So, I don't know if your requests are open or not, but I'd like to request something for TWDG S4. It's basically the Ericsons' kids with an s/o who has naturally cold hands. Like, their hands are always cold even in the summertime. So the reader is kind of self conscious about it when holding hands for the first time. I guess what I'm asking for is the kids' reaction to the cold hands. Like if they'd try to warm them up and all that. Does that make sense? I feel like it doesn't. BUT if it does I'd really appreciate you doing that. LOVE YOUR WORK BTW. xoxo~A

Ericson kids with a S/O that has cold hands

Characters: Clementine, Marlon, Mitch, Violet, and Louis

Warnings: Fluff, some suggestive stuff, and not proof read

A/N: This is kinda hard for me to write since I'm usually the person with warm hands but I'll try my best😭 I also don't own these gifs!

Clementine

Having cold hands was always an issue for you growing up and it hasn't changed. Before it used to be your dad who would warm your hands up for you but when the apocalypse happened you lost him and your family. When you first met Clem she took notice to you having cold hands, how you would always rub your hands together or put your hands underneath your arms or between your thighs. When you guys started dating, even before you guys did, she would offer to warm up your hands for you.

"Cold?" Clem asked as she looked over to you. You were sitting beside her and your hands were between your thighs trying to warm them up. "Yea" You said simply. She smiled and took your hands and put them in hers. She cupped them and put her mouth to her hands and started to blow warm air on your hands. "We should find you some gloves to wear, babe" Clem suggested as she looked at you. You giggled lightly and agreed. "Maybe we can get matching ones" you joked. You could feel your hands warming up already. Clem smiled. "Of course, anything for you."

Marlon

It never really accrued to Marlon that you had cold hands until you guys started dating. He would go to grab your hand and it would be freezing. He would laugh a bit to himself and would warm up your hands without asking, he knows that you'll appreciate it.

"Hey, babe." Marlon would say with a smile as he came up the guard tower where you were keeping watch. You turned and flashed him a smile. "Hey" you answered back and turned to keep watch. He came up behind you and wrapped his arms around you, it was November and it was starting to snow a bit. Your hands started to get colder than usual, fingertips being white, blue even sometimes, from the cold. "How's your hands?" He hummed as he took your hands and looked at them, your fingertips were turning white a bit. You didn't say anything just blushed lightly and you heard him click his tongue. Without a second passing he turned you around and put your hands underneath his jacket and shirt, his skin was warm, very warm. You giggled and hugged him. "You treat me so well." you smiled as you looked up to him and rested your chin on his chest. He looked down and ran his hands on your lower back. "You know, my hands are also kinda cold too." he smirked before grabbing your ass, you squealed, he laughed. He gives it a good squeeze before leaning down and giving you a quick peck. "You going to let go now?" You asked. "Nope."

Mitch

For some reason you were always so embarrassed to hold Mitch's hand. Your hands always being cold and Mitch with his big mouth, you were scared he would be judgy about it.

"Come here" Mitch whispered to you. You guys were supposed to cleaning up the school but Mitch had other ideas. He grabbed into your hand and pulled you into on of the rooms. He closed the door and pushed you up against it, he looked down and then he felt his cold your hands were. You noticed and pulled you hand away with a blush. "It's noth-" "Why don't you tell me you have cold hands?" He cut you off as he grabbed both of your hands into his. He put your hands in between his and looked up to you. "I don't know, it's embarrassing" you mumbled. He frowned a bit before leaning down and kissing your fingers. "Don't be embarrassed, especially not with me."

Violet

Let's be honest, this girl also had cold ass hands. When she found out you also had cold hands she would try and warm them up, even if it doesn't work.

October mornings were always your favorite, even if the mornings were cold. You'd always sit outside looking at the sunrise, loving the feeling of the cool crisp air on your body, even if it did feel like you were freezing. Violet occasionally would join you watching the sunrise and you guys would cuddle and share a blanket trying to stay warm. "Fuck, it's so cold" Violet shivered as she brought you closer to her, her hands were cold on your body. You shivered and got closer to her, you were between her legs looking at the sunrise. "Gimme your hands" you said as you look her hands and brought them up to your chest and put her hands in your boobs. You felt her tense up before relaxing. You brought your hands down and put them underneath her thighs and sighed contently. "Better?" You asked. She nodded and stayed silent for a minute before talking. "Your boobs are warm."

Louis

He finds it so cute that your hands get cold. He loves it that you go to him for helping warming your hands up.

You guys were in bed just staring at the ceiling in silence. You both had just woken up and were laying together enjoying the moment. The room was cold, it's starting to snow which makes the school cold too. And your hands were freezing, to the point that they felt numb. An idea popped into your head, with a smile you rolled over and put your hands on Louis's stomach, making him scream. "Goddamn your hands are cold girl!" Louis exclaimed as he looked at you. You giggle and pulled him into a hug. "Warm me up" you mumbled into his chest, you could feel him shiver from your cold ass hands on his body. It took a second for him to adjust to the coldness, when he did he looked down and gave you a kiss on the forehead. "Always will."

They took the upward path, through the still silence, steep and dark, shadowy with dense fog, drawing near to the threshold of the upper world.” (-Ovid, Metamorphosis,) So now Orpheus has the daunting task of ascending all the way up and out of Hades on pure faith alone that his Eurydice follows behind. Surely this is a test of faith for the poet. The gods are well known to play tricks upon helpless mortals. Doubt nags at his psyche with every step. He so badly wishes to turn and see his love. To make sure. No. He must carry on, up, up, further up. All the way to the surface. He must believe. ***I wasnt completely sure what to discuss or expand on with this scene in my commentary. Perhaps other parallel situations in greek myth where a god gave a mortal a faith based task? I also thought of Joseph Campbell's heroes journey and the ascent out of the belly of the beast for the hero. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. As always thanks for looking! omg. hard hard hard. here are some i love: reading: roommate au, enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, spies/action, hurt/comfort, slow burn, pining yearning longing, egregious amounts of tension writing: roommate au, actor au, college au, angst with a happy ending, pining yearning longing, crack treated seriously, enemies to lovers well that was extremely unhelpful fjalskdjfaf that's like every fic. WHOOPS!

11. if you're a writer or artist, what fic or piece of art are you proud of making?

omg. i cannot choose ONE bc i REFUSE so i will give you TWO: i am so so SO proud of my firstprince x the proposal au, the full spectrum of human emotion. it's the fic that made me join the writing space. it's my first multichap. it has, in my humble opinion, something for everyone! enemies to lovers! banter! tension! a HEALTHY dose of introspection! lake scenes that don't make you bite your nails in stress! lap dances! a 2000s romcom montage! proposals! angst! fake dating! i have art coming for the proposal au and i am so fucking excited to share it because it is going to be so so so so good and i basically never commission art for myself so I'm super excited :D

i am also so incredibly soft for my angel!henry duology. it's some of my most personal writing, very emotional and introspective. it's my least read work but the comments are all so very lovely and they all make me cry real tears. i adore and appreciate all of the love and art and emotions that have come my way because of it. i wrote it as a way to combat my own feelings of loneliness and detachment, a way to find a little bit of comfort and joy in the mundane. i hate hate hate toxic positivity, but i do try to hold on to gratitude when things get hard, and the first thing i let go of is the little sensory experiences i take for granted. so this was me trying to feel that bit of positivity again during a tough time. a lot of scenes are lifted from my own experiences.

16. a tiny detail in canon that you want more people to appreciate

i mean this isn't tiny by any means but i just love henry's range of interests in the book and what he will go on about ajskdfjaklsf like when he says he is allowed to like star wars and star trek at the same time (we always lean on star wars but they share more interests!!!!). i adore the part where henry shares tedious details about sailboats. alex replying with "cool" 8 hours later is so fucking mean fjaldksjfasdf if he did that to me I'd vanish off the face of the earth. wow. that's probably how my non-rwrb irl friends feel when i wax lyrical about rwrb to them omg. ANYWAY!

Hi Stella! please don't feel the need to answer this if it makes you at all uncomfortable! You mentioned that you're a domme and I was just wondering what you thought of the D/S Stony fics we have, especially when dealing with subspace. A lot of fics make subspace sound so easy and I'm sure it is wonderful, but I've never actually had experience with that before. Do you have any thoughts on the portrayal of D/S and subspace in fics or is there anything in particular you focus on when writing?

Hey anon, I'm happy to answer this! Sorry I made you wait on this answer, it's been a busy day, and I wanted to think about my response as well. I'm putting my response under a read more because it got long lol

So, to your first question, what do I think about the D/S in stony fics and the way subspace is represented; I think there's a really great variety in stony fics of how D/S and subspace are represented. I think the variety that's in the fics is really representative of the way that people practice and think about BDSM and D/S differently in their real lives. There's some good fics out there that represent how one party in the stony relationship struggle with achieving subspace and I really appreciate those because not everyone finds it easy to slip into that headspace and I think it's wonderful to show a variety of experiences.

I think something to keep in mind is that this is fiction and that not everything you read is representative of real life--which sounds obvious right? But it's easy to forget that sometimes, especially if you see things like subspace and wonder if you're doing it "wrong" because you see it presented the same way over and over again. So let me say this; you're not doing it wrong, there's nothing wrong with you because you haven't felt subspace yet, and even if you never experience it, your experiences as sub are still completely valid.

So, when I write D/S and subspace, I base it off of what my former partners have told me it feels like, and what I have experienced as a switch who has been both a sub and a domme. I do my best to be realistic in my portrayal of BDSM and D/S, but I also embrace the fun of fiction and let my characters do things that you would never do in real life because it would be unsafe for them. I'd say that in general, I write stories about complicated relationships that represent how messy humans can be, how they can do things and say things that hurt themselves or others, how they can struggle with communication and any other number of things we all deal with in our lives. And still at the end of the day I want these characters to be a person with valid emotions and needs deserving of attention, because that's real, and I want to write real things.

I'll wrap up by saying that I focus on humans and their messy emotions, relationships, and lives, and the way that plays out in D/S is fascinating to me. I hope this wasn't too long or rambling, and if you ever have any other questions anon, please don't hesitate to send in asks!

I loved your drawing of Nina!! so beautiful!! Also, I couldn't help but noticed some comments saying she wasn't drawn skinny and I was like what? I think it's some people just think of big as overweight, but Nina is in fact described as curvacious and you can appreciate that on her bust, plus her arms aren't like super delicate and thin. hi, thank you so much. she is not overweight, nor she is skinny, she is curvy and honestly we dont know exactly what kind of body type she has. its book character, everyone imagines her the way they like. i dont get why people get all serious about that. im not skinny either but never cared if there was character who represented my body type in books. dont get me wrong diversity is good and pretty much needed but body types shouldn’t define anybody, i love Nina because she is sassy and amazing, not because she has my body type.  there was one ask who said she looked skinny, and you guys got more offended by it than i did :D honestly love you guys. i get so much support from you its unbelievable

I am in absolutely no way trying to be rude, or trying to change your mind about alpha Sam in D&D, but this is how i see Sam. (Let's just remember i am the biggest Sam girl there is and i LOVE HIM NO MATTER WHAT). I see Sam's character as emotionally abusive and manipulative- i'd even go so far as to say he's physically abused her by pulling her hair. But in real life, if someone stole my keys so i couldn't go anywhere, If someone pulled my hair because i didnt want to thank them, (1/2)

I 1000% agree with you. Sam���s behaviour is completely emotionally and physically abusive. You won’t hear me arguing against that. And I guess I am guilty of romanticizing that behaviour to a certain extent. But with fan fiction, I believe that is allowed. If I was writing nonfiction, I would approach the subject much differently. In real life, this behaviour is completely unacceptable and terrible.... but in fanfic we can play with the idea of abuse at a safe distance. I really appreciate you being so nice about it and I really appreciate you giving us your perspective! I get that it may be hard for a Sam girl to see him act this way but I’m glad you still like the story regardless! xoxo

D - DATE. What is your muse’s ideal date? where / who with / etc?

Hard to tell- Mariko isn't exactly the romantic type. Probably it would be like a classic hangout but a bit more special: a movie date with clandlelight and great food, a trip with a nice picnic, things like that. She doesn't care for gifts, it's the experience that counts... But she does appreciate great food at all times!

A - AFFECTION. How does your muse show affection?

Mainly by acting thoughtful: Mariko is a bit of a tsundere, so she'd be the one blushing madly while telling her partner she cooked dinner or baked them a cake (or tried to, her cooking skills are disastrous). She'd make sure the significant other is safe, protected, and content. And she'd also show physical affection when sure no one is around to see it -- to her it's a very private moment, and she likes to keep it at that.

T - TRUE LOVE.  Does your muse believe in true love?

To Mariko, love is a lot about loyalty, and hence she's likely to believe in it when she's in love, although she'd not all lovey-dovey about the concept. If it things did not work out in the long run, she'd just think the other person wasn't the right one, but whenever someone is important enough to her to be seen as her loved one, she'd make sure to give them all the truest love she's capable of.

E - EMBRACE.  Does your muse like hugs? What are their hugs like?

She does, a lot, and not necessarily in romantic relationships -- but she's very shy and needs to feel very close around someone to go for one. She likes to give tight hugs, wrapping her arms around the other one as much as size allows it. To her, hugs should feel safe, and that's the feeling she tries to go for.

M - not gonna answer it as in the list, the ask is the same as for D, oddly enough

O - ODE. Does your muse have a way with words?

God, no. Mariko is awkward, tomboyish, really not good with love declarations. But she is genuine and sincere, and whenever declaring her feelings/intentions, the other one won't have a doubt she means each word she says. Even if she might stammer a bit.

N - NAUGHTY. What is your muse like in bed?

To Mariko, sexual moments are also filled with feelings, as she wouldn't go for them otherwise. She'd be flustered and nervous on her first time with someone, but as she gets more confident, she'd slowly show her most passionate side. In the end, she's a power bottom.

L - LOVE.  Who does your muse love?

It's a bit thread-dependent. In one, she's in a relationship with Shallot (and so far, it's her most balanced love, as well as fully reciprocated). In another one, she was in love with Fu, but sadly, he only saw her as a friend.

I - I LOVE YOU.  Does your muse find ‘i love you’ easy or hard to say?

Yes, because to her, those are important words. Once she gets more familiar with being in a relationship, she'd find it easier to say them, but never casually anyways.

G - GIFT.  Is your muse good at gift - giving or do they struggle to get it right?

I'd say so -- she always makes sure gifts are meaningful and personal, so she can come up with very original ideas to make them as unique as possible.

H - HEART.  Is your muse quick or slow to give their heart away?

Pretty slow -- Mariko is more the "slow burn" kind of person, and it takes her quite a lot to lower her defenses and allow herself to feel certain feelings. Plus, she can be kinda naive and oblivious, which doesn't help.

W - WEDDING. Would your muse get married? why / why not?

The idea would freak her out, to be honest. Mariko is a free and ambitious spirit, and she'd be afraid a wedding would tie her down, or that it would come with expectations she isn't willing to fulfill (like babies). To her, a marriage is just a promise of love and indivisibility, and nothing more than that; she would consider it only when feeling really safe and confident about a relationship and the boundaries coming with it.

X - XOXO.  Does your muse use / like pet names?

She doesn't mind them, as long as they're not sappy. She would mainly go for silly/joking one, mostly to tease the other person (e.g. she calls Shallot "pinehead" because of the shape of his hair).
