spiritual Twin Flame culture that has developed over the last decade – it's mostly an excuse for toxic and immature behavior. I also haven't seen any legitimate astrologers take it seriously (even though there are a ton of fluff articles on the internet).

However, I definitely believe in the astrological concept of Mirrored Souls (this is what the Twin Flame nonsense is derived from). Two people who may appear to be very different on the surface, but are fundamentally alike.

Where would you recommend looking to purchase Touhou cosplay outfits? I've been looking through EZcosplay, But I'm really skeptical of the how the quality may be. Hello! First off thank you so much! I do make some of my stuff but typically if I am buying cosplays I do so secondhand. Mostly because it saves me a bit of money! So sadly I do not have a lot of experiences purchasing new! However I'll try to help the best I can with what I know :D! If you are interested in buying secondhand please send me a message and I'll send you my big info pile on it. I have a lot more experience with it in comparison so I have a ton of links and information on it! Ok so for new! I think the best place currently in terms of price and quality is typically Taobao. A lot of stores like aliexpress and other online shops that sell touhou cosplays are often just reselling from Taobao. Buying off Taobao can be a little tricky but you will need a proxy. I know a few touhou cosplayer mutuals of mine have had a lot of success with bhiner cosplay It is basically a taobao proxy with a focus on cosplay and there is a whole touhou section here <--- I have only ordered here once and it was for a Yukari Parasol prop. It was a pretty good experience overall and the quality was nice. The only major issue recently is I've hear Bhiner has stopped accepting paypal for payment. I'd have to try to put an order in to confirm that but it might be something worth looking into another proxy for! At the very least its a great way to browse what is currently being sold and bhiner always links the actual taobao stores themselves, so you could easily go through another proxy! Another touhou cosplayer also made a handy guide on buying some of the more fancy premades as well I'll also link that here <------ A very helpful guide!! I bought a costume off a cosplayer that bought it from a shop called fm-anime . Can't speak for the ordering process but the quality pretty good! It was a Touhouvania Alice cosplay. It looks like they have limited stock these days with touhou but it might be worth a look! RoleCosplay seems to have a decent selection and even some less popular touhou characters. I've never ordered off here myself though so I'd maybe look into reviews a bit more! Maybe I should put in a test order and do a review one day LOL EzCosplay (as you stated) I have heard mixed things about! It used to be regarded as a pretty okay place to get Touhou cosplays from but more recently I've seen some people complain about sizing issues and quality in regards to their photos vs product etc! So I'd maybe avoid that one! Lastly there was this google doc made a little while ago with some shops listed. Dont fucking talk to me like that. I draw sometimes and try very hard to make art! Unfortunately, the brain I'm using is kind of stupid and broken and it doesn't do what I tell it to do. Working on getting a new one, but it's just not going according to plan.

As for what kind art I tend to make, I'm very experimental with my work! Expecting consistency from me is a bad idea. I get bored of the same ideas quickly and bounce around a ton. I LOOOVE character design and character writing in particular!! i have so many stories and concepts, you have no idea. Anything character/story-oriented is a major favorite subject of mine.

I'm hoping to get around to game development, web design, animation, music production, 3d stuff, and more! Just need to kind of kick myself to the finish line u know

My interests fluctuate so often that i generally can't fully pin one down as if it's consistently present.

There's hardly any pattern in what I gravitate towards, other than the single qualifier of whether the piece of work contains a token character for me to latch onto who is outwardly antagonistic and/or bitter towards everyone in the cast. Everything else is mostly irrelevant in quantifying how much i will enjoy a thing. this isn't an end all be all, though!! its less of a rule and more of a pattern.

I emailed my T yesterday saying that I hate her so much. I said a bunch of bad things. I did it because I was stuck in feeling so much need/want for her that I thought I would explode and then my feelings suddenly catapulted in the opposite direction and I was so angry and wanted her to get out of my life.

I had already emailed her earlier in the week to check that she was still there and she replied to that neutrally.

She didn’t reply to the hate email because I told her not to.

I feel so so guilty and I want to apologise but I have sent her too many emails and I don’t rlly know what to do. I might wait until next week and apologise in person but also I want to apologise now because I feel so guilty (but maybe I just want to hear that she’s ok with me which is selfish of me).

How does A respond to angry emails? Does she bring them up in session?

Ahhhh I really relate to basically everything you described. Sending hugs your way, it's really a lot to go through.

Personally I always wrote another email if I felt the way you feel right now. Mostly because I decided that that was what I would like - obviously I'm not a therapist but I imagined a fight with a friend where maybe the friend had just been sending me endless messages. What would feel better for me? One more message with an apology/explanation? Or one less message? And for me, I'd always prefer one more message. At some point I asked A about it and she expressed a similar sentiment. It helps her to hear my explanation of what happened to cause the "I HATE YOU"-reaction and to hear that (many) part(s) of me don't share the hateful feelings.

Obviously just going "sorry sorry sorry sorry I'm such a bad person" is not really helpful, and if at all possible I'd encourage you to try and implement some sort of "XYZ piled up, which made me feel ABC, etc"-explanation. But also, it's still therapy. And I've definitely also written about how much I dislike when that hate-reaction kicks in. It's been really helpful for me too, that even those horrible emails were 'welcomed' by A; the last half year (?) there's been a shift and it hasn't really happened at all anymore.

With A, we have the deal that emails always come back in therapy. So yes, when there had been an email-spiral from my side, we would always touch on that in therapy. Sometimes I would have already written out all the chain reactions that happened for me (with feelings, parts, reactions, triggers, etc.) and we would spend a whole session on it. Sometimes we had already emailed back and forth and just concluded in session that 'it had been talked through' sufficiently, and if either of us had anything to add to it still.

As for how A responds, let me dive into my emails, lol. Some (translated) phrases from emails she sent me:

I can imagine you are full of rage and anger! I don't think you are a monster, let's talk about it on monday

Oh Sae, so horrible for you. I am glad you emailed me and of course 'I hate you' is painful to read but with everything you share with it, I also understand it. The most horrible thing is, I think, how much you hate yourself. Well; I don't hate you and I want to help you.

Oof, that sounds like a looott of anger!

Oof, it seems really really difficult to feel all there is to feel. Good to see you later today because this is so painful to do alone!

So yeah. That's some examples. The last 2 replies were to emails from me that basically only consisted of "I hate you, you make everything worse, I hope you never come back [from vacation], I hate you, I hate you, I HATE YOU". The first two examples were sentences in bigger emails, which were replies to also much bigger emails from me (where, besides the "I hate you", I also wrote about other emotions/things).

Also... if I may suggest so, stop asking your therapist to not reply. You are emailing for a reason, and sending huge (emotional) signals and then depriving yourself of a response... that might just be mirroring past experiences of not being seen/met/heard when in emotional turmoil. Of course I don't know you at all, so maybe it's entirely different for you, but that's a little something that stood out to me. You deserve to be heard. Even when raging, even when hating, even when being mean or unreasonable.

If you want to, let me know how things went? I hope you'll be able to talk through this with your therapist when you see her next. It can be really helpful (though extremely terrifying) to bring this into the room.

A little about me I guess. I'm aroace, gay, neurodivergent, and disabled. I am an adult although I don't feel comfortable putting my actual age publicly on the internet (if that's a deal-breaker for you I respect that but I won't be changing this). I'm currently pursuing a degree in astronomy and I work in software engineering.

I enjoy exploring darker whump themes such as domestic violence, major trauma (especially painful or unsuccessful recoveries), and addiction although my prompts will contain a huge variety of things. I also love to research and write historical (especially military) whump no later than World War I (although it's mostly Canadian and British because, well, I'm Canadian).

This blog is not terribly screen-reader friendly -- I do my best to add descriptions in alt text but what I end up posting usually takes all my effort to do so. A Good Man's Heart contains scene break embellishments in the text (similar to *** in printed books) which are just described as 'embellishment' so as not to break the flow too much.
