he walks into a bucees, looking around the monstrosity like it’s disney land. “why does a gas station need to be this big?”. reader shrugs. “it’s bucees.” he looks at them with wide eyes, stifling a laugh as he watches reader flip through the shirts before holding one up to him. “on what planet did that answer my question?”

“on the planet i live on, duh.” they look up to him with a smile “wanna get matching shirts?”

that is how jason ended up leaning against the obnoxiously large beaver statue in front of the gas station. “say ‘baby’s first bucees trip!’” reader laughed. jason shot them a playful glare, smiling while he grumbled “baby’s first bucees trip!”

I had a very long, very weird day yesterday and today is - same. So I set aside work and sketched what makes me happy last night: cowboys and horses. Don't know if u have answered this before but

There is a lot of deer imagery in your art, is there reason for that? If so what is it? ((I like deer imagery myself so I'm curious))

No real reason other than they’re just an animal I grew up with!

When I lived in Texas there were thousands “wild” deer that were used to humans in the neighborhood I lived at and would come up to you for attention, which definitely helped form a connection/appreciation for them + I usually draw white deer because of the albino deer that lives on my parents property (there’s also an albino buck and two other albino does in the area, but I haven’t personally seen them)

++ My little pony is what made me start drawing and I never really grew out of the need to draw ungulates.
