between playing midnight suns ( that has become an obsession this week ) & the extremely cold week we had to endure here in my city i haven’t been around to write in the past few days. but i’m missing scarlett & being here so just a heads up

➼ i currently have 50-ish drafts and 40 things on inbox to work on. a few are already ready to post and i was holding them back until i finish all my drafts but this never works for me so i’ll be posting them & working on the other things as i go. nothing will be dropped, somethings just might take a bit more time bc they’re longer than others.

➼ i’ll be working on some changes in the next few days. nothing really huge since i already do this more often than not but i won’t be following the mcu timeline anymore. i havent been for a while, to be honest. scarlett’s main verse has changed long ago so i’ll be focusing more on that. the only thing remaining from the mcu will be the russian fam ( bc i do like them and this is hc based more than anything ) but the rest does not interest me anymore. i’ll be leaning 100% on the comics + games + animations ( like i used to ). i’ll be adjusting a few things on scarlett’s bio & pinned post when i have the time to do so

➼ i still enjoy the mcu ( a few things ) & i might post headcanons of things that does interest me and there’s still gonna be a very detailed verse for it bc i’m not gonna just throw everything i worked on away but the world itself is very limited compared to other medias & i want to explore more of other things ( like scarlett’s views on mutants, fantastic four, her relationship with other heroes & etc ).

I love love love the contrast between first Suvi and then Sworn extending care to Maddy as an untested young Wizard under harrowing circumstances vs. Indri taking on all of these young Witch apprentices with the express purpose of consuming/destroying them once they actually learn any magic.

I love the reminder that for Suvi, the Citadel is her home and school, and also all of the other things.

It's not just the army she's wanted to fight for, it's also the streets and people of her family and community, it's all her teachers, professors, the panel for her Wizard grad school thesis. It's the place where she did a bunch of stupid kid stuff that almost got her killed, and it's where whatever she's going to become with Silver started.

It's also the place that's crushing the life out of her best friend. It's the thing that Morrow was aiming for when he trapped Naram. It's the thing her parents died for instead of coming back to her.

And Indri, by very funny contrast, is just the world's worst Intern supervisor. 0/10 experience, would not get my magic consumed again. Just absolutely the worst.

Now I can finally reveal what I've been up to for these last months...

I'M MOVING TO JAPAN ✨ Osaka, to be more precise (hi Majima)!

I'm going there now on June 26 to study and improve my japanese so I can make my comics and doujinshis in JP too! I'm gonna stay there for at least 2 years but my plan is to stay there for more time or even permanently... Let's see what the future will hold! Like a lot of us, I always had a lot of admiration for japanese culture, art and language, and visiting Japan has been one of my biggest dreams since I was little and I can't believe it's becoming real 🥺💕 (living in a 3rd world country is almost impossible to travel abroad lol)

Since I have to be there in one month and I'm moving to a whole different country, you can already imagine how busy I am setting everything up (visa, flight tickets, renting apartment, taking online tests for my classes, medical appointments, etc etc etc) xD I can't tell yet how my art making process and posting schedule will be affected during the month of June but I'll do my best to keep working on 80s Goromi doujinshi during this time because it's very important to me 😤

Also, in the future, if you notice that I'm suddendly reposting my old Yakuza comics in JP somewhere like Twitter or Pixiv that means I'm already making sweet progress in my studies dsgjkdfhfkd
