maybe its my own perversions but i think it's so insane how obviously different the dynamic between cage and jack vs cage and nick wayne iS..

it felt like jungle boy and cage had some weird fucked up situation where none of them really knew how to handle IT MFISOMFSOH. i still stand by my theory that jack was like in love with him while cage wanted to just turn jack into this cash cow/but also didn't mind entertaining jack's feelinGS..(he;s a bit of a social vampire like that.)

The Road to WrestleMania is off to a white hot start!

Your first two superstars set for Tampa April 10-11 are Bianca Belair and Edge with their respective Royal Rumble wins. Both had magical runs with Edge running the table for a full hour from the #1 spot while Belair almost matched him from the #3 position, going 56+ minutes.

I thought both Rumble matches were very good with men’s being a bit more cohesive. They missed a storyline detail with Orton’s face being magically cured just 6 days after seeing it exposed on RAW. I’m glad they didn’t go down the road of Orton missing most of the Rumble with the new injury and then coming back at the end to eliminate Edge. Edge going wire-to-wire was inspirational. Ricochet being in and no Keith Lee was never explained, although I’m sure it was COVID-19 related for Lee with Mia Yim already announcing she had tested positive prior that weekend. Bad Bunny taking out The Miz & John Morrison was your entertainment clip for the next day and the start of a beautiful relationship with the WWE for Latin rapper/wrestling fan. Good showings for the returning Seth Rollins, Big E and Damian Priest with 4 eliminations a piece to lead the men. Omos got two eliminations from the outside when he pulled out Big E and Rey Mysterio. At what point do they expose him to some action in the ring?

On the women’s side, Billie Kay was funny, Rhea Ripley was a beast with a night-topping 7 eliminations and the final three was fantastic with Belair, Ripley and Flair.

Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens stole the night going around Tropicana Field beating the holy hell out of each other. I’m just glad Paul Heyman finally got those handcuffs off!

Sasha Banks vs. Carmella was very good, but I just wonder what they do with Carmella now after all the hype.

Drew McIntyre and Goldberg did what they needed to do – pass the torch of respect and keep Goldberg in mind, looking relatively strong for another match at WrestleMania.

The less we say about the kick-off women’s tag team championship match the better. Predictable as the day is long and we get Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler as champs again, YAWN!

Needless to say Edge is having one hell of a week and Monday Night RAW and thus, we the fans, are benefitting.

Monday Night EDGE was full of the Royal Rumble winner from Sunday night. First, off, he sets the tone for the night by telling WWE Champion Drew McIntyre that he and he only, will set the place and time when he decides who Edge will face at WrestleMania.

Then, later on in the show, Edge gives his rub and thumbs up to Damian Priest, RAW’s newest member after his Royal Rumble debut. Finally, after a challenge from old friend Randy Orton, Edge puts to bed his feud with The Legend Killer with an assist from Alexa Bliss. A fun night of EDGE indeed!

Speaking of Little Miss Bliss, she continues to be a primetime player, inserting herself into the finish of the Edge/Orton match, paying back The Viper for his costing her the RAW Women’s Championship one week earlier. You wonder if at some point, they have them face-off in the ring in an intergender match. And oh yes, we’re just waiting for the reincarnation of The Fiend before WrestleMania.

It looks like we will get an intergender match between Xavier Woods and RECKONING once Mia Yim comes back from COVID-19. It’s now 2-2 between Woods and RETRIBUTION, so Woods wants the tiebreaker. We can only hope it’s as good as Sasha Banks vs. Reginald.

Damian Priest, along with Bad Bunny, made their RAW debuts a successful one taking out The Miz. Say what you will about celebrities, but I though Bad Bunny made a good showing with the leap off the top rope at the Royal Rumble and then with appearance on MizTV followed by the Priest/Miz match. I can just see a tag team match down the road, maybe at WrestleMania coming. It’s a win-win for the WWE with mainstream following of Bad Bunny. BTW: Booker T is hilarious in his old GI Bro get-up for the video.

Nice to see Carlito back in the Rumble and on RAW. Not sure why he’s teaming with Jeff Hardy other than filling up a spot to take down Jaxon Ryker & Elias, a team that seems to be going nowhere after an impressive start.

As for The Hurt Business, Bobby Lashley won the war but lost the battle by DQ to Riddle. There’s most to come between those two I’m sure. Meanwhile, the tension continues between Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin and MVP. It’s only a matter of time before the unfortunate break-up between these three. It’s unnecessary for sure.

To start the night, Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai fought off a valiant effort from the underdog team of Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter to gain a spot in the Dusty Rhodes Women’s Tag Team Classic Finals. Truth be told, I thought Kacy & Kayden were going to pull off the upset until Gonzalez’ brute strength won out.

What can you say about Leon Ruff and Austin Theory? Loved the way the match played out. Everything was entertaining and made sense. Ember Moon, Shotzi Blackheart, Indie Hartwell and Candice LeRae was just enough to let Ruff pull off an Eddie Guerrero tribute to get Johnny Gargano tossed. Theory getting the win was the right choice and then Dexter Lumis making the save while pulling out Theory’s hair extends the story.

Lucha Libre grabbed the spotlight as Legado del Fantasma took out Lucha House Party in a high-flying match. Now, we get MSK and Legado in the Dusty Rhodes Men’s Classic Semi’s next week in what will be a certain classic.

What better way to put more intensity into Finn Balor and Pete Dunne’s NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day announcement then to put the Rater R Superstar right in the middle of it! Edge’s first visit to NXT puts even more intrigue into who the Royal Rumble winner will face at WrestleMania. Talk about a promo bringing goosebumps. That was it, friends. Straight to the point and I loved the line about sometimes in WWE they focus more about the “E” but in NXT, it’s more about the “W.”

Santos Escobar is Elite. That much he proved again with another successful defense of his NXT Cruiserweight Championship over Curt Stallion. There’s few that can match in move for move in the ring. But, now where will this latest beef with Karrion Kross lead to while Scarlett watches him win and then Kross gives him the gift of time after beating up Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza. Tick. Tock. Who’s on the clock. Could it be Edge and Kross? Yes, please!

For a team that was just thrown together out of respect, Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher are making things mighty interesting in the Dusty Rhodes Men’s Tag Team Classic! I knew it would be a good main event, but that was one fun, physical match against The Undisputed Era. Thatcher even gave himself up so that Ciampa could get the pin over Roderick Strong with the Willow’s Bell. Now, it’s the Grizzled Young Veterans in the semis next week.

At least Mysterio got the pinfall this time, but it still didn’t really give me any intrigue as to why I should be invested in their story. Good three-way work for the I-C Title between Big E, Sami Zayn and Apollo Crews. Poor Sami, gets power-pressed into the timekeeper’s area after Crews stopped him from pinning Big E for the title. In the end, Big E retains over Crews and continues his ascent on SmackDown. Who’s next?

Edge wraps up his week on SmackDown. But, will we get an answer to who he’ll face at WrestleMania? Reigns wants acknowledgement. Edge says he’s already taking up space in Roman’s head but he’s not here alone. Bingo! Once Reigns clears Paul Heyman and Jey Uso from the ring, Kevin Owens is back with a stunner. No decision from Edge but we do get one long smirk to end the show. Keep the intrigue going! Great decision. Slow walk it and build up the anticipation on all the shows!

The run down on Lucha Underground season 4.

Returning and non returning cast members.

Even though it has been green lit for a new season there is still much confusion in who exactly will return, considering they last tapped a year ago and many things have happened to much of the Luchadors involved with the show so i will do my best to fill all of you in.

John Morrison: A.k.a. Johnny Mundo will be returning for season 4. Not only was he the only one present for the first promo of season 4 but he has also said so in interviews done just after the new season was green lit that he will be coming back.

Storywise, since Puma is gone and likely wont return at very least for some time my guess is now Johnny will be the natural choice to move more into the role of main Luchador, tho El Dragon Azteca jr would also be a good choice Johnny has been in the show much longer and is more well known. Personally I would like to see him slowly return to being a tecnico (with Pentagon Dark as the new champ and the main tecnico of the show gone it makes sense) with the other members of the WWU turning on him, disbanding, or doing the same.

Brian Cage: A.k.a. The Machine Called Cage will be returning to LU, in a interview he has said that ever since they made him such a main player in the show that coming back only makes sense. Tho it seems that the show set it up in a way in which they could very well continue without Cage, all his feuds are settled and not only did he lose the three way match for the glove to Mil Murtes the glove is now in possession of King Cuerno tho it will be nice to how he handles losing the glove because The Machine is anything but a graceful loser.

Dulce Maria García Rivas: A.k.a. Sexy Star will not be returning to LU. Whether you like this fact or dislike it the decision was obvious. After the Incident with Rosemary in AAA Sexy has been basically blacklisted from the wrestling scene until further notice, In a podcast Eric Van Wagen an executive on the show, stated she had been let go. 

Storywise, this upsets me because Sexy was one of THE faces of the temple she was the Wonder Woman of the Lucha Justice League. She also had a unresolved feud with a spider obsessed mystery Luchadora who had been messing with her for the better half of season three. Her leaving hurts the character and spirit the overall roster has, tho there are many other Luchadoras who could potentially fill her spot she was one of a kind and she wasted her own talent.

Unannounced Talent 

Many current and former LU roster members are booked to appear in the opening night of a new promotion created by lucha legend Konnan called AroLucha. The talent consist of:

And while LU has said they will be easing up on contract restrictions heavily so some performers could still come back to LU it’s still interesting to think about whether or not some of them would even want to.

Independent wrestler and former WWE roster member Jack Swagger has shown interest in going to LU so much so that he has had talks with ,close personal friend of his and writer/producer of LU Chris DeJoseph, that he wants to get into it even if they put him in a mask or give him a new gimmick. While it seems very likely that he will join the Temple he has not put pen to paper so for now it’s unannounced.

Budget and Production

Since Antonio Cue-Navarro and Alex Garcia (former Lucha Underground investors) are no longer funding the show the responsibility for the funding falls on the El Rey network itself, as a result the budget has been reduced considerably. Originally the average budget for one taping was around 800,000$ but now the budget can be expected to be half that. This also means that no more big names in the show (i.e. Rey Mysterio,Alberto El Patron or any other big names above the pay grade.)

Since LU had been on hiatus for well over a year and many of the roster members had signed up to seven year contracts this left many of them without work and unable to branch out to other promotions for that time. Altho Lucha Underground decided to relax their contracts and are now allowing the talent to branch out to other promotions and continue to be on promotions they are already in, the fact that they went unpaid and out of the ring for over a year has already left a bad taste in the mouth of many of it’s talent. LU is also showing interest in partnering with other companies to and exchanging roster members between promotions, however LU talent is prohibited on appearing on WWE or Ring of Honor and they are restricted in what they can do in what they can do in New Japan (i.e. holding titles or doing certain matches).

Hello! I’ve never really thought about the specifics about why I enjoy LU so much, something about it just clicked with me after watching one random episode after seeing a few people talk about it. It fills basically every taste I’m looking for (and more) in a wrestling show- Nay, actually any TV show, period.

The pure athleticism, the stories, the level of violence they’re willing to go to just to sell those stories, character evolution and interaction, the grungy, underground feel with it being set up in a graffiti covered warehouse, house bands, and a small but rabid collection of fans… Yeah, it ticks all the right boxes for me.

There are women and yes intergender matches are normal and nothing really extraordinary. If you can have a dragon fighting a literal zombie that only grows stronger each time he dies, then two people of different genders fighting each other is even more normal than it should be tbh. The first season only has Sexy Star and Ivelisse as actual wrestlers (tho Catrina and Black Lotus have important characters, and Melissa Santon the ring announcer gets involved in stories sometimes too), but from S2 onwards they add Mariposa (Cheerleader Melissa), Kobra Moon, Taya, and the Black Lotus Triad.

Other top wrestlers, well you might know a guy called Johnny Mundo (John Morrison) off the top of my head, and there are definitely others too, but the thing I love about Lucha is their ability to make a new star from the ground up so I don’t really think that hard about other people’s careers before LU if that makes sense?

I keep up w/ what WWE and other companies are doing by reading what other people say, and if there’s an overwhelming consensus that a match is outstanding (Okada/Omega trilogy) then I’ll go out of my way to watch, otherwise I don’t watch anything else on a week to week basis.

Bojack Horseman: you’ve possibly already seen this but I would do a disservice if I didn’t include it. It’s genuinely the best animated series I have ever had the joy of watching and the pinnacle of adult animation. It’s inclusive, smart, very heavy and bojack is…he the kind of main character you don’t wanna relate to but you will • tw for drug and alcohol abuse, mentions of and implications of child abuse, and homophobia (gay character is fired and contracts prostate cancer ), and slight pedophilia ( bojack almost drunkenly sleeps with a teenager, technically legal in that state and she was sober but ewe no to the shows credit it’s painted as a BAD thing )

Home: the adventures of oh and tipp it’s a 2d animated series based around the dreamworks movie and it’s actually incredibly cute fun decompression stuff • tw for transphobia I think? they make some jokes about the alien races genders and like…..I can’t tell if it’s a transphobic joke or trying to teach kids pronoun usage tbfh

The batman idk how you feel about superhero stuff but the batman is a pretty stylish and interesting take in batman mythos and the art style is that kind of awkward but captivating and interesting. it really stands out if that makes sense

my little pony: equestria girls movies: okay hear me out, they’re actually pretty good ( so is the show in my frank opinion but the movies are a good jumping on point ) the movies take place in a more human world and rainbow rocks is legitimately fucking awesome with kick ass music and they’re all S U P E R gay with butch lesbian supreme sunset shimmer

the tinker bell movies: they’re centered around a whole world of fairies and like I’m psure they might not be 2d animation but they’re honestly worth a watch, just pure and fun.

lolirock:

cute french based cartoon about three magical pop star princesses and it was the show everyone was excited about because there’s a black magical girl. it’s just super beautiful and sweet and bubblegum but it’ll get you in the heart too

Glitter force:

it’s one of the few precure anime we dubbed and it just …. it’s silly and kinda dumb but if you just want pure cotton candy and sparkles this is the anime for you. the main girl has a deep love of fairy tails and happy ever after like 💕💕

Winx:

again a little shallow seeming and the art style takes some getting used to but it’s a big organic world of magic and wonder that will draw you in and genuinely surprise you in some places

Horseland:

it’s a pretty diverse show about a bunch of young girls and their magic talking horses they don’t know can talk. it’s again more feel good kid stuff but it tackled native cultural appropriation and litterly called out the white girl wearing native headdress so it gets bonus points from me

the last unicorn:

*clutches chest* it’s just beautiful and amazing okay

justice League / justice League unlimited:

both fairly awesome superhero series that helped start the dcau and are just fucking brilliantly written and still hold up today

batman beyond:

this show is dated af and is about future batman in the fuuuture man sjjzjqjejriejr it’s super great though and is just a nice take on a young batman still balancing school and life

the goofy movie

just a really nice hilarious movie that gets a lot more on the nose the older you get plus I’m still not over Roxanes character design it’s really aces

Balto;

again a lot of my love for this movie comes from its animation but it’s a pretty heartwarming story about what someone can achieve for those they love

I’m sneaking in Wendy wu homecoming warrior despite it being live action because it’s an actually fascinating Disney movie with a really cool mythos and ACTUALLY HAS A PREDOMINANTLY ASIAN CAST go figure sjsjsjdje

Atlantis:

I have a deep love for this movie and it doesn’t get near the recognition it deserves. it subverts the damsel in distress trope without being patronizing about it. we get a lovable scrawny nerd that’s actually respectful of the cultures he studies and his goddess of a future wife and like it was a movie written by mostly white people that managed to portray a tribal element without seeming racist

lucha Libre and really cute oft forgotten cartoon about latinx children in training to become luchadors like their parents

ao no exorcist:

is a really intense anime with catholic themes that really goes deep into the concept of nature vs nurture and has a pretty gay coded protagonist and focuses more on his familial relationship with his brother and the strain it’s gone under vs his possible romances

ruroni Kenshin and samurai champloo are good old classic anime if you’re looking for that old school feudal Japan feeling and adventure and rag tag looser building a family

K is a pretty fascinating anime in that if I explained too much I’d ruin the fun of discovering it yourself tho hey more queer coding

detective conan is a fucking awesome mystery anime but at like eight billion episodes and counting I wouldn’t worry too much about it sjajhdejskkf

Karneval is a really cute and funny, pretty anime following a sweet amnesiac child as he joins the circus to find the one he loves, and yes more queer coding like haRD

yu yu hakusho:

literally my favorite anime ever in existence and I’ll just keep this short it follows a demon hunter as life continues to screw him over and he survives

assassination classroom:.

is actually a very weirdly heartwarming story about a bunch of kids tasked to assassinate their teacher ( I swear it’s weirder than it sounds ( but it’s definitely not a book to be judged by its cover

Majin tentai nogami neuro: is a very interesting and in depth murder mystery anime about a demon who literally eats mysteries and enlists the help of a human girl to open up a detective agency. warning tho shit gets DARK near the end

petshop of horrors:

this is an ova series so it’s just a couple episodes but it’s a hauntingly creepy and fun look and an eccentric pet shop owner that offers his clients … dubious pets that would be fine if these guys would just follow the rules of ownership he gives them

xxxholic:

again kind of a mystery anime but with far more magic and I’m pretty positive it’s canon one of the male characters is unrequitely in love with the main guy, and the art style is definitely an aquired taste but it’s worth it

1.-Murder at the Happy Home for the Aged by Bulbul Sharma.

So it wasn't bad but it wasn't exactly great. Had some intresting stuff worth exploring much, but the book didn't go there and I mean fine, the characters were pretty bland, I was hoping more definition to them but nope, still the book is a pretty straightforward murder mystery and it is entretaining.

2.-None of the Above by I.W Gregorio

I absolutely loved it!!! There is still not much talk or information out there about intersex people, so I really think this book is great for intersex people to come forward and tell their own stories, I.W Gregorio wrote a very informative story and honestly is great, the characters are so human and that’s what I loved the most of this book it felt so real.

3.- Defy the Stars (Constellations #1) by Claudia Gray

Claudia Gray made me fall in love with a robot (sorry not sorry) and I adore her for it. Ok so this book is great, it laids out such an intresting complicated future for Earth and what would happen if humanity did succeed in colonizing habitable worlds, honestly this book is so great and the romance the FUCKING romance is *cheff kiss* exquisite like I want them together forever and I can't wait to get to the sequel.

4.-Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell

Fucking god this book is a whole ass ride. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it at all I thought I would drag myself through it but nope I was turning the pages like a possesed entity, I guess that it helped the fact that I found all the main characters such insuffrable hateful people that it filled me with joy to see what fucking misfortune was gonna happen to them next. Honestly I thought this book was gonna be all white power fantasy (it had some of that and the fucking PoC representation in this book is atrocious like fucking disgusting how Mitchell dared to think slaves were happy as they were her idiot mind) and all the glory for "ThE CaUsE " but this book is surprisingly self aware and it shook me cause most of the main characters think the war was a stupid ass idea and the only think they miss is the privilege and position they lost and honestly the way that post war is portrayed is quite raw and yup honestly it was a great read even if there were moments that made me sick.

5.- Feminismo para Principiantes de Nuria Varela

Un libro muy informativo y bien documentado acerca de la historia del feminismo y las diferentes olas y los momentos históricos que los ocasionaron. Me fascinó, siempre es un placer leer acerca de la lucha por el feminismo porque creo que al menos a mi me da una nueva perspectiva de porque es importante seguir luchando por un mundo más justo y equitativo para todos.

6.- Skyward by Brandon Sanderson

I loved it!!! Spensa is so extra and she has my whole ass heart, I am dying for the next book to come out. That plot twist tho like I wanted to know what the Krell are and my mind was blown. This is the 1st Brandon Sanderson book I have ever read and I see why he is so succesful his stories are fucking bomb.

7.-The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See

This book made me ugly cry, it was so good and honestly I could see a lot of similrarities between how ethnic minorities are treated in China and how they treated here in Mexico and I depressed myself all over again about the unfairness of it all. The book was an amazing story of growth, healing, suffering... simply amazing, and I will definitely read more books by Lisa See.

8.-The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath

🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow simply wow. This book has such an intense style such a way of taking you along the emotional and mental break down of Esther when she is faced with the world out side school and all this expectations she faces from her family, society and herself that it's just too much, that shit felt so real for me, I really liked it a lot but I don't think I'll be reading it again anytime soon cuz it really hit me too close being a woman that has (and still is) struggled with mental health a lot .

9.-An Assassin's Guide to Love and Treason by Virginia Boecker

🌟🌟🌟

The plot of this book is completely outlandish BUT it was a welcomed respite after the intensity of "The Bell Jar" and honestly I fricken love Shakespeare retellings (like pls go read Hag Seed by Margaret Atwood y'all) and the Twelfth Night is such a silly fun play what is not to like??? The pacing is good, the characters are ok, the romance is good and it's an all around fun silly story (yes they attempt to kill the queen but who cares?)

10.- Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had only ever watched the movie before and it low key annoyed me how every incel fan boy out there thinks the movie is the truest shit out there (cuz boooooy the toxic masculinity of the whole ass concept of a Fight Club all those edgy ass bitches Tyler Durden wannabes drawing anarchy signs in their notebooks that I have had to deal with *sigh*), but I absolutely love Chuck Palahniuk's books, his sense of humor is my jam and I knew there had to be more to the Fight Club than edgy fake depth and omg like it was so funny this book is about the dangers of toxic masculinity (half of the book I thought our narrator was in love with Tyler and I was like omg this shit is so gay how are those incels not seein this??) and that fake ass depth all those edgelords worship had me in stiches. Truly loved this book.

11.- The Lady from the Black Lagoon by Mallory O'Meara

This book tho. Millicent Patrick was a fricken badass and such a wonderful artist and her story is so incredible. Like wow the film industry hasn't changed all that much huh? It was an amazing biography, I was crying by the end of it at the amount of love that went into all the research and how important it is to bring to light all these creative amazing woman facing the odds just to pursue their dreams, the thing I loved the most about the book was Mallory intertwining the story of her research with Millicent story like I appreciate all the effort it took her and it was amazing to read it.

12.- The Prince (Original Sinners #3) by Tiffany Reisz

First off, how dare u Tiffany Reisz!!! That fucking cliff hanger. Now onto the book, wow, just when I thought Søren's life couldn't get more fucked up u proved me wrong, also why u make me ship everything, like now that I know what Kingsley and Søren's relationship was and how much Kingsley still loves him and wants to be with him aghfhfhhd, but also Nora and Weasley, he is so goddamn sweet and they love each other but thing is I don't think they will work out at all, cuz Nora and Søren are so much like each other (the parallels between the 2 of them were so clear) and their love is still there even if they are apart and whyyyyyy u make me suffer like this???

13.- Descendant of the Crane by Joan He

This book is really great, all the construction of the lore and the political drama!!!! Like I live for that and I seriously need a sequel. A great fantasy with an amazing protagonist, those plot twists !!!!!! I never saw them coming. I just need the next book pls 😢😢.

14.-The Poppy War by R.F Kuang

This blew my mind, honestly this month I read such great fantasy books. I wasn't expecting anything that happened (well I did guess about what Rin was but it was pretty clear) it broke my heart time and time again and I need to get to the sequel soon (like why do I do this to myself, I need to finish a hella lot of series and I just keep starting new ones like a dumbass).

15.-The Way of Kings (Stormlight Archives #1) by Brandon Sanderson

💞💞💞 High Fantasy is my favorite thing in the world and this book, gosh i fell in love. The characters! The fucking world!!!! The political drama, the magic, the religion, (also all those drawings throughout the book were amazing) ahdhenmdhdj I adore when writers create whole ass worlds and this omg I hadn't been so excited about a high fantasy book since I finished the ASOIAF books. The story blew me away Brandon Sanderson dives right into it and I need to read the next book.

It was a great reading month for me tbh, I didn't think I would finish my TBR for this month but suddenly I did and it was because I got really great books and I hope next month will be just as good.

I'm going to say my peace about the shakeup, regardless of any rumors.

I’m making the assumption that although champions, commentators, ringside personnel, etc. will be eligible, none of them will be moved (although it’s possible the US and Intercontinental titles may flip). Also, that the structure will stay the same... although at this point it would probably be a better idea to have all the tag teams on Raw and the cruiserweights on Smackdown. But maybe the shuffle will help issues in the tag team divisions.

What I want to see the most from this shakeup is for the rosters to be more evenly distributed. Something the original draft didn’t accomplish. You can argue that SD has less time, but on the flip side Raw doesn’t even use a large part of their roster despite how much more time they have.

I haven’t given much thought to additional NXT callups. I’ll play that by ear.

To Raw: >AJ Styles, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Natalya, Kalisto, Apollo Crews, Miz and Maryse, American Alpha, Heath Slater and Rhyno. To Smackdown: >Seth Rollins, Charlotte, Emma, Dana Brooke, Sami Zayn, Rusev and Lana, Cesaro and Sheamus, The New Day.

I think the writing's on the wall for AJ Styles. I hate it, most of us hate it, but the build for the switch is transparent. We just don't know 100% what the return is. Seth Rollins would be a good fit. Since his feud with Triple H is over, the guy needs a fresh start and a new finisher. This is an opportune time for a switch and keeping him away from Triple H and Stephanie would ensure that. Also, it makes the most sense that he would want to get away from them as much as they wouldn’t want him on Raw. He would also only be rehashing old feuds if he stays. Plus I'm sure a lot of fans would love to see Rollins and Ambrose on the same brand lol.

Charlotte is versatile. She would be fine on SD. My issue is her leaving behind so many feuds she has going on Raw, especially with Dana Brooke. Which would be made even better if Emma got involved. Her potential feud with Nia is also a good one. Plus, if WWE continues to artificially inflate her title reigns it's going to hurt every woman on SD. I don't really know what can be said about that. We've seen the damage it did on Raw.

With the conclusion of her feud with Naomi and being a 2x champion, Alexa Bliss could go to Raw and get a fresh start. If she stays she'll only be rehashing old feuds. She has the same issue as Seth Rollins right now. It wouldn't even take her long to be the top woman heel on Raw with proper booking.

Carmella needs to get away from James Ellsworth asap. Also, taking her away from Enzo and Cass was a big mistake. She could go back with them and be a singles competitor. Emma and Dana Brooke for similar reasons. Especially if WWE puts them back together. That would also even out if Billie Kay and Peyton Royce go to Raw down the line (won’t happen this shuffle I’m sure). For Natalya, it’s a matter of finding her new feuds.

Miz and Maryse are doing so well right now. And because of that WWE will want them on Raw. I do think they will struggle and lose momentum tho. Rusev and Lana will probably be flipped because of them. And honestly, that will probably do wonders because Raw has done nothing good with them.

Do I think American Alpha should go to Raw? No. Do I think they will go to Raw simply because with the return of Kurt Angle WWE may treat them like his protegees because that’s just how WWE thinks? BIG possibility. Slater and Rhyno were doing fine but now we hardly see them. Raw could definitely use them.

Cesaro and Sheamus together or apart. On one hand, Cesaro on his own would do much better on SD. It all really depends if WWE keeps them together.

SD isn’t doing anything with Apollo Crews and KO needs more opponents. Kalisto either needs to reform the Lucha Dragons with Sin Cara or better yet, be put in the cruiserweight division.

Sami Zayn is self-explanatory. The guy was practically made for SD and he would flourish. See also: Shinsuke vs. Sami. Give it up to a year maybe half, and he’ll be a main event player on that brand. Depends on his push.

Any shuffle of the tag teams would be fine. Raw right now is actually almost too stacked with the return of the Hardys. Which could hurt some teams in the long run, like New Day; who are directionless. SD is struggling to give everyone in the tag team division time and direction. A good shuffle could help both rosters.
