Favorite RE:V and/or DBH headcanons, if you have the time and energy? -🖤 (also I totally forgot I signed off my first anons to u with 💛 but I guess I'll use 🖤 anyways lol)

Okay, I really wanted to answer this but I’ve had work a lot recently but I’m home finally and have time!!

RE8 headcanons:

- Lady D is a Facebook mom and always posts pics of her daughters

- Lady D often reads books and shows pics/vids to her daughters since they’ve never been able to go outside cause of the cold. They love what she shows them

- Lady D is actually really sweet and caring when she isn’t slicing you up. She’ll call you ‘darling’ as she gently strokes through your hair to calm you if you’re crying. She’ll whisper in a gentle voice to let you know everything will be okay

- Beneviento loves art. She loves to draw and will often do portraits of Angie and her other dolls

- She’s very soft and wears a lot of cute black dresses

- Moreau needs hugs. He will desperately try to get hugs out of you

- He vomits when he’s overly excited

- PRAISE. Moreau needs praise. Constantly looking for approval from others, always feels like he isn’t good enough

Give us the list of gifts!! I’m curious to know what they would give,,

You got it chief!

(Sorry this is a tad late, life has been kicking my butt lately-)

• Chiaki- probably a game or something like that. Most likely a multiplayer, and a promise for the two of them to play it together sometime. She might bring his switch or smth if she knows he'll be there a long time and get bored.

• Hajime- his underwear unlike everyone else, a relatively normal gift, like chocolates or something. they're orange flavoured He'd probably also be the one bringing him general stuff, like a change of clothes and all that.

• Nagito- also his underwear honestly, Nagito is one rich hoe so you know whatever he brings is going to be extremely high quality (especially for his beloved symbol of hope!). It's mentioned in UDG that Makoto likes trendy things, so maybe something he knows Makoto's had his eye on for a while now, but couldn't quite afford.

• Peko- honestly, Peko has zero experience in gift-giving, and probably turns to Fuyuhiko for help. Little does she know, he also has no fucking clue-

• Fuyuhiko- the guy has no idea how to give casual gifts. Makoto just wakes up one day and there's a newly crafted authentic sword embellished with the Kuzuryu clan name lying in the corner wrapped in silk, and he's just like... 'thanks... ig-'

• Jokes aside, he'd probably give him a nice watch or suit- guy's gotta look good when he confronts his rivals attends school.

• Nekomaru- hmm. He's a pretty sporty person, so maybe a tracksuit or gym clothes? Or no- maybe a nice planner/to do list to scribble in. (To Makoto's surprise, it's actually very pretty, and even handmade!)

• Akane- we all know the way to Akane's heart, and it's food- she'd probably bring him a lot of snacks and stuff, especially whatever's his favourite (maybe a bit too much... well, it's not like he minds sharing. Although, maybe that was her plan all along...)

• Ibuki- she'd bring along some CDs and music he likes/she thinks he'd like. It's the perfect opportunity to get him to listen to some of her reccomendations! Also, here's a cute idea- she brings her guitar and sings to/with him in his room.

• Mikan- Mikan is most likely the one actually looking after Makoto, but I guess if she'd had to gift something, it might be some cute stationary? (*looks at Mr stapler-*). I feel like she'd want to give something handmade, like cookies, but she's a bit clumsy and wouldn't be able to make it.

• Teruteru- ok teruteru would DEFINITELY give homemade snacks and stuff. He'd for sure insist on making Makoto's meals (in exchange for helping him with uh... changing his bandages-)

• Sonia- she might realise that Makoto is likely to get bored, and leave him some of her favourite reading material (unfortunately for him, said material is occult magazines, the current issue of which is centred upon a haunting at a hospital... he doesn't sleep well that night-)

• Gundham- isn't it sweet to imagine Gundham might actually leave one of his animal friends to keep Makoto company (even moreso if it's one of the Dark Devas- ahhh that level of trust)- or as he'd say, to "keep watch over him".

• Hiyoko- knowing Hiyoko, she'd probably leave a LOT of sweets. Most likely the traditional japanese kind too, though, there's a fair share of gummies and chewy sweets too.

• Mahiru- she has quite an eye for pretty things, so I think she'd leave some rather nice flowers, maybe in resin, like a bookmark or table decoration. Or, maybe she'd leave some polaroids to remind him of how much they all appreciate him.

• Kazuichi- a television. But not the hospital kind, oh no, this one he built specially for his bud. And maybe some other little gadgets here and there. (Also some coconut water, cause, he just likes it man-)

• Twogami- he'd.. probably copy Byakuya tbh *wheeze*

• Ryouta- a copy of a particular anime that he knows Makoto will like/cheer him up (I'm looking at you, *insert your favourite comfort anime series/movie here*)

Class 78

• Byakuya- knowing this guy, he'll buy whatever's expensive- he might even leave some of that pricey coffee because he "cant stand to see Makoto drinking that commoner crap anymore-" (insert that scene from ouran high school host club here-). Although... i cant remember but i think it was mentioned that he likes flowers? He might leave those.

• Kyoko- she actually likes some pretty feminine things, like perfume and cherry blossoms. I can see her leaving one of those really nice pens/journals. Or a set of some nice lotions/stuff like that.

• Aoi- donuts, duh. (She really likes cute stuff too, so maybe some adorable erasers!)

• Sakura- don't let her appearance as a wannabe jojo character fool you! she likes some delicate things. She might leave a rather beautiful charm, as a token of her friendship. Due to her practicality, I can also see her leaving vitamins and health supplements to make sure Makoto recovers quick!

• Yasuhiro- he's pretty superstitious, so alongside some nice scented candles (pine tree and summer berries, to be specific, to match Makoto's 'vibes') to clear the air, he'd leave some good luck charms to keep away any um- 'ill-intentioned spirits'.

• Toko- she definitely likes receiving very girly gifts, but I don't know if she'd feel very secure about giving them? Maybe she'd give him a signed copy of one of her books- maybe even a personal one she wasn't really planning on publishing...

• Genocide Jill (or however you call her idk)- JILL PUT DOWN THE SCISSORS- JILL- N O-

• she gave him a coupon for a haircut. That's... considerate (he'll let his hair grow to his feet before he lets her scissors anywhere near his neck-)

• Hifumi- 'please,,, please let this be a normal, completely safe for work piece of storytelling', Makoto thinks, as he opens the doujinshi, already perturbed by the... *ahem* somewhat suggestive cover.

(It is not safe for work)

• Celeste- a rather aesthetic pair of red and black glittery dice, and playing cards. (He finds that the dice are loaded and the cards are slightly uneven). I also like to think she might leave him some high quality tea and a set- (as a tea lover myself I'd definitely appreciate that as a gift hehe)

• Chihiro- they also like cute things! They'd definitely leave a totally adorable set of charms or something (I'm thinking of those ones that you'd hang from your phone), or pretty flower stickers for a laptop. Maybe a handmade gift too!

• Kiyotaka- he's that guy who brings the homework most likely something practical, like a scarf or coasters, y'know, that kind of stuff?

• Mondo- an entire motorcycle maybe- maybe just a leather jacket for now...

• Sayaka- he likes pop music, and I'd imagine he likes hers too (maybe not as much as his sister tho adjajsaisb-). She'd give him an album of covers she'd made, since she knows he likes her voice- all his favourite songs.

• Leon- a signed baseball. Makoto's the only one he's confided in about wanting to go back to baseball about, so he gives him a signed one as a token of appreciation.

• Mukuro- a confession letter. Mukuro has no idea what to give. Her love language is bullets and weapons and oh wait a minute.

• "Is... is this an actual gun-?"

• Junko- chocolates. Yup. That's it. They're just chocolates. Promise. 100% dairy-filled, ethically produced, got-em-on-sale chocolates.

• (And they may or may not be lined with Carolina reaper pepper extract-)

Bonus:

• Izuru- literally all of these but handmade and 200 times better because he's an actual god-

"Dex, have you seen my shirt?" Kaikaina asked while she walked over to her brothers room. She had a date tonight and wanted to look her absolute best. But she couldn't look her absolute best without her favourite shirt. Dexter stopped playing whatever game he was playing and turned around to face his sister. "What shirt are you talking about? You have way too many," he said smilig. "The one with a rose on the chest," Kaikaina answered and started going through some clothes on Dexters floor earning a dirty look. "I haven't seen it but I can help you find it if you promise you'll do the laundry for the next three weeks," Dexter wanted nothing to do with the dirty laundry and was taking every chance he got to avoid doing it. "Two weeks and it's a deal, you lazy fuck." Dex gladly took the deal and the two of them started searching.

It took them about half an hour to find the shirt. "So... Why was it this important to find that stupid thing?" Dex had focused on those two laundry-free weeks too hard to even ask about that. Kaikaina blushed and answered "You know the guy I've been talking about from my math class?" without waiting for an answer she continued, "I finally gathered all of my courage and asked him to help me with the awfully stupid math problems cause you know I don't understand that crap. After we were done he kinda... Ummm... Asked me out."

Dexters face lit up. He might finally get a chance to not hear about that guy. Kai hadn't talked about ANYTHING else for the last semester. With a smile he asked her "You need help with anything else? Kaikaina nodded. "Could you do my hair, please? You are so good at it," She smiled and fluttered her lashes trying to look like a puppy. Dex smiled back and nodded. He could never say no to the puppy face. Kai knew that and used it way too often to get her way. "Yes! Let's go! I'll do my make up at the same time!" The girl smiled as brightly as the sun and started walking towards her room with her brother following behind.

And so the siblings sat next to Kais vanity mirror and started working on her looks. "Ok, so where are you guys going? Are you gonna do something basic like going to a park or having a dinner at some cheap place that tries its best to look fancy? " Dex asked. He was so happy for his sister. Kaikaina hadn't had that much luck on the dating scene since her last partner. It wasn't that she was ugly but she tended to be too blunt and rush things.

"First he'll pick me up and we'll go to a cafe his friends recommended. Then we'll go to the movies and see where it leads so yeah the basic stuff," she said while painting her eyelids subtle red. "Nice, are you gonna see the new romcom they keep advertising? It seems like it will be some seriously sappy shit, " Dex laughed and pulled Kaikainas hair into a braid. "Hell yeah we are! You know I'm a sucker for those," she smiled almost messing up her eyeliner.

After a short time the two of them were ready. Dexter had put Kaikainas brown curly hair into a braided bun. He was very proud of his handiwork. "Hey, Dex remember when we used to give each other make overs all the time when we were little? Like you'd do my hair and I'd steal moms make up and put it on you. You looked so hot with the eyeliner moustache. I miss those days," Kai gave her brother a sad small smile and stood up.

"Yeah, of course I remember. I ran away from you the first three times you tried to put lipstick on me but you started crying so I gave up," he laughed and looked Kai in the eyes adding "I miss those days too". The long haired Grifs stood there in silence for a moment. The silence was broken by the doorbell ringing. "It must be him!" Kaikaina yelled and started to run towards the door.

Kai opened the door to see her date. He was a short guy. Dexter recognized him as Lavernius Tucker. He had heard Tucker was a proper charmer but a faithful partner. So he wasn't that worried. He had brought Kai a bunch of yellow roses. Kai smiled at the flowers, thanked Tucker and put the flowers into a nearby vase. They talked about the weather for a moment and then the couple left. Dexter had to call Simmons.

About four hours passed and Kai came home with a giant smile on her face. "So, how was the date?" Dexter asked smirking. "It was fantastic! We had so much fun!" Kai beamed with exitement and continued "The cafe was super good! They had all sorts of baked goods and the most delicious cappuchino! The awful part was having to choose from all of the cupcakes and such." "Hell yeah! Was the movie as sappy as the trailer made it seem?" Dex smiled. "Yes, it had all the basic tropes of a romcom like opposites attract and the woman was a manic pixie dream girl it was super cute tho. He started holding my hand about halfway through the movie," she laughed and started to take off her light autumn coat and shoes.

"So what was he like? Will you go on a second date? Did you kiss?" Dexter had so many questions but he couldn't just ask them all at once. "He was charming. He was a true gentleman but he kept telling me awful pick up lines. He insisted on paying for my cupcake and cappuchino even though I tried to stop him. It was super cute. Also we had so much in common. We like the same movies and the same foods. We basically like everything the other likes. It's like he is made just for me. He is just so sweet. Yes, we'll have a second date. We already planned it. We'll go to that cafe again then we'll go to the park. Woah, I kinda feel like a dog for getting this exited about going to a park. Also why do you care if we kissed? Have you kissed Simmons yet?" Kai knew the question would embarrass Dexter.

She was right and Dex slowly turned bright red. Kai smiled and booped his nose saying "Someone call the fire department your face is burning up." "It's none of your business, dumbass." he blurted out. Kai giggled knowing that meant no in Dex. Everytime he couldn't think of some snarky comeback he'd just call the other person names. She couldn't blame him she did the exact same thing. She also knew Dex wouldn't press the issue any further if he wasn't ready to tell her about his love life.

She walked towards their kitchen Dexter following close behind. "You want any coffee? I want a cup but making just a cup is kinda wasteful so..." She said and started making it without waiting for an answer. "Yes, I want like a whole pot," he answered. Dexter knew if he asked any more questions about Kais date he would get questions about Simmons and he did not want any. He and Simmons had been dancing around each other for almost five years by now. Neither of them wanted to ruin their friendship but everyone else could see the two of them were deep in love. Dexter collected himself and spoke "Do you wanna tell me anything more about your date?". Kaikaina smirked realizing her chance to ask her brother some way too personal questions. "I'll tell if you'll tell me more about your love life and admit you have a thing for your best friend," She had a knowing look on her face. She knew she'd be able to pry some information out of him by not telling about her date. Dexter had to think for a moment. Was he really curious enough to let Kai know more about his love life just to know about her date. Ok, who was he lying to he needed to know more but at what cost. Kai already teased him about being a coward and not telling Simmons how he felt. He didn't need anymore of that.

"Ok, I'll tell you but nothing too juicy," he said already regretting it. "Ok, but I won't say anything too juicy either," She grinned at her victory. She had waited enough. She needed to know right away how things were going between Dex and that nerd.

"So, have you told him how you feel yet or are you dumbasses still dancing around each other?" Kaikaina asked rising her left eyebrow. "I... He.. I ummm yes? No! He doesn't probably even like me that anyway," Dexter stuttered and took a cup of coffee. He poured milk into the cup making the coffee look like muddy water and took a sip of the bitter drink. "My turn to ask. Did you kiss him?" Dex asked while making smooching noices with his mouth. Kai stuck her tongue out. "Its none of ya business but yeah I did. I got to add he is quite a good kisser," She smiled and winked at her brothers dumbfounded face. Dexter slowly rose his hand and went in for a high-five. Kai was hundred percent on board with a high-five. She smacked Dexters hand as hard as she could warming a small ouch from him. "Hell yeah girl! Get it!" he shouted with a smile.

"My turn! Are you gonna ask you-know-who out soon. I'll give you ten bucks if you do it tomorrow, " now was Dexters turn to stick his tongue out at her. "I don't want to Rush things. I'll do it some day... Maybe" Dex poured Kai a cup of the coffee and put way too much sugar in it. Petty revenge for embarrassing him but he was happy with it. Kai took the cup and started drinking. "You've had a crush on him for five fucking years get yourself together, dude." Rush my ass if five years was rushing she did not want to know how long was Dexters taking it slow and easy. Dexter fumbled with the laces of his hoodie and muttered something Kai couldn't hear." Shut up about Simmons and tell me more about your date. " he pouted while taking another cup of coffee. "Well, he smelled real nice. I almost asked what cologne he was using so I could buy it for your stinky ass." She teased him and dodged a half assed punch. "I am not a stinky person. You are stinky, dumbass." now it was his turn to dodge a half assed punch.

"You wanna go watch Netflix? I heard they just added The Office back." Kai dropped their last conversation. "Yeah, I do. We haven't watched it in like forever. I want to sit on the armchair." Dex looked at Kai. He was ready to run. He made a mistake telling her he wanted to sit in the chair. They switched knowing looks and Kai launched towards the living room. Dexter ran as fast as he could the chair will be his. The race was short but extremely aggressive. Dexter won by a little bit. He had jumped on the chair just moment before Kaikaina could sit on it. He was proud of himself. It took everything in him to run like that. Kai pouted for a while and then she say on the floor. If she couldn't get the chair she did not want any chairs.

She took the TV remote and turned their Playstation on. After browsing for a moment they put the Office on and started quoting almost every line. They had religiously watched the show together since forever.

summary: always immersed in his book pages at the library, seo changbin and his little details made you curious. staring at him was enough for a while, but you wanted to know more about the guy all the girls were falling for.

you were on the library often

not because you liked studying and reading, you just had to study

also there wasn't your favourite place, too silent for you

you prefer a hundred per cent talk with your friends

and you can't curse loud there when you're not understanding the matter

but reproving is not an option

so the library is like your new home now

sometimes your friends made you company

but they don't stay till late, like you do

you're ok with that, at least people won't take your attention from the studies

library also brings you bad memories from your first and last boyfriend

he thought the best way for breaking up with you was on the library

where you couldn't even scream and swear at him when he told you "you changed"

come on, in three months all he did was hanging out with everyone, while you were at home working your ass off on books

but past in the past

on that day you had a lot of books with you

you already feel your headache coming back before starting

but you decided to stay till the library closes

most of the tables were free, but the bigger one was screaming your name since you got so many books to fill it

one hour passed and you're already feeling sleepy

thanks God there was a drink machine right beside the enter door

the bench in the other side of the machine felt so comfy that you didn't want to get out of it while drank your coffee

the blank roof was beautiful in your imagination, until someone almost kick your foot and bring you back to the reality

a group of boys were walking in the hall and joking around

you didn't notice them at all, just after the kick you received

one of the boys didn't see your foot swinging and kicked it scaring you a bit

that was nothing, but your imagination just took you so far and suddenly you were back to the reality after his inattention

"sorry", he babbled, and got inside the library after saying goodbye to his friends

"ok, time to go back", you said to yourself

the rest of the night studying was so hard for you, and the coffee didn't help at all

your head was heavy and you almost slept while sitting

sometimes you just had your eyes open but everything around you disappeared

little you knew that the boy who almost kicked your feet stared at you sometimes

for him was just so funny seeing you getting mad at your books

and cute when you were almost falling asleep

but you were so full with everything that you had no idea he saw you like a zombie

anyway, you got up and stretched a bit

your legs were tingling

again you drank another coffee from the machine

your mind went to a blank space again when your eyes suddenly met the boy behind the book you were staring

you actually couldn't see his face which was covered by the book

then you realised he was the dude from the incident earlier

you saw him so many times, but it was the first time you looked directly to him, not only saw him passing by

oh, he was really cute

it was so interesting looking at him

changbin wasn't really quiet, but he wasn't exaggerated

a boy preferring books over a time with his friends was new

probably you judged him by his friendship circle before, but your eyes now were stuck in him in a different way

"oh, he is really cute", you whispered and thanks God it was really low

okay, now you're noticing everything on him while he is passing the book pages

maybe he had read a whole chapter and you got your eyes on him all this time

maybe one of your friends talked about him before, and you never had curiosity on him

but now you're wondering why he is catching your attention

you really thought he gave that smirk because of the book?

he now looked back at you, and your eyes met

you can't help but freeze by his gaze

his eyes are so strong, you couldn't control your expressions and you just looked away and yeah, your cheeks burned

you fast got back to your fingers playing with a pencil

yeah, of course he noticed you mesmerized by him all this time

pretending nothing happened, he closed the book and got out of the library

"oh my God, I got caught ", you said out loud forgetting you were on a library

"so, y/n, how was the studying yesterday?", one of your friends came at you

"well, just studying? I mean, sometimes is hard to concentrate on the matter”

"I guess it was so boring"

"actually, I- hey, do you know something about Changbin?"

oh, you just asked without thinking at all

"why? he was on the library? oh shut up! how beautiful your view was"

"yeah, he was... how do you know about this?", curiosity came up on you

"everybody knows he enjoys reading. he changed his reading hour cuz girls followed him to library everyday"

your friend told about him not being loud, but having girls fighting for him

she also told you about he not actually caring about them and how serious he was

ok so the time was really bad with you

after that day you didn't see him at all

again you were ready (not at all) for another round of studying

you wondered if he was coming to library that day

now the sip of the coffee you got in the vending machine got bitter in your mouth

the hallway was empty, so you spilled a "oh my gosh, it tastes so bad!" out loud

"thought you liked coffee", someone said in your back, scaring you and making you throw some of your papers

"you drank so many coffees that day. turns out you really don't like it", Changbin just looked so much more fine from close

"gosh, you scared me", you got down to catch your papers, so he did it too

"I'm sorry. again."

silence.

"yeah... I don't like coffee, but I'm getting used to. my only source of energy these days"

actually he thinks you're cute especially when you seem nervous

well, you thought a lot about him, but you never mean to follow him

he gave you a laugh, and oh my God, you loved that

well, you two started a conversation right there in the hall

you completely forget you had to study

he was so easy going, and you just went into his talking

the truth is that you just stared him for a while during his talking

but you wanted to concentrate on his words, cuz they actually were pretty interesting

for real, he was just talking about his tips on concentrating while studying

but that was attractive

but of course you two talked about other things

time passed and you met him sometimes

just a "hi" or "how you doing?", but you didn't have a long talk

actually you two slowly became good friends

but you didn't think that much to understand you were into him

you watched him when he wasn't looking

you got embarrassed when your eyes met by coincidence

you blushed when he laughed looking at you getting shy

and you always tried to overcome the situation pretending you where calculating the roof distance

and it's been like this since then

but obviously you just accepted you like him now

and you are sure he just sees you as a colleague

but that way you two became friends

sometimes you ended up meeting him at some balcony in the campus

you feel so stupid for liking him, you mean, he had no intention of being reciprocal

you didn't notice it's been months since you two suddenly became friends

and as time passed, you were really close with him

you even texted each other, that's an evolution

but now you're too drowned on him

he still so quiet even tho now he was close to you

but he made you laugh a lot

you're wondering if he feels good to be your friend

or he's just too nice to not talk to you

your friends envied you so much, they keep asking about him

you understand that people were curious (like you were), but he is just so nice, you couldn't say anything more

ok, he looked for you so many times

and every time he called you felt so nervous

when he looked for you in the campus you trembled

lucky you, people never asked what kinda relation you two had

and maybe your face never showed

anyway, he sometimes wasn't with you, of course

he had his friends

but he never passed by you without saying a "hi" even when he was in a rush

and girls fighting over him always

once he asked your opinion about going on a date

and of course you said he should go

"ok, so I'm too busy to go on dates now"

the burn growing on your chest when he was around you just intensified

when he goes "hey", you can't help but freeze

yeah, you're on a level that you can't control what you feel for him

but you don't mean to tell him and will try to get over it

"oh, hi, Changbin", you were more relaxed from studies now since the exam week was close and you worked hard before everyone

but going to the library is a routine now, and you have Changbin's company with you

usually you two sat on the bench and talked before entering the library

you always looked at the blank roof thinking

Changbin noticed this habit, so he just followed you

you didn't know, but he stared at you sometimes, and let out a smile every time you sighed

"y/n, that day you looked so cute coming back to reality after receiving a small kick"

"I said you looked cute. when you got scared you did a little jump from the bench"

"oh no", you said to yourself in your mind, and you automatically blushed

that doesn't mean anything, right?

"you are always thinking. I wonder what's on tour mind"

he kinda pouted when he talked, you find it so cute when he does

"I'm always busy thinking about studying. sometimes I like to stare the things for a while to relax my mind"

"that's why you stared me reading"

"why you bringing this back? It's been a time already"

he usually talked about general stuff, now he's talking about old things like

you were the one who got the attention on him that day, so

"Seo Changbin, do you have anything to tell me?", he laughed at you

"you're just repeating what I said that day?"

the sound of his laugh was like a choir for you

"but I actually have.", you stopped laughing

maybe it's nothing. he seems too keep things to himself for a long time, and now he feels close enough to share with you

"are you ok? like, there's nothing wrong happening to you, right?", you asked

"y/n, I'm ok. I mean, if it's ok to like you so much."

froze

you weren’t expecting that

"Changbin, what you mean..."

"come on, y/n, I like you. I'm telling you I like you"

he gave you a little and cute smile while talking and you controlled your melting face

"seo changbin", you laughed because of him

you really weren’t expecting that, maybe you would probably tell him first

but a relief grew in your chest

"I have an answer for your question: I do have something to tell you"

you leaned on the bench, and stared at your feet tingling

"I'm happy you said it first, actually"

he giggled

he looked at you as if he was expecting you to tell him more

"I guess I wasn't good enough hiding my feelings to you. I like you too, Seo Changbin"

he smirked

"anyways, sorry for making you shy so many times", he pinched your right cheek and you laughed

"oh, come on, stop apologizing, Changbin. I forgive you for everything. so just don't overreact, ok?", he laughed and ofc you melted again
