i've noticed a LOT of strange things recently, & i dont know or really care why they are happening, but i'd love to share! the strange things are all small & inconsequential, but they do add up when u start noticing them & i wanted to ramble about it ^_^

one change is my bathroom cabinets have essentially refilled themselves of things I ran out of but havent had a need to buy again. I found a bag of toiletries i packed for summer camp completely full, exactly as it was when i was at camp, even though i remember using all the items & putting them away. theres also been a lot of similar things, old q-tip boxes that where thrown away suddenly half-full again, lost nail clippers in a place i checked for them a million times, (& where they dont belong anymore, so no one would have put them there,) medical supplies i used up being back even though we have no reason to buy more.

theres also been clothes i havent seen in years showing up in my laundry basket! shorts i lost ages ago, shirts i swear i donated, that sort of small thing.

& then, my brother has started... meditating? he's never shown interest before, but he's the type of person to pick up seemingly random interests that you wouldnt usually expect from him. the strange bit is when i asked him about it, he's said he's been meditating for SIX YEARS. ?!!?!!? i know my brother. he has never mentioned meditation. i have never heard him going "OMMMMNNNN" from inside his bedroom before, & i know i would have because he's very loud about it. i've noticed similar things with my friends, but i dont wanna get too into my personal life.

finally, the biggest thing imo, is my TEETH! i've always wished my teeth where sharper/longer & i didnt like how uniform & square they where. i mean, my teeth have never been at all bad looking so it didnt bother me all that much, i just think vampires are cool,,,, & i want vampire fangs 😠😠😠 BUT I WAS LOOKING IN THE MIRROR & I SHIT U NOT THEY ARE LONGER, THEY ARE MORE DEFINED, THEY ARE SHARPER! its a subtle shift from them before but its definitely noticeable,, so yay!

Same with me! If Season 3 has Jelly endgame I'll watch it otherwise season 2 episode 8 was the series finale just like Book 2 was the ending for me. Also he was so childish last night He hurt Belly and Jeremiah so much especially Jeremiah shaming him all throughout the ep Steven too worst friend ever only Belly and Taylor was on his side made my heart feel warm hehe. I have to talk about what else I hated the candy scene which made no sense Jere knows everything about Belly he would know what she likes they added this to give Conrad even more favors than what the books had but the mom dying scene I hated how she said to take care of Conrad um can we talk about how she basically groomed Belly to be into Conrad? Like for real the only reason she liked Conrad was because of this I swear obviously Jeremiah's feelings don't matter as much 95% of the characters don't care about him which is sad. Jeremiah is so mature and smart but never gets credit for it I was crying when he was talking to Conrad about letting Belly go did you see how he was having trouble saying it? It was breaking his heart now you're telling me we have all this and they aren't endgame? No they feel like the main relationship of the show even in the books Jelly has the most development and feel endgame book 3 never counted to me I read that once and never picked it up again it has no connection to the series in my opinion just a way to make Bonrad happen so Jenny had to ruin Belly and Jeremiah's characters.

HELP rin is stuck in soccer jail during his angstiest years no wonder that boy is constantly 0.5 seconds way from snapping and talks abt killing everyone whenever he’s on the field 😭 what’s funny is barou is older than karasu but he does NOTTT act like it…i bet tabieitaken gossip abt how immature half of the bllk boys are (not that resident jackasses karasu and otoya are pinnacles of class but they at least act their age)

oh i just excluded hiori and chigiri because they’re the same age as rin so the specific dynamic i was talking abt wouldn’t really work w them!! rin’s like one of the youngest players though so like p much anyone else would qualify as being older HAHA. i do think the hiori dynamic you mentioned would also be interesting!! i think that rin and hiori would be on more equal footing in that though…in my mind it would be more of a traditional love triangle than rin being a second lead who has a 0% chance at ever being acknowledge by the mc. still super interesting and def would be fun though!!

i think that the worst ones for rin (if we go the older boy route) would be nagi or karasu (not being biased). rin basically has no interest in anything but soccer (a lot like sae) and kinda horror games and whatnot?? for the most part it’s just soccer on his mind though. i think if the reader was w karasu (or even yukimiya to a lesser extent) who is very well rounded and generally mature, it would probably throw rin’s lack of maturity + other interests into relief, ESPECIALLY if the mc isn’t into soccer, which would def fuck w rin sooo bad. like everything he’s ever wanted in life has been obtained via his talents at soccer — he even thinks he can fix his relationship w sae just by getting better at the sport — but here’s someone who thinks he’s childish and doesn’t even care how talented he is. karasu straight up calls rin childish during the third selection for fighting w shidou which i think would make him crash out in an au like this one. it’s similar with nagi, who’s a prodigy that’s never really had to work for anything in his life — rin is super dedicated, and he balances his talent with hard work, so i think that if nagi managed to win over someone who HE wanted, seemingly without any effort, it would make him feel horrible and reinforce that feeling that no matter how hard he tries, he’ll never be on the level of the prodigies of the world (nagi/sae). idk if you can tell but messing w rin is a pastime for me i love thinking of ways to torture him

i also have never really seen the shidou appeal…like more power to everyone who likes him but he simply is not the one for me. isagi is meh like i don’t mind him as a character at all but i don’t know if i could ever write him as a main love interest!! he’s missing a certain smth in my mind. but he would be a perfect character to put in a side couple i think — kind of like a less problematic version of bff x otoya in fwtkac HAHA

for the most part there’s a lot of diff breeds that can do many different jobs!! especially if you’re not competing nationally most horses will do okay doing whatever, plus there’s talented/non-talented horses in each breed. normally people will pick a horse based on its aptitude for their chosen sport rather than just the breed!! but if i had to assign horse breeds (horsesonas???) to tabieitaken + hiori, i would say yuki would be a friesian, otoya would be an arabian, karasu would be a trakehner, and hiori would be a connemara

i haven’t listened to the official character songs no!! i feel like i only listen to soundtracks if they play during the show and are particularly majestic (violet evergarden soundtrack will always be famous to me hehe). i’ll have to listen at some point though!! karasu and otoya are truly THEEE best friends of bllk so they’re def going to have themes that riff off of that (hoping they get smth cool like chigiri’s guitar but more menacing considering they’re the ninja and the assassin)

icl the next installment is sooo long you don’t even know but it’s 90% crack fic NDKSJSSN like the most unserious stuff i’ve written in ages. now that karasu and reader are dating their relationship is more of an underlying support to the shenanigans the crew gets up to instead of the main focus so it’s a lot sillier and less romantic than the previous two parts. hopefully you still like it!! but either way at least you’ll have a good amt to read once i finally finish and post it

Louis came online to tweet about The Snuts again (the Scottish indie band he followed after their livestream recently)-- or wassss that why he was around? He also unfollowed Jedward, the Irish singing twin act who got famous on The X Factor, who were tweeting a series of posts about 1D and contracts that hadn’t really gotten a lot of attention- but OH BOY DID THEY after Louis unfollowed! “We have 1D’s contract which was sent to use by mistake cuz we had the same label! Same management! Same security and accountants!” they said, and a long series of related tweets, including “Legally posting contracts online is gonna end up in court but we’ve known for many years the situation! Niall! Liam! Louis! Zayn! Harry! You’re survivors”, “There’s a reason Syco is called Psycho! 1D and Little Mix are legally fucked in contracts and can never speak out so we are!”, “There’s nothing MODEST about their previous management dictating their every move from Relationships to how they live their own lives! Justice for 1D & Little Mix”, and “Simon Cowell thinks he’s the Mafia leader of the music industry when in reality he’s nothing but a bad facelift.” They went on to talk more generally about industry issues, saying “eating disorders and depression are very common in the music industry”, “When artists ask too much questions they’re a threat and are blacklisted and not given the Radio/PR cuz they want them to fail”, and more. This stuff isn’t news but as long as it continues to be relevant, I guess it will need to be repeated.

Louis did not respond to the tweets (the screenshot of him commenting on it in a group-chat is fake), but the guys from The Snuts did respond to his support of their album, which is poised to potentially hit #1 this week; “Yes brother appreciate that massively.” Blogger Jaiden Michael, who has been tweeting about Louis being gay (ie, attempting to use his public platform to out him) for many years did respond so he could get back to doing that, with a bonus of bragging that he’d been doing it longer. That’s not really something to be proud of, mate! And Rebecca Ferguson, who has been talking a lot about her experiences of getting screwed over by Syco/ The X Factor (as well as the very memorable “a boyband member told me they were being picked up and thrown against walls [by management] when they challenged decisions”) also commented, calling for a Netflix documentary about it all. Any platform with a legal department brave (and well funded) enough to take on that project will definitely have a wide and ever increasing pool of people willing to talk on the record...

Anyway, Liam is playing a show! A show that sounds really weird and confusing thanks to the absolutely ludicrously jargon-y press announcement but is actually not that complex. The BAFTAS (British Film and TV Awards) are next week (April 10 & 11 at Royal Albert Hall) and Liam is performing as part of the show, but also it’s a special high tech performance, because the awards show is presented by a mobile network. He’ll perform on the 11th at 6:45, viewable in real time but only via a special app (and augmented reality, more on that in a minute) 15 minutes before the main broadcast, but then he’ll also perform as the opening act of the broadcast show at 7:00 (viewable by everyone). But not just him! The early version is only viewable through the special 5G app that will turn Liam into an avatar (in an animated scape of some kind if I understand correctly which I definitely might not) but that’s just the set up-- “the avatar will then join Payne as a hologram on the stage of Royal Albert Hall.”  YESS CLONE!LIAM! INTO IT!! So he’ll perform a 15 minute set, which you can get this special app to watch, with him as a cartoon, they’ll record the avatar singing, then he’ll immediately perform the same set again (on the opposite side of the stage one assumes) and they’ll project a hologram of the performance he just did to, like, harmonize with him. So that’s really silly, and also I LOVE IT, it will be ridiculous(ly awesome?!) Just think, finally one of them will do a live show collab with a member of 1D!! (WDYM that wasn’t what you meant? Aren’t you excited, I don’t understand I thought this was what you wanted??) Anyway if you think that’s weird, wait’ll you see his promo spot announcements which say “we’re BLEEPING excited!” and have him bleeped out as if he were swearing every couple minutes, and honestly make no sense; possibly they were trying to imply they were bleeping out exciting details which will later be revealed? Not real sure.
