I literally haven't done any of the shit I wanted to do today and now im panicking a little bit.. which is making it hard to get anything done bc im feeling so anxious that im just kind of frozen here

#i have felt deflated and stupid all day #i was supposed to call cvs and have my prescriptions sent up here #cause im out #i have my mood stablizer stock piled but im out of my wellbutrin #i was going to go hrocery shopping #i was going to have my homework finished by now #i did vacuum a wipe down the kitchenette......#now i have two writing assignments and its 930 #and im a good writer whos bad at writing #norm.allie #im ok im ok im not falling into old patterns #i can write i can write i can write #it doesnt have to be good.. it just needs to be done #im almost out of groceries.....#college owns

#i hate my sister for this #and fuck my dad #for going oht to spend money and buy himself shit #when we havent gon decent hrocery shopping in a minute #and he told me he didnt have the money for all my physical therapy #literally fuck you #and he wants to spend all of tomorrow with his family which is fine but not for us #for us it’s just sitting there while everyone speaks a language we don’t understand because he never taught us #and i just get mad at how misogynistic everything is #so we can go #but i promise ill make him wish we hadnt stayed #cos it’s truly pissing me off more and more
