3-What was their first kiss like?

Their first kiss happend on their second valentines day together when they were on year 6.(the valentines day ball sq) Like i previously said, they decided to take their relationship slow since both of them were awkward about it and it was new to them. They always got very nervous about the topic of kiss since it would be the the first kiss for both of them and they didnt want to screw it up, but that was until one day.

During the ball of valentines day, after Talbott showed Cereza the surprise he prepared for her in the library they stayed there for a while being love birds until it happend. Their first kiss. Talbott was the one who asked if Cereza was okay with it and when she said "yes" they kissed. Even tho it was a little awkward at first since none of them never kissed before they started to get into, it felt magical for them.

8-Who gets jealous easier?

Oh well I never thought about that before, since both of them really trust eachother to not cheat. But i think Talbott would still feel a little insecure when other guys try to flirt with Cereza and get angry if they keep bothering her giving them the death stare.

Although i do have to say Cereza also has a jealous side she is just good at hiding.(sometimes)

7-What are their favorite things to do together?

They like going on small dates, like nothing really especial as a dinner or anything like that, just them being love birds and spending time together. Maybe like going on a picnic, watching the stars together and getting some flowers. (Cereza like to make flower crows for Talbott and Talbott tries to do the same although he claims her flower crows are better than his.)

They enjoy study dates, although sometimes they keep teasing eachother during it just to get their focus off the studies. They mostly tease eachother with compliments and being flirty.(if u go to the library and see one of them smiling like an idiot and the idiot and the other a blushy mess dont worry they are on a study date.)

They also like flying together when they are both on their animagus forms, Cereza still doesnt know how to fly properly as owl but she is trying her best and Talbott is there to catch her if she falls.

10-Do they prefer verbal or physical affection?

Cereza loves giving physical affection, although she tried to restrain herself during the start of her relationship with Talbott cause she didnt know if he was comfortable with yet. Little did she knows that this man is a touch starved mf but she noticed that with time. She loves giving him hugs and he loves her hugs, also pats, hand holding, kisses on the cheek and on the lips are on her list as well and Talbott is living for it.

As for Talbott he isnt good with words, i mean saying words, but he is really at writing them which is what he uses to his advantage. At first he wasnt sure if Cereza would like his poetry but he took a shot and oh boy she loved it so much that she keeps that poem on her stuff as a treasure, she does that to all his poems she likes to keep them so she can read it again and have a goofy smile on her face while feeling like a protag of a romance book. Talbott also likes giving Cereza little gifts, nothing expensive just stuff as flowers, poems and sweets, he also gave his feather to her which she turned into a necklace.

Both of them proposed at the same 🤡 Cereza planned a romantic dinner at their house(they started living together before getting married) and she was planning to propose Talbott, little did she know that this man was also planning to propose her on that same night. They both did it on the same time and both of acted surprised:

They both had a good laugh of it tho and accepted eachother rings lol.

They married on a Brazilian Beach, the ones who managed to get into their wedding were the Khanna twins,(yes i have two Rowans in my story and none of them died fuck u Jc) Cereza's family, Talbott's grandparents, Barnaby(who is dating Michael), the Weasleys, Penny, Chiara, Jae, Tulip, Merula, Andre(of course), Badeea(who painted a beautiful picture of the wedding btw) and Ben. They only invited only the few they were still very close with it and some others that i didnt mention couldnt come unfortunately.

6-Who worries the most?

Talbott 100%, although if u want to see this man on his full worried mode wait until Cereza gets pregnant and when they find out they are getting twins. Yep twins, two little girls. When the babies are born this man starts working at home, so he can take care of the twins and Cereza(being a mama is tiring) while keeping an eye on them. -medic stole his flock of doves[technically homing pigeons] from a wedding in England, not realizing that the catering van he’d stolen had an entire flock of birds and a makeshift aviary inside. the method with which he retrained them is,,,,,,, unconventional and spoiler-y for some things i have written but not published

-he holds full conversations with birds, often- not just his own, but birds in the trees, on the street, in pet stores and houses.

-the flock is mostly his homing pigeons from his stolen wedding flock, and their children; with a couple of fancy pigeons stolen from pigeon shows[because lord knows the poor things need some help, esp the ones who’ve been bred to fit a certain standard at the cost of their health and ability to function], and a few feral street pigeons he’s adopted

-the flock mostly refers to him as “papa”, “Vati” or “Opa”

-he speaks to them in German, Yiddish, and English- they understand all three

-he cries every single time an egg hatches. every time. sadly he cant let EVERY egg that they lay, hatch, because he’d never be able to care for them all, but the flock understands this and lets him remove eggs as he pleases, and in return he gives them all as much love and attention as he can

-medic’s office is his makeshift aviary, though he very rarely keeps them cooped in there- for the majority of the day they have free roam of the base. they all know where home is

-heavy, pyro, and scout all are allowed to play w/ medic’s birds whenever they want, heavy and pyro both have a key to medic’s office so they can get into the aviary without having to ask [scout WOULD have one but she’s notorious for losing keys]

-for clarities sake, again, there are a lot of things i[and gabby+em]’ve written but not published that i dont want 2 spoil, and the reason that theres two of every merc is one of them; but i will say that yes, there are two versions of scout who mostly have the same backstory shit, but things differ when theyre hired as mercs

-[also, both scouts use she/her and occasionally they/them]

-both scouts have a long standing hatred for the other, and absolutely target each other on the battlefield

-this is at least a LITTLE BIT because of self loathing, IE “im gonna beat the shit out of the person who looks exactly like me”, though neither of them realize that

-RED scout is the one who comes to terms with the fact that she’s trans first and that just amplifies how much she HAAATES the BLU scout

-but RED scout is also the first of the two to go through character growth and become a genuinely better person, as she slowly comes out to her family and friends, finds support in her teammates, accidentally adopts medic as her unofficial dad, unlearns a lot of internalized bullshit,

-which infuriates BLU scout because suddenly RED scout doesnt seem to really care about fighting her anymore 

-and then BLU scout overhears one of RED mercs refer to RED scout w/ she/her pronouns and has a fucking crisis of confusion [but also validation]

-and after a lot of internal turmoil brought on by the UNBELIEVABLE Mental Fuckery that has got to come with realizing that the alternate version of yourself is openly trans while you’re still confused and closeted,

-BLU scout decides yea u know what. im trans and im not gonna hide it anymore, esp since apparently all the RED versions of my teammates are accepting so like, the BLUs should be too right???

-and they are

-BLU scout and BLU medic aren’t as close as RED scout + RED medic, for multiple reasons, but in both cases the scouts came out to the medics first [because, Hes Doctor] 

-after BLU scout starts going through her own Character Development[tm] and mellows out, both scouts are pretty chilled on the battlefield towards each other, even joking with each other about their teammates, nowhere near as violent and vicious as they were before

-most of the time that they DO fight its more casual and more like rough-housing, with bullets and also spiked baseball bats

-sorry this mostly turned into Gender Stuff hdfjghh but i took that prompt to mean “both scout’s relationships 2 the other” and the answer to that is, well, “fight” ----

-demo is usually working one of his other jobs- piano gigs at fancy establishments, art commissions[hes a pretty fantastic painter, he prefers more abstract pieces and he has a very distinct style with a strong sense of movement and fluidity], and some volunteer work at the ol’ kitten orphanage [he’d work at the regular human orphanage next door, but, well. he’s got bad experiences with those. and hes scared of messing up around children]

basically even when hes technically off duty, hes still always working- its the degroot way, whether he likes it or not

but when he can relax, he usually spends as much time as he can with his parrot, keeping her entertained and socialized and happy; he also spends a lot of time in engies workspace watching him build and repair stuff while they drink together, with pyro playing whatever game they’re hyperfocused on at the moment, and, in the old days, he would spend a lot of time sneaking out to be with BLU soldier... Those days are gone in the times of WAR, of course

-engie, of course, is usually still working as well. honestly he doesnt even notice the fact that its the weekend half the time unless someone tells him, he’ll just keep pouring over blueprints and fine tuning designs. 

if you do pry him away from his work table long enough, though, he will crash on the nearest soft surface and sleep for 15 hours. rancho relaxo time motherfucker

-medic becomes a cryptid every goddamn weekend, unless you check one of four places: his bedroom, heavy’s bedroom, his office/aviary, and the morgue. you will not see him literally anywhere else. he is also only seen with at least 5-6 birds on his person at all times, as opposed to his usual 1 or 2.

he spends most of the time on the weekends being v overaffectionate with both his birds and heavy; and the rest of the time cutting open dead bodies in the morgue and injecting them with weird shit

-heavy spends a lot of time reading and writing on the weekends- editing older drafts of books he’s written, translating things to and from English to practice his skills with the language, and just, reading books he’s had recommended to him or old favorites. sometimes he reads out loud to medic while medic is busy with other things [IE he’s distracted by birds or corpses]

Point #1: Outside of housing, the average cost of living is remarkably similar in both cities. After Housing and Personal Insurance and Pensions, average household spending is remarkably similar for a citizen in San Francisco and a citizen in St. Louis. A citizen in San Francisco spends about $35,000 after housing and insurance/pensions. A citizen in St. Louis spends about $33,000 after housing and insurance/pensions. For all that talk about San Francisco being an expensive place to live, it would seem that your median income earner is making do just fine spending only $2,000 more than a resident of St. Louis. I take out personal insurance and pensions as well, because this is really a form of savings and life insurance. The increased spending here, in my opinion, is a sign of financial strength, not a cost of living that rises proportionally based on location. Feel free to disagree in the comments! There could be some big insurance spending that residents of San Francisco have to pay that I am unaware of. Note that this excludes health, auto, and home insurance. You can argue all day long about which household experiences the better quality of life at these spending levels, but the fact of the matter is that your resident in these two cities is getting by at those levels of spending, so therefore, we must conclude that they enjoy a similar quality of lifeor would, by and large, relocate. One notable item to consider is transportation. It seems that transportation expenses are lower as a percentage of household spending in SFO than STL. This makes sense to mepublic transportation was great, and traffic was terrible last time I was in SFO, whereas I found fewer attractive public transit options and more reasonable traffic when I passed through STL.

Point #2: Housing is nearly twice as expensive in San Francisco as it is in St. Louis. Remember, this is average housing. Im aware that for the people at the very bottom of the economic ladder, very affordable housing exists in and around St. Louis, but that this same affordable housing does not similarly exist in San Francisco. Thats a real problem, but its outside the scope of this article, which is geared towards helping your everyday real estate investor develop their opinion about their own markets. Housing costs in San Francisco average $30,378 per year, and housing costs in St. Louis, MO average $18,314 per year. To put this in perspective, median household income is 30% greater in San Francisco than it is in St. Louis, MO. But housing costs are 65% higher. As much as the people in expensive housing markets stamp their feet and complain about how overpriced their markets are, the fact of the matter is that the folks earning median incomes are able to sustain the burden of housing costs. The data is quite clearmedian households in their respective markets do not spend materially different amounts of money on their lifestyles outside of housing expenses. ALL of that increase in median income, net of taxes, can therefore be spent on housing, and one could theoretically enjoy a very similar quality of life in both regions. And because the cost of life outside of housing expenses is roughly equal in most parts of the country, housing prices do not scale linearly with growth in median income. They scale exponentially. Think about this for a second: Imagine that San Franciscos median income rises by enough such that the median household all of a sudden has an additional $5,000 per year in disposable income. If everyone still wants housing, then all or nearly all of that $5,000 increase will be spent on housing. Housing costs will rise to 44% of household spending, still further out of touch with the rest of the countryand everyone will continue getting by and enjoy basically the same lifestyle they do today. A $6,000 increase in after-tax, take-home pay enables a household to afford the payments on roughly $100,000 more in property value. (Monthly payments, just principal and interest, on a $100,000 mortgage at 4.5% interest comes out to about $500 per month or $6,000 per year.) And, of course, they can make a $6,000 annual increase in rent work too. Conclusion The ratio of median incomes to housing prices are not an effective manner of gauging the health of your market, particularly if median incomes in your market deviate substantially from the national average. Much, if not most of, household spending is on goods and services that are priced at relatively similar levels, no matter what part of the country you reside in. A TV, new piece of clothing, groceries, and the like cost me pretty much the same in St. Louis or San Francisco. Dont believe me? Go to Amazon.com. I can buy basically anything I want and ship it anywhere in the continental United States for free with my Prime Account. I get the same price and speed of delivery regardless of whether I ship to Denver, St. Louis, New York, or San Francisco. Again, this means that all or nearly all of the increase in median incomes in expensive cities can go towards rent and/or mortgage payments. It means that your city may well have a healthy housing market that is sustainable for as long as median incomes remain proportionally higher than in other parts of the country. I havent done this study on the opposite tracklooking at markets with median incomes well below the national averagebut I suspect the same trend to be true. In markets with much lower median incomes, I expect the median resident in those areas has next to nothing to spend on housing, resulting in housing expenses that are a relatively small percentage of household spending. That, or housing prices make up a large amount of household spending and quality if life IS worse for the median household than in areas that are closer to the national median. If you fail to grasp this concept and instead measure the health of housing markets by measuring median incomes as a ratio of housing prices, then I believe that you run the risk of misunderstanding markets that have median wages materially deviating from the national average. I suspect that a better way to predict the impact of median income growth on housing prices in expensive markets is to predict whether the median income in said city will diverge further and increase faster than the national average or revert towards and increase more slowly than the national average. In the former case (and assuming all else is equal), continued above-average pricing inflation is both sustainable and to be expected. In the latter case, Id expect below-average appreciation both in rents and prices. The further median incomes divert from the mean, the more extreme the housing market will appear, even though median residents are perfectly capable of sustaining their lifestyles. Because the cost of food, clothing, transportation, and the like are materially similar in every city in the country, nearly 100 percent of the increase in after-tax, take-home pay in more expensive cities can go towards rent or housing payments. That means that folks can afford to spend larger and larger percentages of their take-home pay on housing and still come out ahead. Remember, our average resident of San Francisco saves MORE in both real dollars and as a percentage of total spending on insurance (like life insurance) and pensions than our average resident in St. Louis in spite of higher housing costs as a percentage of total spending.
