The team had recently discovered a new relic from patrol.

Optimus was trying to decode its scripture meanwhile Ultra Magnus watched from Ratchet’s side.

Ratchet sighs a bit and begins his inspection on them. They do wake up within a minute.

The news about a human on board catches on to everyone like wildfire. Especially Brainstorm, Nautica and Perceptor.

After a bit of analyzing the remains of the relic, Brainstorm finally concludes that it would take some time to get something like the relic to work.

Buddy is fine with the arrangements if they do get back. They are worried for their family back home, especially for their Ultra Magnus.

Buddy stays by a hand full of bots after stopping to get their basic needs. They tend to be closer to Ratchet and Ultra Magnus, especially with Magnus.

“So, tell me who else is on your team?”--Rodimus

“Well we have Optimus.”--Buddy

Everyone is on edge.

The team had even gone and infiltrated the Nemesis multiple times trying to see if Buddy was on board.

The kids are just worried about their friend.

Ratchet and Optimus keep searching through radar and trying to decode some encrypted information via Decepticon radio.

Arcee would come to the roof more to talk with Cliffjumper grave about Buddy trying to cope.

Bumblebee and Smokescreen try extending their patrols to search for Buddy.

Bulkhead and Wheeljack taking the Jackhammer out to widen the search a bit.

Magnus tried to keep himself busy as much as he could and tried to figure out where Buddy could have gone to.

He knows the grim possibility of Buddy’s survival after a few days of the search, but is in denial, he knows Buddy is out there and wants to bring them home.

Later that day…

Buddy gets flung into the hard floor of the base, nearly sticking the landing if they didn’t trip on their own foot.

They slowly got up and looked around realizing they were finally back on the base.

They were so happy that they began to run to the main room.

Miko is the first to see Buddy and scrambles out of her seat alerting Jack and Raf.

Miko throws herself at Buddy knocking the two of them to the floor.

The boys join in hugging Buddy.

Hearing the kids’ sudden movements and squeals Ratchet turns from his screen and nearly passes out gripping the railings.

He is quick to get to Buddy picking them up and rushing to the medbay.

He is just focused on checking for any injuries.

Once he is satisfied, Ratchet will give Buddy a light scolding and hug.

Bumblebee then commed in for Ratchet to open the groundbridge.

He opens it leading Bumblebee, Smokescreen and Arcee into the base.

Bumblebee whirls in excitement seeing Buddy.

Smokescreen pauses with Arcee seeing Buddy but snaps out of it quick and races to Buddy with Bumblebee and Arcee hot on his tailpipe.

At the same time Bulkhead and Wheeljack had entered the base from their latest expedition on the Jackhammer.

They look over to see Buddy being nuzzled by Bumblebee and also go over to see how they are.

In my mind, George Barnes teaches Steve and Bucky how to box when they are really getting into fights. He wants the boys to be able to take care of themselves and also protect themselves. I like to think that when Steve and Bucky are using heavy bags, Steve is always trying to show off to Bucky, so he has a habit of using his full strength when cross punches to get the bag to swing and look strong in front of Bucky. I think that is a part of why Steve has broken so many heavy bags in the Avengers movie because he is not used to holding back while boxing with heavy bags and keeps accidentally using his full force when practicing.

I like to think that in the future, when Bucky is back, he would make fun of Steve for breaking so many bags because "You have no need to show off anymore with boxin' Stevie, I am aware of how strong you are." Roommates.

Quackity was a relevant streamer and didn’t spend a lot of his free time away from the camera that was until he needed to get a roommate. He was going to spend some time in Europe, doing more IRL streaming with his friends and other streamers. But then there came to issue of getting a roommate.

Now he really didn’t want one, nor did he think he had to but he wanted to spend less money for a decent apartment so he would have more spending money and if he needed to have a roommate for that to happen. He’ll get a roommate.

Well…he didn’t get a roommate, he became the roommate.

At first, the apartment was great. It was clean, the kitchen was beautiful, and his room, which was the wide open door, had enough room for some streaming equipment. This was all going a bit too well for him. So of course when he just finished his set-up and was ready to stream away to his heart’s content. You walk through the front door. Carrying bags of groceries and just setting them on the table, not noticing the presence of Quackity standing in his doorway.

“Uh…hi?” The boy nods in acknowledgement, focusing on the task at hand. “You must be my roommate, huh?” He hummed, organising the food already in the fridge before rummaging through the bag. “Yeah, umm, my name’s Quackity.”

The boy playfully scoffed slightly. “Quackity?” He looked up at the boy with an amused smile. “That’s your name?”

“You got a problem with my name?”

The boy shook his head with a shrug. “No, no of course not. I just wasn’t expecting it.” He rolled his eyes.

“Y/N, it’s Y/N.” He smiled.

“Oh…uh, thank you,” Quackity said, looking up at the boy with a smile. He had been his roommate for almost 2 months and it seemed like both boys were getting along nicely to their new lives as roommates. “I owe you one.”

“You owe me 2, next movie night, I’m picking the movie and the snacks.” He said with a laugh and Quackity roll his eyes.

“Whatever man. Get out of here.” He chuckled at the shorter boy’s comment, leaning down to kiss his cheek before walking, Quackity wiping at his face like he was disguised and the chat went wild.

Ik in this movie eggmans not as cartoon-villainy as he is in the next movies but omg I love how he is. Plus it makes a lot of sense that although he’s always been pretty eccentric and a little weird, he didn’t go full blown supervillain until he was trapped/isolated on the mushroom planet and lost whatever marbles he still had left.

This may be sonic origin story but it’s also robotniks and I love it so much

A lot of people dunk on this one for being weaker than the other ones but man, they did such a good job 1) building up Sonic’s backstory and character and laying the foundation for why he is the way he is, 2) creating relationships not only between Sonic and his new family but also between Sonic and US, and 3) slowly introducing us into the world of Sonic and friends organically without confusing or exposition dumping on us. It laid the foundation perfectly for the next two movies where we get more and more of the lore and characters we love. Because of this, this’ll always be my favorite Sonic movie of the 3.

He doesn’t start friendships easy, but once he does, he’s a ride or die. You saw how protective he got over Jorge and Carlo and Carlos. Those were his hermanos. You have to do something for him. Something personal and unprompted. Something that anticipates his needs. It could be anything, but random kindness confuses him so you’ll have to live through the five stages of grief before he thanks you.😅 He’s sort of like a Hyena. Very loyal pack animal.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Ask him and he’ll say no. Catch him on a bad day, where nothing is going right, bad memories were brought up, and everything seems like it’s crashing down around him. He’ll get home, you’ll greet him and he’ll say nothing. Just plop down on a seat next to you, lean down, and put his head in your lap. Sometime, he’ll spoon you in the night without saying a word. Or he’ll wait till you fall asleep to whisper in your ear how his day went. Takes him a while to open up physically to cutsey things.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

I think he could be domestic for his partner, but he never saw himself doing that so he’ll need to get in a rhythm. Doesn’t wash dishes very well. Not very tidy. He can cook huevos rancheros but that’s about it. His laundry day is when he can’t see the floor anymore.

Don’t think he’d be very gentle at first. Actually, probably not until you needed him to be. He comes home to you crying one night, and after a few rounds of “who did this to you?” And you explaining that it’s not like that and you’re just sad, he’ll kind of give out a defeated “oh” and just sit with you for a moment. He’ll put your head on his to cry, even if you both aren’t saying anything. He’ll turn on some goofy movie for you to watch, or a really serious classy movie that he drags to shit until you’re laughing again. You almost laughed till you peed during Amadeus.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

He’ll say his fine and doesn’t need one but you can tell when he does. He’ll get that defeated look in his eyes. That sigh when he says he doesn’t want to talk anymore. You can’t ask him. He’ll say no or make a lewd joke to cover up his feelings. You just have to hug him anyway. When he feels your body around his, his head stops spinning and his heart rate goes down.

Says I love you for everything at first. Got my favorite taco? I love you. Saved me a space at the table? I love you. Then, you’re not there one day and he realizes he really does love you. He stops saying it altogether. You’re a little hurt and ask him why. He gets all blushy and aggressive, probably saying something stupid like it’s none of your business. You get a text from him later that night.

Oof. Yeah, it really takes nothing for him to get possessive and jealous. You could be talking to a barista for a little too long and he’ll be butthurt all day. It depends on what season you’re dating him in. Season two, anyone looks at you too long and they’re eating pavement. Season six, he’d probably still get aggressive but would make an effort to try and talk about it. He’ll do that after he lashes out in some insane way though. His superpower is hindsight.

Wet kisses. Passionate. Lots and lots of tongue. Likes to miss the lips every once in a while and get the cheek. He likes his make out session sloppy. He will also mumble into your mouth during the kiss, like something in Spanish to himself.

Confused but caring. He’s never mean to kids, he just doesn’t quite know how to talk to them. He tries though, and his dry sarcasm almost always makes them laugh. He also lets them play on him. Like crawl over him, hide between his legs, and hold onto his arm and swing. Doesn’t bother him. He was a high energy kid himself.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Wakes up fairly late. Prefers working nights. He’ll get up, doom scroll for a while before coming downstairs. Prefers when his partner makes food, but he can cook eggs well enough. Like mango juice in the morning, not orange. When he does have orange, it’s pulp all the way, baby. Likes to read the paper in the morning. Mostly for the scores and fights. Sometimes he reads the obituaries just to see if there’s anyone he knows. On Saturdays he watches cartoons though; shhhhhhhhhhh!

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

He comes him from work exhausted. I write him as a mechanic since he played one in Law and Order. He throws down his keys and waits for his partner to greets them. They have a little intimacy time, then they make dinner, Chico burning almost everything. He likes to watch TV before bed. Mostly TV movies. You settle into bed and he’ll wish you good dreams, then he’ll put his cold feet on yours for a laugh.

So if you ask him a specific question he will not have an answer at all. Family member’s name. Favorite color. Shit like that. That said, he’ll do things that shows he knows you. Like if you don’t like the cherry on your ice cream, he’ll just wordlessly take it off your plate. Or order extra fries so he can give you some. Or getting you a pair of shoes that match your favorite pants. He knows you, he just doesn’t know it yet lol

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

One day, you both had a really bad argument. Like really bad. You’re still living together though, so you come home after work the next day. It had been a particularly rough day for both of you at work. So you decide, after a few sour looks and awkward silence, that it’s worth it not to be mad at each other right now. Neither one admits right or wrong, but you need to be with someone you love. Chico asks if you wanna go to some of his favorite spots. You grab too many beers and head out. He takes you to the batting cages at a park. It’s dubious whether or not you guys were breaking in or not. You guys hit a few balls together, but he really knocks them out of the park. He strips to his wife-beater so you can see his muscles as he does this, winking at you. You’re both tipsy at this point. You head to a nearby hotel you may or have not been trespassing on, and get in the hot tub. You just spend the whole night laughing and getting drunk on the beers and each other. It was a simple night, but he needed it. You just make everything better.

Oh he’s your German Shepard at this point. Like he’ll start something in the clubs because someone was looking at you weird. Anyone actually tries something with you, and they’re just over. Gone. Nothing. Dust. He’s does care if he goes back to prison for you.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Not a lot at first. Just in it for the fucking. After that, he tries to put effort in, but it’s mostly flashing cash around the clubs all night, getting you can’t jewelry or fashion items, and giving you all the finest things. You really don’t care. Your best dates with him have been when he doesn’t cry, and he just takes you for a burger and makes you laugh and touches on you. You never feel more like his partner until those moments.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Never puts away his clothes or does the dishes. Just generally disorganized. He also tends to drink from the bottle in the fridge instead of getting himself a glass. He leaves the toilet seat up often so if you have to use it fast you almost fall in every time. It never fails to make Chico laugh. 🤣

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Very concerned. Wasn’t considered the cute one as a kid. He grew up into a devilishly handsome man, and he used that to his advantage often. The one thing he is self conscious about is his eyes. When Alvarez brings it up, he sees red. You actually love his eyes -if you’re anything like me- and compliment them often. He’s got beautiful brown eyes. 👀

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Yes. Without a doubt. He doesn’t have very much or very many people who care whether or not he lives or dies. When he finds someone, even if he can’t admit otherwise or even acknowledge it, they become his whole world. Just everything. And he’ll protect them as such.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Total. I mean TOTAL anime nerd. He loves Attack on Titan and the Promised Neverland. He enjoys watching them with a cheap bowl of ramen. Chico doesn’t like expensive ramens; he likes the cheap ones his family could afford when he was younger. The 33¢ ones. He’ll add leftover pork, some greens, carrots and all that to jazz it up, but it never amounts to more than five bucks.

Absolutely no ketchup on eggs. Like none. Big yuck for this guy. When you make huevos rancheros for the kids and they don’t want hot sauce, you use ketchup and he almost divorces you.😅 Another yuck for him is partners that are shitty to kids. John Watson- Most adaptations of Sherlock Holmes. THE OG CHARACTER I OBSESSED OVER.

Watson, to me, defines if an adaptation is going to work. He's not a henchman meant to be there for Holmes' ego. Watson is his own fucked up guy, hell, do you think Holmes would keep someone around that was dull? My favorite fan work, Warlock Holmes, gives Watson a fascinating character arch that explores loyalty, addiction, grief, PTSD, masculinity, societal expectations, and ethics. I had a Holmes(all media types) faze from 2015- essentially now. It's what I read when I just feel like shit. Watson is just as batshit as Holmes in the original short stories. Willing to murder, hide evidence, and fight to protect Holmes. Baby.

AGENT 99- Get Smart (1965–1969)

Deep cut. My family kept a box set of this show that they grew up with. This show was a James Bond parody series in the US in the 60s that really hasn't aged well.

Agent 99, the lady on the right, is a fucking delight and was one of my first tv crushes. The whole joke is 'The Simpsons' set up of a Dumb Husband and Smart Wife. But 99 is fucking amazing. Due to when this show was aired and general sexism, she's not able to just solve every case for 86(on the left). But the audience is meant to know that She's the one doing all the work. She is sarcastic and witty, and not afraid to stick up against 86's ego and hot an ahhhhhhh. It's supposed to play against the trope of the 'useless' woman in Bond media, but she gets just as much development as her partner. We also see them build up their relationship over the course of five seasons into a loving couple, and 86 knows he's the one who got lucky. When she opens up she's highly passionate and a huge fucking nerd. They're both dorks and I love them.

She's also always willing to get in danger for her fail husband. Don't get me started on the awful movie adaptation.

A Jealous Scare

Pairing: Chase Elliott x reader

Summary: You absolutely love your boyfriend, Chase, but sometimes you want to spend some time with your best friend, Ryan.

A/N: I’m horrible at writing jealousy prompts, but I did my best! I also know nothing of Nascar and let's just pretend they live together so this fic can be easier on ol' Al here ;)

PSA: I respect Ryan, Chase, and both of their girlfriends. This is absolute fiction and for fun. No hate to any girls in their lives. Thank you.

Chase Elliott was not a man who got jealous easily. Well, at least he told himself that. He knew he could always trust his best friend and girlfriend, but seeing you sitting closely to said best friend on the couch made his blood start to boil.

Since you had been spending a lot more time with Chase recently than your shared best friend, you decided to do what you and Ryan always did when you had time to yourselves- a movie marathon! For as long as you’ve been friends with each other, you and Ryan would have movie marathons that would last the whole day. You started doing this even before you and Chase were together, so he was quite understanding when you suggested you both take a day away from each other.

While he may have been understanding, he couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy in hearing you wanted to spend the day with Ryan rather than him. Sure, he knew it had been a while since you and he had spent time together, but to take a whole day off from being with each other? Was he supposed to just ignore you while you were at his house watching movies? He couldn’t really wrap his head around it. So, in an impulsive move, he decided to crash your movie marathon.

You and Ryan were on your third movie by the time Chase decided to show up. He could see how much fun you were having and as much as he hated to admit it, it made him feel even more jealous. The deep pits of his stomach churning with envy. Regaining his thoughts, he moved behind the couch you and Ryan were occupying, trying to be as sneaky as possible.

Meanwhile, you and Ryan were currently watching a horror movie, both of you cuddled up in fuzzy blankets, a huge bowl of popcorn sitting in between the both of you, minds focused on the killer hiding behind the curtain while the main character was washing her face at the sink. Luckily for Chase, he had already seen the movie and knew exactly when to make his move.

Taking a deep breath, Chase screamed as loud as he could, "AHHHHHHH!!!"

Popcorn flew everywhere on account of you and Ryan jumping up from your places on the couch absolutely terrified, thinking it was the villain from the movie. Chase was doubled over laughing from the synchronized screaming.

"Wait a minute...Chase?!" You were thankful to hear those words from Ryan. A wave of relief washed over you both.

"Chase love, why would you scare us?" You asked.

He sighed, "Honestly, I wanted to be involved in your movie marathon."

You could tell he started to feel bad about scaring y'all. You also knew Chase got jealous pretty easily, whether he liked to admit it or not. You turned to Ryan, "You ok with him joining us?"

Ryan was also aware of his friend's jealousy and pitied him for it. He turned to Chase, "Well, we're almost done with this movie so how about you make us some new popcorn and join us for the next one. We're going to watch Friday the 13th and I know y/n will need someone to protect her," he elbowed your side.

"Hey! You're one to talk, you're the one who screamed when the jaws theme started."

He put his hands over his face, "You always have to bring that up, don't you?"

"Of course! What are friends for?" you chuckled.

Chase laughed at your squabble with Ryan, "Well, I guess I better clean up the mess I made and make us some popcorn. Let me know when the next movie is ready!"

I’m pretty introverted and like to be by myself. I do get clingy like REALLY clingy with people i’m super close to but that doesn’t happen a ton. I like to read, write, go bike riding and take walks. I’m definitely a night owl and i sleep most of the day. I’m about 5’4 and pretty chubby and i don’t really have a style but i would just call it comfortable. I love the rain and don’t mind walking in it. I have separation issues so when i really like someone i tend to just kinda follow them around or talk to them a lot. I struggle with depression so sometimes i have a hard time getting out of bed and doing things like eating, brushing my teeth things like that. I also have bad social anxiety so i tend to cling onto people when we’re out and i get self conscious every easily

- I mean L has to make sure your safe from Kira somehow.

- being a night owl works perfectly with him because he’ll usually stay up all night working on a case.

- l feels that you being in his reach helps him solve the majority of cases easier.

- although he does recommend you go to bed at a certain time so you don’t sleep the day away.

-L says it all about creating a pattern of sleep so you are healthy mentally and physically.

- L will try to keep you on a daily schedule to help motivate you.

- he’ll make sure someone wakes you by a certain time and so on.

- L makes sure you never skip a meal.

- he’ll always stick by your side and try to help you feel better.

- On the harder days, he’ll take work off and spend the whole day with you.

- You two will vibe in these comfy sweatshirts eating candy and watching your favorite movies.

-sometimes you two will just sit and watch the rain, no talking, just a comfortable silence

-and that would be enough for the both of you.

-If you ever get a cold after going out in the rain, he’ll tell you he told you so.
