[Name] was a physically affectionate person- that much was for certain. Always giving those brats hugs and kisses of various kinds, giving out head pats as if it were candy and playing with the Cadets’ hair like it was their favorite past-time. Not to mention they were always cooking for their comrades. Baking pies and pastries, whipping up breakfast at the break of dawn, cooking dinner and even making separate dishes for those with allergies and intolerances.

But, when it came to Levi… When it came to the man himself, their Captain, the only person they’d ever need…. they never came within six feet of him. Never gave him any of their affection or made him any food. Never made him tea or even sat to talk with him. Even on expeditions and the like, [Name] would do the bare minimum.

At first, Levi thought it was his cold exterior. He tried to soften up for them, making exceptions and going easy on them. It didn’t work. Then, Levi thought it might’ve been the fact that he was their Captain. He tried getting closer to them and tried talking to them more. That didn’t work either. He tried everything he could think of, thought up every possibility, making plans to remedy the obvious dislike hesitance you showed.

Nothing worked. Everything he could think of, everything he did, had no effect. You still wouldn’t interact with him or even look his way on your own accord. The question now was: why? Why didn’t you talk to him? Why didn’t you treat him the way you treated those unworthy brats? If anyone should be receiving that treatment, it should be him.

Levi was perfect for you, just as you were perfect for him. There was no one else that would be a better match for you- of that much he was certain. He was cleanly and strong; he could protect you and care for you properly. He’d even threw his pride away to ask Hange to guide him through the process of sexual intimacy- all to make sure he would be able to please you properly. He constantly refused the sexual and romantic advances of others all to make sure that you knew he only had eyes for you.

And yet… and yet, you still wouldn’t look his way. What was he doing wrong? Was he not enough for you? The hearts of people who upset and hurt you gifts he’d left wrapped in pretty boxes on your night table… were those not enough for you as well? Were you still confused about where his love for you stands? Maybe you needed a reminder?

Okay, college professor headcanons for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures

Included characters: Dio (Part three, not vampire, fairly out of character, so sorry about that), Jonathan, Avdol, Joseph, Caesar, Polnareff with a little bit of Iggy, Kakyoin, Jotaro, and a bonus of Okuyasu, Josuke, and Koichi teaching a self-defense class to their peers (Not college profs)

Dio

He is part three in this btw, and he isn’t a vampire, I was thinking about the whole night class thing and deadass forgot he was a vampire

He teaches a night class

He teaches a criminal forensics class

No matter how many students he has at any given time, he knows them all by first and last name

He absolutely allows cussing in his class and takes full advantage of this rule

He will without a doubt notice attitude shifts in his students and will be fairly straightforward about it in his office after asking them to stay for a while after class or after they’re done with classes for the day to talk to them about it

He’s the cool professor

He only refers to students by their last name if he’s mad at them

He has his students skip titles and just call him Dio

He has helped students remove smell from their cars after someone left food in it and they didn’t know and it ended up rotting, or if they had stoner friends they had to pick up

It doesn’t matter if they aren’t in his class he’ll help them

He takes time out of his night/morning to help his students

He shows up about 5 or so hours before school starts and allows students who live in noisy ares to come in to sleep, he sets up pillows and everything

It doesn’t matter if he isn’t their first class he still lets them come in

Basically as far from canon Dio as you can get, just with appearance and accent, along with a few tendencies to snap at his students

You’ll literally never get lighter homework in any other class (Besides maybe Joseph)

He doesn’t allow cussing, he won’t report you for it. but will scold you, which normally gets anyone to stop, because no one wants to upset this man, he’s too nice to his students

He will report his students for any form of slurs, and that is the only time he will get angry unless one student is actively attacking another verbally or physically

He has stepped in front of a student in the parking lot who was being mugged and just knocked the mugger on their ass

Constantly jokingly butting heads with the criminal forensics teacher, sometimes gets heated between the two

They’re step siblings

Very few students know this

He’s a ELA (English language arts) teacher

MASSIVE golden retriever vibes, super energetic, loves his students, is the kind of man who would take one of his student’s secrets to the grave (As long as it wasn’t something like self harm or being a victim of a crime)

An absolute lumbering machine of a man, he seems imposing at first, until he breaks out into a smile and laying down the few ground rules, telling his students to feel free to talk to him about anything bugging them

Much like his brother, he brings in meals on exam days

He will fall, no if about it, it’s an inevitable thing, all of his students will see it at some point

The room normally erupts into chaos of running around and picking up his papers and freaking out about whether or not he’s okay until he looks up and is just an absolute blushing mess and he’s laughing

After the first time people still help pick up papers but it isn’t as chaotic

He encouraged an enby (Born female) to get their hair cut to a mullet and made a 360 video for them to show to their barber

Absolutely would understand anything his students were going through or would at least try his best

He’s that one guy that no one is really sure what he teaches

The presentations from student projects end up being the kinds that end up being iconic(?) images like the “How I lost my virginity to a mint cookie” thing, because no one knows what the presentations are supposed to be on

It’s harder to fail than it is to pass, seeing as if you forget to turn something in you have to remind him to mark it as missing, otherwise it just sits as not turned in, not as late, so it won’t affect your grade

He shows a lot of movies in class

Brought in a gaming system once and held a tourney amongst the students in all of his classes

There isn’t a single student who doesn’t like him

Caesar 

Cooking class

Lets his students eat what they cook after the taste test for grading

Is often brought flowers by his students after they inevitably find out his love for the colorful displays

Let’s be quite honest, we know Joseph is the one that exposes this

The two of them have a running joke of bringing each other jokingly “romantic” gifts as a show of their friendship

He was at first quite uncomfortable with the students bringing him flowers as it is generally quite a, romantic I could say, gesture (Funny lil’ side note, I was a weird child, apparently I thought as like, a 4 yr old I would have multiple husbands, and this guy that’s like, 7 or so years older than me was one of them, apparently planned to be the last???? I dunno lmao, but he brought me flowers because it’s now a running joke and we’re now sorta friends, anyways, he brought me flowers when I was 9, at least I think I was 9, but his girlfriend got mad???? Like hun, I'm not going to steal your man) until he started getting notes in them (Will post those in a later post)

He blushes very heavily upon receiving the flowers, any blush at all is extremely prevalent and he gets flustered and very happy upon receiving the flowers, his students have likened him to a blushing schoolboy

Has a fondness for paintings of nature, which have also been brought in as gifts by students, and they all get hung on his wall, which is always a great surprise to the students that paint them.

i've grouped a few of em together but i'll try to elaborate a lil bit (this is from least to most favorite btw)

simeon, levi, luke

simeon is an extremely interesting character (especially bcos of his history with the brothers back when they were in the celestial realm) and i can appreciate that but he isn't my cup of tea lol

levi's cute, just doesn't grab my attention tho (maybe it's cos of the constant friendzoning i'm not rly sure haha)

luke is an annoying baby

diavolo & barbatos

i think the events paint diavolo in a rly bad light more often than not (what with his constant recklessness and weird attempts at humor) so i'd like to stick more to how they portray him in the main story, which is quite sad - i have a thing for extremely powerful individuals that try to cope with/hide their loneliness

barbatos is very hard to read and i guess that's his appeal for the most part, he's loyal that's for sure but his intentions? they could flip drastically

beel, asmo, mammon

beel is like my emotional support demon - he's level-headed, loves food and working out, which are interests we share and i mean how can u not have a soft spot for someone so sweet

i also have a thing for pretty bois and jesus if asmo is nothing short of beautiful but he's also extremely devoted, whether it be to his brothers, his friends or his fans and i find that super endearing

mammon and i have something in common - feelings are hard to express tho i think he does a better job than me and the way he's constantly looking out for his brothers (despite the stuff that gets out of hand), is rly something to admire

satan & solomon

satan is a fellow romantic with a love for cats and a way with words that just makes me simp for him lmao - he's really caring, a bit shy and incredibly sincere about his feelings, his knowledge knows no bounds and yet he isn't cocky about it, and he knows how to have fun

from what little we've seen of solomon, i just find him charming as hell and hilarious to boot - he's very easygoing (not a care in the world) and his abysmal cooking skills just make him more attractive? like sure he's the greatest sorcerer in the three realms but he can't toast bread for shit and yet he tries and i think that's fucking cute

lucifer i could write an entire essay about why this man has the second highest intimacy level with me but if i had to shorten it i guess i'd say that despite the giant ego (and the infuriating smirk it's paired with), he has the utmost dedication to his family and to his work, he makes an utter fool of himself because he's in love and yet somehow does this all with a type of pride that only leaves me enamoured (and i kinda hate it)

belphie much like lucifer, he's dedicated to his family, except his way of showing isn't always the best way and i think he eventually comes to terms with this so as to change (yeah i'm reaching for the pathetic morsels we're fed in-game but hush) - he's also unapologetic (despite his problematic behavior), an absolute tease and has this confidence that despite rolling my eyes at, i'm weak for and maybe he's really cute too??? his laugh literally sends me into orbit every time i hear it

Yes I remember you! It’d be an absolute pleasure! I’ll keep them fairly clean unless you ask otherwise, and welcome to the boys club! (btw, I did post a few fics of them if you’re interested. One is called ‘no homo bro���, its a bit of a long boy).

Scrapper and Mix steal Netflix and other streaming services from Optimus. They refuse to pay for that shit, and have zero issues stealing that stuff. Mix even hijacks cable tv. Mix likes to watch sports, while Scrapper loves dramas. Neither can understand the other’s show, but they’ll watch it with the other regardless.

Scrapper cares more for his finish than Mix. Not the same level as Knockout, but he likes to look good on the job. Mix meanwhile, honestly doesn't give a shit.

The reason for the whole ‘no homo’ mentality is totally because of their creation. They were ‘born’ on earth, and were previously surrounded by Detroit construction workers. Being called ‘gay’ was an insult, so they don’t use that word. Scrapper is a bit more inclined though, as he’s been educated that being homo is normal both on Cybertron, and just in general.

They do NOT like how energon tastes. They got sparks, but they’re human vehicles, and human machines usually don't run on energon. They’ll drink it to be nice, but please keep some oil in stock. They damn near spit that stuff out.

They love earth kids! You ever see those videos of construction machines filling up kids toys with dirt? That’s them!

They both fucking love a good pun. Their record for laughing at a pun is actually ten minutes straight.

Speaking of laughing, Scrapper’s laugh is VERY loud and annoying, especially the more he does so. Mix really loves it.

Scrapper tends to lean on Mix a lot. It’s a comfort thing, and Mix is a bulky guy, so he doesn’t mind it.

Scrapper and Mix are VERY strong! Mix is arms and upper body strong, while Scrapper has his strength in his core, and his legs.

Scrapper loves the dinobots, but Grimlock favors the company of Mix. Probably because he feeds him cookies, and doesn’t like being called ‘puppy wuppy’.

Mix is a loud guy, but he hates certain loud noises. It’s why he has big ol earmuffs (cursed thought, what if he could take them off. And he just, has actual fucking ears there).

Scrapper draws better than Mix.

They’re VERY good at directions. Anyone lost in Detroit is usually helped by them, be it pointing the way, or driving them to where they need to go.

Both dance like single dads at their kids prom. Whatever you imagined, is better than it actually is.

Mix stole the ice tea machine from Chipotle, just because Scrapper mentioned how much he liked it. They somehow didn't get caught, even though they keep it right in their fucking kitchen.

If they really wanted to, they COULD eat actual food! It won’t kill them, but they can’t have it all the time. Mix likes chips, Scrapper likes pumpkin spice doughnuts.

Neither can really...cook. They can do simple shit, but they don’t dare host dinners.

They have nicknames for EVERYONE. Like, “Lil red” (Sari), “Oppy”(Optimus), “Bumble” (Bumblebee). No one is really called by their own names.

They can fix up ANY house. They’re trained to rebuild, and even do waste management if need be. For most its gross, to them, its just a normal Tuesday.

Scrapper says ‘I love you’ at least a hundred times a day. Mix usually responds with actions, like nodding or patting his cheek. It’s cute when you see it first hand.

okay friends sit down and listen up this is going to sound weird but consider this: Full House AU these probably aren’t in chronological order I just need to get this out of my head

Okay so Gaston is the widower in this, aka Danny Tanner

even though he says like he likes widows in the movie he definitely doesn’t like being one

especially when he has six strapping boys and a little girl to take care of

I don’t know who his wife was, nor is it really relevant here

when their mother dies the kids are thirteen, eleven, ten, eight, six, five and two

Lefou is kind of a combination of Joey Gladstone and Uncle Jesse

He moves into Gaston’s basement to help take care of the kids, because even though Gaston is raising them well, taking care of seven kids alone is next to impossible

he goes by Uncle Lefou to the kids

he’s the goofy uncle who reads stories with silly voices and tucks the kids into bed every night with Gaston and omg omg i’m crying

Gaston takes half of the brood and Lefou takes the other half to make bedtime easier

they swap the next night so it’s equal time with each kid

if the kids don’t feel comfortable going to Gaston for some reason, they go to Uncle Lefou because they know he won’t judge them but he’ll let them know his opinion without sugarcoating it

like when the oldest, about fourteen mentions something about trying a drink (this is def a reference to an actual full house episode okay) and Lefou is the one to sit him down and explain how dangerous it can be

he promises not to tell Gaston as long as nothing is to come of it, but if it does he will

just... take a minute to think about Gaston playing baseball with nearly a full team of kids in the backyard

Lefou plays catcher even though he’s horrible at catching a ball

He spends most of the games chasing after foul balls that he failed to catch

the kids are always stuck in an endless loop of “go ask your father”

omg Lumiere’s son is totally the Kimmy Gibbler in this situation

Lumiere and Plumette would definitely have the most beautiful children ever jsyk

and being their child, he is the most hashtag extra person ever

their son is the one causing the most trouble, and stays at their house way longer than Gaston extended the invite for

they adopt a kitten named Antlers who gets into all kinds of trouble all the time

it is literally the most excitable cat that you could meet but for a family like theirs it worked

Lefou is the one to teach all of the younger kids to ride a bike horse

Gaston had taught the older ones when his wife was still alive but now he really didn’t have much time for riding anymore

He caught all of them after falling off at least once, even the ones Gaston taught

Lefou is the most surprised with how well the girl rode

she seemed to be the most athletic of all the kids

which was a feat in itself all of Gaston’s kids were ridiculously strong and athletic

except for maybe the third eldest

he was shyer and Gaston never really understood him

that didn’t mean he didn’t love him to death though don’t get me wrong

he and Lefou formed a close bond over the years

when he decided to take dance lessons/drama classes/something like that Lefou was the one to shuttle him to and from his rehearsals

His teacher got sick and almost had to cancel multiple rehearsals shortly before a big performance

Stanley volunteered and the kids absolutely l o v e d him

He eventually became an assistant to the teacher because he was so good with them

all three of them gave standing ovations even that time he fell over and nearly ran off the stage in embarrassment

Gaston brought flowers and even cried a lil what a proud Dad

when one of the kids got sick, each other the parents took shifts staying up taking their temperature and singing lullabies and cuddling them to sleep

of course when you have seven kids (nine if Lefou and Stanley adopt) it’s never just one sick kid

like that time Lefou cooked something bad and the entire house got food poisoning

Gaston is an even bigger baby when he gets sick than the kids so Stanley has to stay and rub his back and sing him to sleep too omg

Lefou is very good at coming up with lullabies on the spot he really should have been a songwriter not a house husband

when the daughter gets older and into boys and makeup and stuff Stanley is the one she goes to

Stanley likes to wear elaborate eye makeup most days and from the day she first shows interest, she never leaves the house less than #perfect

as the kids get older, the three dads (because, essentially they are all the dads) notice the kids needing them less and less

Can you maybe share some of your favourite recipes? :) I'm so stressed out with uni and have no time to exercise anymore and I'm not really eating healthily and slowly I'm starting to notice that in my weight but primarily I want to start to eat healthy. :)

ohhh well, I kind of have a diet that’s 80% good carbs, so I eat a lot of legumes (lentils and beans everyday lol), nuts (if the need to snack or to eat something unhealthy hits me, I immediately push that down with a few almonds and pistachios) and whole wheat pasta (it’s important that it’s whole wheat - refined or regular pasta will definitely make you put on some kilos if you eat it constantly). I also eat lots of fruits! I have around 3-5 different fruits a day (no more than that, because they do have a lot of sugar). they satiate you and keep you off junk food as well. if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend just snacking on fruits instead of unhealthy sweets :D

oatmeal, mainly for breakfast (I make it with almond milk, one banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, coconut flakes, and sometimes I add a few strawberries if I feel like making it even sweeter lol). oatmeal is great because it keeps you full for hours, and if you add chia seeds (which have lots of nutrients and are satiating as well) then you will be pretty full for a long time, and won’t feel the need to snack. then again, like I said before you can just snack on nuts, fruits or even dark chocolate! I eat a lil piece of 85% chocolate every single day (it’s strong af but I got used to it after a while and now I find it sweet) and it calms down my urges for junk haha :)

teriyaki fried tofu with veggies, usually broccoli and carrots. if you don’t like tofu you can jut replace it with anything else that has lots of proteins (like chicken if you eat meat). this is super easy because you only have to saute everything together with the teriyaki sauce (you can also make it with soy sauce if you can’t find it) and that’s it hehe.

lentil stew, but I don’t really have a recipe for this.. I mostly buy it already prepared or my mom makes it ahaha

if you crave hamburgers, I recommend making it yourself! what I do is cut up some carrots in thin slices, saute them with some barbecue sauce, and then just add it to the hamburger bread with some spinach or lettuce and caramelized onion. I swear it will taste like a bbq pulled pork burger and it’s waaay healthier. if you want to accompany it with something, try not to add fries but some veggies instead (since you don’t have much time, you can just buy a bag of mixed veggies!)

and my absolute favorite: zoodles (zucchini noodles) with homemade pesto sauce. if you can’t find any zoodles in the market you can make them yourself by cutting up the zucchini in thin slices. I make the sauce with one avocado, lemon juice, garlic and basil (all to taste btw, I never measure it lol). just cook the zoodles with a bit of olive oil or water and then add the sauce! :)

I don’t really have salad recipes because that’s what I eat the least ahaha. but I swear these are all super easy, believe me when I say so bc I’m an amateur in the kitchen myself. but really.. as long as you cut out the junk and replace it with healthy junk (pistachiosss), you’ll be on the right path already. and idk if this will help you, but what made my life turn around is to drink only water. I used to stuff my body with energy drinks, coffee, soda and juices (juices are the worst of all tbh, I avoid them like the plague) and probably half of my calorie intake was sugary drinks. it’s okay if you want to have a coffee once in a while, or drink tea regularly, but for me, drinking just water has been just magical. I think that’s the main reason I lost weight ^^
