i called them and was informed i had to wait until june when their intake started up again. this was still in may so i had to wait another week or so. fine. made a date in my calendar for when it opened up to call them. called up a couple days after intake day and had to basically “register my interest” and someone would call me back to do an over the phone referral.

two weeks later the uni called me while i was driving home from work. i had to pull over and answer their questions and the bloke told me that i’d hear from them “sooner rather than later if your referral has been rejected, a little bit longer if it’s successful”. that was a month ago now and i called the uni on friday last week to see if they could give me an update on what’s going on with my referral. they called me back on monday arvo (apparently they got my number wrong and had to check my file to get the right one 🙄).

my referral was successful! they’ve been trying to contact me for ages to let me know! yay! so when would they be seeing me for this diagnosis that i’ve been waiting nine months for? APRIL NEXT YEAR
