having the whitest problem on earth: my dad got some already antique balinese masks at an estate sale 40 years ago and officially made them my problem by hiding them in a box of other masks he gave me and now i have to call museums asking who can take them because it turns out they are priceless cultural items. thanks dad.

#some followers may remember my posting about this years ago #i have just had them sitting in a box since that point because #wtf do you do with a pair of 100 year old demon-fighting ritual masks that aren't yours #you put them in a box and say 'i do not see it' is what #until your roommates say 'please get rid of the haunted masks'#and you re-google the haunted masks and learn their actual value #and your computer crashes when you google the haunted masks #making your roommate reiterate that you really need to get rid of the haunted masks #so anyway that's my sunday #(no i do not believe the masks are actually haunted)
