#i seem to dislike words that sound fancy or girly being used to refer to me (e.g. -ess or -ix suffixes)

Is it weird that I am more comfortable being called a bitch than woman or girl? Although I've always referred to myself as woman/girl in the past mainly to describe past experiences?
Another funny thing I noticed is I never use my government name by family or s/o. I am rather indifferent to it; and I constantly joke that the one of the few things I like about being AFAB (because I am afraid of pregnancies and the constant attacks on reproductive freedom) is that I hate the way my name sounds in the masculine form, feminine form sounds generic, male form just sounds dorky as fuck. Like if was AMAB or I ever decided to be a guy instead, I would not keep anything similar to my current government name because I hate how it sounds with an "o" in the end.
I use a nickname I made up as a kid instead. And I also refer to family members using nicknames I made up as a kid (I was known for making nicknames and the behavior was encouraged because they were like 'You're just like your grandma!"). And the names are just random syllables and rather nonsensical.
All this was prompted by my s/o asking me if I am a "girl that poops" or "a bitch that shits." LOL
#i seem to dislike words that sound fancy or girly being used to refer to me (e.g. -ess or -ix suffixes)#i am fine with the feminine form of adjectives and articles being used in Spanish though (which is why the pattern baffles me so much)#and woman/mujer carries a weird weight to it i feel i don't have; and girl/chava/morra/chica seems condescending#and i use bitch in a gender neutral manner; like dude#kinda funny to think i rarely use words like mother; father; sister; or brother#instead it's whatever I decided to call them
