- Just stating the obvious here when I say he’s not taking you anywhere particularly nice for dates, not that there’s much of a choice in the arcade in the years he’s around (with Tapper’s release date being 1984 and it is not exactly a fancy restaurant).

- Thinks sitting on the roof of his racing car and talking with you is a date and calls it as such when you bring up that you guys haven’t been on a date for a bit.

- He prefers being in his game over being in any others, his is the best of the best in his eyes… Calls your game tacky sometimes whenever you get on his nerves… Doesn’t apologize about it, he’s so stupid.

- Something about him screams grilled food (ex: burgers, hotdogs, corn, etc) lover, I don’t know why but I can see him burning grilled food and angrily exclaiming as he has to throw away said food.

- Fireworks lover, no explanation I just think he likes how bright it is (… :])

- He acts like he constantly doesn’t care about what you go through like he’s above everything, but— That’s a lie, one of his most blatant ones honestly.

- He’s a hard-ass Istg, an overly dramatic and smug hard-ass that takes pleasure in teasing the shit out of you whenever he can.

- Pranks? …Pranks, his kinds of pranks can be incredibly cruel at times, especially when they’re done to others besides you— The twins have it rough I just know it.

- Your is like, gum being stuck to your back or something— The twins?? Their carts filled to the brim with red glitter, makes sure that shit NEVER LEAVES, years later they find some remnant of this violent act against them and it makes at least one of them see red.

- He has trouble understanding the gravity of his actions, only willing to see his perspective cause that’s the only perspective he deems important.

- In general, I don’t think he’s able to put himself in another person's shoes, making his way of loving you a hell of a lot harder to interpret for him in a solid manner considering love is about understanding where the other is coming from when a disagreement occurs.

- And you sure as hell know there’s going to be disagreements between you guys, especially if your personality exudes something his doesn’t.

- He can’t understand as well as he would like, and so if you deal with something particularly rough he isn’t as much of a help as he’d secretly like to be— With his easily frustrated personality being turned onto himself rather than someone else.

- You bring about change with your mere presence in his life, you make him think rather than act, for once in his life he exercises hesitance, and fear.

- It honest to god scares him at times, shutting himself away whenever he becomes too vulnerable, he’s an independent soul, he likes things a certain way and wants them to stay that way.

- But how can he possibly resist you when you deal with him so well? When you love him so well? When he loves you so well?

- Yeah no you’re not getting rid of him and he’s not going to be able to get rid of his attachment to you.

- As much as he tries to push it down, as much as he tries to forget, even a year later when he’s in hiding he yearns for you entirely.

- Though he has to practice self-restraint so he isn’t discovered… He wouldn’t be able to stand facing you if he was caught by you when he was still hiding away. But this isn’t Post-RoadBlasters so I’m not going to build more upon that here.

- You’re the unirresistible force and he’s the old unmovable object, something’s gotta give.

Laval and Cragger's actions here were pretty disgusting as they took advantage of Reegul's deformity to make fun of him and even almost kill him.

I'll also point out that, in addition to Reegul's deformity, he also mutilated himself to look like he belonged to the Raven Tribe.

However, this is the only canon case of hybridization. Other hybrids (e.g. Lion x Crocodile, or Rhino x Eagle) would, in theory, result in stillborns.

Lavertus' relationship with Crunket would eventually cause the fall of the Crocodile Tribe, as Crunket was the queen of the Crocodile Tribe, not just mere royalty. Without heirs, because Lavertus was in the way (due to them not being able to hybridize, and if they were able to, there would be ethical issues), there would no longer be a Crocodile Tribe unless another royal family took power, and Crominus did just that.

Not saying that Crominus was right, but Lavertus wasn't right either. He was placing the Crocodile Tribe's existence in jeopardy, whether in politics (fight between crocodiles and lions) or just descendance overall.

Note that Cragger kept a grudge against Lavertus too. Well, him knowing that Lavertus could've made him not be born is upsetting enough. IIRC, Cragger made a backhanded joke with Lavertus' catchphrase, after the lion had rescued him and the MCs; something along the lines of "I'm grateful for your help! Or... Am I?" and Lavertus didn't laugh. I couldn't find a transcript for this though, but istg it was on the episode A Phoenix Has Landed.

Sir Fangar also flinched at the idea of thinking that Li'ella was beautiful, simply because she was from another tribe.

I also can't stop laughing at the idea that someone literally called Sir Fangar a pedo, when he clearly stated that he didn't remember her "Did I, what? No! Of course not!". He's just being delusional, and it's obvious by the way he speaks.

Outside of hybridization ethics, interpreting different species of animals as human races is icky at best... because pseudoscientific racism is a thing, y'know, the scientifically disowned theory of human ethnicities being each their own sub-species with their own traits... 😐

Something that I love about Chima's worldbuilding is that the Phoenixes made Chi and shaped Chima for the post-Illumination tribes.

Chi means god in igbo; Chima means "god knows it all" in igbo; Chi means knowledge in japanese; Chi means water and source of life in chinese; shima (with an s) means island in japanese. How cool is that?

Something that I despise in Chima's worldbuilding, however, is the persuader plant. It should simply not exist. It's lazy, unintuitive, and it erases a lot of coherence that ties character arcs and plot together. The dream sequences were also pretty out of place too.

Oh! Also! Eris is hinted to be a Phoenix, but not only is this something shoehorned and nonsensical, but it's also pretty weird, since Eris was supposed to be Flinx' mother, FLUMINOX' WIFE! Fluminox keeps hitting on her (praising her for having the soul of a Phoenix I guess) and it's pretty creepy. Her season 3 dream sequences are also lazy exposition too.

This has a lot of stuff going on. I hope I don't kindle some Chima fandom war or something. Ninjago's entire existence is already enough lol

This is EXTREMELY random and probably very controversial.. But I think simmers put the sims 3 on too high of a pedestal.

[warning, this rant is LOOOONGGG so strap in if you dare.. also, these are opinions, if that wasn't obvious, so please relax before you threaten me or sm]

The way I play the sims depends a lot on the visuals (cas cc, builds, reshade and save files) so I prefer the sims 4 for obvious reasons.

I'm just stating my opinion, and I agree that the sims 4 has a LOT LOT LOT of problems, but Istg if I see ONE more reddit post with the title "The Sims 4 is kinda boring tbh" or "The sims 3 is better than the sims 4" or some iteration of that, I'm gonna lose my actual mind and delete the internet.

PERSONALLY, I just think a lot of simmers are semi-blinded by their nostalgia. Cause ts3 has more problems than people want to admit- and anybody who tries to come at me with the old "tHE sImS tHrEe HaD aN OpeN wOrlD!" argument can honestly go stub a toe.

They say TS4 has too many rabbit holes, but BABES TS3 has them pretty much EVERYWHERE. Restaurant? Rabbit hole. Store? rabbit hole. Spa? Rabbit hole. Rabbit hole rabbit hole RABBIT HOLE.

People act like TS3 didn't/doesn't need mods to make it more playable, JUST LIKE THE SIMS 4.

Keep in mind that I'm NOT hating on the sims 3 as a game, I played it and it's fun ig- I'm ranting about the group of simmers who will DIE on the "THE SIMS 4 SUCKS RAAAHHHH" hill and will never let the argument rest. (Although trust me, I've had my share of "the sims 4 sucks" moments and wanted to throw my computer)

I feel like when TS4 was announced, people were expecting a literal CLONE of TS3 with better graphics, and since that didn't happen, hate.

Just watch, when the sims 5 comes out, people are gonna pop their rose-tinted glasses back on and reminisce about how PERFECT the sims 4 was. It will become the NEW sims 3, the GOAT.

The weirdest thing to me is when a new pack is announced and people are basically going "omg this new pack is gonna SUCK, so I'm gonna spend a bunch of money so I can TELL them how much it sucks- that oughta show em"

WHY? Just WHY.

And about some of the gameplay bugs (I'm not talking about certain expansion packs, we all know those are broken and complaints about that are perfectly valid) I've been seeing. Eighty percent of the time they can be fixed by deleting files in your game than can cause issues.

I'm literally BEGGING yall at this point, delete the localthumbcache file in your sims game folder. PLEASE. It won't harm your game. It helps a lot with lag and other bugs.

At this point some people are just complaining to complain, complaining is practically a cornerstone of the sims community at this point.

It's a part of the deal when you sign on to become a simmer, it's a tradition, a fact of life, one of the many things that brings simmers all over the world together. Complaining.

Also, lets be honest here. Even if the TS4 glitches are annoying, sometimes they can be pretty dang hilarious. Trust me, all you have to do is search "funniest sims 4 glitches" on Youtube and prepare to laugh.

Some conversations with him while he’s sick and your taking care of him.

"Do know I'm more than glad to see you again after tiring business matters, signora."

And there he goes, that nickname, that grin that whenever you see it, it makes you grin back without even noticing you are. It gets you every time, captivates. Though, he looked weak with that grin of his, is it because he's tired? Possibly.

He then raised his hand low, and grasped onto yours, intertwining his long slender fingers with yours as he slowly made his way to his bed, practically leading you too. You followed in confusion, with curiosity, you watch him dive into his bed slowly, without letting you go. So, you sat on the floor, near his bed, near him and eyed on him.

He then lead your hand to his forehead, guiding you to rub it. He felt hot, he has a fever, you thought. Is this what he's trying to tell you? Yes it was, but he was too shy to speak it in words, moving is less embarrassing for him. But his intentions were just to tell you that he doesn't feel well, take care of him. In which, you understood very well.

Do you have any extra towels I can use to wipe you? You asked, he pointed at the bathroom, over there, he gestured. You nodded and mumbled a quick "Wait here." Before letting go from his grip onto your hands and made your way to his bathroom.

The towels weren't that hard to find, it was on the cupboards, neatly folded, easy enough for anyone to find and use. His bathroom looked like a hotel's bathroom, fancy, white and luxurious. You grabbed a towel and turned on the faucet as you let the water run through the piece of clothing, soaking it wet and cold. After seconds, you squeezed it as hard as you can, hoping that water droplets won't fall when you start to make your way back.

And thankfully, it didn't. You made your way back to the sick male.

He was laying on his bed, his eyes were closed, brows were furrowed. It must be headache.

You run your fingers through his bangs and swept them away from his face, fully revealing his forehead that you never really get to fully see unless the wind blows hard enough on his face. He looked handsome, effortlessly handsome, you admit that to yourself.

You then folded the towel and rubbed it slowly on his left cheek, the water that touched his face soon dried as you rub down further to his chin. He exhaled quietly, you watched his chest calmly descend. You then moved to his right cheek, then lastly on his forehead.

"Do you feel hot?”

"I believe I don't have that much of confidence, my dear."

"I-.." you were cut off guard with his reply. "No I mean, is the room hot, do you feel hot, do you want me to open the window for you?" He chuckled.

"I don't even know. It's hot but not really."

You poured and sighed, you decided to wipe his neck as well, just in case if he does feel hot.

With your movement, he looked up, raised his head without opening his eyes. He liked how cool the towel felt on his neck. He gulped, his Adam's apple moved up and down. This was terribly embarrassing for him, but he enjoys it at the same time. He doesn't like the idea of bothering you just to take care of him, but liked how you insisted. But still embarrassed, embarrassed that his face was hot and red. Luckily, since he has a fever, it wasn't obvious nor suspicious for you to think about.

You then left the towel lay on his forehead, and leaned forward on the edge of his bed, quietly observing his state. And how handsome he is. He won't see you staring anyway, right.?

"Where are you gonna stay tomorrow? Isn't tomorrow your last day in your hotel?" He then suddenly spoke. He remembers.. you thought to yourself and smiled a little at how he remembers such a small thing about you. He does remember, he was thinking about it since yesterday, just brought it up to avoid awkward tension in the room of his.

"We can talk about that once you feel better. Tomorrow." You simply answered, drawing shapes on his sheets.

"But what if I don't recover tomorrow?" He asked.

"We'll leave it to fate then. My room there is clean anyway, if the owner tells me to get out, I'll just grab my suitcase then leave, easy." You shrugged.

"How can you sound so carefree when you haven't searched anywhere to stay at yet?”

"We can search tomorrow. Or I can search, I."

"You're not even worried? You might get kidnapped, you know? Even in broad daylight, there's possibilities." He said in a worried tone. It made you chuckle.

"Who would want to kidnap me?"

"I mean, I would. You're very pretty. And that you're a tourist, most people picture tourists as rich people because, they're touring. They have the money to tour in different countries so.."

I would.

Somehow, you felt like you just got complimented in the most unexpected way ever. You squinted your eyes and looked away from the resting boy for seconds, you tried to breathe, but you were feeling like you're boiling. God damn you, you cursed to yourself and peeked at Xingqiu slowly first, to make sure he didn't see your little act, before actually looking back at him once again.

"You're too worried." You commented. But, deep inside, you couldn't just function well at the moment.

"I'm too worried." He repeated. "I'm too worried."

Hey! Welcome to my first post ! I have no clue what I'm doing but we're here to have fun!

Summary: how would you and itto get together; a little snippet into the beginning of your relationship together

The usual: nonbinary reader; bullet points headcanon format; a few lines of dialog; probably ooc but what else is new; not proofread; edited once but take it as you will

I strongly believe in himbo Arataki Itto supremacy so I will write him this way, you have been warned.

The second he puts his eyes on you he is intrigued. He can't tell what it is about you that makes him fascinated but he just can't keep away. He will find any excuse to be near you. And he will deny and deflect at first if you call him out.

You guys would spend most of your free time together, challenging each other, playing with the kids, sparring, laughing and having a good time. I don't think you can get bored around this man, you blink and he is off to get in trouble again and you might have to get him out of it- or even get him into even more trouble! He loves it either way. That is as long as neither of you don't get hurt.

The line between seriousness and joking is very thin with this man istg. You never know when he is joking or not but that's part of the appeal.

No matter what, you always have fun together, never getting bored. You can be yourself around him, without feeling judged, and he opens up to you as well, dropping the façade of the strong unbreakable leader he always displays in front of his gang.

I don't think he would figure out the nature of his feelings by himself. He will see your relationship as some sort of healthy rivalry between two friends where one tries to impress the other really hard and wants to know everything about the other and gets a bit sad when they aren't around. It's obvious to everyone and their grandmother that this man is head over heels in love with you.

Yoimiya calls him out. It would happen during one of their friendly competitions where she would just sprinkle in the idea of you as his romantic partner, nothing major really, but it will be enough to get Itto thinking.

Ensue a small internal crisis where he will start to wonder what it is that he feels for you exactly. I do imagine him looking onto the sea dramatically thinking of you, much like Batman looks onto Gotham perched high on a building. And then he would think about your smile and he would just blush and start laughing and that image of the brooding epic hero would crumble instantly.

Yes, this man adores you and now that he understands his feelings, he will act on them.

His flirting is very straight forward, He will just state how he feels in that moment without any filter.

"Y/N! I'm so happy to see you today! It makes me feel warm and fuzzy and I don't think it's because of this heat!"

"You look magnificent today! We look amazing together, me splendid and grandiose as ever, and you! Looking like a work of art! What a good pair we make, don't you think?"

He would also fumble around if you press him too much. This man is made of confidence but if you question him too hard he won't know what to say and it can make for some very funny scenarios.

"Why do I want us to arm wrestle? Well, well, it's very simple! It's so that... We get to hold hands and see who's strongest! Of course! I will win but fear not! For you have already won my heart!"

Despite being an idiot most of the time, he is a surprisingly good at reading people. The second he sees you are uncomfortable he will stop his flirting and start acting as if you are nothing more than a friend to him. It will hurt his ego at first but he understands how much more important your comfort is compared to his hurt pride.

But oh boy, if you reciprocate his flirting? If you encourage him? It's like adding fuel to a burning fire! He will double his efforts and be even more open and loud about his feelings.

I do see him bragging about you to people. Naturally he tends to over-exaggerate himself in his speeches but when it comes to you? Oh boy, he straight up paints you like some sort of deity who has graced him with your presence. He wants everyone to know how amazing you are.

Don't worry, the second you ask him to tone it down he will. But not in private, I think there are few things that can stop him from praising his partner when it's just the two of you. He is just so in love with you and he will let you know... a few times every 5 minutes...

The way you would get together will be very natural. There won't be any grand confession or any huge reveals. It would just happen. Slowly, you will start acting like a couple more and more: it would start with him praising you nonstop; then you'll have nicknames for one another; then there would be the touches, first just a small rub of the shoulders or grazing your arm "accidentally", but as soon as you get more comfortable, he will constantly hold you or touch you in some way (I imagine he loves to carry you the most and will find any excuse to do so). And then one day, you'll just start holding hands and cuddling like it's the most natural thing, like you were always meant to do that.

Whenever asked, as soon as he had realized he was in love with you, he would say that he is taken even if you aren't official. He feels like he can't love another when you're in his life. There's no place for anyone else in his heart and he'll make sure people know this. But that doesn't mean you are taken as well and even if you do end up acting like a couple, he won't push for it until you bring up the subject.

It's not that he likes this weird situation-ship you have found yourselves into -aka acting like a couple despite not being one. It's just that being with you is more important than having his closure or having you as his partner and if it means he'll never know how you feel or who you are to each other, so be it.

If you do bring it up though, he will be upfront about what he wants. All you have to do is ask and he will bring the world to its knees for you.

"Rule by my side. You shall be revered by my gang! Seen as royalty! No no! A deity!! I'll make you a deity! Better than the shogun herself! My deity! Would you like that, my beloved?"

He can be a bit grandiose at times but his eyes will be so full of sincerity and adoration you will know he somehow means these words and that if he could, he would make you a deity in an instant.

If you agree to a relationship, not much would actually change. Instead he will start introducing you as his partner and the gang will respect you more. You'd be accepted into it instantly, no questions asked.

Despite that, Itto will get a bit restless. See, poor little thing now has you as their dearly beloved significant other, you being the thing he wants to cherish and protect most, and he starts choking up a bit. What if he ends up scaring you since he is an Oni? What if his reputation follows you? What if he can't make you happy?

Not to mention, he is terrified he would hurt you. He is a big boy, bigger than average, it's easy for him to lose control over his strength, and now you want him to hold you and kiss you! He is so nervous about your first kiss it's unreal. He is very self-conscious about his fangs and he is terrified he'd bite you by accident because he got too excited.

Around you, he just can't focus properly anymore -in a good way- and he just loses control sometimes and can be a bit rough in his touches. All you have to do is reassure him and he will relax instantly.

Your first kiss will be very shy and depending on your reaction he will adapt. He will wait for you to get more confident and comfortable and if you're already reciprocating with enthusiasm, he will match your energy ten fold!

After that, he will kiss you at every opportunity. Small pecks on your neck and cheeks, passionate kisses when no one is watching, grabbing your chin to have a tender long kiss when he can't help but overflow with love for you.

Sometimes he just watches you, a big stupid grin on his face, getting lost in the details of your features, and he gets that look in his eyes like he is looking at his dream come true. And you would just be living your life, doing something completely mundane, when he would cup your cheek and turn your attention to him.

"You are the best thing that has every happened to me, Y/N. They should call me Arataki "The Luckiest Oni Alive" Itto just for having you in my life."

Today was a normal day like any other

Going out to eat ice cream with Pip, playing video games, getting kidnapped for the 10th time this month

Truly, a normal day for Spamton

"So what do you [[big guys]] want? [[Kromer]] my siblings [[head in a platter]] oh! Let me guess they [[wronged you]] and you want revenge?"

"You got alotta sass for someone your size" the man driving the van said pissed

Spamton gasped dramatically "I'll have you know I am [[fun sized]]"

"Sure kid"

Spamton huffed but said nothing else as he leaned back on the van and wondered when his brothers would get here

That is when he hot an idea, though he would have to act careful cus as much as he likes to play around with them, they were dangerous people and they could shoot him across his head

"Say, what of you and me made a [[once in a life time chance]] [[deal]]" he said resting a leg ontop of the other

That seemed to peak everyone's interest "what do you propose" the man sitting across him in the van watching him asked

"Well [[valued customer]] you obviously captured me for my [[for all the family to watch!]] But that will obviously not work"

"I mean that [[people]] have tried doing this countless times [[for only 4.99$]] what makes you think you [[will succeed]], mmm?"

Spamton had a smug face when they gave him a conflicted look

"Because unlike those bafoons we actually have a plan"

"And what makes you so [[certain to buy these hot deals]] they will come for me now"

"Well, they all care for you, alot. They would do anything to save you"

Spamton leaned back, still smiling "well done you [[stated the obvious]] but I mean now, why would they come for me now"

The man started to get uneasy and unsure and as much as he tried to hide that uneasiness Spamton could sence it "we just know they will, we've done our research"

"Have you? Because so far you've done a [[very poor]] one, but I can [[offer the best deals]] for you, I have inside information about their whole [[operations]] and I can give it to you for [[a price]]"

"Shut it you rat" he said stopping the car "we won't make a deal with you, you little devil. You will do as we say only"

He got out of the car and opened the backdoor of the van yanking Spamton out and taking him sinde a shed

It was dark out so he couldn't make out the details of the place but he knew this was somewhere in a forest

"[[Creative]] this is the first time in taken to an actual [[horror movie scene]] shed" the man scoffed but Spamton could hear the smile on his face. Stroking their ego was going to make them easier to pull down

They entered the shed and Spamton is chucked in a small animal cage and he fits perfectly in, wich he wasn't sure if he should be impressed or feel insulated

They dialled up a number and began a call on the phone on the shed

<Addison household speaking> Soamton heard the other end say, it was definitely Plum

"Hello there" Once Plum heard who's voice was it their end of the line went quiet

<no, no I'm not doing this today> Spamton heard Plum said, though a bit muffled, so they knew each other beforehand....interesting

<look we already said no to the deal, how many more times do I have to say tha->

"We have your kid, and if you don't do as we say we will hurt him"

The line went quiet for what felt like an eternity until Plum finally said "good luck with that" before ending the call leaving the man confused "good luck?" He mumbled

Spamton had an arm hanging outside through one of the openings of the cage and held a part of it with the other as he had a smug look on his face "so, did it work?"

The man let out a disgruntled noise before slamming the phone back

"I'll take that as a [[request denied]]"

The man turned to the boy with fury in his eyes "well then, if they won't come I'll just have to torture you until they come"

"Wowowowowow buddy [[pal]] why don't we [[dicuss]] about this, yeah? I'm sure I can do something for ya"

"And what in this goddamm earth could you offer me that I'd make a deal with you"

"Well wouldn't [[you]] like to know"

The man grabbed him by the collar of his shirt "I'm not here to play games"

"Jeez [[calm the horses]] don't worry [[your pretty head]] I've got just the [[deal of a lifetime]] for you"

Mango and Plum stood outside the shed

"How much longer?" Mango asked

"Give him about 5 more minutes" Plum said looking at the watch on his wrist "should be coming out any minute now"

And just as predict Spamton was walking out the shed with a bag of money and his mouth bloodied

"Today took you longer" Mango pointed out already loading the bag inside the car

"Well they were [[persistent]] and I had to pull out the old [[chomper]]"

Mango tilted his head to look through the opened door behind Spamton, it was a mess, some people were passed out and others seemed to be questioning their life choices and other had huge bite marks on them

They shouldn't have resisted Spamton

"You scammed them out of their money again?"

"[[Correct]]"

"You know we don't need all this money right? What do you plan to do with it"

"Give it away to [[charitable people]] Swatch needs some of the money for his [[new buisness in town]]"

Mango chuckled "you dork" he said patting his younger brother's head

"Can we go [[home in the states]] already? I promised [[Pip]] that we could play games once I'm back"

"Yeah, hop in" Plum said already starting up the car

Mango and Spamton both entered the car and put on their seat belts and before they knew it they were driving off back home

So akaashi actually volunteers at Fukurodani’s library

So you would often see him when you read there

You guys would often make small talk whenever you saw eachother

Then one day you came to the library

And only akaashi was there...

He looked like he was having a hard time organizing some of the books

So you offered to help!

You guys just played some music and talked while shelving the books

And afterward he offered to treat you to some ramen as a thank you
