nira'sae, fortunately, only has a handful of scars/markings! (one of the benefits of having a fairly recently made body, i guess)

SCARS:

an accident in kugane - the first scar is a small divot on the lower right side of their back. they landed ass first on a pile of pottery, broke the lot, and got a sherd wedged in there. worst part is, they didn't even notice it for full day...

vs Zenos, ultima thule - their second, and two most noticeable scars are wrapping over their left shoulder, and around their right middle (almost from spine to navel, overlapping the potsherd scar). both of these were acquired during their final fight with Zenos.

crafter-brained idiot - the final scar is an entry and exit wound on the left side of their torso. during their initial raid of Pandaemonium, after the fall of Hesperos, they got too close to investigate the materials of his cape and rapier, theorizing their potential to be re-used for weaponry/gear. which would have been fine, if he was dead. but he wasn't. and they got impaled. (deserved)

MARKINGS:

echo of crystal - embedded in their left wrist is a small shard of crystal, from the Crystal Tower of the First. they acquired it during shadowbringers, attempting to heal the crystal exarch - and it persisted even after they died and got a new body.

aether scarring - unsure whether this qualifies as a scar or a marking, but it looks more like the latter. on both their shoulder blades are thin, vein-like aether channels, just beneath the surface of their skin. (a remnant of their time very nearly becoming a sin-eater)

I do! I have some samples of sticker sheets I've made but currently working thru a couple of manufacturers cuz there's some things I like and don't like about the few I've tried
