Bleached + Colored Hair Treatment Journey
I've started to regularly color my hair since I was 15. At first everyone was against me coloring my hair karena katanya "sayang takut rusak", tapi karena aku orangnya ngotot tetep aja aku warnain HAHA :,D
At first coloring my hair without bleaching it didn't do much damage to my hair. However, pas awal pertama aku mulai nge-bleach rambutku langsung mulai kering krispi gitu :,,,,D
I used to live in a dorm so all skincare and body care products that I could use was only the ones that I could find in supermarkets kayak, jadi I didn't know much about products di luar lingkup situ.
Dulu when I was still in high school I used to swap between shampoos because even the ones that are labeled "for chemically treated hair" did not help at all :,) tp that was what i could find so i had to use it as is hehe
After I graduated from high school, I am finally able to try products that I could not find in supermarkets and buy stuff online. At first aku coba shampoo-nya Inaura yang Wash and Blow ungu (forgot the name eheee) + Inaura hair mask yang banana. Sejauh apa yang aku temuin, Inaura is a salon-grade hair care brand yang harganya masih aman buat kantong pelajar HEHE. It helped lumayan, the shampoo is really good in my opinion and the hair mask helped me with my frizzy hair, tapi it didn't last long karena besoknya setelah pakai hair mask rambutku sudah mulai junded lagi, so I swapped the hair mask with creambath dari Cultusia yang varian coconut milk (baunya kayak nasi uduk 😭😭😭😭)
Tumblr media
Cultusia Creambath in coconut milk did help a lot, however for me it was not enough, udah mana gatau ya kenapa cepet banget habisnya :,,,))))
Karena aku masih berjuang untuk mencari shampoo bagus yang nggak mahal untuk rambutku ini (i mean recoloring it to dark color is an option but no :) ) i tried this shampoo and conditioner from ACL. At first i was shocked kenapa kok harganya murah (20k for 1L!!!) tp the lack in effort buat packagingnya explains a lot :)
Tumblr media
I tried their green tea shampoo and milk conditioner (aslinya mau dua2nya milk tapi kayaknya shampoo yang milk tuh baru jdnya yg jual dikit :/) + aku pakein hair oil dari viva
Honestly pertama pakai shampoonya aku agak kaget?? karena biasanya shampoo itu texturenya jatohnya tebel kan ya, tapi ini tuh kayak light tipis gitu? I mean it didnt change anything tapi ya kaget aja. Their conditioner is really nice!! gampang nyerep ke rambut :Db
This combo helps my hair lumayan, I mean of course it didnt work as well as shampoo + creambath or hair mask karena obviously its a conditioner, however the effect was not temporary?? (unlike hair mask yang besoknya efeknya langsung hilang), tapi with the hair oil? bagus bgt :,,,,,,,) i swear its magical
I apply the hair oil after keramasan pas rambutnya masih lembab lembab gitu. Pas dipake mah ga kerasa apa-apa ya tapi habis rambutnya kering itu.. 👩‍🍳👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 *chef kisses*
Tumblr media
I SWEAR the packaging doesnt make it look like its good but its actually really good akjsdhakjsdhaksjdh parah rambutku langsung HALUS and it shows dari pemakaian pertama 😭😭😭 bagus lah pokoknya and its really cheap too around 6k for 60ml if youre searching for a hair oil pLS TRY THIS (even if you hate the packaging you can just buy a separate pump bottle then boom problem solved)
ok thank you for reading everyone hope your hair is amazing today <3

RAW PASSION – 100% organic, vegan and ethical skin food handmade in Sussex
Sexy Skin never goes out of fashion!
So ladies, this is my third review for RAW PASSION! I separated the last 4 products I received into 2 reviews to ensure I was giving the products a thorough testing and review.
I gave a sneak peek into what I would be reviewing 2 weeks ago on the BoXession group, you can watch that back on our YouTube Channel here …
Which goodies have I been testing this week?
Liquid Soap – Divine Sacred Rose, Geranium & Bergamot
This is available to buy from the RAW PASSION Website at £12 for a 100ml bottle, I have a tester of this (10ml).
  Spicy Muscle Rub Body Oil
This comes in 3 sizes:
£7 for a Small size (15ml) – This is the one I have
£11 for a Medium (30ml)
£18 for a Large (60ml)
Firstly I am going to talk about the soap.
When I first used this, I was in my En-suite Bathroom and it was before bed. 10 minutes after using it the man followed upstairs and he said wow what have you been spraying in here?! He could smell the rose from the soap! This stuff packs a punch, the smell you get from it is like no soap I have ever used before.
I confess, I do not use cheap soap. I use a well known brand at £18 a bottle. I look after my hands, they are my pride and joy. I have my own long nails that are manicured regularly and I use cuticle oils and hand creams. So using excellent products on my hands is a must to keep them in top condition. This does not mean I get out of housework, I just have latex free rubber gloves! ha!
The consistency of this is very thick, there is no added water or added anything to the soap. It is 100% natural, organic and vegan friendly. After a week of daily use I have used about a third of the little glass bottle. I imagine a full sized bottle would last months.
I could tell immediately after using it how moisturising it was as I did not put hand cream on before bed as I usually do. So I guess you could say using this will save me money on that.
The absolutely only negative I have and it isn’t from me, it’s from him indoors… he doesn’t like the smell! He said it is a bit too feminine. But its ok as he is off back down south to work in the New Year, and I doubt the smell will travel 300 miles!!
I would definitely buy this again, the other scent of soap that RAW PASSION do is Cooling Mint & Tea Tree. I also hope they bring out many more as I really love fruity smelling things, and anything sweet too. So I would love to see more as I know from some of the other products I have tested – BabyLicious and Heavenly Hemp both smell divine and a BabyLicious hand soap?!!… take my bank card off me, I would stock up for a year!!
So some of you may know this, I suffer with a tremendous amount of back pain at this time of year due to damage in my lower back post C Section from 3 years ago. So I have been using this all week on my lower back. Well, when I say I, I mean the man has been asked (made) to rub this in for me before bed.
As soon as he applied it I could feel it warming through my skin. I had to laugh as he gave me a hug and well he said I have a warm tummy, why? Obviously some had transferred to him. Oh well, twice the usage haha! I have used this every night and it applies like a balm but again similar to the Heavenly Hemp it then melts while being rubbed in. I actually really like this, it is much easier than applying a cream, it is less mess too. Viola tells me it is very good for your legs after walking as she hikes daily. I also read on the Website it is great for things like sports massage. The man of the house is a fisherman though so I have not been able to test it for this purpose.
My son is due to start swimming lessons again in the New Year and so this could be used on him too. One thing I have noticed with some of RAW PASSION’s products is that the uses and possibilities are endless. I also read it can be used for sinusitis! I have had this once and it was NOT a pleasant experience, so I really hope I don’t have the need to use it for that purpose. I will continue to use this on my back, there is still a lot left after a week and therefore the value for money in the products is definitely there when you consider it is only £7 for the size I have.
My Verdict?
I am in love with the brand, I have not hidden the fact from any of you. For me in the past the ethical brands never seemed to be up there in terms of quality. But RAW PASSION has 3 qualities…
Great Products
Great Customer Service
Great Ethics
Viola knows fully how impressed I am with what I have tested so far, RAW PASSION are a hidden gem among the world of skincare. For me one that needs to be unearthed. I write from the heart, if something is good I will shout about it.
My two personal favourites to date are the Heavenly Hemp Skin Oil and the BabyLicious Body Butter. Both of which will be a permanent feature in my boudoir from hereon. I know that you are a busy lady Viola, but the world needs everything BabyLicious scented, I am planting the seed and crossing my fingers!!
Please read my other product reviews for more information on the items I have mentioned above.
Thank You as always to my readers, and to Viola for the lovely products,
Mel x

Review of Pain Gone Products by Tower Health
Disclaimer - I have been given these products as part of a product review. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company.
Review of various Pain Gone products.
I have very kindly been offered the chance to review a selection of Pain Gone products from Tower Health.
I have received two Pain gone tens pens and two pain relief gels.
The first product I wanted to review is the original Pain Gone Tens Pen.
The company states:
"The Paingone is a revolution in pain relief, trusted by over 1.5 million customers worldwide. It offers easy to use pain relief that targets the point of pain in under a minute. Even better, it is drug free, works through clothing and doesnt need leads or pads." (From the Pain Gone Brochure)
I can't describe how excited I am by the sound of this product. I am so sick and tired of just pumping my body with painkillers, and not getting very much relief. I have tried tens pads before and they work really well, but the
I have tried tens pads before and they work really well, but they aren't practical unless you're at home. You have pads that have to be stuck to your body, and a pack that has to be held on to. Plus the stickiness of the pads eventually wear out and you need to buy more. Not practical!
So this pen works exactly like a tens machine, but without leads and wires.
So how do you use it?
On the top of the pen is a green click button. This needs to be manually pushed. You put the tip of the pen onto the site of the pain. Now, I will say here a quick disclaimer - I don't know about the technicalities here but I would not recommend using this on anything like your temples for a headache, or your teeth etc. The reason I say this is I have looked at the FAQ's on the website and people have asked if it can be used for that. As I say, I am not an expert but if you do try., I will not be held responsible!
In all honesty, I was a bit frightened at first about using this product. Due to the fact you have to manually click it, there is some trepidation of what it will feel like. I can't really describe completely how it feels. It doesn't hurt as such but is slightly unpleasant. I have a really bad nagging pain in my left ankle, so that was where I used it.
I can't really describe completely how it feels. It doesn't hurt as such but is slightly unpleasant. It is very similar to a small electric shock that you get when you accidentally touch something static, like a car door.
I have a really bad nagging pain in my left ankle, so that was where I used it. I started with one click to test and then built up. The more bone the area the more it started to feel uncomfortable, but bearable and you do get used to it.
After my ankle, I tried on the neck and around my shoulders. Again the pain was the same, so I thought I had got used to it. Until I went onto my neck muscles running by my shoulder blades when my neck suddenly spasmed! It didn't hurt, but the tens pen had obviously hit a nerve. It was quite funny actually, as my neck twitched!
I like the idea of this pen however there are some negatives.
The click is quite noisy. I wanted this pen to take to work. A portable tens. For when I get a flare. Yet it isn't very discreet. The click is really quite annoying. Even when watching TV it was disturbing me, let alone other people in the room.
     2. It's not very manouverable. You can't easily reach places like the back of your neck. Especially because you have to hold the pen in a specific way, other wise you will 'shock' your whole hand! Combine this with the fact you have to manually click whilst trying to get into hard to reach places, makes it really uncomfortable.
After using this pen for over a week, I have noticed a difference in my pain. It has definitely helped. However as someone that wants this pen to take to work and use discreetly, it's definitely not something that can be done in private. It is also not a pen I would recommend for someone that has dexterity issues in their hands. For example arthritis. You need to hold the pen in a specific way (around the silver conductor) and put your thumb on the top to push the click button. It's not an easy thing to use for people with pain in their hands.
Over all rating - 6/10
The second product I was sent was the Pain Gone Plus.
This pen is the same in design as the pain gone original. The biggest difference however is that it's battery operated rather than manual. This makes a huge difference to the use and operation of the product!
In order to use, you put a AAA battery into the top of the pen and away you go.
You click the button ONCE and it repeatedly emits low vibrations until the button is clicked again. The operation book states you should hold the pen in the area that gives you pain for around 30 seconds. You can move the pen, and because it is drug free, you can use it as much as you want until you get relief! Brilliant.
The pain gone plus is better in so many ways compared to the original. Due to the fact you only click once, it is an awful lot more manouverable than the pain gone. No repeated clicks.
It is also an awful lot quieter than the pain gone! This is brilliant for me because it means when I've had pain I can use it discreetly if I need to.
I have definitely noticed a marked improvement in my pain levels since using both pens. My points however are awarded to the pain gone plus! It is just so much easier to use and quieter.
In both pens however, one of the downfalls I've noticed is the metal conductor car, wrapped around the pen (see image above). In order to use the pens, your hand must be wrapped around this metal bar. If you hold the pens in the wrong way (see image below), you will end up getting quite a strong shock in your hands!.
Both pens also are fantastic sizes, so they are perfect to carry around in your bag, or even a pocket!
Over all rating Pain Gone Plus 9/10
The prices are however, slightly different -
Pain Gone retails on the website for £29.95
Pain Gone Plus retails on the website for £49.95
I think the pain gone plus is definiately worth the value.
I was also very kindly sent two pain relief gels from the company.
The first gel I was sent is called Fisiocrem.
Fisiocrem has a strong but pleasant smell of Eucalyptus or Teatree to it. The smell, however, doesnt linger, which is useful because you wont stink of it all day!
It is a thickish consistancy, and white in colour, but rubs in really well.
On the website they state: -
Product Features
Natural solution for muscle and joint pain
Soothes pain quickly
Reduces inflammation
Powerful formulation of arnica, calendula, hypericum & malaleuca
Product Details
Fisiocrem Solugel muscle rub is a natural solution for everyday aches and pains and sports injuries. It quickly soothes pain and inflammation of common injuries, bruises, sprains and strains.  Fisiocrem is designed to assist circulation and offers relief for rheumatism, arthritis, or venous congestion.'
I really liked this cream for more generalised pains that I have, where the paingone plus pen is not practical to use. For example my lower back.
The second gel I was sent was the pain gone joint plus.
This gel is not as thick in consistancy as the Fisiocrem and doesnt smell as strong, but still has a slight hint of Eucalyptus.
It is a slightly more 'gel' rather than cream consistancy to the Fisiocrem as well. Being a gel, I was surprised that it is not at all sticky and rubs in to the skin really easily and spreads well, with no excess rubbing involved.
On the website they state:
Product Features
Soothing
Reduces bruising & inflammation
Eases swelling & boosts circulation
Repair & prevents muscle damage
Product Details
A glucosamine-rich gel to promote supple joints and ease aching muscles. Non-greasy and quickly absorbed through the skin to get to work straight away. Soothes, reduces bruising and can boost circulation. 200ml tube.
The pain gone joint plus comes in a 200ml bottle compared to 60ml for the Fisiocrem.
Fisicrem retails for £8.95 or 3 for £20.85
Jointplus retails for £14.95 for a 200ml bottle.
It is difficult to pick a favourite from either of these, as both worked really well and I am so happy to have found gels and creams that i can use that dont have any 'drugs' in them.
I would highly recommend both gels for more generalised pain areas.
10/10 for both!
I hope you have enjoyed my reviews of these products. I really appreciated the opportunity to review them for you.
