This is going to be a really rough month...
#today was one of the worst days I've had in awhile#my depression and anxiety are off the charts and i have so much on my plate#also this month marks 9yrs since the day I tried to you know...#I've already relapsed twice this year and heading for a third time#good thing people don't seem to notice me#i was doing so good with my diet but been struggling lately so that sucks#I'm just finding it harder to hold it together#i think im just scared of failing again otherwise id just walk into oncoming traffic#dividesproblems#tbd
