The amatonormativity in this 911 episode was physically painful for me to watch. Dear god please leave Eddie alone. He doesn't have to date. He doesn't need a romantic partner to be happy. He isn't alone! He has his family, he has Christopher, he has the 118! He is not alone! Not having a romantic partner is not a sign of unhappiness or failure and I'm so sick of tv shows doing this. If Eddie doesn't want to date, HE DOESN'T HAVE TO! LEAVE HIM ALONE!

Sidenote I am now fully on the arospec/demi Eddie Diaz train. That right there is a man on the aro spectrum.
