What's something you couldn't live without, other than the obvious? It’d be very hard to have to get by without my glasses. I’d technically survive, but I’ll have to get used to bumping into things a lot and never recognizing anyone unless they’re right beside/in front of me. What's something that will always cheer you up? Dogs. Real life dogs, photos of dogs, videos of dogs, stories about dogs, etc. Who's had the biggest positive impact on your life? My orgmates. They made me happy when I needed it the most, called me out when I needed the help, and idk I’m just happy whenever I get to see them. I can’t recall a time where I felt like it was a chore to spend some time with them. Do you wear flip-flops during the winter? Sigh...moving on... What was the last thing you said out loud? I asked Nina to help me bring Cooper and his stuff up to my parents’ room; specifically, I asked her to bring his food and water bowls.
What's something that irritates you to no end? Backhand compliments. An uncle once congratulated me for getting into my dream school but ended his sentence with “are you sure you don’t wanna go to [2nd top university in the country, (which I also passed the day before)]? You’ll fit better there.” This was like two days after I found out I got into UP, so I was still on cloud nine. I don’t know how my face contorted after that but I wasn’t pleased.
Honestly, do looks matter to you? Yes, but not as much as personality and intelligence. When was the last time you had a girls/guys night out? Not sure. I just have nights out in general; I never plan out gender-exclusive hangouts with my friends. Do you still watch kiddie movies/tv shows? Sometimes, when I get in the mood to. It’s not something I feel the need to do regularly. What's your worst habit? Never learning my lesson and being careless just because everything is going well. Best way I can illustrate this is when a couple of a months ago I started getting regular headaches because I’d sleep at 3, 4 AM – I addressed it by giving myself an earlier bedtime. When the headaches went away and I started feeling better, I went right back to sleeping late lol. Procrastinating is a good example too; I’ve submitted work early occasionally and it’s satisfying as fuck, but I never learn for the most part and stick to doing stuff at the last minute. Do your parents call you by any embarrassing nicknames? No. Byn is a nickname, but I don’t find it embarrassing. Do you have road rage? Yeah but there have to be certain conditions for me to get to that point, like once I’ve seen enough stupidity on the road and I can’t take it anymore; when I’m tense about something; or when traffic has been standstill for too long. Is there a certain word that you always forget how to spell? Not really. I know my spelling pretty well. Are there any books in your room? Which ones? Yesssss but it’s mostly because I owned a lot of books as a kid and I’ve thrown none of them out. My book collection is sorely not updated because I stopped reading as I got older. Do you take too many surveys? I wouldn’t say I take too many, especially considering the fact that I used to take like 7-10 surveys everyday back in high school. I do take them regularly. Write some lyrics from the song you're currently listening to: "You know I’m always coming back to this place, you know I’m always gonna look for your face.”
When it comes to dating, what's your preferred age range? 0-1 year. When was the last time someone gave you a weird look? Continued the next morning, lol. I was dancing in my seat over dinner last night because the fried chicken we had was super good, so my mom looked at me strangely. Do you like to cuddle? Only with a significant other, and an animal if they’re willing to cuddle. Do you like the band Cartel? I don’t think I’ve heard of that band yet. Do you play any instruments? No, but I’m always wishing I could. Do you ever blare the music in the car and dance like an idiot? I used to do that when I drove to and from school. It’s the only time in the day where I’m not working and I’m alone, so I allow myself to let loose. Though I gotta say, most of it is recorded because I always have a dashcam on HAHAHAHA so I definitely have some footage I don’t want getting aired in like my funeral or something. Do you like playing in the rain? When I was a kid.
What's something you miss? Going to the mall is a big one. Anything unpleasant coming up soon? The worst thing I can think of is the first anniversary of Nacho’s passing. It’s not till September, but when I think about how March literally feels like yesterday September doesn’t seem too far away anymore. If you had a pet moose, what would you name him? Probably the name of another animal, like Cow. I’ve seen other people name their dogs the names of different animals and it has always sounded so hilarious to me. Do you often hold back what you really want to say? If it’s gonna make me look unnecessarily blunt and hurtful then yes. Are you currently wearing any jewlery? Nope. What was the last gift you gave to someone? Cooper, for Father’s Day. It was my mom’s idea but I helped chip in with the graduation money I got from one of my aunts. Do you decorate for Christmas? (If you celebrate it, that is.) We do. I’ll probably put a tree and some stockings up once I live alone, idk, just so I don’t feel too lonely. Are you hungry? A bit, but it’s manageable. On that note, I miss continental breakfasts. I’ve been having Filipino-style breakfast for months and I really would just like a goddamn croissant or bread rolls with butter for once, lol. When was the last time you went bowling? Sometime in September and October last year. Can you whistle? Yes. Is there a certain genre of music that you just can't stand? Country. Are you allergic to anything? Nope. How many pillows do you sleep with? Two. I lay my head on one and hug another. If I don’t have a ~hug pillow~ it takes much longer for me to fall asleep. You've just won a free vacation! Where do you want to go? Covid restrictions hypothetically put aside, I’d love to go on the New York/Texas trip I initially planned as my grad gift. Do you have a good relationship with your parents? I have a good relationship with my dad. But it’s not like I feel comfortable enough to tell either of my parents any of my secrets. What's your favorite thing about yourself? Gabie likes to tell me “you’re too selfless, you don’t have to help everyone” in sort of like an annoyed tone because that’s exactly what I do lol - help anyone, even if I have to go out of my way or even if it’ll inconvenience me to do it. But I love it about me. I like when I get to make people go home with one less issue on their shoulders. Do you have any health problems? Scoliosis. Have you ever had a near-death experience? Almost smashed into a car that suddenly braked while I was going 50, 60 kph. Are you extremely picky when it comes to guys/girls? That’s what demis essentially are, lol. Do you ever listen to classical music? It’s my last resort when I’m studying and no other music is helping me get focused. What was the last concert you attended? Paramore. What's a movie you'd like to see right now? (Old or new) Ammonite, it’s an upcoming film with Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan. Do you take life too seriously? Most of the time. I just find it necessary that way. When was the last time you were truly scared? This weekend when my mom watched a jumpscare with the sound on, so I heard the loud demon scream that came up in the end. What's the funniest trick you've ever pulled on anyone? I don’t like pulling tricks because I don’t like them pulled on me. The most I’ve done is take Gab’s phone and pretend with her that it’s lost. Do you like orange juice? I’ll drink it if it’s served for free, but I wouldn’t buy one for myself. Do you own any skinny jeans? Yes, nearly all my jeans are skinny. Do you have a diary/journal that you frequently write in? You’re looking at it. When was the last time you had a good workout? November, back when I still had that intense PE class that made me work out for an hour every Wednesday and Friday. Do you like your eye color? I find it too common but I’m not actively complaining about it. I don’t feel the need to change it. When was the last time you played with Play-Doh? Two or three years ago at a cousins’ place. One of them was still a baby then, so the toys they had around were clay and kinetic sand and stuff. What's something that you think people waste too much time on? Fighting on Facebook comments lol Do you think they should outlaw talking on your cell phone while driving? They already have, at least here. Are you embarrassed to burp or fart in front of your friends? For the most part. I’ll burp only in front of Angela and Gab. Do you like peanut butter cookies? Yesssssss, but I don’t get to have it a lot. :(

Give me 11 minutes and I’ll show you how you can build your own extremely successful lawn business.
Dear Friend,
I’ve been in your shoes before! At the beginning of 2003, I decided it was time for me to quit my job. I’ll be honest; it wasn’t an easy decision. I wasn’t stuggling at my job, I was actually doing very well.
I had a job as an “account executive” (a glorified title for a sales rep). I was 24 years old and making over $50,000 per year. My schedule was great – Monday through Friday from 8-5. I was off every single weekend. Why did I want to quit?
Tumblr media
I was Tired of Having Someone Tell me When to be at Work, and Telling me how Many Days per Year I Could Take off!
I wanted more FREEDOM! Maybe, you understand the way I felt. I felt trapped. I longed for freedom. Not freedom from a challenge. I simply wanted to control my own schedule.
I took Nike’s advice. I just did it. I went to my boss and told him I’d be quitting in two weeks. He was mad! But not as “mad” as my parents were. My boss was mad because he was losing his #1 salesperson. My parents were mad because they paid for half my college education, and now in their opinion, I was wasting my life by starting a lawn business.
Honestly, that wasn’t the worst part. What made it worse was all my friends telling me I was crazy and laughing at me for my “foolish” idea. But all their criticism and joking made me that much more determined to make my lawn business successful.
Tumblr media
But After a Full Year in Business, I was Struggling to pay the Bills…
Two years prior to opening my lawn business I graduated from college with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. I tried implementing several of the “techniques” I had learned in college. But every “technique” I tried seemed to fail, and brought me closer to proving my friends and family correct.
I went from working a dead end job to owning my very own lawn business. This is by far the best course available, anywhere!

Honestly, I was Embarrassed When he Asked how Things Were Going With my Lawn Business!
If something didn’t change soon, I’d have to admit “they”(my friends and family) were right, and go get another “real” job. But I had no idea what to do. No idea who to trust for advice. No idea if I would survive.
Out of the blue a friend suggested that I call her cousin who owned what she called a “very successful lawn business.” I had nothing to lose, so I gave him a call. He agreed to meet with me and give me advice on how to get my small, struggling lawn business off life support.
When the appointed day came, I drove over 150 miles one way to meet with him. I remember thinking on my way there that if he didn’t give me some revolutionary advice, I was going to close my lawn business.
I didn’t know anything about his lawn business or how “successful” it really was. But when I pulled into the parking lot, I knew his business had be to “very successful”!
As I turned into the parking lot, I noticed a nursery to the left, a gift shop straight in front of me, and a very large metal shop to the right. It appeared as if he didn’t just own a “successful” lawn business, but a very successful lawn empire.

My lawn business almost immediately starting making more money, thanks in part to the Central Nervous System.
Ever heard of the Central Nervous System? Don’t worry, I had never heard of it until meeting with this successful lawn company owner. In the Lawn Business Success Course I’ll show you how to create your very own Central Nervous System (this will help your lawn business grow faster than all your competition).
Many of the “impossible” problems seemed to disappear. Over the next two years my business grew from $25,000.00 in annual sales to $200,000.00 . My friends and family couldn’t believe the “over-night” transformation.
During January of 2006, I decided that I was ready for a new challenge and adventure. I put my lawn business up for sale. Within a few weeks I had an offer I couldn’t refuse. Early in February of 2006 I took a large check to the bank and began looking for a new challenge.
Tumblr media
This time I didn’t have to do much looking because the challenge came to me. Friends and people who I had never met began calling me and asking me to help them grow their businesses. I started working with lawn company owners all across the United States helping them start and grow their own successful lawn businesses.
I purchased two other “how to start a lawn business” books before I bought this one. The Lawn Business Success Course is the hands down winner. I highly recommend it!

Note
All of the questions form the ask except for 16 and 17 because I read the tags 😏😊
yoU FUCK--
Also I guess it’s 15 and 16 bc those are the ones that ask for pics? So ur getting everything but those two instead lmao I can’t read.
1. Song of the year?
Thunderstruck by 2CELLOS (skip ahead to 0:38 for the start of the music, 1:10 for the actual cover). It’s a great cover for a famous song and i’m a sucker for cello-only covers. Plus, it’s a great song to listen to when you want to get some of ur aggression out.
2. Album of the year?
The Persona 5 Original Soundtrack! There’s so much amazing songs from the game, all of them jazzy and catchy and oh my god I love the entire thing. The stuff featuring Lyn’s vocals is especially great!
3. Favorite musical artist / group you started listening to this year?
Hm... there’s not a lot that come to mind, but I guess BTS? I’m not super into their music, and I don’t check out their livestreams and shit where they talk with fans, but their music is pretty sweet!
4. Movie of the year?
UUUUUUUUUUUUUGGH it has to be a tie between IT and Wonder Woman. IT was great on a sheer talent level and, after watching the 90s film, it was a massive improvement and gave the book the justice it deserved. However, Wonder Woman I appreciate because of the hopeful change it might bring to the movie industry and superhero movies, and perhaps lead to less over-sexualization of women in movies.
5. TV show of the year?
Nothing really comes to mind (especially because I don’t really watch TV a lot) but it’d have to be Brooklyn 99. Comedic gold at its finest, and the level of representation is NUTS! I love it!
6. Episode of tv or webisode that defined the year for you?
...y’all’re gonna laugh but it’s fucking Shibboleth from West Wing. We watched the episode in one of my classes and it brought up so much political topical stuff that’s happening in my country, as well as the sheer ridiculousness of what the fuck is happening in the US (as well as unintentional attachments that can form bc I made a stupid level of those with just fictional characters lmao)
7. Favorite actor of the year?
Finn Wolfhard. Not only for his level of talent in Stranger Things and IT, but also just his level of comedic genius outside of films and shows. He’s great, and I can’t wait to see where his talents will lead him next.
8. Game of the year?
WHY MUST YOU TORTURE ME LIKE THIS.
I’d have to give it to Persona 5, though Breath of the Wild and Final Fantasy XV are close. The reason why P5 wins is because I’ve been waiting for this games since 2013 and it delivered on everything I wanted. Meanwhile, BOTW and FFXV were only purchased after they came out and I saw all the reviews, or (in the case of FFXV) was and impulse buy that I didn’t have much faith in. They’re both great games, don’t get me wrong, but my god, Persona 5 delivered of fucking everything I wanted and a bit more.
9. Best month for you this year?
December (and no, I’m not just saying that because that’s the month we’re in). I’ve been accepted into the colleges I really wanted to be accepted into, and Christmas wasn’t that bad. Though I am sick with something right now, it’s definitely not a bad month, and easily the best one I’ve had with all the stress/disappointments of the months prior.
10. Something that made you cry this year?
...getting a bit personal, it was seeing my cousin during Easter. She’s been struggling with drugs and she had a relapse and was completely out of it. She’s got a kid. I was mad as hell and ready to punch her, but I just kind of broke down outside the house once no one could see me.
11. Something you want to do again next year?
...uuuuuhhh I didn’t really do it this year bc of the amount of shit I had to do, but I really, really want to do NaNoWriMo again. It was fun, and I nearly succeeded last year. I was about two thousand words short because I got sick and I want to get the 50k word count for something!
12. Talk about a new friend you made this year
YES HELLO I’M ABOUT TO PRAISE THE HELL OUT OF @yoitssabrinee SO PREPARE YOURSELVES.
Honestly such a sweetheart???? She’s a-fucking-mazing and so strong despite all the bullshit she’s gone through and she’s so freaking nice and caring! Like, I’ve been complaining to her about how I’ve been sick and she’s always like “did you take your meds? Did you drink water? Did you eat?” And it’s so nice and even if our convos are mostly screaming at each other about FFXV fanfics we’re writing it’s SUCH A JOY to see her messages whenever I wake up/am about to go to sleep.
13. How was your birthday this year?
Good! The only negative part was that it was during a school day (typically it falls on Thanksgiving break, but not this year) and I got a lotta good gifts! I certainly can’t complain about it, that’s for sure.
14. Favorite book you read this year?
Catcher in the Rye. It’s very rare that I find a school book that I enjoy, and this hits all my favorite things. It’s a super introspective look on Holden’s life (which is pretty messed up tbh) and his struggles to reconcile with his flaws and the need to be somewhat ‘normal’.
15. What’s a bad habit you picked up this year?
Sort of a bad habit that I’ve continued and haven’t stopped--picking at my skin. Especially scabs and any chapped skin on my lips. I have so many cuts and scars from doing this, and I really need to stop...
18. A memorable meal this year?
I went with my family to some fancy-ass Japanese restaurant with my friend irl before we went to see Hamilton. The food there was tasty as hell, and the experience itself made it incredibly memorable.
19. What’re you excited about for next year?
There’s a couple! Getting my driving license, graduating high school, and going to college would definitely be at the top of that list! For more material things, I’m looking forward to Hacker’s Memory, the new Persona rhythm games (I’m being very hopeful that they’ll be released in English around the same time of their Japanese versions) and Final Fantasy Dissidia!
20. What’s something you learned this year?
How to drive!
21. What’s something new about your place of residence (room, home, or general location) now vs the start of the year?
My old swingset broke. I still use it as a way to destress (the repetitive motion of swinging, combined with listening to music really clams me down) and there’s no way we can really repair it until it gets warmer... which could be as early as February, or as late as April, considering the weather patterns. Basically, it has to be above freezing to do anything.
22. Favorite place you visited this year?
Boston for college tours! It was a great city, though I could’ve dealt with less stress from trying to figure out where the fuck to go...
23. If you could send a message to yourself back on the first day of the year, what would it be?
It’s hard right now. God do I know how hard it is right now. It’s gonna get harder. You’re going to hate everyone for a while, because no one really helped you the way you needed help, but you’ll make it. I promise you’ll make it.
24. Did you keep any New Year’s Resolutions?
Technically yes, because I didn’t make any. Can’t break any resolutions if you never make ‘em.
25. Did you create any characters (in games, art, or writing) this year? Describe one
Uuuuugh I have a lot that I just make in my head, but because I have the artistic skills of a drunk goldfish I can’t typically draw them, and I’m too nervous to write about them (^^;). Other people can keep asking this one, and I’ll describe a different OC that I have, but only in my head, y’know?
I DID get FFXV Comrades and made an OC! His name is Tonitus, Tony for short. He’s 5′3″ and hails from... Altissia, if I remember correctly. He has about mid-length black hair and bright, that almost Mako-colored blue eyes.
In my weird-ass lore about the guy, he’s a messenger who got amnesia from falling to the surface. He’s loyal to Ramuh and can harness lightning magic easily, and struggles with fire and ice magic. He got the Kingsglaive uniform from Ramuh himself, who sent him down to Eos to assist the humans with the encroaching darkness and rampant daemons and infected wildlife. As he regains his memory, he’s torn with assisting them like a human would or like a pseudo-god, and his own mortality and how he’ll deal with everyone passing long before him, long before the light can be restored, long before the King can ascend.

Would you like to be a fly on the wall, observing someone else’s life? No, not really. Would you be interested in building a water feature for a garden? I’m not a gardener, I don’t even have a garden, and I’m no builder of things. I’d have no idea how to even go about that, nor do I have any interest to. I’d just have no need for that. Do friends come to you for ideas for things like haircuts? They have before, yeah. Just like asking if I think a certain color or style would look good on them and such. Do you know anybody, who’s gone to university at the age of 16? My cousin graduated high school at 16 and went to community college.  Does your keyboard have a wrist rest? No.
Do you have plants in your house? If so, what kind/s? Nope. Do you consider the letter Y a consonant or a vowel? It can be both, just depends on placement.  When you’re really thirsty, do you go for still water or sparkling water? Just regular water. If you carry a water bottle, do you reuse the same one or buy a new one? I don’t use one. If you wear them, what are your loudest pair of earrings? I haven’t worn earrings in years, but all mine are just simple little hoops or studs. Would you rather wear a tie or a bowtie? Neither. How many birds can you name just by looking at them? Uh, maybe 3 ha. I’m no bird expert. Which birds are most common around your neighbourhood? They’re all referred to as birds to me lol not a specific type. When’s the last time you had a pot luck? My friend had one about 3 years ago that I attended. If you don’t understand a reference in something, do you look it up? Yeah, usually. Are you the kind of person to look at accident sites, when passing them by? Yeah I guess. Do you ever see candles burning by the road side? I have before. And other things left there like flowers, balloons, and cards. Did you ever make dolls or hand puppets in primary/elementary school? Yeah. Aren’t baby chicks adorable? They are pretty cute. Have you ever seen a polydactyl cat? Possibly. I may have and just didn’t notice. I don’t encounter a lot of cats, though. Do you find Polish folklore interesting? If so, what are some of your favourite aspects of it? I don’t think I’m familiar with any of it. Have you ever been interested in the Middle Ages at all? Not especially.  Are there any languages you could try to work out what some words mean? Yeah, I’ve been able to do that sometimes. When you were little, what sorts of make belief did you play? My cousins and I loved played house and school. Anytime we’d play, we’d come up with names for who we were pretending to be, what they were wearing and looked like, and names for their friends, too.  Has a friend’s parent ever given you a present just because? I don’t think just because, but I’ve been given birthday and Christmas gifts from friends’ parents in the past. What do you do with clothes you can’t wear anymore? Donate them. What is something you’re very particular about? A few things, one being my food.  What is your dearest stuffed animal that you own? Why is that? All my giraffe stuffed animals. Have you ever had to try to pronounce words that have letters with umlauts? Yeah. Are you more an Eeyore, a Piglet or a Tigger? I definitely relate to Eeyore and Piglet. Name something awesome from another culture that is not part of yours: Hmm. Do you have an appliance running right now? If so, which one? I have 3 fans going on in my room, my TV is on, I’m using my laptop, and I’m watching a video on my phone.  What makes you wary about a person? If they’re acting sketchy, rude, or just give off bad vibes. Do planes fly over your area often? Not really. When at a Chinese or Japanese restaurant, do you use chopsticks? No. How do you break your routine when you feel like you’re stuck in a rut? My life is very routine, it works for me and I generally like it, but I also feel like I’m in a rut. It’s weird.  If you could, would you enhance your body with technology? What do you mean, exactly? If you would, what would you have done? It would be cool if there was some non-surgical procedure option for a few different things I’m dealing with and just a way to have a better functioning body and mind. What are you grateful for NOT having? I’m very, very grateful and fortunate to have the family I have. I have loving, supportive, caring parents and a very close relationship with my mom. I know not everyone has that, I’ve had a lot of friends that came from families that weren’t like that and they had a lot of drama with their family.  What’s something you can’t wait for about growing old? I don’t want to grow old. How do you expect your life to go like? How are you ensuring that? I can’t expect it to go any way.  I can hope and try and work towards things, but as we all know, life doesn’t always go how you’d like it to. It doesn’t follow your script or play by your rules. I definitely didn’t expect my life to end up like this, but here we are. I can also admit that I’m not actively doing anything to try and work on some things either. It’s just a mess. Or do you just wing it as you go?  Gah, this is complicated. I was always a planner and I have my routines. However, over the past few years due to health stuff, physical and mental, and I just  have given up in a lot of ways. I’ve neglected life, my friends, and myself. I just don’t have the energy, motivation, or drive anymore. Like I said, I’m not actively working towards anything right now. So, in that sense it probably looks like I’m just “winging it” because I don’t have any plans or goals right now. I really just take things day by day.
What’s a yard game that you still enjoy playing as an adult? What would be a yard game? But I’m gonna say no because I don’t enjoy being outdoors and I don’t play any games outdoors? Are yard games things like tag or something? I definitely don’t play stuff like that anymore. The only games I like are board games and some video games.  What do you think is the most interesting sea creature? I’m not into sea life. The ocean and sea creatures freak me out, honestly. I love the ocean from a save distance, but close enough to enjoy watching/listening to the waves crash in and out and feel the cool ocean breeze, but I have no desire at all to get into the ocean. How do you reset your head to zero, so to speak? My mind doesn’t work that way. Have you ever gone exploring an abandoned building? No. I watch this YouTuber who does stuff like that, though, and it’s interesting. What’s for dinner today? I think we’re doing Wingstop. Are there any foreign television shows you enjoy watching? No.

Thanks to the Lawn Business Success Course. I went from zero accounts to eight in only one month. I caught my competition off guard!

Honestly, that wasn’t the worst part. What made it worse was all my friends telling me I was crazy and laughing at me for my “foolish” idea. But all their criticism and joking made me that much more determined to make my lawn business successful.
“From Employee to Successful Lawn Business Owner!“   I went from working a dead end job to owning my very own lawn business. This is by far the best course available, anywhere!   David Bloomington,IL
“Fast Growth for Beginner!“   Thanks to the Lawn Business Success Course. I went from zero accounts to eight in only one month. I caught my competition off guard!   Carlos Meza Beaumont,TX
After a brief introduction, my soon to be mentor wanted me to meet his vice president of lawn maintenance. After visiting with him for a few minutes, he wanted to introduce me to his vice president of landscaping. From there he wanted me to meet the gift shop manager, and then his landscape architect, and then his salesman/estimator.
After all these introductions, he took me on a tour of his facilities. I discovered he had over 40 full-time employees. His business was extremely successful. Everything he touched seemed to turn to gold.
Honestly, I was Embarrassed When he Asked how Things Were Going With my Lawn Business!
In order to save myself some embarrassment I wanted to tell him things were going well, but I didn’t. I told him exactly how horrible things were. I even told him I was seriously considering closing the business. When I mentioned this, he appeared to find my struggle funny. He smiled and chuckled.
I wasn’t sure what to say, so I asked what was so funny. What he said over the next few minutes changed my life.
He told me he had faced the exact same problems when he first started. He said he had considered throwing in the towel several times. He went on to share all the struggles he had been through during the process of growing a multi-million dollar lawn business.
I’ll spare you all the gory details, but knowing all the problems he had faced made me feel much better about the few problems I was having with my lawn business. During the next several hours, he shared with me specific strategies to take my lawn business to the next level.
It was Like Someone Took the Blinders off…I was Able to see Solutions and Opportunities That I had Never Noticed Before.
Over the next two years my business grew from $25,000.00 in annual sales to $200,000.00.
This time I didn’t have to do much looking because the challenge came to me. Friends and people who I had never met began calling me and asking me to help them grow their businesses. I started working with lawn company owners all across the United States helping them start and grow their own successful lawn businesses.
“The Lawn Business Success Course is the best available.“   I purchased two other “how to start a lawn business” books before I bought this one. The Lawn Business Success Course is the hands down winner. I highly recommend it!   Joseph Lontz Orlando, Florida
People offered me part ownership in their businesses just to help them take their business to the next level. I love the challenge of helping people take their lawn businesses to a level they never imagined possible.
All the one-on-one consulting resulted in a problem for me. TIME! I just don’t have enough time to work with everyone who wants my help on a one-on-one basis. That’s why I started this website, it provides me with a way to help more people.
Through this site you have exclusive access to the same materials my personal consulting clients use.
