Man I knew I was gonna be sore today after everything I did yesterday but damn
#i am. really really sore#not to the point kf being immobilized but#i did sit on the side of my bed for a long-ass time before i was able to try to stand#and putting weight on my feet and legs was very painful when i finally got that far#on the couch now and took an advil and yelling at it in my mind to hurry up and work faster#mod post#chronic pain#i only took a walk and did some physio and chores! why does my body suck!!!!
