Aight. So I write but I’ve never actually shared any of it before so this will be an experience. Okay soooo…Friends with Benefits (and feelings) with….(drumroll please)….Action Park Lifeguard Tsuyu Asui! (Gender Neutral Reader btw.)
So like most people in Grimetown, you’re doing whatever it takes to survive. This involves a lot of less than legal things.
Thankfully, you live close by Action Park (or Class Action Park as it’s “tenderly” known to the population of Grimetown.)
There are three potential partners in crime that work there that could play quite a role in your schemes.
The first one you approach is the manager that works there. They seem nice enough but decline working with you, telling you they already have too much on their hands in the way of schemes. Running an illegal street racing ring with go-karts isn’t easy, they tell you.
Okay. Whatever. The next person is Park Owner Zoë Hange. They seem on board with your plans but only if you’ll lend yourself as a human test dummy for their ride ideas.
You watched as three mannequins come out of the cannonball loop headless. Yep, definitely not doing that.
That leaves the last person, Lifeguard Tsuyu Asui.
Surprisingly, she agrees with no questions asked. When you ask about payment, she gives you her ultimatum. Rescuing drowning dumbasses is stressful work. By teaming up with you, she also wants you to become a fuck-buddy for “self-care”.
Okay, pretty forward but it’s a done deal. From that day onward, the two of you work together. She lets you steal things from the park like alcohol, tools and even a whole ass piece off of one of the rides (One of the LED signs which you broke apart for copper wiring. They still haven’t replaced it.)
And in return, she uses you how she wants. She’ll even call you to her on the job and ya’ll will make the hottest, nastiest sex in a storage shed. She makes you cum everytime. She really knows how to work that tongue you come to find out.
After a few months, you find yourself genuinely starting to take an interest in her. Sure, she’s straightforward and grumpy but she blows your mind everyday with everything she does.
The problem is you have no clue if she feels the same. Maybe you’ll just have to give it more time and see.
THIS IS AMAZING 😭 and so true, tsuyu would NOT ask questions about any of it, she doesn’t even care – AND IK WE’VE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE BUT PARK OWNER HANGE IS SO FUNNY TO ME, THEY’RE MENACING EVERYONE WITH THEIR NEWEST CONTRAPTION THAT’S MOST DEFINITELY NOT SAFE FOR HUMANS! OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER.

Part 26
(Montgomery leaves and Barry goes outside the courtroom. Several reporters start asking Barry questions)
Reporter #1: Barry, how much honey is out there?
Barry: All right. One at a time.
Reporter #2: Barry, who are you wearing?
Barry: My sweater is Ralph Lauren, and I have no pants.
(Barry flies outside with the paparazzi and Adam and Vanessa stay back)
Adam: (To Vanessa) What if Montgomery's right?
Vanessa: What do you mean?
Adam: We've been living the bee way a long time, 27 million years.
(Flash forward in time and Barry is talking to a man)
Business Man: Congratulations on your victory. What will you demand as a settlement?
Barry: First, we'll demand a complete shutdown of all bee work camps.
(As Barry is talking we see a montage of men putting "closed" tape over the work camps and freeing the bees in the crappy apartments)
Barry: Then we want back the honey that was ours to begin with, every last drop.
(Men in suits are pushing all the honey of the aisle and into carts)
Barry: We demand an end to the glorification of the bear as anything more
(We see a statue of a bear-shaped honey container being pulled down by bees)
Barry: than a filthy, smelly, bad-breath stink machine. We're all aware of what they do in the woods.
(We see Winnie the Pooh sharing his honey with Piglet in the cross-hairs of a high-tech sniper rifle)
Barry: (Looking through binoculars) Wait for my signal. Take him out.
(Winnie gets hit by a tranquilizer dart and dramatically falls off the log he was standing on, his tongue hanging out. Piglet looks at Pooh in fear and the Sniper takes the honey.)
Sniper: He'll have nausea for a few hours, then he'll be fine.
(Flash forward in time)
Barry: And we will no longer tolerate bee-negative nicknames...
(Mr. Sting is sitting at home until he is taken out of his house by the men in suits)
Sting: But it's just a prance-about stage name!
Barry: ...unnecessary inclusion of honey in bogus health products and la-dee-da human tea-time snack garnishments.
(An old lady is mixing honey into her tea but suddenly men in suits smash her face down on the table and take the honey)
Old Lady: Can't breathe.
(A honey truck pulls up to Barry's hive)
Worker: Bring it in, boys! Hold it right there! Good. Tap it.
(Tons of honey is being pumped into the hive's storage)
Bee Worker #1: (Honey overflows from the cup) Mr. Buzzwell, we just passed three cups, and there's gallons more coming! I think we need to shut down!
Bee Worker #2: Shut down? We've never shut down. Shut down honey production!
Dean: Stop making honey!
(The bees all leave their stations. Two bees run into a room and they put the keys into a machine)
Dean: Turn your key, sir!
(Two worker bees dramatically turn their keys, which opens the button which they press, shutting down the honey-making machines. This is the first time this has ever happened)
Bee: ...What do we do now?
(Flash forward in time and a Bee is about to jump into a pool full of honey)
Bee: Cannonball!
(The bee gets stuck in the honey and we get a short montage of Bees leaving work)
(We see the Pollen Jocks flying but one of them gets a call on his antenna)
Lou Lu Duva: (Through "phone") We're shutting honey production! Mission abort.
Pollen Jock #1: Aborting pollination and nectar detail. Returning to base.
(The Pollen Jocks fly back to the hive)
(We get a time lapse of Central Park slowly wilting away as the bees all relax)
Barry: Adam, you wouldn't believe how much honey was out there.
Adam: Oh, yeah?
Barry: What's going on? Where is everybody?

Swindle X Human Reader? Maybe Lockdown gets a bit jealous until he falls for Reader too?
Lockdown didn’t understand what Swindle saw in you. Honestly, a human? Now, Lockdown didn’t really have that big of a problem with this species of fleshbags, he couldn’t really care less to be honest, but conjuxing one? Had Swindle taken a cannonball to the helmet and lost his mind? Sure, he could understand being curious and all that but actually tying the knot? Humans were small, weak and short-lived. Getting attached to one was practically signing up for getting your spark broken and Lockdown didn’t want that to happen to Swindle.
As much as he loathed to admit it, Lockdown liked the sleazy bastard and didn’t particularly like the thought of some organic nobody swooping in like they owned the place and messed things up. Their relationship had been perfect before that fleshbag showed up but now Swindle just had to bring them along to every business transaction! If you just sat there quiet then Lockdown might not have felt as mad but of course you and Swindle just HAD to act all lovely dovely in front of him! Whenever you spoke it infuriated him. Lockdown had never actually talked to you but he could tell from your interactions with Swindle what kind of person you were. Naive, gullible and with an ever smaller brain than the rest of your species. Frag, you made Lugnut look like a damn genius in comparison! And Swindle loved it! Anyone could see that the merchant was head over heels in love with you! It made him feel sick to his tanks!
Tonight was not any different. Swindle had contacted him about a new weapon he had acquired and wondered if he’d like to come take a look. Of course Lockdown said yes, even if he wasn’t particularly interested in spending his hard earned shanix. Mostly he just went to see the greedy glitch himself.
The weapon itself was good and actually managed to pique Lockdown’s interest. Not to mention, the price wasn’t half bad. Still expensive but totally worth it. Usually, something like this would have him in high spirits but your presence on the counter had him forcing down a snarl in his throat. You looked so damn smug even though you hadn’t done anything but watch Swindle present the gun to him. You were wearing some expensive looking clothing, undoubtedly something Swindle had given you as a gift. He might be greedy but he liked having his stuff looking the best and this seemed to extend to his, ugh, conjux. Switching your attention from Swindle you happened to meet Lockdown’s optics. For a second you simply stared back at him but then the corners of your lips started to twitch and suddenly you were smiling at him, eyes dark and filled with what Lockdown could only assume was “look at me, getting the real goods while you have to resort to simply business”. Lockdown wanted to wipe that grin off your face with a blaster.
Swindle, who took his unusually quiet and brooding attitude for disinterest, started to try and sell and add other stuff that might interest the bounty hunter. When that garned no further reaction from the other mech he started to get nervous. That’s when you decided to chime in.
“Oh babe, didn’t you mention earlier that new stun-mod you just knew would make mister Lockdown so excited.” Immediately Swindle perked up, remembering that he did indeed say that, and hastily excused himself so he could go to the storage to get the mod. It would take couple of minutes to find it. This left you alone with Lockdown. You looked him up and down, eyes traveling over his body and your smile only grew bigger as you did. Lockdown wondered if he could break your neck before Swindle came back and blame it on you falling off the counter. He didn’t have much time to ponder this however as you started speaking again. “Wares not to your liking, honey?”
Lockdown finally let out that snarl he’d been holding in, baring his sharp denta. “Do not call me honey and the wares aren’t the problem.” He expected his aggression would frighten you as most people, cybertronians and human alike, found him to be quite frightening. But you didn’t so much as flinch under his heated glare. No, instead you seemed to grow bolder.
“I am happy to hear that’s the case” you responded, an easy-going smile revealing your white teeth. “You see, Swindle was so excited to do business with you and he prepared all this stuff to show you. He even practiced his sales pitch to me before you arrived! Oh you should have seen the smile on his face when you said you were interested in purchasing from him.” The tone of your voice turned dramatically melancholy at the end, as if you were disappointed. Lockdown narrowed him optics as he heard what you had to say. It... confused him, why you told him this. What was your goal? Before he could ask however, you continued to talk. This time, however, your smile was nowhere to be seen, instead you gazed upon him with cold eyes.
“I will be frank with you since you seem like the kind of mech to appreciate honesty. I know you’ve been wanting to turn me into a bloody smear on the floor ever since you met me. Now, I don’t need you to like me, fuck, I couldn’t care less that you hate me.” You sneered at him as if he was some shit that had gotten stuck to your shoes. “But your shitty attitude and bad acting skills are making Swindle feel bad and now I know from how you’ve been staring at him all lovestruck that you hate that as much as I do. So hate me as much as you fucking want but keep it to yourself and act natural or I’ll make sure this is the last business transaction you’ll ever have with him. Understood?”
Stunned, Lockdown didn’t have the chance to answer as Swindle appeared, business smile on his face and a mod in his hands. “Sorry for taking so long, I really need to upgrade my storage unit! Ah, but it seems the two of you had a conversation while I was gone. Did my dear conjux prove to be an entertaining conversationalist?”
For a fraction of a second Lockdown remained silent before slowly a big grin split his face open. “Oh yes Swindle, you can easily say that. In fact, we both came to an agreement while you were gone.” Lockdown looked upon you with new optics and you smiled back innocently. His spark felt oddly warm as he looked back at Swindle. “I’ll have the gun, it’s just what I need for my next hunt. Now about that mod, tell me about it.” Swindle lit up like a Christmas tree and immediately started to explain just how great this mod was and how Lockdown definitely needed it. The bounty hunter half listened, mind busy churning over this new revelation. Ah, it seems he made a mistake, thinking of you as prey. You were clearly a hunter, just like him. A feisty little thing. Well, he looked forward to learning more sides of you, definitely. Wasn’t Swindle a lucky one?

Apologies for taking my time over this - blame the January blues (and triple it). In this chapter, we go back to John’s first romantic liaison.

A/N I have to admit inspiration came from a certain popular Netflix show, but I’ve given it my own spin. 
13 First Voyage
John took a deep steady breath as his Lizzie was taken away to her bedchamber. Her ignorance had been a little worrisome. As many well bred young ladies she knew almost nothing of the intimacies between husband and wife, as had Georgiana. It was a great burden to be responsible for the sexual instruction of an innocent maiden, and he constantly worried as to whether he went too fast, or not fast enough, or whether he would scare or disgust her. He was also under the scrutiny of her parents and his own mother, and his head span. He longed for all the dancing around and posturing and displaying oneself to worthy nobles to be over, and to simply be free to concentrate on making his beloved happy.
He laughed bitterly to himself. If they had been English, all they would have had to do was to elope over the Scottish border to Gretna Green, for in England under the age of 18, the bride’s parents had to give consent for marriage and in Scotland they could marry without it. So it was that technically Elizabeth did not need the consent of Sir James, but it was still not the done thing to disregard her parents wishes if one wanted to be received in polite company. So they followed all the rules and he asked for permission to court Lizzie, and they appeared in public with a chaperone, and attended all the right society events together.
In England, they would also have had to attend the social season and accept invitations to events at which Royalty was present, but thankfully in Scotland it was not quite so formal. Still, there were obligations and rituals that had to be observed, which continued tomorrow when the Ball would be held. His mother had made much of the arrangements, but when Elizabeth was his wife, such events would for her to oversee. Thankfully that would not occur until the following season, and before that they could have a proper honeymoon, and take time to travel a little.
It was the custom for young men of the time to travel around Europe, supposedly touring ruins, theatres and art galleries, but reality was somewhat different. There were those who were truly interested in culture, but many took the opportunity to indulge in various vices before returning to fulfil social obligations – that is to say, the continuation of their bloodline.
John had not made such a tour, having joined the Navy, but nonetheless he had seen something of the world, even if it were only the seaports his ship pulled into. He knew Lizzie wanted to travel, so he planned to take her to all the places he had wished to visit himself, and they would discover all that foreign culture had to offer. But that was a distant dream, for it would be some weeks at least before they would be properly wed. He hoped that very soon he could set a date and all would be fixed.
‘I think I will retire also’ Dorothea announced when Lizzie had gone off with Morag ‘You men may talk without regard for my sensibilities’ Tom rose and gave her an affectionate kiss on the cheek.
‘I will not be long my dear’ he said fondly, and she pinched his cheek saucily
‘If you are lucky I may be awake still when you retire’ she whispered. Tom smiled archly, looking sideways at his friend. When she had left, the two friends took another small measure of brandy and sat reflectively.
‘It seems you have had the good luck to find another gem as bright as your first wife, John’ Tom remarked. ‘She is a sweet girl and I can see she is quite struck with you’
‘I am fortunate indeed, and I am sure dear Georgiana would not deny me the company of another’ He smiled at his friend ‘And how are you and Dorothea enjoying married life?’
‘Very much, though it pains my dear wife that she is not yet with child.’ He took a sip of his brandy and gazed into the glass morosely ‘It is not for lack of trying, and Dottie never refuses me. She is enthusiastic – or was at first. She feels herself to blame for our failure, and I fear the day may come when it becomes a duty to go to bed with me rather than a pleasure’
‘That must be hard for you’ John empathised. Tom was the only son in his family and had three sisters. If he bore no heir, his estate would not go to any of them, but to a cousin. His mother was widowed and was anxious for him to continue his father’s bloodline. Tom looked up and pursed his lips in sympathy.
‘And you had a babe that you never saw’ he sighed ‘Let us hope that before too long we are both blessed and can stop worrying about the future’
‘Fate is fickle and we never know what life will bring us my dear Tom. We can hope, and we can enjoy what fortune we have’
‘Indeed, and I know you also favour helping those less fortunate than yourselves. I hope you are getting to grips with managing your father’s estate.’
‘Father’s agent will retire very soon, but Sir James has been good enough to recommend someone who is seeking a place and has good references, so I live in hope that I shall be able to train him up before I take Lizzie away to Europe once we are wed’
‘Excellent, I wish you luck’ Tom looked at his empty glass ‘I think I shall retire, for to drink more of your excellent brandy would be the cause of a sore head in the morning, and the displeasure of my wife’
There was little left for John to do than go to his own rooms to attempt to sleep, so when Tom had left the drawing room he let the staff know that all were abed. He climbed the stairs. Lingering on the landing he looked to the left to the corridor that led to Lizzie’s room, then took a right and went to his own suite.
Like his fiancée had earlier, John took stock of himself in the mirror as he undressed. Unlike the well bred ladies of the time, he needed no-one to help him in or out of his garments, though he often called on his manservant to ensure that he was properly turned out for formal occasions. The staff were also responsible for the proper maintenance, storage and cleaning of his clothes, and he was always meticulous as to how he left them once he had disrobed.
He hung his woollen jacket neatly before he unfastened his cravat and unbuttoned his waistcoat, storing those on a hanger before starting to unbutton his shirt, which he placed in a basket put aside for soiled linens. Some well dressed dandies in the city were known to change their shirts more than once a day, but he thought that extravagant, although he if he could he chose to have a clean nightshirt and another for the day. His military service made him appreciate the work that went into the laundering of his uniform, as not all officers were fortunate enough to have staff to do that work for them. A clean shirt had often been a luxury and overlooked except when being inspected by senior land based officers. In his early days he had second hand uniform that appeared a little shabby at best, and much of his first wage packet had been spent on new items.
He had already taken off his indoor shoes. During the day for outside pursuits he had worn his high black leather boots, but for dining and dancing he wore something lighter – a finer leather, soft and pliable but with reasonably sturdy smooth soles to suit a wooden dancing floor. He was tall enough not to need stacked heels, unlike Tom who favoured an inch or two in all his footwear. Due to his injury he could only participate in the slower dances, but he was grateful to be able to dance at all. It was not uncommon for sailors to lose limbs in sea battles, or for them never to return home should their ship be sunk in battle.
His retirement from duty had been traumatic – had he not been injured and had to spend time recovering in London before he returned home, he might have seen his wife and new baby son. They might not have fallen ill, or perhaps he would have been taken with them. It was not worth thinking of what might have happened, he told himself. Perhaps his meeting with Elizabeth had been fated from the start and Georgiana was but a stepping stone to his destiny.
He stood in his knee length breeches and stockinged feet, observing that he had lost the hard muscled belly of his days at sea. However, he still cut a fine figure as he made sure to exercise regularly, be it walking or riding at the very least. When in the city he had kept up his fencing and boxing, but that was difficult in the country.
He unfastened the buttons on his breeches, first letting down the front flap, then unbuttoning the waistband. He favoured full length breeches rather than the shorter knee length ones, as he could garter his stockings at a comfortable height that did not irritate or chafe his injured leg. He was still self conscious about the scar that ran from his inner left thigh down to his knee, but it grew less livid by the day. A splinter from the impact of a cannonball into the side of his ship had pieced his flesh and the cut that the ships surgeon had to make to remove it become infected. He had been extremely fortunate not to have lost it and still had not regained the strength in that leg. He had been advised to rub salve into it to keep it soft, and this he did every night. He prayed it would not upset or repulse Elizabeth.
He pulled down his breeches and stepped out of them to fold neatly for the next time he wore them. Tomorrow he would wear a finer pair in the morning, ready to greet visitors later on, and would change again for the ball. He still wore his stockings, and shook his head as he looked at himself in the mirror, thinking of his wedding night. He resolved that on that occasion he  would remove his breeches and stockings before his shirt, as that would be more comely for his bride. To suddenly reveal his manhood to her would be alarming, and a shirt that dropped halfway down his thighs could be removed when he deemed she was ready. He sometimes slept in the shirt he had worn in the day anyway, as did many gentlemen with more modest wardrobes.
He peeled off his stockings and realised he had grown hard thinking of his wedding night. That had been a problem of late, and he was conflicted by having such a reaction to an innocent maiden even if she was to be his bride. He had said to her that he thought of her when he went to bed at night, but in truth he tried to keep his thoughts of her relatively chaste. It did not seem right to remember Georgiana either, so his night time fantasies were of another woman.
Most young gentlemen would lose their virginity long before determining on a wife. Some enticed and seduced dairy maids or chambermaids or some other lower class girl, those who lived in or visited the city frequented bawdy houses or visited prostitutes or courtesans, and some made their conquests on their tours of Europe. John had been amongst the minority and had not had any sexual encounters by the time he became midshipman. A good friend and fellow officer, Gerald, knew of this and took him into the city from their barracks at Greenwich a few days before they were to sail together on duty.
Together the two men went to one of the lesser known theatres to see a play, as Gerald knew that John was more interested in culture than in drinking himself silly like many lesser men. He had led him backstage after the performance, and had engaged two comely young actresses in conversation. One thing had lead to another and before he knew it, John was in Miss Alice Bailey’s bedchamber taking his clothes off and enjoying her attentions. He had spent every night of their stay in her company, and whenever he visited the town would go and call on her again. He was not her only male visitor, but he was a favourite and she always made time for him. So it was that he learned many things about what women liked in the bedroom and how to please them as well as himself. This was a skill that not all young gentlemen acquired, and one that had benefitted Georgiana and would do so for Elizabeth.
‘So, John’ the captivating young actress said in a sultry voice ‘Would you care to view my lodging rooms? I fancy my landlady might have a spare room for a night or two, or if you are agreeable I’m sure you could share my bed’ John swallowed, mesmerised by the globes of Alice’s bosom hitched up for display by her corseted dress. Her scent was intoxicating, and he felt himself harden in his breeches. He understood what she offered, for Gerald had given him a broad wink as he had taken the arm of Alice’s friend and declared that they would take a walk in the night air. He had no doubt that he would not see him again until the next day, and he had no clue how to get back to his barracks for the night save to summon a hansom cab. He cleared his throat.
‘I am not sure that would be proper, Mistress Bailey’ She pouted a little.
‘Come sirrah, call me Alice. Your friend has gone, and who will know where you spend the night, and with whom? Will you not walk me home in case some ruffian should accost me on the way?’ John’s resolve crumbled as she made her intention even more obvious.
‘I could not call myself a gentleman if I did not’ he said firmly, and held out his arm for her. Smiling, she took up her cloak and swung it around her shoulders before taking what was offered. Out in the fresh air, he adjusted his tricorn hat and gold braided officer’s jacket and she drew her hood up over her dark curly hair. He cut a fine figure in his naval uniform with snowy white knee length breeches and fine high leather boots, and her cloak was of a fine red velvet, so they turned more than a few heads as he walked her along the street to her lodging house. The streets were dirty, though not as bad as the slum areas near the docks. The place she called home was some degrees above the slums, but not as high or fine as the middle class housing he was used to in his home town.
‘Will you take a drink with me as thanks for my safe delivery?’ she asked at the door of the lodging house. ‘I have other refreshments if you wish for something sweet.’ He hesitated a moment, but she was determined. ‘Are you afraid of being alone with me, sir?’ she asked archly, and he drew himself up, his pride piqued.
‘Of course not. Lead on, Miss Alice’ She smiled and, opening the door, took his hand and lead him inside and up two flights of stairs. There was not a soul in the hall or on the stairwell, and all was quiet. She took him into the room, taking off her cloak and hanging it on a hook on the door. The room was spacious enough, dominated by a goodly sized bed and chest of drawers, a small table and two padded chairs, and a window overlooked the street below. She went to a cupboard by the window and took out a bottle of wine and two glasses. He took off his hat, hanging it over her cloak before removing his jacket and placing that on the back of one of the chairs.
Alice approached handed him a glass of red wine, and they lightly clinked them together before drinking.
‘So what brings you to the city?’ she asked
‘I have some leave whilst I wait for my ship to dock, and Gerald thought it a fine idea to visit the theatre.’
‘You must be a midshipman then’, she said, sipping from her glass. Her tongue traced across her lips to chase a drop of wine, and with that and her soft breasts, he was mesmerised. ‘What did you think of the play?’ she asked, and he snapped back to reality.
‘It was most entertaining’ he said politely, and she laughed.
‘I know it was not high art, but I am glad to hear you enjoyed it. Do you sail soon?’
‘Our ship is refitting and taking on supplies, so it will be two or three days at least’
‘Shall you see battle?’
‘Perhaps. That rather depends on the French, and where the admiralty sends us’ She took his hand and drew closer to him, gazing into his eyes.
‘Many sailors seek the comfort of a woman before they sail on a dangerous mission’ she said in a sultry voice ‘I would be happy to provide that for you’ he cleared his throat and felt his cheeks redden.
‘I have not – that is, I…’ he started, ashamed to admit that he had never been with a woman, but she put her finger to his lips.
‘So I am your first, John’ she murmured ‘It shall be my honour to teach you the delights of intimacy’ Questions crowded his mind, but she seemed to understand. ‘I wish only to give you pleasure, and take some for myself. You need not fear siring a child, for I am barren, and I shall not demand marriage. I have other admirers and love my way of life’ She smiled, and her fingers went to his collar, unfastening his cravat. ‘You are handsome and have a good figure. I wager you are gentle and considerate. I can teach you how to please a woman, which will stand you in good stead whether you marry, or keep a dozen mistresses’

One for the memory books, this long awaited July 2018 - been thinking and visioning the make up of these days for a long time - and no way wouldve I have dreamed that it would look anything like this ramblin wreck.   We moved back to Tucson and started our season in the desert, just weeks before our wedding, while living in a temporary airbnb with most all our stuff in storage.  The only highlight other than the marriage happenings was that we got to see so many of our very favorite people this month - from the group of supertramps, and seeing my road parents, to all the extended ceremony that partied with us to all the good people that shared their good vibes from afar.    It was good to connect with so many this month - probably never again will we have occassion for this many good folks all together at one time in one place, in the Old Pueblo for sure.
Turns out, I think we’re pretty good at wedding event planning.   The vows in Havasu adventure got blown out by devastating flash floods, but we rebounded and edited the plan and vision on the fly and wound up with a seriously beauitful and meaningful vows day on the mountain.  And when having to choose a favorite day for July, and weighing the party day with the vows day, the vows win out by far.   Sure the party was fun but wow, those vows meant so much and how they came together with our engineering up where we had our first kiss.  The Grandness of The Scheme.   These past 10 days been able to reflect on the whole process and how much fun it was but also how much the whole thing meant, right to up and including the necessity to adapt.  Life is one big improvisation, afterall. There really wasnt much else to this month that wasnt about wedding and marriage and recovery.   But after all that, it boils down to moments - fleeting scenes as sharp in memory as they were in real life.  Scenes that will last a lifetime; from cannonballing in Buckskin, to the squeeze of that hand over Lord Lovat’s Lament, to kissing her after her vows, to losing the wedding rings.  The episodes of a life; the stories we’ll tell ten years from now when asked out our wedding.  Well - it took a whole months worth of energy of 3+ years of visioning and after all that, we ended up getting married up where it all started in a place where we couldve done it any old time we wanted, but wound up doing it in Monsoon season.  And then we’ll launch off into a storyline like only we could imagine, and only we would tell.   Fun to see how it will get exaggerated with time....but for now, the reality seems pretty great - especially from the rearview mirror.
I started this month my same old delicate itinerant cowboy and we end the month a married man.  Nothing behind him - everything ahead of him, so as it ever is, on the road.

Part 5: Inseparable
Hello again! :D This is the fifth and FINAL chapter of the Vampire Hamlaf series. I had an amazing time writing this series, and I wanted to thank @sparkskun for allowing me to make a series involving an amazing comic they made a while ago. And also consider this as my Halloween present to you guys, :) Happy Halloween! 
Summary: While Alexander had been living in something similar to luxury, Lafayette had only been suffering. He is now determined to get his lover back...At any cost.
Three months later…
Lafayette looked out at the trees that walled the area around his hideout. The moon had replaced the sun, and the boys had already fallen asleep... all except him. He felt the emptiness in his heart with the absence of his lover. What felt like a century ago was only three months… And Lafayette despised it more than even the British. He looked down at the resting men that rested under the cave of the hill he sat upon. He heard a faded scream from somewhere beyond the forest, but something about it sounded familiar. The scream only grew louder, yet still distant. Gilbert got up from his position and began to carelessly walk down the hill. But that all changed when he heard an all too familiar voice, “Gilbert, help!” It was Alexander.
Lafayette began to race down the hill and into the woods, quickly changing into his wolf form. As he continued to run, he saw a light blaze in the distance coming from the camp. Not hesitating, he began to run towards it. He heard many men grunting with effort followed by many of the voices arguing as he carefully approached the camp. There was a shadow mass of men pulling at someone, pulling them towards the light. Just as Gilbert emerged from the trees, so did the men, revealing multiple men holding Alexander in a secure hold. Lafayette’s eyes widened and he quickly ran up the hill towards his lover and his captors, turning back into a human subconsciously. Hamilton continued to struggle against the men’s holds but almost froze upon seeing the Frenchman running up the hill. He yelled at the man, “Lafayette! Don’t! It’s a trap-!” But he was too late. Before Gilbert could hed the warning, five men tackled him to the ground, and many others joined in restraining his hands behind his back. One held a stake near his neck as the others jerked him up onto his feet. The soldiers dragged the two vampires through the camp, where others held torches and called for them to be burned. 
Alexander continued to call out for Washington, but there would no reply from his father, That was when Lafayette noticed, where the general’s tent rested, no light came from it, all that rested there was his sword with the general’s hat hanging on the hilt.  Lafayette gasped as he was thrown to the ground, falling on his knees before the soldiers held him down by his arms and shoulders. He heard the yelp of his lover then began to struggle against his restraints as he saw what was happening to the immigrant. He was being pulled towards a large stake. he was held against it as soldiers tied him to the wooden log. Alexander looked around the surrounding firewood in horror as a soldier approached him with a blazing torch. The soldier spoke, “These men are found guilty of being Satan’s henchmen; vampires.” He stopped for a moment as the others erupted into angered shouts, he continued, “Thus, we sentence these men to death by burning. Let that one over there witness what happens when he turns one of own into his kind.” He held the torch to the logs and watched as they caught fire, Lafayette twisted and attempted to snap at his foes, he looked at Hamilton when he was restrained once more, “Alexander! Mon amour!” Alexander looked up at him with tears welling in his eyes, “Look away, Lafayette! Please!” Gilbert tried, but the soldiers grabbed him by his bun and forced him to watch his dying lover. The fire began to eat away as Hamilton’s feet as he hair fell out of his hair tie. He began to scream and plead, but no one came to his assistance. He looked at Lafayette, “Lafayette-AHHHHHHHHHHHH!” He threw his head against the stake and cried out. Lafayette could only scream for his lover as the flames engulfed him whole.
Lafayette sat up panting for air, The cold air brushed against his neck as he attempted to regain his breath. He sharply turned to the sound of the other two men tiredly groaning. Hercules rubbed his eyes as he looked at his taller friend, “Are you okay, Laf? You were screaming.” Lafayette looked out at the woods, “Alexander...” Before either of the men could continue to ask him about his wellbeing, he jumped off the cliff and landed in his wolf form. Hercules stood up and yelled at his friend as he ran into the woods. Hercules pulled John onto his feet then quickly ran down the hill to find his distressed friend.
Lafayette couldn’t focus as he ran through the trees. He had to find a way to save Alexander, whether it caused a drop of blood or an entire large body count, he only wanted his lover back. He was separated from his thoughts when he was tackled to the ground. He started to snap at the assailant, and a rough voice spoke hurriedly, “Lafayette-Laf, calm down. It’s me. It’s Hercules.” Lafayette stopped snapping at his friend and relaxed. Hercules slowly let go and looked at his friend in his animal form. “Are you okay, Gil? What happened back there,” Lafayette stood there for a few moments before letting out a huff and turning back into his human form. He slouched down onto the ground and held his head in his hands. Hercules sat down next to him as he spoke, “I had a dream...About Alexander, again. He..I ended up getting captured by the soldiers we used to fight with....I...I was forced to watch Alexander be burned at the stake.” Hercules cautiously patted his back, “I’m..I’m sorry to hear that, Lafayette.” They sat there for a few moments in silence before Lafayette finally spoke up, “Mulligan?” Hercules nudged him, “Yeah.” The Frenchman looked right at the Irish, “Can you help me get Alexander back? And let us not wait for night, It’s still dark out. I rather do it now.” Hercules thought for a moment, “There is a chance they have already woken up...” He smiled at his friend, “But they will be too tired to even be ready to fight us...LET’S DO IT!” Lafayette smiled at his enthusiasm and stood up, “We shouldn’t waste time, then. Let's go.” Hercules placed his hand on his shoulder before he could continue walking, “We still need someone who can cause good enough distractions. We need John.”
 As if on cue, a tired Laurens emerged from the bushes. John tiredly smiled at them, “Oh, hey...You found Lafayette....Nice job.” Lafayette and Hercules exchanged amused looks before looking back at John. “Hey, John, We got a plan to rescue Alexander, and we need your help” John sat against a fallen tree log, “I’m all ears. No promises that I won’t fall back asleep, though. Hercules and Lafayette exchanged amused looks once more before Mulligan looked down at John and spoke, “You get to use the cannons...” John quickly sat up, somehow now fully awake, “What is the plan and when do we start?!” Hercules and Gilbert both laughed before sitting near John. Hercules adjusted his beanie, “Okay, here’s the plan...”
Lafayette looked over a bush and looked out at the silent army camp. The only light in the camp were a few torches, but Lafayette couldn’t help but noticed that they had begun to post more stakes around the camp. Lafayette smirked, those wouldn’t be keeping him out for long. Lafayette looked out at the forest across from his hiding place. Hercules and John stood by each other waiting for some kind of signal. Lafayette gave them a nod, and they nodded back before walking towards the camp. They approached the stake fence and began to cut into it with their knives the smuggled out of the camp from their last rescue attempt. After creating enough dents into the wood, they began to climb up the stakes, soon climbing over and climbing down the walls. They landed on the ground and started to run towards the area where the canons were kept and guarded. They quickly hid when the approached the small cabin but ended up stepping out of their hiding places once seeing that the guards had fallen asleep. Hercules and John exchanged looks before carefully opening the door and running towards one of the canons.
After an hour of positioning the canons to where they aimed at the stake walls, Hercules began load each cannon with a cannonball was Laurens attempted to link all the fuses together. They stepped back to admire their work before John kneeled down and stroke the long fuse with two rocks. They both quickly ran back into the cannon storage house, covering their ears. In only seconds, the sounds of explosions erupted throughout the entire camp. Hercules and John ducked under some hay as many soldiers were heard scrambling to grab their guns to find their sudden attackers. 
Lafayette sneered at the pandemonium that was happening down the hill. He slowly emerged from behind the bush and began to run down the hill, thoroughly turning into a wolf along the way. He ran through one of the gaps within the gates and ran into the camp. He quickly hid as Washington being followed by soldiers ran by. He slowly got up only to raise his ears upon hearing the soft breathing of his lover, He ran through the camp chasing after the sound and found himself in front of the general’s tent. He cautiously walked in and looked around, then looked at the cot near the back of the tent and gasped. Hamilton was resting on the pillow, his chest rising falling as he slept covered with a small handkerchief over his body. Lafayette ran up to the cot and looked at the baby bat before softly nudging him with his snot while sending him thoughts, “Alexander...Mon Amour, it’s me. Wake up..” The bat’s eyes slowly flutter open, its eyes widened and raised its ears and head from the pillow. He gave Gilbert a few happy speaks, “Lafayette! You’re okay! You came back!” Lafayette bared his teeth in a smile, “I always will come back for you.” He began to lick his face in a way for kissing, but stopped, “Let's go, mon amour. The soldiers will realize it was a distraction soon.” Alex began to move only to stop and squeal in pain, “Gilbert...It hurts..” Lafayette saw the small cut that nearly separated a part of his wing from his body. Lafayette walked around the cot and carefully grabbed Alexander by his scruff. He was quick to place him on his back when he began to whimper in pain. 
He turned his head to Alexander, “Hold on. We’re getting out of here.” He ran out of the tent and towards one of the gaps of the gate, he quickly howled, then continued to run. Alexander turned his head and saw two figures running towards them. Before he warned Lafayette, he saw that they were indeed his best friends. He sent happy squeaks towards them, earning smiles from them. As they continued to run through the forest, Lafayette suddenly let out a howl of pain, falling to the ground. Alexander lost his grip and fell to the ground, looking up and squealing panicked upon seeing who caused their escape to be suddenly interrupted. It was Burr. Burr looked down at the small baby bat before bending over to pick him up, with a stake in his other hand...
Lafayette opened his eyes and saw Burr beginning to pick up a struggling bat Hamilton. He growled, attempting to push through the pain as he stood up. Burr grabbed Hamilton in a tight grip, causing him to squeal in pain. That was enough for Lafayette to witness. Lafayette growled and ran towards the lieutenant and lunged out at him, grabbing at his right arm, and tearing at it. Burr screamed in pain and fell to the ground holding his now missing arm. John quickly picked up Alexander while Hercules struggled to hold Gilbert on his back. Eventually, John was able to hold Alexander in one hand and help Hercules get away with Gilbert on his back. 
Washington looked down at the scene from the side of the camp before walking down as many of the soldiers began to chase after the escapees. He called out to his men, “No need to waste your energy, men.” He looked down at the nearly crying Burr, “Take this man to the medic.” With that, he left his men and returned to his tent. He opened the flaps and saw the empty pillow with the handkerchief that rested on top of it. He picked up the cloth and studied it for a moment before putting it in his pocket. He was going to miss his son, but he knew it was the best for him...
1 year later....
Hamilton opened the door to their cabin and yawned. Hercules and Lafayette had gone off to retrieve breakfast, and Laurens was still sleeping inside the house. Oh right, Hercules and John convinced the two lovers to bite them and turn the immortal only a few months ago. On the bright side, Hercules’ blood was enough to heal Hamilton’s wounds almost instantly, and the same thing for Lafayette with John. He was snapped out of his thoughts upon hearing a soft howl and bark. He smiled as he saw the gray wolf and black dog approach the cabin with lifeless animals in their mouths. The dog stood on its hind legs and soon turned into Hercules, and the wolf, Lafayette. Lafayette was the first to approach Hamilton and peck him on the lips, “Got rabbit for breakfast.” Alexander smiled, “Sounds good. I’ll go get some berries for John so that he doesn’t complain.” John was the only one who didn’t turn into a certain animal, he turned into mist, so he was able to go around and not be harm by anything. Well, except fire.,
Alexander softly laughed at the thought then began to pick some of the berries from a nearby bush. He quickly raised his head upon hearing something but saw nothing. He sighed and began to walk back to the cabin. Just as he was about to place his hand on the door, he heard a voice call out to him, “Alexander...” He turned around and gasped, dropping the berries he was holding in his hands, It was George. He still had his uniform on, but no hat. Hamilton whispered, “Father..” He smiled as tears of happiness ran down his eyes, “Father!” He ran to him and hugged him. George spoke, “The war is finally over. A new government is beginning...A better one.” Hamilton pulled out of the hug and opened his mouth to speak, but was interrupted by the sound of the cabin door opening, “Mon Cheri, are you okay? I heard you gasp-.” They all stood there for a moment. George looking at Lafayette, Lafayette looking at George, and Hamilton looking worried between the two. Lafayette smiled, “It’s good to see you again, General Washington.” George returned the smile and nodded, “Likewise, Lafayette. And Hamilton, there is someone that you will want to meet.” He called out for someone, and a hooded female emerged from the woods and removed their hood; revealing Martha Washington. She looked at Alexander and gasped before covering her mouth as her eyes began to water, “Alexander....?” 
Alexander was petrified...Was this his real mother? “Mo-...Mother...?” She smiled as tears began to roll down her face. She opened her arms and ran towards Hamilton to hug him, “Alex..” They held each other in a tight embrace, with Geroge soon joining into a hug. Hercules and John, and watched from the doorway of the cabin. Alexander withdrew from the hug, “Mom..dad...Stay here with us. We...we can turn you into vampires...And you won’t die! We won’t be separated any longer...” George and Martha looked at each other before looking at their son and smiled, Martha shook her head, “No, son... No need for that. We’ll be okay.” Alex’s smile began to fall, “But..we just found each other..After 20 years.” George softly spoke, “America needs us, Alex. We will be okay, son. I promise.” 
Hercules suddenly emerged from the forest leading a horse towards the Washingtons, “Is this your horse, sir?” George took the horse’s reins from the tailor, “Yes, thank you, Hercules.” Hercules nodded and stood by Lafayette. Martha held her head against Alexander’s, “I love you, son. We will always be with you, even when we pass. We will try to visit when we can.” Hamilton nodded as Martha withdrew from the embrace and got on the horse with the help of George. George hugged Alexander one last time before getting on the horse, “Don’t worry, son. This isn’t goodbye. It never is.” Lafayette hugged Alex from behind as the Washington’s rode off back into the forest, “They will be fine, mon amour.” Alexander placed his hands on Lafayette’s arms, “I know...”
They will outlive George and Martha Washington. They will outlive the 1800s and even Aaron Burr. But they will be inseparable. And stay together....For Eternity

Chapter 4: There May Be Trouble Ahead

You were soon on your way to Havana. Before leaving Kingston Adéwalé had had to hunt down some crewmen from a local brothel, which according to Edward wasn’t unusual, but after that the Jackdaw had been ready to sail. The nausea wasn’t that bad anymore, you barely felt it, and you were just glad that you were able to go after those men instead of waiting in some tavern while they were doing god knows what with your stuff.
You were walking down the deck, thinking. You were thinking about the woman in that tavern and her words. It was quite obvious what she had meant when she had asked Edward if he not “visiting” her had something to do with you, but did she think that you two were having some sort of, how could you call it, affair just because she had seen you two talking together? That woman did seem to know him better that you did, so maybe her expecting something like that meant that Edward was quite a ladies’ man.
“Do tell me lass”, your thought was interrupted by someone behind you, “are you enjoying being captain’s personal wench?”
You turned around to discover that the one talking had been Howe. He stood near the railing of the ship with a few other crewmen, all of them a mug of rum in their hands. Why was everybody suddenly thinking that you were sleeping with the Captain?
“I don’t know where you have heard anything like that, but I can assure you that it is not true”, you said and were about to turn to leave.
“That’s just the impression I got when captain came to me and said that I shouldn’t hold grudges against you for what happened in the warehouse.”
Ah, so that’s what this is about. You sighed. “I’m sorry that I hit you with that board. I thought that it was my only chance to escape from that warehouse so I took it”, you said, hoping that it would make him leave you alone.
His expression changed. Just then he had been imperious and composed, but when you apologized his face twisted from anger. He began to speak with a low voice: “Do you think that you can just get away with insulting me like this, you wench? Like a woman could knock me out.”
Okay, people, timeout. Was this guy’s problem really not the fact that he had been hit with a board, but the fact that he had been hit with a board by a woman? Did these people think that women were so helpless that one landing a good hit to a man was somehow shameful for the man? Oh, but of course they did. You realized that you shouldn’t have been that surprised since it wasn’t much different in the 21st century.
“Well, if it makes you feel better, I can tell you that it doesn’t require much to take a board and hit someone with it”, you said.
It really did not seem to make him feel better. “You need to find your place”, Howe said and swung his mug at you. You thought that he was going to hit you with it so you instinctively closed your eyes and brought your hands before you. Instead of a hit you felt liquid landing onto you. You slowly opened your eyes. Your hands, your face and your chest were wet of rum. Howe’s expression was again composed.
“Oh, it seems like I’ve run out of rum”, Howe said glancing at the bottom of his mug, “be a good lass and fetch me more.” The men around you burst out laughing. You just stood there for a second, the warm liquid soaking the fabric of your shirt, making it cling to your chest. You lowered your hands. Shock turned into a feeling of humiliation. You could see other crewmen stop what they were doing to witness the commotion.
You took a sharp breath and gathered all the patience within you. “Of course, sir. Won’t be but a minute”, you said, plastering a polite smile to your face, same way as you had done oh so many times during that one part-time job at a restaurant. God, you had hated that job. You turned and left, leaving behind a moment of confused silence before Howe started to laugh again.
“Look at that lass doing what I tell her to, seems to have found her place”, he said when you were already too far to hear it, inducing men to start laughing again with him. He waited until the laughter died out before he continued.
“Did you see her face, lads? So mortified over a drop of rum. How is she going to get by on a ship if she gets so easily shaken?” He chuckled before continuing: “Let me tell you, she won’t make it to Havana, she will want to leave before that.”
“Maybe you were too crude, mate. The lass did say sorry”, a man who had seen the commotion said.
“Couldn’t you see how that wench was rubbing it to my face? She deserved it”, Howe said and turned towards the sea and leaned to the railing with his friends, continuing whatever conversation they were having before the commotion. The man glared at him, but didn’t say anything more.
It didn’t take more than a few minutes before Howe heard you say his name behind him. He chuckled again and turned around, only to find you with a rum barrel on your arms.
“Your drink”, you said, and before he had a chance to say anything, you dumped the contents of the barrel on him. Truth be told, you never were good at customer service.
Satisfied, you turned around to leave rum-dripping Howe to curse after you, but you stopped when you saw Edward standing just a few steps away from you. He was first looking at Howe and then at you, and on his face he had an expression you could not interpret. “Captain”, you greeted with a nod and walked past him.
You needed to get rid of the rum-smelling shirt you were wearing, so you headed below the deck. On your way down you couldn’t help but to think that maybe you shouldn’t have pissed off a pirate twice over. First time it was self-defense, and the second time he had asked for it, and in a quite literal sense too, but you had to remember that you weren’t in the 21st century anymore. As much as it sucked, as a woman you couldn’t do however you pleased.
You grabbed a piece of cloth and a bucket of what seemed to be clean water from the storage room and locked yourself to your cabin. You took the shirt quickly off and dropped it on the floor. To your dismay, your bra didn’t get spared from the rum either. With a sigh, you took it off too. You knew that there was some rum in your hair too. That would be hard to get off with only water. You kneeled closer to the bucket and started to wash your clammy skin with the lukewarm water.
You got startled by a knock on the door. “It’s me”, you could hear Edward say through the door, “you wouldn’t happen to be in a need of a dry shirt, lass?”
You grabbed the piece of cloth you had taken and started to dry yourself. “I would, as a matter of fact”, you responded.
“Well I have one right here.”
You sighed and covered your chest by holding the cloth to it. You dropped your bra to the bucket, hoping that most of the rum would go off. You walked to the door and slowly opened it. There stood the captain, holding a shirt in his hand. He smirked when he saw you.  
“What’s this? You have no problem walking confidently on deck with a wet shirt on, probably leaving very little to the imagination, but now you’re getting all shy on me?” He said with a playing tone.
“First of all, I can assure you that it left much to the imagination”, bless your modern bra, “and second of all, are you here to mock me or to give me a shirt?”
“Mock you?” He let his gaze wander a bit lower before bringing it back up. “I could never.”
It required all your might not to groan out of frustration. “In that case, could I have the shirt, please?”
“Certainly.” His voice didn’t have that playful tone anymore, but he was still smiling as he handed the shirt.
“Thank you.” You closed the door to put the shirt on.
“You’re not mad that I threw away some of your rum?” you asked through the door. You heard Edward chuckle and answer: “No, it went to a good use.”
You couldn’t help but to smile at that.
The shirt was loose so you figured that going without a bra would be a bit uncomfortable. All you had at hand was that piece of cloth, so you folded it and then tied it around your chest.
You pulled the shirt on, and right then when you were ready, a shout could be heard from the deck: “Pirate hunters! A Man O’ War!”
That could not be good.
You heard the unmistakable sound of cannons being fired and soon after you heard a cannonball ripping through the side of the ship right next to your cabin. The ship lurched, making you stagger forward, but you were able to regain your balance. Adéwalé barked orders on the deck and soon more cannons were fired, this time from Jackdaw.
You heard hurried footsteps from outside the door. Edward slammed the door open. “Come on, it’s not safe to be here”, he said as he walked in and grabbed your arm. He started to pull you with him.  
“Is being on deck supposed to be any safer?” you asked as you two rushed through the hold.
“Being next to someone who knows what to do in a battle is safer”, Edward answered.
Jackdaw got another hit and the ship lurched again. Edward caught you before you even began to stagger. He kept walking steadily, but he put his hand to the small of your back to support you. You got a bit flustered by the sudden closeness. Really, at a time like this? Woman, get yourself together.
You and Edward rushed up the stairs to the deck, where Edward stopped the first man who walked past you. “Why was the warning given so late?” he asked.
“The commotion on the deck, captain, nobody was…” the man started but Edward didn’t stay to listen further. He stormed towards the helm, you following right after him. Another set of cannons was fired. Adéwalé glanced at Edward. “I was starting to wonder where you are”, he said as he gave the helm to his captain.
“Damage report”, Edward said.
“Two bad ones in the hull, two cannons are out of the game and the bilge has already leakage”, Adéwalé said.
“Take cover!” Edward shouted as the Man O’ War fired its canons again. Everyone ducked, you included, although a bit later than everyone else. Again there was a sound of cannonballs bashing through wood.
“And whatever that just did”, Adéwalé added.
“Mortars and cannons ready?” Edward asked the crew as he stood up again.
“Waiting for order, sir.”
The combat between ships went on for the following half an hour. The Jackdaw had taken much damage already at the beginning of the battle, so Edward had to concentrate on evading the line of fire. Jackdaw was much more nimble that the big Man O’ War, so slowly but surely they were able to damage the ship of the pirate hunters enough to board it.
You stayed at the upper deck of Jackdaw with Adéwalé while Edward and most of the crew were fighting on the deck of the Man O’ War. This was the first time you saw these pirates in action. You winched every time you saw or heard a sword piercing flesh on the other ship. You kept walking around the upper deck, trying to calm yourself. You had never witnessed a full-on sword fight, because that’s not something that just happens when you live in the 21st century. As much as you didn’t want to look weak in front of these men, you were too unsettled to watch.
Adéwalé noticed your nervous pacing. “Maybe you should go to your cabin”, he said.
“No, I’m fine, I’m just… not used to this”, you said and forced yourself to stop walking around.
Luckily the fight on the ship didn’t last long. The pirate hunters were smart enough to notice that they had no chance of winning. As they surrendered hoorays filled the air.
“Captain”, Adéwalé greeted Edward as he walked back to the upper deck. “The ship has taken a lot of damage”, he said, “the men are doing what they can with materials gotten from the Man O’ War, but she can’t be repaired properly in the middle of the sea. We have to get on land as soon as possible if we want to get even half-way to Havana.”
“Blasted!” he said and got silent for a second before he continued. “Île à Vache is close enough, but we have to turn around to get there”, he said and walked at the helm. “Let’s hope that Templar bastard finds Havana engaging enough for him to stay until we finally get there.”
