I was looking up an actor I like and saw that he's thirty-nine. For a second I was like "Oh, wow, he does not look that old! I thought he was around the same age as me!".

And then I saw his birthdate and it hit me: He IS around the same age as me (I'm 34).

Remaking of a dipper fanart I did 8 years ago

I decided to draw grown up dipper this time so that I can feel closer to his age in both versions.

Its been so long since I did the first version, so many things have changed in my life but I love to see that some things havent.

Its my birthday so i drew these two yet again, but with cake.

Talia is standing in the hallway with a big cake, and Kapyy has taken a slice lol. I'm sorry but i can't stop drawing these two. I want to draw other coaches but then i just end up back with them. Where did they get the cake from and what's it actually for? Idk its not actually for anyone, i just wanted to draw a cake because that's all i could think of thats related to birthdays. The cake will probably fall and splatter across the floor. Imagine the cake was actually baked for a contest. (what am i saying?)

I did just copy my goauche paint test post for Kapyy because i thought it would be funny. The Talia pose is just some random stock image of a guy holding a box. I just wanted to do something quick. Might go back and make this look cleaner at some point.

Kapyy's diet would probably consist of just pure sugar if he's left alone for too long, or at least that's the thought i had while making this.
