Every now and then I get the urge to play skyrim again but I'm protected by the knowledge that If I tried to play skyrim I'd inevitably start installing mods and it would take a lot of hassle to get all my mods in order once again and I don't wanna do all that rn

Hi, I don't use Skyrim mods but your pictures are so pretty I'm tempted tbh lol.
If possible, what environmental graphics mods do you use and also the ones for skin and eyes?
If it'd be too long of a list, don't worry. Just pointing me in the right direction is fine. xD
I like the vanilla look a lot, but it could use a slight tune up.
Hi @condensedpigeonmilk 🙋‍♀️
I do have a lot of mods (over 2000!) and my list requires constant updating, as I'm not sure it's 100% stable as modding Skyrim is almost a full time occupation! 🤣 However, I will list as many that might be helpful to start you with.
Lighting/Environmental Mods:
Enhanced Lights and FX (although a lot of people use Lux these days)
Obsidian Weathers
Rudy ENB for Obsidian Weathers
Northern Roads (which requires a lot of patches with other mods, just a heads up!)
Blubbos Tree mods
Mods by JK (including many interiors, JK's Skyrim/Dawn of Skyrim combination)
Mods by Ryn, overhaul of Standing Stones, Dragon Burial Mounds and some unique locations.
Northern Scenery series by HeilingerKresy
Skin Mods:
For Females: Bijin Skin
For Males: Loverboy
Eyes: Pocky's Quirk Eyes, The Eyes of Beauty and BnP Eye Pack
Texture Mods:
Main Textures (base, a lot get overwritten by the following mods in list): Noble Skyrim & Static Mesh Improvement Mod
Whiterun: Illustrious Whiterun
Solitude: HQ Solitude
Riften: Gravunlom
Windhelm by CleverCharff
High Poly Project
Other Misc Textures by: ElSopa, DrJacopo, Pfuscher, iimlenny, dovahnique and many, many more!
Because of possible mod conflicts and load orders, it might be useful to do a bit of homework on it, as some of the tools can be a little intimidating. It was to me when I first started! Here are a couple of videos that have been uploaded recently, that might help you.

OR -> If you're a little daunted by manually installing loads of mods and getting them to fit together properly, then you can always download and install a premade mod list, as some of them are very good.
For example, a lot of people use ones such as Nolvus or Eldergleam, which includes an auto installer. Some can be for high power gaming rigs or not, or if you want a vanilla-faithful list.

Hope this helps! 😇😇😇
