I wonder if civil knows that he different looks different to Airus even though he's a clone?

I mean the corps god didn't even know who he was, and that he was Sabaramond clone until the last minute as he realized that his presence is similar to Airus Sabaramond, and their features are very different, in my opinion if you didn't know that civil is a clone you would think he was Airus Sabaramond unwanted child or little brother.

For example Civil has more soft features and more of a cold face, while Airus more harsher features though a kind face

But in the end Civil probability think nothing about what I just said and thinks he looks exactly like Airus, because we all know our fav orange highlighter is way to prideful.
