tumblr fandom surrounding a certain work about eating monsters is just as reductive as all the old fandoms of yore. incredibly focused on reducing every character to a single label and flattening all their traits to fit into the most stereotyped caricature of that label. but it has a new coat of progressive paint because a lot of the labels are in regards to sexuality or neurodivergence so it’s good actually when this happens (it’s not)

I randomly checked the Nopixel clips reddit like I randomly do and Tessa was announced as Game Warden(Highest rank of the Park Rangers)!!! I'm delighted for her! Tessa was always a sweetheart and cared about the department so much(Also gained police High Command status).
Conan is Deputy Game Warden and keeps his High Command stuffs. But with Tessa there, there's less pressure to be on duty all the time(Since obviously he has crim stuff, what does crims even do these days), and he can still do all his behind the scenes stuff that he's always done.
I hope Ziggy's something. He better be something. Their trio sounds like they're still bounded by their love for this unit they good from roleplaying to an actual department with a building and uniforms and cars and validity.
Also Toretti is the Sheriff for whatever BSCO turned into. I can never remember. Some random replaces Baas as Chief of Police. I'm sad about that. I loved Baas. But I remember Saab wanted out a LONG time ago but it was a disaster as he couldn't even play his CB character without disasters/guilt.
I love the days where I check and I know the names and get happy news. Somedays I hear news so I check and it's a mess. A lot of times.
