But I mainly want to talk about this panel

She mentions an “old friend” it only make sense that it has to be Kishibe as it’s known that those who work in public safety don’t really like for that long and those who are crazy enough are the ones who live the longest. At the end of part 1 we see Kishibe still alive so it makes sense that it would be him that Quanxi is talking about

But mainly I’m thinking more about what happens in the previous panel that made her say that.

She is close to attacking/hurting Nobana but he picks up Denji’s head to protect himself. Denji is known to be valuable in some way

Part of me thinks she stops as she cannot harm Denji but another part of me thinks she stopped to think about what she’s about to do.

She’s not really looking at Denji but she’s looking down at Nobana. She wouldn’t really harm Denji in anyway as she’s here to protect him and kill the others. It could’ve been Haruka that Quanxi could’ve tried to kill but instead Fujimoto had chosen Nobana. To me I feel as if it would still make some sense that Haruka would do the same. Quanxi can kill Haruka but not Nobana and she says that she “can’t make an enemy out of this one”

We know Nobana is related to Kobeni in some way and we know Kishibe, Denji and Kobeni are the last ones in Special Division 4 that survived part 1.

So that could mean

KOBENI WILL COME BACK

Or maybe I’m just really really stupid
