Had a weird epiphany where the Potatoes are like. masked heroes for their cities. (Atlanta, New York, and Houston).

Like, basically Miraculous, or Spiderman except their backstories are canon compliant; but the superhero thing is a gimmick for whichever monsters escape to the mortal world.

it was supposed to be a one-time thing at first, but then they were forced to go out in their masked form more, and they ended up with custom drinks in their names, and Aru and Mini are laughing their asses off at Brynne's drink: "WHY IS IT EXTRA VANILLA? I AM THE DARKEST, MOST RAGE FILLED PERSON THIS- STOP LAUGHING THE BOTH OF YOU, THIS ISN'T FUNNY"

nikita makes them fashionable costumes and masks to hide their identities

aiden is a highly-paid photojournalist as he can get close-up shots of the superheroine of Atlanta

rudy is managing the soundtrack of the upcoming documentary revolving around them (and is rumoured to be the secret lover of the superheroine of Houston)

Had a very realistic dream about an episode of king of the hill where luanne went mad and started drinking diluted shit cause she lived in a leaky warehouse cause hank kicked her out the house while she had nowhere to go, and she got dysentery.

There was a side plot where kahn had ended up with some position in an actor's guild for some reason, and ended up throwing a big halloween party, and jack black was there (method acting as some villian from some horror film), so were antonio banderas and rachel weisz who'd been planned to star in a version of romeo and juliet.

At some point in the night, Jack notices a drenched brunette girl outside crying and stumbling up to the kitchen window, so he goes outside to shoot her maniacally (with a water pistol he'd brought as a prop to the party), mirroring the climax of the film he's preparing for. She goes absolutely mad and tries to fight him back, and Antonio and Rachel run outside to check what's going on.

Upon seeing them, the girl breaks down into tears and collapses on the floor - the two go over to her, (luckily, Jack's shot her so many times the streaks of shit are mostly washed off) and luanne's all like "nooo, it's not fair, whyy!?" - hank sees from the kitchen that she's making a scene in the front garden, and just as he's getting ready to make excuses, she wails "why did they have to cancel it: you were the best romeo and juliet ever! I was watching every interview for that film, collecting every poster, I got Bobby to tape features on it while I was at beauty school, whyyy...", and antonio and rachel are just looking at each other like "wtf" and explaining production problems to her.

Kahn has approached hank as he stares out the window, and he's like "hey, do you know where that shitty smell is coming from? If my house still smells like shit tomorrow I'm going to be so angr--" and jack bursts in, covered in shit, like "ok that's it, I'm corpsing - does anyone know that actress outside? She's phenomenal! I've never known someone to method that hard. I'd almost believe the stuff matting her hair together is actual shit! The emotion she brings to the role! She seems almost feral! She walks like she's really really sick! I want her in my film, I'm talking to the production company tomorrow" and he's super surprised that kahn and hank both look furious and mortified. Can't remember what happens next.
