Why can't people like a celebrity without imagine them as queer? Can't people like Taylor music without go saying she's lesbian/queer when she hasn't said anything about that. Pretty sure if she was attracted to women she would have already said it 🫠
Even in the hypothetical scenario where she was queer indeed pressuring somebody to come out or out them yourself is selfish, stupid, dangerous, toxic and overall fucked up (-᷅_-᷄)
We have so many queer pop icons out of the closet but you need to headcanon your favourite ally/het as lgbt for...comfort reasons? Just because she's your fav? Because you are queer? Dude she's not a fictional character can you not spread false information or discuss real people orientations and just enjoy their content 💀
all goofing aside I genuinely don't understand the urge to reimagine Taylor Allison Swift as a secretly queer icon when the pop music scene(TM) is like. literally overflowing with women who actually like women. Gaga and Kesha and Miley and Halsey are right there. Rina Sawayama and Hayley Kiyoko and Rebecca Black and Kehlani and Victoria Monét and Miya Folick if you're willing to get slightly less top 100. Janelle and Demi for them nonbinary takes on liking girls. like what are we doing here. like I'm not even saying you can't enjoy Taylor but why would you hang all your little gay hopes on her.
#saying this as bi myself btw#WHO SAYS LADY GAGA DOESN'T COUNT AS QUEER JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A BOY KISSER TOO#i'm tired of this shit#please remember that is LGBT+ NOT LGT+#bi/pan folks exist. No need to act like people is either gay or straight and there's no in between when that's clearly *false*!#And even if you aren't lgbt+ I think having this opinion of not giving real people hc sexualities/orientations is still valid#you have too much free time if you're wasting it to theorize about somebody private life while ignoring the very much confirmed queer icons#Plus. If you care sm about somebody sexuality to the point if they aren't what you want them to be you get disappointed/upset#rather than caring more about their work which they produced and you supposedly consume as a self-proclaimed fan...#Are you really a fan of them? I don't think so.#A true fan loves them for who they are or what they produce. Not because for who they feel attracted to#Imagine working your way to the top as a musician or whatever career you pursue and your fans grade your worth or their liking to you#based on who you kiss or sleep with or who you don't 💀#feeling like OOP pfp for real#this is exhausting#Idc less about who Lady Gaga kisses. Yeah having her as bi icon was important to me but if tomorrow she decides to come out as smth else#I'll keep listening her music. Because I like her music. And her personality. And some of her outfits. The end#there are many songs made by women/nb who like women iswtg#you don't need to pretend straight people isn't straight in order to like their music or to like them as a person I promise it's okay 🙏#Also what in the actual fuck is that article??? People seriously get paid for writing that? 💀💀💀💀#So sorry for all the shit you must have read in order to need to do this thread OP and afterwards too#ALSO BATMAN NAME based opinion and good taste hell yeah ✨#the you in all this post only goes to those who think like that btw. If you feel offended the problem is on you#how about taking reading comprehension classes before speaking. Some people are in dire need of it#those who believe a bi is less queer icon than a gay one is in my blacklist. If you come to me with that bs I'll block you on sight

Taylor Swift
Ok. I was driving home from a client and a song came on the radio, and I thought "This is a Taylor Swift song."
Now, it occurred to me that, at best, I could only identify 4 or 5 of her songs, and not all of them by name. I mean you could probably play me more of her songs and I might recognise them, just not know they were hers.
Note I'm a middle-aged amab whose musical taste trends towards the aggressive, so I'm not her target audience.
So... WITHOUT JUDGEMENT,
I'd love to know the demographics of the answers so if you tag it or whatever.
#Making this a week long because id like it to get beyond my friends friends#taylor swift#tswift#tumblr polls#My bullshit

my personal op/ed ranking bc why not
note: uhhh all of these are good songs made by talented people even the ones at the bottom of the list i enjoy. also only ones with lyrics are included (bad end ed+ second bonus stage ed dont have lyrics). + i initially had comments for each song but honestly none of them really added anything so . no comments
[new] changed a few rankings and actually decided to add comments
#10: Spring dress by SENTIVE (Wilardo's Conclusion Wilardo's Ending ED)
I'll admit when I first heard this song I didn't care for it at all, but after listening to it with headphones on I realized I actually quite liked the song and it's gotten stuck in my head a ton of times. I thought it might end up higher on my second judgement, but my appreciation for the song above this also appreciated since I first made the ranking, so... it's hard to rank this against Outrunning Sunset because this one is more of a bop than Outrunning Sunset but I have overall more positive feelings about Outrunning Sunset. Might change in the future though.
#9: Outrunning Sunset by ALARAY (Sirius's Conclusion ED)
This is another case of a song I thought I didn't care for much when I first heard it, but it's grown on me, but the biggest thing that boosted my appreciation of this song was looking at the translated lyrics as I listened and I nearly cried, which I cannot say for any other song on this list. (Trust me, reading the words on a page is not the same as knowing what she's saying as you listen to it. Her voice is so powerful...) I feel bad putting all the ALARAY songs so low because they're deeply touching, especially feel bad putting this one this low, but this is still one of the songs I'm least likely to put on.
#8: DANCE by ALARAY (Bonus Stage OP)
DANCE is a vibe and I have a stupid grin whenever I listen to it, but it's not really my style of music, and that's all I really have to say about it. It's honestly hard to rank against Inno-Syndrome because I like Inno-Syndrome's style of music more but have more fun when listening to DANCE. Ranking may be subject to change.
#7: Inno-Syndrome by ALARAY (Sirius's Conclusion OP)
This song also has really touching lyrics, but it's less likely to make me cry than Outrunning Sunset because the sound of the song is generally less emotional. Of ALARAY's songs that feature in Witch's Heart, this song is definitely closest to the kind of music I listen to. I dunno.
#6: Silver Boat by Kouichi Morita and Yui Hitsugi (Witch's Heart ED)
I initially had this one higher but I realized that is in part first game bias. I will admit, I'm not the biggest fan of the vocals for this song (like I really like the singer's voice itself but it's more her style of singing that's not really my thing, which is why I kind of prefer the new version sung by someone else, but I also feel the new version feels a lot less edgy, and I like my songs edgy, so... but either way I'm ranking the version in Witch's Heart, not any other version, so), but this is definitely is very similar to my music taste as compared to the previous songs, and the swing of the music just...!! Yum
#5: COSMOS by SENTIVE and Riku Hayama (Bonus Stage ED)
I initially had this beneath Silver Boat but I realized I really do just like COSMOS more. It tickles this nostalgic 2000s itch (bc it's literally from the 2000s lol) while also giving such an immaculate tragic vibe and oouuugh.
#4: Luna by Kouichi Morita, Mary, and Sayaka Haraguchi (Noel's Route ED)
Luna is hard to place because I never think to listen to it but when I do it's such an immensely powerful song and I'd actually die for the segments where the piano is going off. It's hard to rank against other songs here because it's not in the same tone as them so this may be subject to change but God does Luna just...
#3: Voice of Glamour by Take3 (Wilardo's Conclusion OP)
I had a phase where I couldn't stop listening to this song. Like it just makes me imagine a distant world with the full moon and flowers and that's probably precisely the image you want to evoke for WC.
#2: Coagulation Factor by Oki Koebi and, Yoshina Haramori, L!sa, and Potwi (Wilardo's Conclusion Claire's Ending ED)
Initially had this as #4 but I genuinely cannot stop listening to this song. I could listen to this anytime. This song is so yummy and like it just gives such ??? such a vibe??? I feel like these comments are becoming more incoherent you guys i
#1: Moon and Wolf by Kouichi Morita, KEI, and Minori Okumura (Witch's Heart OP)
I need to know what genre this is because I need more of it. I don't know how to describe this song but like I just. I can feel this song and it feels like a doomed story and it feels like grand and energetic. It was like at least in my top 3 spotify wrapped songs for 2024 I just. This song

Hey! A fun (I hope) little game for ya!
Drop your five favourite One Piece characters, and a song that makes you think of them (plus explanation if you want to)
I am struggling to watch the show atm, my brain doesn't work right, but I can give a so far/from Tumblr list!
Buggy (obviously), he was my fave when I tried to read the manga a few years back and he still is now that I've watched the live action and some of the anime. Because of the obsession I have for this freaky clown man, anytime a love song pops up on my playlist he is the audience! Typically Anniversary by Aurelio Voltaire, Tear in My Heart by Twenty One Pilots, Electric Love by Borns. I always listen to these songs like my OC is singing to or about Buggy.
Mihawk, again, big sword! I also like the goth aesthetic he has, he's very pretty. He's quite sassy in the live action, I feel it's more pronounced there. I also think he's low key silly and I love that extra depth, his bathroom with a toilet in the middle on carpet and nothing else. I think there's a one piece academy(?) manga where he collects sea shells! The Grimm Troup or The Nightmare King from the Hollow Knight OST, I just think this man needs to swing his big sword around to large orchestral music!
Crocodile, I like my villains, mostly because the early crew are all kids and I haven't gotten to the older crew yet so... He has questionable fashion taste, a stupid laugh and he gets beaten by a kid in flip flops with a barrel of water. His crew broke out of prison and he thought "nah, nothin' out there for me. I'll stick to going under the jail, thanks." I don't think of him to music as often as others, by I think Ex Lover's Lover by Aurelio Voltaire fits my vision of him. Either he does do what the song suggests, actually having the misaligned conviction to follow through or he only thinks about it just like the song, not because he's afraid but because he sees it as beneath him.
Doflamingo, I've heard people change their opinions on him when they finally reach his arcs, I am nowhere near him so this is more based on what I've heard and seen on Tumblr. I am down bad for morally reprehensible characters, okay? I also have a thing for Corazon but I'm ranking these based on the amount of thoughts I have and fan content I've consumed. Amygdala's Rag Doll by GHOST, this is more in that I like to think of my OC body swapped with Doffy, the bird himself has an odd role in my brain.
Benn Beckman, can you see a pattern yet? I'm a sucker for long hair, scars of any kind, and tall. I rarely have a thing for people with guns, I'm more into melee or hand to hand but he makes it work. I like his dynamic with Shanks, being the more serious first mate to Shanks' goofy ass. (tends to be a theme across OP) I also think he looks like a dollar store Crocodile pre time skip, take that as you will. Another man I don't associate with music often, I really had to think about this one. No Sudden Movements by Five Finger Death Punch, sadly I do not have much explanation for that one.

@duelingdestiny tagged me in a post that said:
🎶✨when u get this u have to put 5 songs u actually listen to, publish. then, send this ask to 10 of your favorite followers (non-negotiable, positivity is cool) 🎶✨
OOC: This will be interesting... I was tagged in this two years ago and this has been sitting in my drafts for all of this time. Finally getting this done today. Sorry this took an eternity. Haha. The song titles all are YouTube links to the songs.
1: Bye Bye Liar (the 2024 mix) [mashup] by JustinBeats (they made the mashup, but obviously original credits go to Britney Spears and *N Sync) - As millennial trash, I am a sucker for 2000s era pop. Somehow, this person was able to mesh Britney's "Liar" with "Bye Bye Bye" that I ended up liking this version more than her original version of the song. It just works so damn well. This mashup's been on shameless repeat for days.
2: Hitamuki by Super Beaver - I love most of the OP/EDs, but I keep coming back to this one for some reason. I think the OP animation is one of my favorites of all of the openings, and it's for a season I really enjoy. Not to mention, the song is just a bop in general.
3: Death of Me by SAINT PHNX - I've been listening to it a ton lately because I need to edit with it for an upcoming anime con project. I like the dark themes in the lyrics and the fast pace of the song just makes it slap.
4: Armada by Visions of Atlantis - Here's the obligatory symphonic metal entry that I have to put on every music list. I'm also symphonic metal trash (Nightwish and Within Temptation are my main biases). This band mixes symphonic metal with pirate metal. Yeah, metal themed around being pirates. How can you not love that? It gives me big pirate AU muse for Bakugou.
5: Star by LOONA - This is my obligatory K-Pop entry. I love K-Pop. I'm one of those hipster K-Pop fans who've liked it since the early 2000s before it took over the world. I actually heard this song in the store one day and went "wow, this sounds like a K-Pop group" and looked it up by the lyrics. When I found the song, I immediately had to download it. It's such a cute song and gives me TodoBaku vibes (mainly from Shouto's POV). I usually tend to like the original Korean version of a song more when I hear it (The original Korean version of this song is called "Voice"), but the lyrics for the English version stuck with me more.
Anything by BoA, SHINee, Ayumi Hamasaki, Utada Hikaru, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Evanescence, and Do As Infinity are also in my top playlists. My music tastes are... all over the place.
@heterochromatica @oncforallxbroccoli @truly-quirkless @nuravity @penandswords @ashsnake @bunnybolt @valerieyo @erxsxre @multianime
#bombbreak#ooc#meme#dash games#to the people I tagged#you don't need to do this if you don't wanna do it#but it'd be interesting to see everyone else's choices

I'll go further: lots of (white) people *do* listen to rap. They just don't call it rap, and they actively distance themselves from anything too 'rap'-like until it gets popular — at which point they take pains to draw artificial distinctions between it and 'actual rap'.
I'm Australian. A lot of my peers growing up listened to Hollywood Undead, Hilltop Hoods, Bliss n Eso, Kerser, Limp Bizkit, and those two or three popular songs from Rage Against the Machine's discography (as did my internet friends in Canada and the USA: i'm leaving the UK out of it because their landscape around mainstream music and black rappers is different in kinda complicated ways imo).
But none of these bands were thought of as even close to 'rap' to my peers — HU and LB were just "rock/punk", Kerser was just "hardcore electronic", and (most egregiously of all) BnE and HH were just "hip-hop". They didn't listen to rap (bad, black), no! It was hip-hop (good, white)! (and of course, any Australian indigenous music, rap or otherwise, was fringe at best — the most 'indigenous politics' band was Midnight Oil (very white), and actual contemporary Indigenous music only got passed around as a joke (see Petrol Powered Goon Bag Holocaust going semi-viral amongst high-schoolers, for example).
The cognitive dissonance required to say a band isn't 'rap' because it's actually 'just aussie hip-hop' is... incredible, sure, but it's real. There's a... reflexive refusal, i guess, to engage with black art, to instead preference white artists in the genre, and to split parts of into 'less-rap' genres to make it more palatable.
Plus there's a persistent difficulty engaging with the actual themes of black art when it does get mainstreamed (see the focus on Lamar v. Drake beefing that skips over a *core* part of the feud, namely "you a fuckin' colonizer") (F.D Signifier's 'I'm What the Culture Feeling' is invaluable here for anyone looking to get their bearings on the context).
And there's this... weird shame that a lot of (again, mostly white) rap-combo-genre artists seem to feel about being rap-adjacent, now? It either trickled up from fans, or down from the bands, but it's everywhere. It's cringe, it's immature, it's juvenile masculine anger, it's not tasteful, it's not properly political. All the same patently incurious (at best) shit people say about black rap and culture.
"For anyone born before 1995 or so, the mere mention of the term “rap rock” is likely to produce reflexive shudders. The cultural imagination is littered with the unlovely offspring of attempted copulation between the styles; if, at some point, you made a name for yourself through combining rap and rock, chances are you either distance yourself vigorously from such efforts now or have learned to adjust to life as a walking joke."
—Jason Greene, 'The Unlikely Resurgence of Rap Rock', Pitchfork
Which is stunning, really, because bands in these 'hybrid' genres have been some of the most influential in the last two decades of the western popular musical landscape (and as OP said, probably less directly for the last forty plus years)!
These are bands that aren't just 'musically influenced' by rap, but bands that outright lyrically rap in their songs (regrettably, Lonely Island counts — "i don't listen to rap, unless it's a 'parody' band" was a huge genre for a while, christ)! But it's never 'actually rap' to the audience (who view rap as 'bad') and it's almost never non-white artists.
Everything from the edgelord-electronic scene (stemming out from MSI and similar bands which held an ongoing fascination with the 'shocking' aspects of black culture and rap) to straightforward nu-mental, rock, and punk, and even fucking Christian Rock/Metal, are all genres full of bands that explicitly started out directly engaging with 'rap' and were explicitly inspired by black rap artists.
Like, I don't cite Greene above just to support the idea that this reflexive shame around liking anything rap-like exists; the article also shows the writer straightforwardly leans into the 'cringe' these rap-combo genres apparently inspire. It's completely at odds with the actual trajectories (in terms of fame, subject matter, and political engagement) of the bands he's talking about. He even explicitly buys into the old canard that rap rock (as a rap offshoot) is/was predominantly misogynistic.
(The conversation around white artists extracting and popularising elements of black music culture for their own careers and musical expression, and their music's misogyny/aggression stemming from uncritical interpretations/reproductions of the more nuanced and culturally specific source material, is a whole other kettle of fish.)
rap has probably been the most consistently popular and influential genre of music for the past 40+ years but your average person on tumblr is less willing to listen to it than a random white teenage boy in the suburbs or a 4channer who lurks on /mu/ every once in a while
#i don't have a conclusion here#and this is like. surface-level stuff. i'm just vaguely culturally aware and this is all easy to pick up#i have no doubt there's a wealth of actual analysis out there from people who study music and are immersed in the culture#my intro to the wider musical context was wondering as a primary schooler why the blues brothers shouted out so many black artists#i am not exactly a well-informed authority

Kayak voyages and el Rio Misterioso...
Week 6
It's come to my attention that more people than I thought read my blog posts, so here's to all of my adoring fans who've been here since the early weeks! If you're new, I gotta say that these are definitely a treat (but of course I'm a bit biased). This post might be shorter than my other ones since it was a pretty relaxed week with not too much going on. However, read till the end! Treat it as waiting for the post-credits at the movies, I might have a hint about where I'm going this weekend...
Pirates of the San Sebastián Bay
I'm going to skip past Monday and Tuesday to just jump right into the rest of the week since those were mainly more days of research. Due to Tecnun having a university holiday on Wednesday, we were able to have that day off! It was super nice out so we decided to seize the day (most of the day after napping for maybe half of it) to embark on a kayak excursion. With the luck from a shilling and 5 euro note I found on the ground, I had high hopes that we would have the blessing of the sea on our side. The rental wasn't that expensive at all, especially for a two-person kayak and roughly 2 hour time slot. We originally planned to set sail for the island itself, but decided that we wanted to aim for an even bigger goal of going around the island. Everything was going smoothly until we reached the mouth of the bay, since this area featured a lot of unexpected rocky patches. As newly appointed seafarers, Jayashree and I wouldn't let this be our end. We successfully entered the choppy waters and were officially now out in open water! At this point, we should've been cast alongside Captain Jack Sparrow because we would make phenomenal pirates. Seeing the back of the island was really neat along with feeling how different it is being the only boat on the water. We ended up having a really good time and 100% would do it again!

Land Ho!
Afterwards we stopped by an icecream stand to reward ourselves on our journey, where I found a rather interesting choice to say the least. It was called a Frigo Pie, or Refrigerator Foot, and it was actually shaped... just like a foot. If I had to rate it overall, I would say a 6/10 for taste and 9/10 for presentation. What better way to cool off on a hot day, right?

It was a bit smaller than expected. I think to improve their product they should make it somewhere around a size 7-8 in US shoe sizes. More bang for your buck you know.
Photo Ops and Friendly Competitions
On Thursday, the night had a lot in store for us. To start, Jayashree, Izzy, Deidra, and I had the amazing idea to recreate some classic JCPenney-esque family photos. I don't really know how else to explain them besides just showing the results, so take a look below at the outcome and I'll do my very best to explain our vision:

We were attempting to create a square with all our hands. We almost got there but it resembles more of a rhombus.

Izzy may or may not have dropped me before taking this picture for the second time.
A big thank you to Diego for being our photographer! Later on, some of us had bought tickets to go to the local club, Bataplán, to get the experience of going out in Spain. To sum it up, we had a great time! We did some rounds of arm wrestling where Jayashree was the reigning champion, and enjoyed listening to all the spanish reggaeton music (there were also some english songs and also a random Can-Can remix).

A quick showcase!
Lately whenever I'm not at work doing research or something with my friends, I've been spending time getting back into drawing. It's always been something that I love to put time into and see how much I've improved over the years. At one point I considered going to school for storyboard animation, but I figured that I like art more as a hobby anyways :). I don't usually do architecture drawings, but I wanted to do a challenge for myself and also sketch it only in pen to up the stakes. Take a look and leave a review in the comments!

This street is from a picture I took when I was just walking around San Sebastián one day.
The Big Finale of the Week: Amusement Park!
On our very first day here, we were taken to Monte Igueldo for a lunch and the best view of the city. We decided to go back on Sunday since there's an amusement park at the top (meant for little kids but I mean we had to check it out). After disembarking from the cable car and reminiscing about the time we've spent here so far, we took a lap around to see what we wanted to do. Almost instantly, we locked eyes with a sign that read: Rio Misterioso. Intrigued, we saw that it was a little boat ride and immediately knew that this should be saved as the best for last. From there, our first stop was the rollercoaster, and boy was it actually more of a thrill than we thought it would be. Not on the same level as Cedar Point, but there were some worthy drops that gave a decent adrenaline rush. We decided to split up briefly, since Izzy and Jayashree wanted to do the bumper cars and Deidra and I wanted to take on the Casa del Terror. I was surprised that Deidra wanted in on this since she's not a fan of all things spooky, but this would be her first haunted house and one at a kid's amusement park is a pretty good starter. For 3 euros, it definitely was an experience. The theme inside wasn't exactly cohesive and varied between movie theatre, jurassic park, the shining, catacombs, and skeletons playing chess. I won't name names but a certain someone was jumpscared by a door, and I almost tripped because I didn't see the stairs. Once we left, we found Jayashree and Izzy living it up in the bumper car arena and then strolled our way with anticipation to el Rio Misterioso. It was a pretty calm and scenic ride with a view of the ocean and city, just shorter than we expected it to be. The route led us into a small underpass where we saw...Peter Pan? Seeing him made me feel magical and whimsical, making for a truly life-changing boat ride. With that, I think the mysterious river really did live up to its name.

The view from the top!
My homies Pennywise and Peter Pan!
As promised, I said that I have a sneak peak into what next week's post will bring. First of all, thanks for staying this long! I really do appreciate when people read my posts and get to see what I'm doing day-to-day :). Now for the hint!
You get 5 blanks: _ _ _ _ _
It's a city in France, there's a show with my name in it and this city, and the Olympics will be taking place here this year. It's probably a dead giveaway, but still fun to guess!
See you soon,
Emily Dobao

Very biased ranking of all of the Fairy Tail Openings from best to worst
The order in which I'm ranking them takes into account my subjective taste, the level of replayability, sometimes also the animation that is going on during the opening sequence and just whatever comes to mind, feel free to fight me in the comments but this is my blog so i say I'm right. Mild disclaimer, I have not ever gotten past the middle or so of the second anime series, so I watched the later ops on youtube to rank them, but their places may be subject to change once I fully experience them when I get to those seasons.
This one is long so it goes under the cut for y'all
Strike Back (OP 16)
I AM RIGHT DON'T @ ME. THIS SHOULD'VE BEEN THE FIRST OP FOR THE FIRST RETURN OF FT. THIS SHIT FIRES ME UP. I CAN LISTEN TO IT OVER AND OVER, I WILL YELL SING AND NO ONE CAN STOP ME. BACK-ON KNOWS WHAT'S UP (<<<watched murder princess and got obsessed with the OP also made by back-on)
Snow Fairy (OP 1)
ICONIC. A CLASSIC. POINTS FOR BEING THE FIRST OP AND MAKING ME NOSTALGIC BUT ALSO THE PICTURE OF NATSU HUGGING IGNEEL AT THE END I- 🥺🥺🥺 In conclusion, really amazing first opening for the series
Towa no Kizuna (OP 9)
This fucker slaps SO HARD. It HYPES ME UP. And the visuals are spot on. I would rave to this.
Ft. (OP 3)
Amazing OP it's the reason why I became interested in Funkist. It fits Natsu perfectly even if this is an erza centric arc. Looking at the lyrics though, it still goes along with the theme of "we're here to support you" that Erza has going on. My only gripe is that when listening to the short version that plays every episode you can't appreciate how good the latter bridge is
Yakusoku no Hi e (OP 14)
For the last opening of first series, it's very good. I know most of the lyrics and i will belt out to it.
Ashita wo Narase (OP 22)
ok I'd never listened to this one but I dig it??? very interesting vibes, not what i expected from ft and especially from the zero arc, it slaps
Never-End Tale (OP 20)
Almost iconic. I think it lacks a little bit of strength, mostly due to the animated sequence, but it would've been an excellent season-ending OP. I do prefer listening to the full version, it has what's missing from the TV version. It also gets points for showing my wife in demon form <3
Tenohira (OP 12)
I do not like the Key of the Starry Sky arc, but the opening? Very nice, love me some 2000s soft rock
Egao no Mahou (OP 5)
It's pretty decent, i feel there's a lot of emotion in the singer's voice and I love to see Wendy introduced.
Believe in Myself (OP 21)
Very solid OP, not much to say though since it came out around the time I had quit the anime, but is definitely in the better part of OPs. I like the focus on Gray and Natsu during the sequence.
Yumeiro Graffiti (OP 19)
It's fine but nothing out of the ordinary. Replayable for a while. Sidenote, I think this one has a bit of a spoiler in the animated sequence, cause lucy is staring melancholically at Aquarius' key but an anime-only fan wouldn't know that it gets broken.
No-Limit (OP 25)
Interesting beginning??? idk how I feel about it but it's another solid op with a great sequence, I might end up really liking it when I get to this point
Evidence (OP 7)
I enjoy the piano and the first few verses are good, but I feel it doesn't have as much impact and it could do more. Very skippable. The animated sequence and the audio sync up very nicely tho.
Masayume chasing (OP 15)
I like it but not for extended periods of time and I do not think it serves the purpose of making the series return with a bang. Besides, there's something about this song that I find kind of…odd? like maybe it's because of the particular type of pop it is but idk, feels like this was a song that already existed and they just decided "yes, let's put it in this anime"
Sense of wonder (OP 2)
It's fine, but not that special in my opinion, I cannot listen to it over and over with each episode bc it does start getting tedious fast. However, I do think it helps represent the whimsy of the first few arcs when Fiore is supposed to still be new and "wonderful" for us. It also does serves its purpose of showing some of team Natsu's background in the opening sequence.
RPG (OP 4)
I get tired of listening to it very fast. It was ranked lower but then I listened to all the OPs and realized it's ok. Another mid OP. Also, I don't really understand why it's titled "Rocking Playin Game" and I need to know the reason behind that decision.
More than Like (OP 26)
I've mixed feelings about it, the combination of softer music with stronger rock parts doesn't mix particularly well in some parts, but is not bad and it's definitely better than some others. However, I don't think it lives up to what I would expect from the last OP.
I wish (OP 10)
It's…meh. I feel it is trying to energize people but failing miserably, perhaps the issue is the low volume. Can only listen to it a few times before skipping it.
Power of the Dream (OP 23)
First OP of the final season and it's not bad but I don't feel the impact it should have. The sequence is excellent. It unfortunately suffers from THAT ONE REPEATED BEAT THAT WAS USED IN ALMOST EVERY FUCKING SONG DURING 2016
Down by Law (OP 24)
Lame and boring. When I get to that season I will most likely listen to it once and then skip it. The animated sequence is soooo good tho, how dare they
Mysterious Magic (OP 17)
Very generic, even the animation sequence feels generic and like it doesn't encompass the arc like other OPs did beforehand, makes sense tho cause it was for the corrupted celestial spirits filler arc which is the shittiest
Fiesta (OP 6)
Boring like the other Plus+ opening but I do like the chorus, however I cannot listen to it more than a few times. Also, considering that the second half of the O6 arc is a little more serious since all the shit is going down, i don't think the upbeat music is that suited for it
Break through (OP 13)
Similar opinion than with fiesta, it has some good bits and some meh bits, doesn't manage to be outstanding
Hajimari no Sora (OP 11)
I do not like +Plus, at least not enough to listen to a song repeatedly, but this song? This song SUCKS, just boring ass cords that go on forever, at least the Fiesta op has some spice going on for it
Rock City Boy (OP 9)
It sucks it's lame, I HATE the attempted rap. It's trying a certain style and it does not work, I cannot listen to it more than once.
Break Out (OP 18)
This one is soooo boring that I had forgotten it existed, I even misremembered the sequences as being part of the 17th OP. It tries to pick up pace in the chorus but it doesn't work. I was gonna put rock city boy as the worst but yknow what? this one fucking takes the last spot
Final thoughts:
FT has a bunch of meh OPs :/ I'm not saying they're all bad, but the "I want to yell-sing this song" factor is not present in a lot of them.
#fairy tail#anime opening#arthi ranks stuff#can't believe I spent a whole day in this#i might do this for EDs too i do like the ft endings more#all caps tw

@alltheoutsinfreeeee thank you for tagging me, i love talking about whatever media i'm currently obsessed with! (and may i just say you also have very good taste ^^ FMA and FFXV are both on my list of media to try out)
i uh, can't find the post of the actual prompts, but i'll follow your lead 😅
Last song: Been jumping back and forth between my own playlist of faves and Pav's, so my most recent songs were "On the Other Side of the Mirage" from Tales of Vesperia (it's so relaxing, puts me to sleep every time) and "......" from Fire Emblem Awakening (half of the YouTube comments section was people cursing the songwriters for naming the song only ellipses lol)
Last movie: It's been a hot minute since I've watched an actual movie all the way through, maybe Turning Red or one of the more recent Star Trek movies? It was probably before Christmas, at least. I started watching one of the Hobbit movies too but I fell asleep 😅
Currently watching: The Legend of Vox Machina S2!!!! My sister got me into Critical Role last year by showing me the first season, and this second season has been even better in terms of overall quality! We've also been watching campaign 2, so you can imagine how excited we were to hear that they'll be animating The Mighty Nein 😄
Currently playing: Ok this is going to be a long list, I have a habit of juggling lots of games at once. Currently my longplay game is my very first playthrough of Persona 4, accompanied by my good friends @one-bit-oat @askr (feel free to answer this prompt too guys!!!) It's been very fun so far as my introduction to the series, though I'm really slow and kinda bad at it 😅 Meanwhile my sister and I have been alternating between playing Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Sengoku Basara 3 in couch co-op, I'm more of a fan of the latter since I've gotten really attached to these goofy samurai. Lastly, I've been trying to catch up on some good 3DS RPG titles so I'm working on 100%ing (or close enough) Rune Factory 4 and Miitopia. RF4 has been especially fun, I love repeatedly confessing my love to pretty boys who keep turning me down because I chose to be male 😅
Current obsession: This changes constantly, like two weeks ago it would have been RF4 and one week ago it would have been pokemon TCG, but after watching Pav stream Tales of Graces f, I got nostalgic for it and have been working on my old long fic amidst some sickness. It got me out of my writer's block at least, which I'm very grateful for, now I just need to get out of my art block 😔
thanks again for the tags, other followers feel free to share your own!
#dolphin starts blogging#i havent forgotten your headchildren either pav i still like thinking abt yhnn 💜#and V im sorry but i have no idea when or if my sister and i will continue x2 we're both just too busy to follow a complex story game rn 😔#working on my longfic is what got me to notice all the typos in my wips too 😅

Can you write an AU where the reader is a ssr in a gacha game that the twst boys really want to pull? pick any boys you want, I'm not picky...I just really need encouragement to not pull on permanent card rate up banners, lol
...As much as I love Rook, this is a public service announcement: do not, I REPEAT, do NOT roll for characters that will eventually be added to the permanent pool!! SAVE FOR THOSE PRECIOUS BIRTHDAY BOIS AND EVENT LIMITED CARDS!!
@pianostarinwonderland and @jellyfishstuckinwonderland (members of the Azul salt squad) this one goes out to you poor, unfortunate souls.
Imagine this...
Clack.
“Checkmate,” Azul declared, whisking a black king piece off of a checkered board. He smirked, relishing in the taste of victory. His eyes cut to his opponent across the way, eager to drink in their defeated expression.
Azul was sorely disappointed to find Idia’s face buried in his phone, fingers flying across the screen.
“Idia-san. It is rather rude of you to be fixated on your device once again rather than engaging with your beloved board gaming buddy,” Azul lamented out loud, wiping at a nonexistent tear.
“C-Can’t talk,” Idia mumbled back, his eyes still glued onto his screen. “Gotta grind, get mats, rank at top of the leaderboard...th-then I can get all the dupes I need of the e-event exclusive card...and I can limit break it, use the leftovers to roll for the new OP SSR in the pool...Hihihihi!”
Azul heaved a sigh. “Whatever in the world are you talking about now? It sounds like nothing more than needless babbling to me.”
“Hmph. N-Normies could never hope to understand the genius that is Warped Looking Glass, but I thought better of you, Azul-shi!”
“Ah, that.” The octopus snorted, folding his arms. “You are well aware that I am not a fan of games of chance--those gacha of yours. You should not be surprised.”
The word gacha drips with both disdain and respect--disdain because the odds were never stacked in one’s favor, and respect because by the Great Seven, those games must haul in a boatload of money. And for what? Nothing more than PNGs? A businessman like Azul had to, at the very least, respect that.
Curiosity nipped at the back of his head--so he bit the bullet and dared to ask a question.
“What is even so appealing about those...‘waifus and husbandos’ of yours?” Azul made air quotes with his fingers as the unfamiliar phrase unceremoniously tumbled out from his lips.
“Wh-What’s so appealing? Wh-What’s so appealing?!” Idia tore away from his screen and stared at his club mate with bulging eyes. “I-I’ll show you what’s appealing...!! T-Take a look at the limited cards for the Song of the Sea event!!”
He shoved his phone into Azul’s face.
A series of images faded in and out of view--no doubt whatever overpriced PNGs were most coveted at the time.
First, a finely dressed noblewoman, seated at a grand piano. Her hair was pinned up in a seashell comb, set in a scattering of pearls.
Next, what appeared to be a younger girl in a wide brimmed hat of a strange, gelatinous consistency. She was seated at a pier, dipping her toes into the ocean.
And finally...
“Idia-san. Who is this?” Azul inquired, pointing to the third card on the banner. “This character with the charming smile.”
“Hihihi, impressed?” Idia snickered to himself. “That’s (Y/N), the super exclusive, event limited card that I’ve been saving up for months to roll for...!! Aren’t they so cute? They also have a r-really interesting backstory and personality. A-And look, their stats and skills are amazing too...! They’d be a perfect fit for my roster...!!”
Azul looked again, just as his companion instructed--and in that moment, he could perfectly understand how gacha games milked their players for so much Madol.
“...Do you have them?” he inquired.
“N-No,” Idia confessed, bristling, “b-but that’s why I-I’m grinding now! S-So I can have more pulls...!!”
“I do not see you ‘grinding’ at the moment, Idia-san.”
“Th-That’s because you...”
“Still not grinding, Idia-san,” Azul teased in a sing song. “I believe you’d best get your priorities straight, yes?”
“G-Gurk...!! Y-You’re right!! I need to get back at it!” With a growl, he ripped back his phone and set to pulling up the level select menu.
Azul let out a bittersweet laugh. “I suppose that leaves me to clean up after our match today?”
“I-I’ll pay you back with some fried chicken later,” Idia promised, though he only seemed to be half paying attention.
“No need,” Azul insisted with the wave of a hand. “All that I ask is that, when you finally pull (Y/N), you show them off to me. I am rather interested in learning more about them, you see.”
“Eeeeeh, so even the scheming capitalist octopus Azul-shi has a type...”
“Think what you will. I only wish you the best of luck,” Azul smirked. “May the Goddess of Fortune be ever in your favor.”

Songs I would show the Ghosts
These are all songs from my Spotify likes that I think the ghosts of Button House would enjoy, with 6 songs for each ghost. I made a playlist of the songs here, if you want to listen along! :)
(Also note: this is for the main group of ghosts, so none of the plague ghosts or Jemima are included - I just don't think we know enough about them!
Robin
Robin would listen to music based on ~vibes~, and he would also like songs about things he finds personally important. He would probably like some folk and rock songs, as well as a smattering of other genres if the energy is right.
Bad Moon Rising - Creedence Clearwater Revival
Space is Cool - Markiplier and The Gregory Brothers
Sole Survivor - Blue Öyster Cult
The Joker - Steve Miller Band
Things That Make it Warm - Cavetown
You Make Loving Fun - Fleetwood Mac
Humphrey
Humphrey's taste in music seems as though it would be a little eclectic: he would probably like music that either is good for listening, or good for singing along (which I imagine he would really like doing!). I also think he would like songs that have a longer duration more than some of the others.
Goodbye and Hello - Tim Buckley
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
Pneuma - TOOL
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road - Elton John
Poison and Wine - The Civil Wars
Joy to the World - Three Dog Night
Mary
Mary would like some somewhat weird music, and also songs with lyrics she finds relatable. I don't think she would stick to one specific genre or artist, but I feel that a lot of indie artists would make music Mary would like :)
Viva la Pappa col Pomodoro - Rita Pavone
Locket - Crumb
strawberries - Honeyuck
Green - Kera and the Lesbians
Ready Now - dodie
Dante's Prayer - Lorena McKennitt
Kitty
We've already had a little taste of the music that Kitty likes, but she would LOVE super upbeat pop music, and she would probably adore Taylor Swift's entire discography. She also is canonically a huge musical theatre fan!
space girl - Frances Forever
Girlfriend - Icona Pop
You Can't Stop the Beat - Hairspray soundtrack
My Favourite Things - Julie Andrews
Fearless - Taylor Swift
Love Story - Taylor Swift
Thomas
Like Kitty, we have had a small taste of what Thomas' taste in music is. However, I also think he would really like other dramatic and/or romantic music, including pop punk / emo music.
There's a Good Reason These Tables are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought of it Yet - Panic! At the Disco
As the World Caves in - Matt Maltese
Can't Fight This Feeling - REO Speedwagon
I Only Want To Be With You - Dusty Springfield
Heart of Glass - Blondie
Madam, I Love your Crepes Suzette - Danny Kaye
Fanny
Fanny would absolutely bemoan modern music, praising music from her time and before as the only "proper music". However, she would secretly love some pop music, and possibly even riot grrrl punk. She'd also like Dolly Parton, I'm quite certain of that.
Clair de Lune, L. 32 - Claude Debussy
Dance Macabre, Op. 40, R. 171 - Camille Saint-Saëns
Be Yr Mama - Sleater-Kinney
Second Skin - The Gits
Monster - dodie
Dumb Blonde - Dolly Parton
The Captain
The Captain would also claim to be not a fan of music after the time of his death, and I think that would actually be the case for the most part. However, he also canonically likes songs from some musicals, and I think he'd also like songs with lyrics he finds to be relatable. He also seems as though he would enjoy some rather introspective music, like a lot of Hozier's songs.
For Me and My Gal - Judy Garland
Oscar Wilde Gets Out - Elton John
Like Real People Do - Hozier
Wasteland, Baby! - Hozier
They Can't Take That Away From Me - Mel Tormé
Younger Than Springtime - South Pacific (especially the William Tabbert version)
Pat
Pat would probably most like music from around his time of death, and a bit before, though he would also like some upbeat pop music like Kitty, as well as anything that could be a group sing along or has a story. He is another ghost that is shown in the show as liking musicals, so musical theatre songs would also be of interest
Big Yellow Taxi - Joni Mitchell
The Rattlin' Bog - Seamus Kennedy
Any Way You Want It - Journey
Time Warp - Rock Horror Picture Show soundtrack
Brandy (You're a Fine Girl) - Looking Glass
(The Man Who Shot) Liberty Valance - Gene Pitney
Julian
Julian's taste in music would mostly be from around his time of death or prior to it as well, but he would also probably like listening to anything else that was a little bit raucous or naughty. I also think that he may have listened to quite a bit of punk music when he was young for some reason, so I've put that in too.
Cat's in the Cradle - Harry Chapin
One Week - The Barenaked Ladies
Holidays in the Sun - Sex Pistols
Crazy On You - Heart
Holy - King Princess
The Night Pat Murphy Died - Great Big Sea

i wanna ask, what sort of traits or features you're specially attracted to Kanato, it could be anything such as his fucking hot voice (i mean i myself love yuki kaji ♡(> ਊ <)♡), appearance or behaviour, anything?
Hmm, good question!!! I myself to this day question myself on this same topic KKKKK
Hiii!!! 🥰🥰💖 thanks for the ask!! And well, if you ask then I'll tell you a bit about me and my reasons to like so much Kanato!
What attracts me most about Kanato is his appearance mostly!! And I do not say that is the cute and his childish face, but for his aesthetics! His style, clothes, accessories, and well the iconic purple hair😩😩💜💜
Since I was a child I was extremely attracted by the purple color, a good example are the barbie movies where I was NEVER Barbie herself but her FRIEND in a purple dress KSKSKKS Not just on the barbie which I was a fan of, but anywhere where there was a character in purple I already looooved im just a weak for the purple color. Movies, animes, mangas, animations, cartoons: It was always purple.

Here are Yumi from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi; MY QUEEN Ino Yamanaka from Naruto (since 9 yrs until this day im her biggest fan😭😭💜) ; Plum Pudding from Strawberry Shortcake; Barbie princess & Popstar; Viveca from Barbie and the 3 Musketeers ; Alexa from Barbie and the Diamond Castle grrr I just love girls and purple princess 😩😩💜😭
And coincidentally, Kanato has this exact same palette of purple colors yeah???? 💜💜😭 (despite being a "normal" girl and then talking ab a sick)
But beyond that, Kanato brings with it a more androgen and feminine appearance to a certain extent and come on, I'm a weak bi for this too. His eyes are soooo lovely, he must have such a sweet smell and such a delicate touch. Just imagining his soft, cold fingers I get so 💖🥰💖💖🥰🥰💕💖💖💕🥰🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
Moreover, for having grown up as an emo addicted to black color I today greatly appreciate and gothic culture, a bit of pastel fashion too!! 🥰🥰 I love these pinterest Victorian outfits and if I could I would wear them until I die!! But as a 19 yrs in a tropical country with beaches, I will never be able to wear it because of the heat.

And well, I know Kanato would show up wearing lolita clothes but I'm not a big fan of that boy/girl childish aesthetic, and I prefer to imagine him just wearing more comfortable and softer black/pastel clothes. Something like pastel goth.
So well!!! To like Diabolik Lovers, each of us has to have peculiar and sadistic tastes to some extent, especially in the case of beautiful young vampires soooo to like strange, morbid, dubious, seductive characters and omg Kanato fits in that mainly 😱???!!!!! I Met him by anime in 2016 at my 13 years and i wasn't very interested, but at the age of my 17 years I saw him through the anime once again and those dark circles... the fangs... the blood... purple hair, the clothes and his voice... cmonnn his skin is almost gray and he's in love with death and dolls, he looks sick psycho and obssessive there's any way to like him even more??? Kkkkkk🤪🤪 idk i've always liked weird and eccentric characters more.
His voice is also a great... cosiness. I fell in love with his voice because I love singers of beautiful voices and songs, usually. Just an old to like orchestra and opera😓 let's not fail to notice that Kanato suits in that in therms of music, like the ones I mostly like that is "Nocturne" of Frédéric Chopin and "The nutcracker" of Tchaikovsky (the one the most suits Kanato 🗣️).
Kanato has one of the most yummy voices and grunts in the franchise and that I came to hear in all my life. It's so sweet and smooth while it manages to sound wicked and dirty 😩 It's mesmerizing. He's tasty asf 💜 I could hear him sing without complaining in no time.
Now finally, a question!! You know that saying where the characters we like the most are the ones who look like us?? Yeah!! That one!
I am OBVIOUSLY not like Kanato, nor do I share the same experiences and traumas as him. But I don't know, I like the "healthy" and sweet mature part of him, because that's where I most identify. Mostly the arts part, make works and sculptures, sing, sew and practice handmadet 😭😭💕💕💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Now the all the mental disorder, toxic gaslighting red flags (oh I hate that about him 🙄 just shut the fuck up) and that necro preference I'd rather discard!!!!!! Yk I swear if he came up with these pranks up I'd kill him just with my eyes 😡.
I also love psychoanalysis!!! From solving math homework to putting together puzzles, I enjoy studying and fixing things!! Kanato's mind is still a mystery to me, and I love mysteries. Everything has a reason, I want to study every piece of his brain and fix him💖💖😓😓
So I say I can fix him, and I will!! 😼😼💕💕 (in my dreams 🥲)
And it ends here, I get kind of weird when I talk a lot about myself JSJSJSJSKS and now, could you tell me about yourself??? You can message me or send an more ask telling me about your ideas and tastes!! 💕💕💖💖
I hope I have met your expectations!! Kisses!! 😘😘😘
#ask#i'm wondering why I like Kanato so much#is silly nothing cult and cool hell yeah 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤘 but is me 🥲#diabolik lovers#kanato sakamaki#some of barbie movies#ino#yumi#plum pudding#Thank you sweet💖💖💕🥰🥰💕💕🥰

Red-san ╰(*´︶`*)╯ I hope you've been well during these first months of the year!!
I have to admit seeing you around,I really like your posts and analysis 💕 but today I'd like to ask you something a bit off topic.
I don't see you talking much about music or songs you like in general, do you have any preferences? I got curious about it bc I saw you talking about Tokyo Revengers, I haven't watched or read it yet but recently I've been obsessed with its OP Cry Baby!! Since I never saw you mentioning anything about it I started wondering what kind of songs you'd like and if you have the habit of listening to music hehe
Big hugs and take care!! ( ◜‿◝ )♡
HI ANNE-SAN!! That's so sweet of you!! Sometimes it's just nice to get to know each other better, so I feel that!! (Also... you know my new obsession sfhsdfhfd YESSSS)
Since I work with customers a LOT, I do have the habit of having music on all day to avoid a silent background. It's hard having something to put on all the time tho, so my taste ends up being super super SUPER wide. At work I'll put on anything from videogame music to classical (or classical vers of videogame music!!) to lo-fi to kawaii future bass (lmao) so that it doesn't get in the way of my concentration either.
When it's for myself, I like even wider stuff!! I have a love for old rock and swing (big fan of Elvis Presley and Sinatra), high-energy anime openings and anything that makes me feel like a protagonist who can do anything. When I was young I used to record myself singing and I still sing at home from time to time!
Songs I'm obsessed with lately: Tokyo Revenger's OP for sure like MANNNN IT SLAPS, also Marcy Playground for a lazy rock vibe that my partner loves. And randomly Ashes.
I'll really listen to anything fshsh.
#asks#it's tough to sum up when you really vibe to anything!!#that was so fun tho#share music anytime!!

Excuse me but I've just found that Larries are going to the Tokyo Olympics to get their gold medal in mental gymnastics I read this Larry post yesterday and need to gauge my eyes out vent a little.
Can we talk about this for a second:

So according to this, OP (and I assume larries at large) hates Harry's behavior (being in a seemingly loving relationship with his movie director aka the "stunt"), doesn't understand why Harry behaves this way ("stunting"), but isn't willing to question Harry's behavior ("who he is") and that takes some ~faith~ but it's not ~blind faith~ because "Harry is still Harry".
So... "Harry is still Harry"... which Harry is that? The one whose behavior you hate? The one whose behavior you don't understand? The one whose behavior you do not wish to question??? Is it so hard to admit that Harry's behavior in 2021 is...because...Harry changed and became who is projecting to be (a mega star sleeping with a beautiful Hollywood girlboss) or at least he became someone who is comfortable with projecting that image and has traded any trace of self-respect for über fame? (Side note: Do you find it normal to never question the people you look up to? To excuse their behavior even when it doesn't sit right with you? To hold on to an outdated version of this person?)
Also:

So... we agree...??? Harry is incredibly self-aware that's he's "someone [he] [doesn't] want around?" and he's "just an arrogant son of a bitch"? I know you don't want to question who Harry is but he literally just told you...in his songs...??? Maybe listen to him???
Honestly I would've let it slide because I'm well aware that Larries have no grasp of 2021 Harry Styles™️ and are still attached to cupcake fanfic Harry and there's not much to be done about that.
But then this came....and I just -

Harry is the biggest Louie there is?
Harry "somebody's mom" Styles? Harry "my assistant makes fun of Louis" Styles? Harry "hanging out with the writers of Euphoria" Styles? Harry "Louis the Fish" Styles? Harry Styles is a Louie????????
Louis is the biggest Harrie there is???
Are we talking about the Louis who said of Walls that he was "reflecting on a breakup (...) (trying) to be as honest as possible"??? The Louis who wrote "The day you walked away and took the higher ground/ Was the day that I became the man that I am now"? Or the one who wrote "So this one is a thank you for what you did to me"? Or perhaps the Louis that wrote "Now I'm not saying that you could've done better / Just remember that I, I've seen that fire alight" and "the life you design (...) it's all lies"???
Louis is a Harrie?????????????
Apart from wearing a cap with the Italian flag, what has Louis recently done or said that would suggest he's in a relationship with H? That he's "proud" and "supports" Harry? That he's patiently waiting at home for "his husband" to come back from frolicking in a yacht with Olivia? It's a genuine question.
Bestie, get out of your fetus Larry and 2015 Larry head canon and instead of hyperfixating on blue clothes, maybe start questioning who Harry is, who Louis is, start looking at their actions, at the people surrounding them, at the music they make, the way they treat their fans...
And if you find that the only way you're "having faith" in Harry is because you believe that him and Louis are "fighting TPTB" and "waiting to be free" and Harry is "secretly" working behind the scene for Louis...then you are 1) making up excuses for Harry's behavior and 2) you're using Louis as a palate cleanser for the bitter taste that the real Harry leaves you.
And if you still excuse Harry's actions and decide to believe that Larry is real, please know that it's incredibly insulting for Louis - for the character and values he has consistently shown - to believe that he would be with present-day Harry - someone who definitely got lost on the way up. Also you need to listen to Walls again.
In any case it would probably be best for everyone involved if you could leave Louis alone. Thanks!!! 😘
#there's this tweet that says something like 'i wish i lacked critical thinking y'all seem so happy' and honestly#it's the larries culture summarized#i could have linked OP's post and this tweet but decided to go full on#sorry for all the negativity but I CAN'T ANYMORE#LOUIS IS A HARRIE I'M SCREAMING#leave louis alone#ffs!!!#there were other problematic things in that post but i had to let it go because...#harry styles#larries

Part 2!
11. Mezo Shoji: Crawling by Linkin Park. Or any song by Linkin Park for that matter. If Linkin Park has no fans he is dead.
12. Kyoka Jiro: Muzzle by Destroy Boys. I feel like she's into more of a punk/indie rock thing. She'd also like Alanis Morissette. Idk what genre she is
13. Hanta Sero: Hanging Around but the ghost cover. He and Kaminari share taste.
14. Fumikage Tokoyami: Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare-All) by Type O Negative. S h e l i k e s t h e d a r k. Also I think he'd like black veil brides and MCR
15. Shoto Todoroki: Killing In the Name by Rage Against the Machine. It goes out to Endeavor
16. Toru Hagakure: She's a swiftie. Any song by Taylor Swift. This one just happens to be in my liked songs bc it was on my death note playlist
17. Katsuki Bakugo: Oddity by Coal Chamber. Also maybe Down With the Sickness by Disturbed or Demanufacture by Fear Factory. Generally just some really angry music, he's a metal drummer
18. Izuku Midoriya: Immortals by Fall Out Boy. He's an empowering lyrics kind of guy
19. Minoru Mineta: I honestly really don't know so I'm just gonna leave this here.
20. Momo Yaoyorozu: String Quintet in E Major by Luigi Boccherini im guessing. Yeah you know why.
Songs I think class 1A would like
Except there's a twist: I'm self projecting onto all of them. These are all from my liked songs playlist. Let's go
1. Yuuga Aoyama: Boss Bitch by Doja Cat. We're off to a great start
2. Mina Ashido: Dancing Queen by ABBA. She'd probably also like Doja Cat ngl
3. Tsuyu Asui: Cryptid (Mothman) by Ratwyfe. Might just be saying this bc she's a frog but she gives me soft indie pop vibes like cavetown and whatnot.
4. Tenya Iida: Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. Literally only saying this bc my dad is anal like iida and every once in a while he becomes obsessed with this song and he's all like "this is the perfect song for studying and working! It's calming and allows the mind to relax so one can work with optimal effort!" I love iida
5. Ochako Uraraka: Scientist by Twice. She's a Twice girly.
6. Mashirao Ojiro: Nowhere Man by The Beatles. He's a man of good taste.
7. Denki Kaminari: Kiss the Go Goat by Ghost. He's rocking with a late sixties early seventies vibe I think.
8. Eijiro Kirishima: Alone by Heart. He loves all the songs by Heart, they're so manly
9. Koji Koda: Sullivan Street by Counting Crows. Another softer one
