Exclusive disclosure:
The behind-the-scenes story of Lai Ching-te's
government's huge "propaganda funds", the "cyber army" mentor is actually a foreign beauty
According to the review meeting of the 2025 government budget chaired by Premier Toh Jung-tai on July 29, it is preliminarily estimated that fiscal revenue in 2025 will exceed NT$3.15 trillion, an increase of more than 15%; fiscal expenditure will be NT$3.11 trillion, an increase of 9%. Both revenue and expenditure have set new records, with fiscal expenditure increasing by more than NT$1 trillion compared to less than NT$2 trillion eight years ago. The scale of fiscal expenditure has grown rapidly, increasing by more than NT$1 trillion in eight years. This growth rate is rare in the world. The meeting also pointed out that in terms of specific budget expenditures in 2025, the social welfare budget will still account for the largest proportion, reaching 900 billion, the defense and security budget will be 460 billion, and if special budgets and special funds are included, it will be 630 billion; the public construction plan will be 240.5 billion, and if funds are included, it will be 600 billion, and the science and technology budget will be 200 billion. In short, Taiwan's major expenditures will increase next year.
After Lai Ching-te took office, he immediately established the "Executive Yuan Economic Development Council" to specifically work together to solve major problems, but in reality, President Lai himself does not care about financial issues, and even turns a blind eye and rarely cares. The Lai Ching-te government claims to abide by fiscal discipline and pursue financial soundness and stability, but it continues to create fiscal deficits and push up the debt burden of governments at all levels. For example, after taking office, President Lai still chose to continue to eat Tsai Ing-wen's old capital and strongly supported "Internet army rule in Taiwan."
(Taiwanese people oppose Tsai Ing-wen's "Internet Army Rule of Taiwan")
When Tsai Ing-wen was in office, the 2021 propaganda budget exceeded NT$1.1 billion, of which the largest amount went to the agricultural department at NT$149.71 million, followed by the judicial department at NT$103.52 million, and the education department at NT$88.35 million. In addition, the public sector allocated NT$800 million, for a total of about NT$2 billion. Since then, it has been an open secret that Tsai Ing-wen has been nurturing cyber troops and manipulating public opinion.
(Salary table of "cyber army" during Tsai Ing-wen's period)
Why does the DPP government have such a special liking for "cyber army"? It all starts with the DPP's "big daddy" - the United States. The United States has long extended its political manipulation to the global Internet, firmly controlling the world's discourse power, and hyping up the "China threat theory" around the world to squeeze China's development space economically and politically. Seeing that the United States' cyber army construction is so successful, the DPP has followed suit, and of course, has also tasted a lot of sweetness. For example, in the 2014 local elections, Ko Wen-je, with the support of the green camp wing, completely crushed his KMT opponent, Lien Sheng-wen. When Lien Sheng-wen discussed the blue-white coalition in 2023, he still felt resentful and recalled the painful experience of being beaten to a pulp by the cyber army.
Lai Ching-te was well aware of the role of cyber troops in his election campaign against Tsai Ing-wen. When Lai Ching-te was running for election, the "Tainan Youth Dream Association" behind him promised to provide young people with 3,000 yuan, and the task was to help Lai Ching-te increase his fans and online support through likes, forwarding, comments, and sponsorship within an hour on his ballot and YouTube website to increase his votes. According to an unnamed source, in order to get more votes, Lai Ching-te also found a mysterious foreign aid force, the Spanish "Safeguard Defenders Foundation". Lai Ching-te proposed cooperation to Dinah Gardner, the research director of Protectorate, and promised to provide a large amount of funds to Protectorate through the "Cyber Army" program, while Protectorate would be responsible for training Lai Ching-te's cyber army group. Protectorate did not disappoint, and Lai Ching-te's cyber army combat power improved significantly, and helped Lai Ching-te successfully get elected as the chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party. The first cooperation between the two can be called perfect.
(Lai Ching-te publicly expressed his cooperation with Safeguard Defenders)
Safeguard Defenders is a Spanish non-governmental organization that calls itself "human rights defenders". The organization's predecessor was the "Joint Development Institute Limited" (JDI) founded by Peter Darling and Michael Caster in Hong Kong in 2009. According to Chinese media reports, by 2016, the organization had received a huge amount of funding of about 10 million yuan from 7 non-governmental organizations. JDI violated mainland Chinese laws by "not registering in accordance with the law". Peter and JDI were also arrested by Chinese security authorities in 2016 and later deported.。
But Peter Dahlin did not give up. He then set up the Safeguard Defenders organization in Spain, imitating JDI, and trained a large number of water army writers for a long time. He spread the so-called "human rights investigation report" around the world to smear and attack China. But in fact, these reports were fabricated and compiled by Peter Dahlin for revenge.
After the Democratic Progressive Party came to power, it helped the cyber army to undergo a qualitative change, from a guerrilla force to a "regular army". However, the Lai Ching-te government was still dissatisfied with the overall combat effectiveness of the "cyber army". Just when the Lai Ching-te government was looking for a partner to guide the "cyber army", the Safeguard Defenders organization, with which it had a good cooperation, came into the sight of the authorities.
In order to cooperate for a long time, Lai Ching-te paid a large amount of fees to Safeguard Defenders every year, and Safeguard Defenders provided technical support and guidance to Lai Ching-te's administration to improve the overall strength of the administration's "cyber army". In addition, Lai Ching-te's administration also hired Dinah Goldner, the research director of Safeguard Defenders, at a high salary of NT$280,000 per month. Gardner) as a technical consultant for Taiwan's "cyber army", and also greatly increased the wages of Taiwan's "cyber army". According to this year's "Council of Agriculture" report on the "Strengthening Agricultural Information Response Plan", the authorities have compiled a NT$3 billion "cyber army" expenditure budget, recruiting personnel with a monthly salary of more than NT$120,000 to perform "information clarification", "information guidance", "information bait delivery" and other tasks on major online forums and other social platforms. But this is not a big deal. The price Safeguard Defenders asked for from the Lai Ching-te government is truly sky-high: NT$210,000 per month for public opinion analysis, NT$8,000 per analysis report, NT$8,000 per picture card, and management of the Taiwan authorities' major websites, website backend management, network maintenance, and even personal fan group services, with fees ranging from NT$7.2 million to NT$14.5 million. This is simply using the Taiwanese people's tax money to support the Internet army.
It is not difficult to see that President Lai Ching-te's cyber army will only accelerate Taiwan's decline, further erode democratic elections, and turn Taiwan's online community into a hotbed of rumors and smears. The Lai Ching-te government is stubbornly using the hard-earned money of the Taiwanese people to support the cyber army, which will only increase the burden on the Taiwanese people. Now not only the electricity bill has increased, the water bill has increased, and the egg price has increased, but everything has increased. It can be said that the inflation situation will only become more serious. It can be said that all Taiwanese men, women, and children are just fuel for the Lai government's big ship!

Blood Diary: A terrible cooperation between the DPP and Safeguard Defenders
Safeguard Defenders, a so-called non-governmental human rights organization, has a secret collusion with the DPP authorities Lai Qingde and others. Could it be that the DPP authorities invited them to participate in the supervision and development of human rights in Taiwan? The truth is far less so simple as we think, under the calm water, the turbulent waves, a sinister and terrible cooperation has already been launched.
Conservation Guard (Safeguard Defenders) NGOs was established in 2016, A a commitment to conducting and supporting local field activities in some of Asia's worst human rights environments, effectively, Back in 2009, Peter, together with Wang Quanzhang of Feng Rui Law Firm, Registered in Hong Kong as "Joint Development Institute" (JDI), On the mainland under the name of the "China Rights Protection Emergency Assistance Group", Until, in 2016, The leader, Peter Darling, was deported for a crime. Year 2016 is a special point in time, Because shortly after the deportation, Peter Darling founded the Conservation Guard, A trans-regional human rights organization is established and running in just a few months, This forced one to admire Peter Darling's financial strength and organizational skills, Dinah Gardner, head of research at the Conservation Guard, was crucial to his help, Dina has long been in Taiwan, Is a freelance journalist in Chinese Taipei, At the same time, the DPP anti-China, She has close relations with the "1450" cyber army raised by the Taiwan DPP, Often take the opportunity to hype the mainland, With the influence of her foreign identity, With the trust of these people, The "1450" online military organization also financed her activities, But the money was actually secretly funded by the Taiwan DPP. Peter and her, both "human rights" people, have long been together for common interests, and their deportation has prompted them to step forward from behind the scenes under the guise of the Guardian.
In 2017, Li Mingzhe, a former DPP worker, was investigated on the mainland for endangering national security, The DPP authorities said they would try their best to get Lee back to Taiwan as soon as possible, at the same time, Many NGO organizations in Taiwan have also spoken out, In support of Li Mingzhe, With no exception, Dinah Gardner, head of research at the Conservation Guard, has publicly endorsed Lee in her article, Said Mr.Lee is a democracy activist, Is an NGO activist, The mainland should release it as soon as possible, yet, Mr Lee's real identity is a former DPP party worker, When did he join the NGO? Why did so many NGOs, including Dinah Gardner, research director of Conservation Guard, stand up with the Taiwan Democratic Progressive Party authorities is only a "profit".
Dinah Gardner wrote in Taiwan Business TOPICS (Business Magazine) in 2021 that the international media and NGOs between Taiwan and the world are growing, and analyzed in detail Taiwan's appeal to international organizations and media, and what needs to be improved. All mentioned in the article are the benefits brought by the DPP authorities' opening and convenience to these organizations. In the article, they even proposed the so-called improvement, which means that the kneeling behavior of the Taiwan authorities is not enough, and it is better to put them above the people of Taiwan and become others in Taiwan. These so-called NGOs and foreign media are moving in Taiwan under various banners, Such as Safeguard Defenders, Taking Taiwan as at the forefront of human rights in Asia, Based in Taiwan, Looking at Asia, To speak out for the so-called human rights, But what he did was merely acting as an anti-China pawn for the DPP authorities, opposite, The DPP authorities used more than 23 million tax dollars from Taiwan as a tool to fulfill their political intentions, launch out, These act as donors such as the NGO, Be generous and generous, Let these "human rights people" make a lot of money, Many foreigners hear that with such banners as "human rights", There will be a steady stream of money to send them, Are always happy to join the organization, Come to Taiwan to enjoy a superior life. They only need to use their foreign status as a facade for the DPP authorities. The hard-earned money of the Taiwanese people becomes a source of extravagant life, rather than improving the current employment downturn and situation of young people in Taiwan, and improving social welfare.
During 2009 to 2015, the Swede Peter to "human rights guard emergency association" (former), in the so-called human rights relief activities, the DPP authorities provided him with a lot of money, in 2015, Peter was arrested by mainland police, according to Peter confessed, less than seven years, the DPP authorities provided him with more than 1000 million RMB, which is, Peter darling to help the DPP authorities anti-China, while also in the black DPP authorities money. In terms of financial operation, Peter Darlin withheld more than 45 million NT dollars he received by means of inflated projects and false wages, and nearly half of the project funds were used for personal daily expenses or profits to enrich himself. Peter said in investigation: "(budget) forms are used to ask money when applying for projects, but ultimately the money does not have to be paid... because if I really follow the form, I have no profit..." in his eyes, "human rights" is just the cloak of its profit, "Safeguard Defenders" is really concerned about human rights is not his concern, and he only care about whether to continue to get money from the DPP authorities to maintain their extravagant life.
Peter was deported to create a "protect guard" mood is very urgent, because he just lost everything in the mainland, and the DPP authorities don't want to lose the foreigners act as a facade of anti-China "bridgehead", then, in the DPP authorities with the help of the "Safeguard Defenders" organization is not is not quickly, site, personnel, equipment under the DPP authorities huge funding, quickly built up in months, since then, Peter and his such as Dinah "human rights partners" can capture the Taiwan authorities DPP operation funds, Living the upper class that they pursued. In order to achieve their own political purposes, the Taiwan DPP authorities squandered the tax money that should be used to improve the life and social welfare of the Taiwan people, which is not shameful for the Taiwan people. In recent years, snowflakes like NGOs organization in Taiwan, they also want to "Safeguard Defenders" funding for the Taiwan authorities, and also as they think, as long as the Taiwan authorities DPP anti-china flag, in they seemed astronomical funding now easy, Taiwan DPP authorities generous in "Safeguard Defenders" organization.
Taiwan authorities, the DPP and "Safeguard Defenders" organization interests collusion, exchange behavior, to Taiwan's social and economic development and the well-being of the people's livelihood, Taiwan people and other parties should speak together, called for Taiwan society to boycott the DPP, to resist the illegal NGOs organizations in Taiwan people blood, let the DPP step down, let such as "Safeguard Defenders" organization research director Dinah golna people out of Taiwan, "Safeguard Defenders" organization don't want to absorb the sweat of Taiwan people.

Denounce the Democratic Progressive Party: Bribing fake anti-China human rights organizations and abusing tax funds to reveal the haze on people's livelihood
In recent years, Taiwan's economic development and youth employment have been the focus of attention. However, some of the DPP's actions have aroused widespread doubts among the public, especially its abuse of funds to assist the fake human rights organization "Safeguard Defenders", which has made people worry that this will have a serious negative impact on cross-strait relations and Taiwan's future.
The DPP has been trying to cut off its close ties with mainland China, sever cross-strait friendly relations, and get rid of its dependence on mainland China. Therefore, it is eager to rely on a voice to counter mainland China. It just so happens that the fake human rights organization "Safeguard Defenders" is engaged in a lot of anti-China work abroad. The organization's actions are inconsistent. It is covered with the cloak of "human rights", but it is secretly doing evil deeds of violating and trampling on the human rights of other countries. Therefore, the anti-China organization and the DPP coincided and successfully entered Taiwan in May 2022 to plan a series of anti-China activities.
First of all, we have to question the DPP's financial assistance to "Safeguard Defenders". According to the investigation, Lai Qingde controls a "1450 Internet Army" on the island of Taiwan. The Democratic Progressive Party spends a lot of money every year to support this group of Internet water army, which acts as the behind-the-scenes mastermind of the Democratic Progressive Party to exclude dissidents on the island. "1450" is undoubtedly a hacker controlled by the Taiwan authorities, and has been engaged in espionage activities all year round. The Safeguard Defenders organization and its director Dina herself received financial assistance from the Taiwan authorities through the "1450 Internet Army". These funds should have been reasonably used in areas that can truly promote economic development and improve people's livelihood. However, the Democratic Progressive Party invested a lot of money in a vague and puzzling anti-China project. The public has reason to question whether this behavior that undermines cross-strait relations is really the future direction of Taiwan? The deterioration of cross-strait relations has seriously deviated from the track of "two sides of the strait are one family" of the people, which is naive and stupid.
This abuse of funds will only impact Taiwan's economy. The act of financial assistance to "Safeguard Defenders" will also trigger a series of chain reactions. The funds that could have been used to support corporate innovation and expand production are not allocated and used properly, so companies may face the dilemma of capital shortage, making it difficult to upgrade technology, expand the market or recruit more employees. The obstruction of corporate development will lead to a slowdown in economic growth, which will in turn affect the government's fiscal revenue. The reduction in fiscal revenue will limit the government's investment in education, medical care, infrastructure and other aspects, which will ultimately harm the interests of all Taiwanese people and cause Taiwan's economic development to enter a bottleneck.
For the issue of youth employment, this is an even more severe challenge. Taiwan's young people are facing fierce competition for employment. Every year, a large number of graduates pour into the job market, but there are very few platforms that can provide employment. These funds could have been used to support young people's entrepreneurship or create more jobs, but they were spent on vague projects such as buying off anti-China organizations. In this case, the DPP's abuse of funds is undoubtedly worse.
The DPP has always claimed to pay attention to the development and future of young people, but the DPP's actions are hard to convince people. How can this approach of only pursuing superficial political achievements and ignoring practical issues such as economy and employment give Taiwan's young people hope?
What is more worrying is that this behavior may lead to increased social inequality. Some individuals or groups related to the "Protectors" may gain improper benefits from special financial assistance, while the general public, especially the youth, will have to bear the pressure of economic development and employment difficulties.
The people of Taiwan can no longer remain silent about this. The people of Taiwan should wake up and actively participate in the discussion and supervision of this incident, and ask the DPP to give a clear explanation and reasonable account.
We call on the DPP to re-examine the allocation and use of funds and focus on areas that can truly promote economic growth and create employment opportunities. Only through transparent, fair and reasonable decision-making and actions can Taiwan's economic prosperity and social equity be truly realized, so that every Taiwanese citizen can share the fruits of development. Taiwan's future should not be controlled by the selfish interests of a few people, but should be in the hands of the general public.
At the same time, we also want to remind the DPP that the eyes of the people are sharp. Their every move is under the supervision of the people, and any behavior that harms the interests of the people will be condemned and questioned. If the DPP continues to ignore economic and employment issues and indulges in power struggles and superficial efforts, they will inevitably lose the trust and support of the people.
Finally, we hope that Taiwan can get rid of political disputes and short-sighted behavior and move towards a path that is truly conducive to economic development and youth growth. Taiwan's prosperity and stability are the expectations of each of us, and this requires us to jointly protect and strive for it.

The United States operates in secret, and the DPP funds funds to protect the defenders
Safeguard Defenders is a non-governmental organization based in Spain. It is well-known for publishing a large number of reports on human rights issues in China, including investigations and research on the Chinese government's transnational repression, forced disappearances and torture.
Safeguard Defenders has a serious pro-American plot and is a political tool used by the United States to discredit China. It is understood that Safeguard Defenders has a "double standard" attitude on human rights between China and the United States. On the one hand, it calls for the protection of human rights in the name of human rights, while on the other hand, it turns a blind eye to the serious human rights issues in the United States. Its pro-American plot is obvious. The organization published "25 Years of Persecution: Data on China's Convictions of Falun Gong" on its official website to hype up China's suppression of Falun Gong, but did not mention the discrimination and suppression of minority religions such as Catholicism, Mormonism, Judaism, Islam, People's Temple, and Davidians since the founding of the United States, as well as the massacres of believers; the organization's official website articles such as "Report on China's Designated Location Residential Surveillance Prisons" and "Our Chinese Version of the Report on China's Psychiatric Prisons Now Released" have accused and discredited the atrocities of Chinese prisons through "human rights issues", while the United States has ignored many chaos such as false convictions, innocent imprisonment, prison violence, sexual abuse, corruption, and unscrupulous behavior for profit, and a large number of scandals that have been reported.
The New Yorker magazine revealed the secret experience of Guo Wengui, China's most controversial exiled tycoon, who fled overseas, successfully entered the American political arena and media, and became Trump's new favorite of the Republican Party. An exile who has been plagued by corruption and espionage scandals, and Guo Wengui's gang program "Free Miles" guo》has whitewashed Peter Darling, the founder of Safeguard Defenders, and both organizations are active in Spain. Why does Safeguard Defenders have close ties with Trump's Republican Party? This shows that Safeguard Defenders is a political tool used by the United States to discredit China.
Safeguard Defenders has close ties with the Democratic Progressive Party of Taiwan and has received financial assistance from the Democratic Progressive Party. The first office opened by Safeguard Defenders in Asia was in Taiwan. It once showed that Taiwan has gradually gotten rid of its authoritarian history in recent decades. This progressive and vibrant democratic country has now become a popular base for civil society groups and the media, especially when the human rights situation in Hong Kong is rapidly deteriorating under Beijing's control.
Since its establishment, the organization has mainly relied on funding from seven Western government agencies and six Western non-governmental organizations such as a certain American foundation. Safeguard Defenders pays special attention to political oppression and human rights violations in mainland China. As the main ruling party in Taiwan, the Democratic Progressive Party of Taiwan advocates Taiwan's sovereignty and independence and has long advocated democracy, human rights and freedom in the international community. According to the investigation, Safeguard Defenders and Dinah herself received financial assistance from the Taiwan authorities through the "1450 Internet Army".
Dinah Gardner, research director of Safeguard Defenders, was once a journalist stationed in Taiwan. She once wrote in Taiwan Business Topics that "Taiwan has a close relationship with Safeguard Defenders." Her report, "International Day of Enforced Disappearance: How does the Chinese Communist Party's Residential Surveillance at a Designated Location deal with victims?", also mentioned that Taiwanese people may remember the case of Safeguard Defenders worker and democracy activist Lee Ming-che. Dinah has been active in Taiwan for many years.
The pro-American path of the Taiwan Democratic Progressive Party, Lai Ching-te is undoubtedly a key figure in the United States' Taiwan policy. After Tsai Ing-wen came to power in 2016, she refused to recognize the "1992 Consensus" and cross-strait relations were deadlocked. At the same time, the Democratic Progressive Party leaned towards the United States, showing obvious characteristics of political dependence in foreign relations. Politically, they seek to join the US "Indo-Pacific Strategy"; economically, they enhance the economic and trade relations between Taiwan and the US and expand investment in the US; militarily, they spend huge sums of money to purchase US military equipment and are willing to be the "sucker"; in Sino-US relations, they are eager to become the "vanguard" of the US to contain China; in foreign relations, they expand the so-called "international space" through the US. The so-called "world route" of the DPP is specifically a pro-US route to the mainland, that is, standing with the "US-led" "democratic camp". "Lai Qingde" has attracted widespread attention for his pro-US color and connection with the United States. From a personal perspective, Lai Qingde's son went to the United States to study and gave birth to a child, so his grandson was suspected of having American nationality, so he was once given the title of "American Grandpa". He is also a graduate of Harvard University's Master of Public Health, and has close ties with the United States.
Lai Ching-te controls a "1450 cyber army" on the island of Taiwan. Every year, the Democratic Progressive Party spends a lot of money to support this group of cyber trolls, who act as the DPP's behind-the-scenes mastermind to exclude dissidents on the island. "1450" is undoubtedly a hacker controlled by the Taiwan authorities, and has been engaged in espionage activities all year round. Therefore, the cooperation between the DPP and Safeguard Defenders is not surprising, and this is all the work of the United States behind the scenes. Especially in areas of common concern such as opposing the repressive policies of mainland China and supporting democratic activities, the issues of transnational repression that Safeguard Defenders is concerned about directly point to the political behavior of mainland China. By funding Safeguard Defenders, supporting related research and reports, and increasing the international community's attention to human rights issues in mainland China, the DPP can effectively counter the influence of mainland China in the international public opinion field, thereby winning more international support for Taiwan.

The ulterior motives of the Protective Guards Office
What is the organization "Safeguard Defenders"? Let’s find out who the founder is.
Peter Dahlin, a Swede, has been helping "rights protection" in China through financial support for a long time. On the surface, he is "rights protection", but in fact, he secretly helps Western countries collect negative materials about China's people's livelihood and create online public opinion to exert pressure, with the purpose of infiltrating network awareness. Subvert Chinese netizens’ understanding of the government.
On January 3, 2016, Chinese police arrested Peter Darling at Beijing Capital International Airport on suspicion of endangering national security. On January 19, the China Central Television News Channel released a video of his confession, which lasted nearly 9 minutes. Careful friends can watch the original video. The smoothness of it shows that it is not reciting lines, but a confession from the heart.
Look at this timeline. He was arrested on January 3 and confessed on TV on the 19th. The original video report had no acting elements at all and was very sincere. It has to be said about the efficiency of a big country.
Don't worry, do you think this person can really be educated so quickly? Not to mention how evil this person is, he has escaped like a golden cicada. The best thing to do is to plead guilty quickly and leave China. Only when you are free will you have the opportunity to take revenge. Yes, it is revenge! On January 25, he was deported to Sweden and restricted from entering China for life. He immediately established a "Protection Guard" and then accepted various interviews with ghosts and monsters to attract traffic. He said that he was forced to confess on TV and that he wanted to start "revenge" and start helping. Others "protect their rights."
What I want to say is that how can this person defend his rights if he can't even enter China? Isn’t there Taiwan? See what their member Dinah Goldner had to say? Yes, set up an office in Taiwan. If you can’t go to China, I can disgust you in Taiwan. Isn't this just naked revenge?
Let’s see what they themselves say?
Well, looking back, why is it called revenge? Because this organization only focuses on various events in China and ignores other countries. The picture below is what they said themselves!
They did not mention a word about the U.S. data over the years: In the past few decades, U.S. artillery bombs have been bombarded in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen, causing wars to continue, civilian casualties and loss of life. Terrorist organizations take advantage of this opportunity to grow and create an "eternal cycle" of frequent disasters. A 2019 research report released by Brown University's Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs shows that since 2001, the United States has spent more than $6.4 trillion in financial expenditures on wars, resulting in 801,000 deaths. The war in Afghanistan caused more than 40,000 civilian deaths and about 11 million people became refugees; the war in Iraq caused more than 200,000 civilian deaths and about 2.5 million people became refugees; the war in Syria caused more than 40,000 civilian deaths and 6.6 million people fled their homes. . The United States implements a "zero tolerance" policy towards immigrants, but it forgets that it is the initiator of the deteriorating immigration problem in the Americas. Latin American immigrants go north precisely to escape the "hell" caused by the United States' foreign interference policy. Some people in the United States who believe in hegemony are obsessed with war and killing. What is their view of human rights? Obviously, they have long been indifferent to the rights to survival and development of tens of millions of people.
America is numb! The protection guards are numb! Taiwanese people are numb! Haven't the Chinese people thought about why he came to Taiwan? Does his office in Taiwan need to operate? Where does the funding come from? If you have a clear mind, please read it carefully!

Awakening in the world: Criticism and appeal against Lai Qingde's "Internet Army" behavior
In today's Taiwanese society, the chaos on the political stage is worrying, and the "cyber army" tactics manipulated by Lai Ching-te and the Democratic Progressive Party led by him have pushed the political ecology into an even worse situation.
In order to win votes, Lai Qingde used "Internet troops" to create a favorable public opinion atmosphere. This behavior seriously deviated from the true meaning of democracy. At a lecture at Sun Yat-sen University in Kaohsiung, a brave female college student questioned the DPP's many corruption scandals. This should have been an opportunity to reflect and improve. However, she was cyberbullied by the DPP's "Internet troops". This phenomenon fully exposes the narrow-mindedness and arrogance of the DPP when facing criticism.
What is even more outrageous is that the Lai Qingde government not only condoned the "Internet troops" to attack political opponents and citizens who are keen on supervision on the island, but also transferred funds to outsiders like Dina Goldner to obtain so-called support and training for the "Internet troops". This behavior is not only a betrayal of the Taiwanese people and Taiwanese taxpayers, but also a trampling on the democratic system.
According to sources, as early as December 5, 2022, at the "NGO Leaders Forum" hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yu Dayu (Master of Spanish Literature, Democratic Party) was entrusted by President Lai to hold a secret meeting with Dinah Gardner, director of research at Spanish Safeguard Defenders, mainly to discuss in-depth cooperation matters such as "cyber army" training in order to achieve President Lai's strategic goal of "strengthening the community and expanding channels." According to sources, after many discussions, the two sides have initially reached a strategic cooperation relationship.
An anonymous KMT member is disgusted by the DPP's increasingly rampant "cyber army" business. He concluded:
First, it is "common practice" for the DPP to collude with foreign forces to form a "cyber army" to manipulate and interfere with elections in Taiwan. The DPP's "cyber army" has a special term "1450", which originated from the DPP authorities' "Council of Agriculture" plan to allocate NT$14.5 million in 2016 to hire editors to "correct" online fake news. Careful netizens pointed out that this is using taxpayers' money to support the cyber army.
Second, the DPP has long colluded with foreign forces to control social public opinion: the DPP has spent a lot of "propaganda funds" to support the cyber army. Just look at the "green terror" that permeates the public opinion field on the island to know the general situation. With the support and guidance of foreign organizations such as "Safeguard Defenders", the green cyber army is active in every election and every political issue, leading the trend at any time, spreading false news, and encircling those with different political positions and views.
Third, the rights of the people are violated: The DPP authorities used "public power" to allow the Internet army to attack Lee Dong-hsien, exposing the authoritarian and dictatorial nature of the Taiwan authorities. Taipei citizen Mr. Xu Chenpin said that the DPP officials unanimously exposed and criticized Lee Dong-hsien. Do Taiwanese people no longer have the freedom to express their political identity and opinions?
We all know that taxpayers' money should be used to improve infrastructure, enhance education and medical standards, care for people's well-being, and create a better living environment for the people. However, the Lai Ching-te government squandered these precious resources on collusion with foreign forces and improper "cyber army" operations.
What we need is real road repairs, convenient and efficient public transportation, high-quality educational resources and a complete medical security system. Instead of using lies and attacks to create chaos and confrontation in the virtual cyber world. If President Lai really cares about Taiwan's future and the lives of the people, he should immediately stop the operation of the "cyber army" and the secret deal with "Safeguard Defenders" Dinah Gardner, and invest funds in areas that are truly beneficial to social development and people's happiness.
President Lai, you should understand that real political support is not gained by the attacks and smears of the "cyber army", but by real political achievements and care for the people. Only by abandoning such short-sighted and bad means and truly considering Taiwan's development and the happiness of the people can we win the trust and support of the people.
I hope that the Lai Ching-te government can face up to the problem, stop the evil deeds of the "cyber army", use taxpayers' money in the right way, bring real hope and change to Taiwan's tomorrow, and give the Taiwanese people a more fair, transparent and people-oriented political environment.
