Had to make a pigeon decal for a class, I kinda like how it came out

edit: forgot that a little bit of shading goes a long way (also changed the line color, might still darken it)

#birds #pigeons #classwork #<- haven't used that in ages lmao #less projects but they're big and harder to do #i was told I'm allowed to make as many decals as what i can fit on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper #but i really just want the same one three times #so i just made it really big haha #they're gonna get smacked on a vase once they arrive in the mail from the printing company so that'll be fun #hopefully prof likes them bc they're due tomorrow lmao #the linework is just actual pen #scanned it in w/ a paper scanner and manually cut out all the weird spots and made the paper transparent so i could color under the lines #let it be know that i put effort into this one; i just went in with a plan so it only took three hours #i like how it turned out... maybe i'll do this process more often...#okay i'm really tired going to bed #i've been doing pretty good about getting to bed before midnight in the past couple of days #it's crazy how getting more than four hours of sleep makes it easier to get out of bed #update update #I MADE IT IN 200DPI NOOOO #NOT AGAIN

Everything day

#Had an Extremely long Game Day with smol today and I think it fixed my brain so that's great news #Past week has been rough!!!! Got hit with a semi-minor anxiety episode and a pretty serious depression episode to bookend last week #I'm all good it's just - took a bit out of me lol #Any number of things really too many to list so I'll just sum up as blegh - feeling better now #Started a new printing project!! Looking forward to that hopefully gonna do some test printing tomorrow #It Should work out well but pfbtl I can't count on my formatting skills for nonsense - shapes wtf are those #Been drawing <3 Been writing <3 #Thinking quite very seriously about returning to doodle roots something awful #I tend to spend a Long Long time editing my stuff down by three different phases #Makes them very pretty! But I think I've had enough of that for the moment #New! Novelty! Needed and necessary and I'd rather Write about these than fuss more about how Pretty Or Not they are #They're pretty enough! I've made shapes on paper that previously didn't exist and now I can think about them as they are! Magic!#So that's the current plan - do still have One more step of editing to do before that lol but smol had offered me videos to listen to during #Good to have longer videos so I'm not constantly start-and-stopped #Oh and Pepper went into molt Again and just came out and he's genuinely gigantic now #And so dark! Handsome boy was a nice soft brown when we picked him up and so tiny small and now he's nearly black and huge #And so furry now he's definitely at least twice as fuzzy #Got him to eat - he was definitely hungry but he seems to be pacing himself still #Everything everything

#about tto start crying because I'm so stressed about school starting this week #and graduating at the end of the semester #And having to call a guy at work to set up a leave of absence for the semester #since I'm gonna have myahands full student teaching #and getting finger prints taken tomorrow for the background check for my student teaching position #And figuring out what I want to do for my birthday #(Cause I don't want to call my friend and be like hey wanna come to my birthday party pls don't bring a gift #Cause they will bring a gift anyway and that feels selfish)#I just want to hang out with my friends #Like maybe just ask a few if they wanna do like a girls night out and go get supper at chili's or smth #But also I don't want to invite too many people if we're going to a restaurant #cause more than like 5 people at a restaurant feels crowded and over stimulating #And i.have some friends who if I invite them I would feel like I have to invite their moms #cause I'm also sorta friends w/them and my mom is friends with them (my mom will also probably be coming)#And the two friends I'd normally just be like “hey do you wanna hang out on X day” are out of state at college #so I'm nervous about doing that with my other friends who I don't know as well

Questions with parts a, b, c, etc are such a cop out. oh my lord. One of my placement assessments needs us to bother meet with our very very busy room leaders to ask them 'just 4 questions'.

... but each of those questions has like 3-4 parts.

I have news for you, whoever created this assessment!- that's just more questions and also very upsetting!! 😅😅😅 (/😡😖😟)
