honestly? not much yet bc i did stop off on day 4 bc im sleepis (owo; ) which means theres like 9 more to go but i do have a small inkling to whats probably going on

bc the einzberns and tohsakas have already been discussed in fsn (and moreso in ubw) so they're the only ones that are left. the einzberns ofc went to desparate measures but all they really needed was illya to be the carrier of the grail also i dont think they'd have all this shit under a castle that's basically just temporary residence while the grail war is going on and rin doesn't even have any other family to even have any connection to a place like this considering whatever is being plotted is between at least 2 people, one of which im pretty sure is that crusty old matou grandpa (im sorry but this old dude has the most angles ive ever seen on a wrinkly old anime guy)

and from seeing a post that was a joke of the "mickey its riku, they put bugs in him!" but instead it was like "rin its sakura they put worms in her!" im p sure all this is just about sakura. she's the matou's greatest weapon/tool and it makes sense. shinji would never work as a tool because he's just got a godawful personality for it. a pawn maybe, but he can't really be directly utilized bc hes oh so sucky and is way too confident in himself.

sakura however is easier to use because she's used to it i feel. being seen as nothing but a tool and she can do the hard work to be a exemplary one. she can keep going with the status quo just because she feels she is meant to preserve it (as is shown with how she makes no attempt to get help for the situation with shinji, this isn't me blaming her btw that's tough and if its seen as a family thing by others and not something to meddle in then she is kind of stuck either way). if she's become the only living matou with a magic crest then it automatically becomes her job to win the grail for the matous and she has no choice but to do it. it'd also explain her urgency in trying to get shirou to stay home over the weekend because if she is to play her role then it's the one way (she thinks) that he'll be safe (but he is so bad at staying safe)

all of that though to say something is wrong with her and im so sad that its definitely not getting better any time soon

Sleeping all night in the House Of Lamentation was not an easy task.

There were countless nights when you would wake up in the middle of the night to the sounds of one of the brothers fighting, or Levi bursting into your room to talk about some new anime with an unnecessarily long name, or Mammon's shrieks during Lucifer's punishments.

But today was different. For some reason, the house was peaceful and strangely quiet. No sudden noises. Afraid to jinx it, you just went to sleep as quietly as possible. Maybe the brothers chose peace today. Maybe they were too tired. Maybe they decided to give you a reward for your good work and just let you sleep the whole night today.

Maybe today you were lucky.

"MC..."

You open your eyes. Goddammit, you jinxed it in your thoughts. Good job.

Readjusting your eyes in the dark, your drowsy and sleep-deprived mind focused on who had called your name.

Beel was standing at the end of the bed, munching on some food, which wasn't strange. But something caught your attention. He seemed strangely... helpless. The normally blunt but caring brother, built like a gladiator, was wearing a hurt expression. His eyebrows were furrowed and he seemed desperate to fill his mouth with some snack to keep his lips from trembling.

"Beel? Is something wrong?" You asked, supporting your torso with your elbows to better understand the current situation.

The redhead had his arms glued to his side, his purple hues staring down as if he was afraid he was bothering you.

"Had another nightmare." The boy mumbled, his fingertips playing with the fabric of his sweatpants.

Your heart sank.

He probably had a dream about how he had to choose between his brother and sister, and how he couldn't save Lilith when she died in his arms.

Since Beel confessed to you what happened on the day of the fall, about his sister's death and Belphegor's hatred for humans, you realized that his survivor's guilt would one day eat him alive.

"Wanna sleep here with me?" You offered, without thinking much. "I will keep your nightmares away." You are reassured.

The avatar of gluttony's eyes finally met yours, and a sigh escaped his mouth as if he had been holding it for a long time.

"You don't mind?" He asked.

"Of course not, Beel." You shook your head, lifted your blanket so that he could lay next to you. "Eats."

Beelzebub checked for any signs of crumbs on his clothes or face before he laid on his side, shyly. You chose to wrap your arms around him, starting to stroke the little hairs on his nape and allowing him to hide his head on his chest. You squeezed him, holding his broad shoulders and tracing patterns on his muscular back.

"Wanna talk about it?" You asked softly.

Beel held his torso, intertwining his legs until he was nearly merging with his body and shook his head, seeming to sink more in his skin.

"It's just that... since Belphie's not here, and you don't need to sleep in my room anymore, I feel kinda... lonely." The demon mumbled, his voice muffled against your pajamas and you cooed, squeezing him a bit more. "And I feel good sleeping with you. The nightmares don't come." He said. "You make me feel small."

A soft smile appeared on your face and you took a deep breath. Even the strongest, those who protect need a place to be protected.

"Well, feel free to sleep here whenever you feel like you need it." His grasp on you tightened, and you went back to stroking his hair.

You felt him sigh, and you hoped that even for a little, you could be Beel's safe place.

I feel kind of weird right now. Unsettled. Not for any reason really. Im just not in a good head space. I feel very annoyed. I hope I can shake it off with writing this post. 

I had a pretty productive day. Not in exactly the way I probably needed to be. But I was productive. I slept okay. I got all tangled in the blankets last night and was pretty uncomfortable because of that. But I woke up at 830 and I felt fine enough.

I scrolled on my phone until 9. Finally got up. Got dressed. James had to leave for work. I forgot on sundays he goes an hour earlier then normal. 

But that probably honestly helped my productivity. I just need to be alone sometimes. 

I worked in my studio. It helped that I wasnt so overheated. I worked on a couple banners. Cutting out letters and glueing them on to a flag I made. It took a lot longer to cut out the letters then I thought it would. Like I knew it would take me a while but this was time consuming. 

But I felt great doing it. Focused. I really like making things for quilts even if I dont love the sewing process. Mostly because I keep having issues with pins getting tangled in the machine. But thats something to work on. This was fun though. 

I worked on those for a while. Then I decided to make a little banner for my scooter, since I will probably bring it to the next long walk to help me get home. Since my bike is out of commision. But that didnt go as well. I made two that looked horrible because I decided to take a break so I wouldnt get upset. 

I took my break. Played animal crossing. Ate tortilla chips. And once I calmed down I got back to work. 

I spent the next couple hours embroidering. I am really proud of how clean it came out. I dont often do letters so I am proud. I need practice but I listened to two full albums while I worked and Im really happy with how it came out. 

Once I was done, and it was attached to my scooter, I laid in the studio. I had ice tea. Felt alright. My calves still really hurt but I was in a good mood. 

Soon James was home. I was buying art from my friend, Jay. James made me a grilled cheese. i watched judge judy. 

I listened to James play his trivia game with his friends. Ate some berries. Played animal crossing. Beaded for a little while. Took a bath. And now Im in bed in front of the fan. I feel a little better but I need to get up and make outfits and direct my energy outward.

TURN drunk/drinking headcanons

had a lil drinky dranks with friends and got thinking about this afterwards. im pretty sure someone else did this though. i think i got everyone, so it’s a bit long and honestly just for shits and giggles. i am very sorry ------------------------ Ben Tallmadge - boy finally lETS LOOSE, but not in a wild way. he’s just overly friendly and will laugh at about anything. greets random people at the party. red as a tomato. first to hit that “oh god why did i do this” stage of sobering up Abraham Woodhull - the absolute madman. there is no dare he doth not do. ends up standing on a table at some point. ends most sentences in “ man” at a certain level of half drunk-half sober. falls off most surfaces. terrible balance Mary Woodhull - cheering on Abe at the start of the night. can probably down more than anyone else there. queen of the shots. drunkenly worrying about Abe by the end of the night. tipsy walks back to the car, but knows exactly where they parked Anna Strong - she and Mary are a force to be reckoned with in any drunken competition, simply abort all hopes of winning. stupidly good at aiming when drunk. probably makes a game out of it and has a few others cheering her on. drunkenly teaches you something. sobers up the fastest and check on everyone. probably one of the last ones and helps clean up and chats with you during Caleb Brewster - no idea why but i see him as the first to start, but also the one who can hold is alcohol the best?? the conscious mother hen drunk. never truly out of control. saving ben from something. mixes random drinks that sound awful but taste gr8. doesn’t know how to use the shaker, but looks cool with it anyway. unofficial guidance counsellor of the night

Washington - doesn’t actually get heavily drunk, but hits that borderline tipsy sometime during the night. actually knows how to use the shaker and looks cool with it anyway. will sit you down for a lecture on different whiskies or something. will call someone son by the end of the night. strong and affirming back pats Peggy Shippen - that one girl crying in the bathroom. but also that one girl you befriend in the bathroom and plan a drunken brunch with. came with andré but lost him somehow. 50+ pictures of you two together looking gr8 and remembers to tag you later on John André - started off strong, but got a lil bit weepy. perked right back up though - what a champ. came with peggy but lost her somehow. the sloppy fancy drunk who everyone had a nice time with. brought some imported alcohol. brings out the flute at the end of the night when about five of you are left. bad relationship advice Alexander Hamilton - one man drunken debate team. would probably win said debate anyhow. see saws between happy drunk to angry drunk in a few minutes. probably brings up conspiracy theories at some point. that one guy who you’ll chill with at the end of the party, probably on a lawn chair or something, just talking as you sober up Abigail - drunk or sober, she’s your Best friend at the party. would try not to get drunk, but let herself have a little fun because she works HARD. will hold up your hair while you vom. drunken witty comebacks and jokes for days Akinbode - can and will outdrink you. probably will compete with Mary at some point. intense drunk. he came to have a good time and he’s having it, but he’s also tired and spacing out. starts out strong, but also the one you need to check on later on and tap on the shoulder to see if they’re alive. dancey dancey Edmund Hewlett - nervously agrees to get turnt, but has a gd ball afterwards. you lose him mid party and find him with some sort of pet. laughing at his own jokes, but its endearing. got drunk on like sherry or something. does ONE dumb thing, quiet regret. Feels It(TM) when Coldplay’s “Yellow” plays at some point. brings out a board game. ends up in the pool but not by choice. John Simcoe - is the one who got Hewlett into the pool by some strange reason. not the first to get drunk, but definitely not the last. bit of a close talker. somehow ends up in a bit of a tussle during the party. wanders aimlessly around the house. forgot what he was looking for. you find him in the basement or den looking through music or something. originally came because Anna did. taking André’s bad advice Lafayette - voted most fun at the party. the endearing and a little clingy drunk. makes like 10 new friends even if they cannot understand one another. random yelling/singing in french. gets his new friends to sing in french with him, albeit poorly. nonetheless he is impressed. “i love you guys so much” x20. last to sober up. doesn’t realize how loud he is. losses all consciousness on the way home. probably sent you a novel of drunk texts Robert Townsend - “I’m so tired of being here”. watching over Abe and the gang, but also getting quietly turnt. actually has really good music and secretly gets to the aux/speakers. designated driver. makes coffee for everyone at some point. it’s probably his house and he puts up the “leave by nine” banner Robert Rogers and Sackett and Papa Townsend - who invited their horribly Bad Influence uncles to the party?? ratchet mixology crash course in the kitchen. pitching ideas to the young’uns. bad jokes. hijacks the music at some point - their choices range from absolute bangers to why do you even have this???? Ensign Baker - still a Good Boy. took the longest to get drunk, but got there somehow. probably took one of the drinks made by Sackett or Rogers and passed out somewhere on the couch. helps Anna with the cleaning afterwards, still drunk yet aware enough to tell you to text him when you get home safely. also insists on walking people out when they leave and saying bye, it’s not his house though Benedict Arnold - the worst drinking companion. everything is a competition and he will hijack several conversations during the night. please dont give him the speakers/aux chord. the spotify DJ feat. unwanted ads. bets galore. news flash, he lost all of them. just as bad as when he’s sober. please go home

Episode 3 - "RIP tribe Jenkins we were too powerful" - Riley

The 3 tribes of Pendragon, Hatter, and Jenkins have been reorganized and condensed into 2 new Hatter and Pendragon Tribes. Tribal immunity is Scavenger Hunt.

The fact I have Brayden and Toph in my merged tribe boosts my serotonin. i have a feeling colin may be someone to keep an eye out for in the future now...

RIP tribe Jenkins we were too powerful. I guess we'll see how Pendragon pans out.

yall doin me dirty putting me with brayden i just hope that by some miracle me him anastasia and ellie can work together? like i still dont know if theyre plotting on my ass vdshibshj i know brayden told anastasia to take me out when this game started oop but lemme see if dis works. i hope riley follows the logic of the old tribe sticking together and thatll be 5 votes. im kinda obsessed with toph like since the beginning of the game he looks like someone i could totally play with so def wanna work on that relationship. ava and nya? i believe? lets say hello and work on those relationships as well. dis is a bit overwhelming but we shall see how it goes

uh... well... i am SCREWED. me and ginny were the only ones separated from the Jenkins tribe... RIP. 4 pendragons, 2 hatters, and 2 jenkins... the main things i see here are pendragon yoinking one of the hatters / jenkins and voting the other off... OR a 4-4 tie... OR they're gonna target one of me or ginny cuz none of us have gone to tribal council yet. this is really dicey, and I need to tread very, very carefully from hereon. (ALSO GINNY BARELY TALKS PLS I NEED YOUR HELP GIRL)

This swap actually turned out pretty amazing for me. I still have Keith and Moth who I worked semi-close with in the pre-swap. Additionally, I've met up with Colin and Babs. A little Raffy magic could keep me very safe on this tribe. I think Kenneth is super fun as he is a newbie AND active. He will definitely make it far in this game. I hope, at the very least, that I can be by his side to make that happen. However, I am wary he might just be making these strong social connections with everyone. As a final note, OG Pendragons have this tribe 4 to 8. That's both good and bad. Good because we have numbers. Bad because that may make people target me very early on just for being a part of it. So, I have decided that if I were to throw any of my OG Pendragons to the wolves it would be Jonathan as I haven't been able to connect with them as well as Keith and Moth. Other than that, I hope this tribe doesn't have to go to tribal all that often between now and the next swap/merge. These people are lovely.

I'm getting a bad feeling about this... Since most of my Jenkins tribemates are on the other tribe, I KNOW they're good cuz we just keep getting W's... so I think there is a good chance we might lose the challenge. I contributed a good amount, so I hope that the target won't be on me if ever we lose the challenge :( I really don't wanna go, and I wanna reunite with Dennis/Ellie and maybe Anastasia and get further in the game.

Our tribe did our absolute best in this challenge. I have no idea who is getting targeted if we go to tribal as everyone is so quiet. All I know is that I want to keep Colin, Kenneth, and Keith close to me for this stage of the game. They are the only ones who consistently talk to me. Challenge results: Pendragon wins due to a 10% advantage, Hatter Tribe must go to tribal council the following day.

Look, before you go to tribal with a group of people it feels like there’s a barrier of game socialization because you haven’t been able to go to tribal with them. But leading up to tribal and after it, a whole new can of worms is available for game talk. Unfortunately it’s an extremely simple vote because Nya has ghosted all of us, but at least we still get to go to tribal so I can talk game with more people even if it’s only a small amount with this easy vote. But who knows, someone might decide to switch shit up!

And also I absolutely love this tribe (Minus Nya cause I haven’t met them) so I’m glad that I get to go forward with this group although I won’t be nearly as happy if we go to tribal again because as I said, I do enjoy this group of people a lot

       okay so.  sometimes i just wanna talk about my Kids and you gotta deal with that.  did this need a banner?  probably not but she looks # good with this psd. anyways.  i have 2 be real,  ash wasn’t one of my favorites the first time i played the game.  but after a few more goes i wonder what First Play liz was thinking because she’s honestly one of the most complex and real female characters i’ve seen in a video game.  granted,  i dont play many video games,  but idk something about her is so organic and compelling and i feel like it gets overlooked a lot due to sexism in the fandom reducing her to an annoying stereotype of a character like a UvU cinnamon roll who just wants to read and cuddle chris and cry all the time  OR  they paint her to be like Evil and Bad because she’s not making the best decisions in a time that her Creators have established she was working through trauma.  

         ashley,  more than any of the kids,  is one that interests me because of how DYNAMIC she can be,  and how much is left unknown with her.  i feel like a lot of people look over how big of a driving force she is in the game,  and i hate that her moments of strength and clarity are outshined by her “””weaker”’ moments  (which i argue are just the times shes reacting to whats happening to her in Rational and Human ways),  but anyways,  i digress.  ashley brown is important and is allowed to not be perfect.

        but this post wasn’t for that,  so let’s get to the good stuff.  i will play ashley precanon upon request,  but my default verse for her is post canon,  and,  unless you are an until dawn blog,  especially one that plays them,  emily and chris will be dead  (because tbh im just so interested in ashley’s involvement in the ends of their deaths,  if thats the route you take). ashley post blackwood is absolutely a product of that dynamic change she can undergo over the game. she’s much less trusting,  even of her friends,  and she’s a lot more cynical,  her inquisitive nature certainly took a toll after the weekend at the lodge. if anything though,  she’s more forthright than before,  and not as hesitant to speak her mind,  and assert her opinion:  life’s too short for anything else.

         in most post canon verses,  ashley has given up writing as well.  after an attempt to tell the story of that night on the mountain, which wasn’t given the respect and attention she believed it deserved,  she’s instead working to become an editor,  though with a general distaste for the literary industry as a whole.

        ashley’s not overly jaded by any means though.  she’s tries to be kind,  she really does.  but its hard sometimes,  to find the best in the world after feeling like you’ve seen the absolute worst. she’s a girl at a crossroads,  constantly still coping with and trying to understand her world as a survivor.  TL;DR?  ashley as featured here isn’t the quiet geeky girl the fandom makes her out to be.  she’s not a homicidal bitch either.  she’s a teenage girl who tried to do what it would take to keep herself safe,  or her friends,  in some cases.  she’s a  survivor,  and she’s trying to make the most of what her life is now.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and have a baby on the way. We are desperately searching for a solid insurance company to purchase a 20yr level term life policy. I have gotten a quote from an independent insurance agent that suggested for Primerica at $95/mo (for both of us with a disability waiver rider) (note: agent is family member), one from SelectQuote for Banner Life (never heard of them) at $64.97/mo for same coverage and waiver, and one from another insurance finder for ING at $72.70. ING has had a good rating but I think they have just been demoted slightly from AM Best and S&P. Any info I find online for customer reviews are all negative for every company I look at (not a single positive review for any). I'm not quite sure how these rates vary so widely. I would rather spend a couple extra dollars a month for peace of mind but I am truly at a loss of what to do. Can anyone make any suggestions or recommendations for a company to go with or look into? Im currently insured with Geico. I got my plan back last year when i had a beater car (2001 nissan maxima). My premium was only 260 or so for the whole year, whiche came out to 40 bucks or so a month. ive since bought a new car (2013 nissan versa) and switched it with my old car. my monthly payment only went up 4 or 5 bucks as a result.
