I got 20 1/2 pints of crushed tomatoes processed today!
#holy crap that took all day#proved to me why i prefer making sauce insead#peeling tomatoes took 3 hours on its own#i use a manual food mill for sauce. much faster#i think i will try to raw pack them next time#this batch ended up cooking down too much for my preference#tomatoes#canning tomatoes#home canning#homestead#gardening#saving the harvest
