When the fuck was anyone gonna tell me Ed Greenwood had a youtube channel [x] where he does shockingly well produced lore videos on little tidbits of the Forgotten Realms, straight from his home campaign to the greater rpg community.

Both of these videos related to Eilistraee and non-Lolth sworn drow settlements are a godsend. Visiting Imberlur someday would be a dream come true for my Tav, and I can totally see an astral projection trip into Eilistraee's court when she reaches the climax of her story, similar to how Gale had a one-on-one with Mystra towards the end.

Thank you Ed your little side stories are worth their weight in gold while WotC continues to do nothing with these elements that have been around for literally over 30 years.

Tumblr's stupid queue doesn't work.

Ok y'all it has just come to my attention that tumblr doesn't let you have more than 1 000 posts in the queue (mean), and I gotta clear out my queue so that I can move the 1 000 posts in my drafts into the queue. This would mean that for the next couple of weeks I might have to increase the post frequency from the queue. By a lot. I'm indecisive though, so I'm putting the burden of making a decision on how many times I should post on my own blog onto anyone who sees this post. Right now I post 12 times a day from my queue.

🌸｡*ﾟ+. CARLO - Boredom There's the restless leg syndrome that kicks in, fingers tap tap tapping on any surface they find purchase against. He physically becomes unable to stop moving, and his face is set in a perpetual frown. Sometimes his eyes will get heavy, slow blinking while staring off at a single space for longer than intended (he's still learning, be patient with him if he stares--), before coming to himself again and shifting to stare at another thing. Still, he remains twitching in place, foot and fingers tapping, wishing something or the other would just happen so he could do something.

🌸｡*ﾟ+. GEMINI - Boredom This is extremely hard considering all this goddamn cricket lamp IS, is a VOICE-- But let's talk about sounds, shall we? When Gemini is bored, he'll start chirping randomly. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes, he'll even imitate an actual cricket and start doing cricket chirps in the dead silence... and you can practically sense the stupid grin on his nonexistent face as he waits for you to get the joke of "Cricket Chirp silence". By the end of it though, boredom with Gemini just equals to listening to random chirps as he fills the space and dead air with sound.

and fest results! shame i got a headache partway into it, but it was fun. i think this was the first time i've ever had matches go friendly during fest, and hard to imagine a better time than a team Love mirror match. good games out there everyone!

Vertebrae

Very early on in their partnership, Mulder rested his hand on the small of Scully's back. Like the chemistry between them, it came naturally, without much conscious thought. He had to be close to her, as if gravity had shifted around her. Later, he hugged her. Even later, he kissed her.

The first time he told her he loved her, a star formed in his lungs, emitted flares up his throat, spilled light out of his mouth, so bright it blinded him.

And now, he gets to see her fall asleep and wake up next to him. That morning, he wakes up before her – his insomnia isn't as bad as it used to be, but he usually needs less sleep than her. She's lying on her side, facing him. He rests his hand on the small of her back. Her skin is soft and warm. He runs his hand up to her shoulder blades, and back down again, feeling the indentations of her spine under his fingertips. She stirs and without opening her eyes, she shifts closer to him, wraps her arm around him and buries her face in the crook of his neck.

"I love you," he says.

He's used to saying it now, but the warmth in his chest is still here; this star will never burn out. She rests her head back on her pillow, her hair spread out in a sun corona, and smiles at him.

"I love you too," she replies before kissing him.

He slowly drags his hand along her vertebrae again and continues kissing her. She smiles against his lips. Her spine is a puzzle piece that fits only with him. For all of his supernatural beliefs, he doesn't believe in fate. It could be comforting to think they were destined to be together, but they chose to be together. He chose her, and he'd choose her over and over again.

Mulder doesn't seem to want to stop running his fingers over her back anytime soon, so Scully decides to indulge him – and herself, because his touch is always soothing and comforting – and shifts on her stomach to give him better access. She stretches and sighs as he starts kissing her neck. She can spend the whole day like this, letting him kiss her everywhere. He continues kissing her back, and when he reaches her tattoo, he traces the ouroboros with his finger. Unending. Infinity – that's how much time he wants to spend with her. He kisses all her other vertebrae – she's small, but she takes so much space in his life. He settles back next to her, looks at her, and the star inside of him pulsates to the rhythm of his heart.

"What are you thinking about ?" she asks.

"The future."

"It's too early for you to be that cryptic."

"You'll always be part of my future."

"I intend to."

She kisses him and rests her head on his chest. It's the weekend, she can sleep as much as she wants. She lets herself drift back to sleep, listening to his heartbeat and feeling his love in her bones.

The thing about my writing is that it tends to be a bunch of broken scene bits stitched together and often ending in a vague stop, not a coherent prose with a proper conclusion like a normal person's writing, so I feel like no one will enjoy that. But I will get over that fear. I will make writings and poast them here for yall to read. Eventually.

( I've added a few muses from my archived blog because they've been running laps through my mind lately (namely: Forde and Myrrh from FE8 and Mihashi from Oofuri)

My number's slowly rising but honestly, I looked through my list and I still feel eager to write them all. Even if they never find anyone to interact with and I'm just writing drabbles or hcs for myself, as long as they still spark interest in my own head, they're here to stay as options for anyone else. )
