Earlier, I made a post about Rahuvian Fashion & Style and this is part 2 of that. Rahu influence makes a native drawn to very flashy, loud, colourful style. Obviously, how we channel our style depends on many different aspects and most people probably have a style that is an amalgamation of several different influences. it's def a lil end of summer surprise for jack 🥰🥰🥰 hehe you and aaron are getting ready for bed one night, discussing how summer just flew by and the days are dwindling down until jack is back in school 😭 🥲 AND since aaron doesn't work the next day, you both agree you should take advantage of it and take jackers out to do something fun!!!!!! <3333 aaron checks the weather for the next day to narrow down ideas, sees it's gonna be a hottttt one and comes up with the genius idea of going to a waterpark!!! something so fun and a good way to beat the heat <33

AH so you wake up jack bright and early the next day - aaron wanted to get there earlier to beat the crowd/traffic - and as he's opening his eyes, still half asleep, you brush his hair away from his eyes and whisper-ask :D "wanna go to a waterpark????" and within an instant, jackers is wide awake with the biggest most excited grin on his face <3333 his swimsuit is on in record time and he's eagerly talking you and aaron out the door as quickly as possible.

and as you get him and yourself ready, aaron has the job of collecting the towels, flip flops, sunscreen, anything you may need throughout the day, putting it in a big beach bag, and has the task of loading up the car 🤭 hehe it's very Dad of him <3333

as you three are pulling into the waterpark, jack is pointing out alllll the slides he sees and needs to go on because they look "super cool!!!!!!" - he's practically out of his seat, still buckled in, and aaron keeps looking in the rearview mirror and keeps reminding jack to stay put until he's parked 🤨🫵🏻🥰 but jack being as excited as he is, doesn't listen 🤭

and once you're all in the park, sunscreen is on and your spot has been selected, sweet jack is pulling on your hand trying to drag you away to go on slides <333 hehe leaving aaron in the dust 🤭 aaron pretends to be offended, pouts, and asks "what about me??? this was my idea you know???" and jack just giggles, clutches onto your hand and insists again how he wants to go on with you <3333333 so as the day progresses, he teases jack how the two of you are having all the fun 🙄 BUT for some of the bigger slides, the ones that make jack a bit nervous 🥺 he wants aaron to go on those with him 😭

and the lazy river <33333 the three of you spend sooo much time in there. aaron is the only one trying to relax, while you and jack team up to splash him every so often 🤭 hehe aaron is lounging in the floatie, eyes closed, he looks like he's asleep lmaooo 😭 and when he gets splashed, he totally plays it up for jack 🥹 pretending the water is such a surprise and topples into the river, which causes jack to erupt in laughter 💓💞 and UGH it tugs at your heartstrings because aaron 🥹🥹 is such a good dad <33333

and when aaron sees you in your bathing suit 🤭 he totally tries to grab your ass multiple times throughout the day. in response, you just smack his hand back and then also his chest gently and whisper-yell at him amusingly, "aaron!!!!! there are children here" and he just shrugs his shoulders and gives you a smirk ;)))))

AND every time you peer at aaron to check him out in his shirtless glory <3333 he's already peering at you to check you out 🤭 hehe the two of you just stupidly grin at each other, and UGH aaron causes you to blush everyyy time

but omg the other moms are TOTALLY checking aaron out, so you keep offering to put sunscreen on him to show he's yours >:( like one glances in his direction, their gaze lingers on him and his body for a bit too long and you're turning to aaron and urgently telling him, "i need to put sunscreen on your chest now" hehe and the first few times, aaron whines a bit, says how he's already fully covered thanks to you but complies <333 and eventually aaron catches on why and is so so sweet 🥹 so he'll let you manhandle him and put sunscreen on with no complaints, and alwayssss gives you a sweet kiss and reminds you he's all and only yours <33333

and at the end of the day, jack is soooo tuckered out from all the time spent in the sun, all the fun he had, and aaron carries him back to the car 🥹🥰 and once you're back home, the ac feels so nice and welcoming, aaron lays jack in his room so he can continue napping, and then the two of you take a shower together to cool down and wash up - hehe aaron makes a comment about he has to get all the sunscreen off him LMAO which reminds you of earlier so you have to remind him again who he belongs to so 🤭 that calls for shower sex of courseeeee 🥰💞💞💕💞

I reject Owen Harper's absolutely nonsense canonical timeline and substitute my own.

According to canon, Owen was born in 1980 and died (power plant) in 2008, making him barely 28 when he died. But also according to canon, he did 7 years at medical school, then was junior houseman for a year where he met Katie (but then a different canon book says he met her when he was 21). Then he was engaged to Katie and she died, and he was with Torchwood for 2 years before Gwen joined, and a Torchwood employee for a total of 4 years.

It literally cannot work. If Owen did 7 years of medical school and one year as a junior doctor, he'd be 26 (maybe 25 if he gotten into med school as early as possible at 17) by the end of his first year of being a junior doctor. But he died at 28, and was at Torchwood for 4 years before that death. Again, I know I'm being nitpicky about a show that's had some type of media around since 2006 and a billion different writers and clearly no one looks back at old canon details. But still. Would it hurt to at least make things vaguely plausible?

So. My version of Owen's timeline:

Owen is born in 1976 or 1977. He does 7 years of medical school starting at age 18, during which time he meets Katie when he's 21. He's 26 when he becomes a junior doctor, and has about 2 or 3 years actually working as a doctor (I've always imagined it was in A&E or something equally varied and "interesting" which fits with his sort of jack of all trades vibes in Torchwood). He proposes to Katie in 2003, and a few months later she starts getting sick, but they continue to plan their wedding. She dies. He works for Torchwood for 4 years and dies at age 32 or 33 in Exit Wounds.

First of all, it now makes sense time-wise in terms of actual linear time.

But also, Fragments gives a glimpse of just how much losing Katie fucked Owen up entirely. I think the loss of not only his fiancee but also his actual career (since everyone seems to think he's gone mad with grief or whatever) would fuck him up far more intensely if he'd been dedicated to both for quite some time. The Owen we see in Fragments is nice, is loving, clearly cares, and is good at his job in a way that means he's respected by his peers in general and not just for his skills. Compare that to Torchwood Owen who is sarcastic and spiky and a bastard and good at his job but doesn't want to let on that he cares. That's the kind of drastic change you make after a loss of something you've had for a long time and you cannot emotionally or psychologically afford to try and form those kinds of connections again (case in point: Diane).

Like, Owen and Ianto have such incredibly similar backstories, but one of the reasons I think Ianto bounces back from his loss of Lisa and the trauma of Canary Wharf is because he's young and because his job/relationship was not a very long one and therefore had not settled into this comfortable thing where you deep down expect this same thing in the future forever. Ianto hadn't made a life for himself yet when he lost Lisa at 24. So there was room for him to change, to move on, to find someone new in Jack. Owen had already made a life with Katie and his job as a proper doctor, and losing it totally ruined him.

my vanderpump rules season 2 midway opinions! (I’ve watched all the way up till the Cabo trip aka episode 11!! And so much has happened that i just need to share my views before i forget!

Stassi — i literally love this girl! She is so entertaining to watch and she is such a girl’s girl and honestly her confidence is goals! You can also tell that she’s really smart too and i love how fiercely she sticks up for herself and her friends! She’s literally my fav and also she’s sooo pretty!

Jax - guys I can’t even with this guy… like at this point it’s just funny how big of a loser he is. Like I don’t think I’ve seen anyone exude more pure loser energy. And I don’t know if he’s putting it on to make the show entertaining or if he genuinely is this much of a genuine pathetic loser but the way he acts is insane 😭 like this man is a pathological liar, like even his own friends aka the Toms and Peter are done with his shit. It’s the way Ariana said she can’t even be mad at Jax for spreading shit about her bc he’s so pathetic 😭😂 the way he was bringing the mood down in Cabo, bringing all those random girls. Like atp Stassi is literally embarrassed that she ever went out with this guy 😭 and his behaviour is so embarrassing for a 33 year old man PLS. Also the way he spreads stuff and then lies and pretends it never happened is crazy. This man needs to be studied. Oh and he also has a victim complex and wants people to feel sorry for him and I love how Stassi never falls for it and clocks it every time 😂

Tom Sandoval - guys I can’t tell with him… I still think he’s giving unhinged energy but like… I really can’t tell!!! I can’t tell what he wants, whether he wants to be with Kristen or anything!! I definitely think he did sleep with Ariana tho! But don’t spoil it for me!! He’s hot tho. It’s just the way he straight-faced denies everything… bro the men in this show are all pathological liars!!!

Kristen - she’s really weak. Like genuinely Tom cheated on her a bunch of times and she still went back to him?!? She’s one of those girls who assures her girlfriends that she’s over a man, and then throws her girlfriends under the bus and runs back to the same man who hurt her! It’s just sad and pathetic to watch.

Katie - her hair is so annoying like I cannot! The brassy blonde with her dark roots coming in and the aggressive side part??? It’s so annoying pls. Also she’s kinda bleh. She does get really messy when she’s drunk though. I did feel for her when her boyfriend poured a drink over her head like she needs to dump him! Why are all the men in this show literal trash?!

Scheana - she’s so boring 😭 like she needs to be studied too tho bc I think she’s obsessed with Stassie 😭😭 like she hates Stassie but she also wants to BE Stassie but she also wants to be Stassie’s bff??!? And the thing is, Scheana keeps sticking up for Stassie but Stassie always picks Kristen and Katie over Scheana yet Scheana keeps blindly supporting Stassie 😂😭 it’s kinda tragic to watch. But also she’s kinda weird how she made that gangbang comment in the car with all the guys including her boyfriend?!? Like wtf. Also how she called herself “one of the guys” like pls Scheana you’re giving pick me energy. Stassie said it perfectly, that she doesn’t trust a girl who can’t get along with a group of girls and hangs out with guys instead. Although I do think Kristen and Katie are unnecessarily mean to Scheana.

Ariana - I really don’t like her :/ and if she DID sleep with Tom after denying it, then that’s fucked up. But I don’t like how she also acts like a pick me, thinking she’s sooo much better than the other girls bc she’s that one “chill” girl like no fuck off. She just thinks she’s so superior but unlike Stassie, she doesn’t own it and just comes across as a pick me.

ANYWAYS I LOVE THIS SHOW SOOO MUCH! I can’t believe I never watched it before, it’s literally so relatable to me since I worked at a restaurant for four years almost when I was at uni!!!

‘Sweetest of the Sunflowers’

This started off has an HC list of the Sinclairs dating twins but then it took on a mind of its own and now its over 25K words and I have no end in sight. So I’ll post a portion every couple days! Title inspired by Sun to Me by Zach Bryan you don’t have to listen to understand but I think it fits the way the story is heading :)

Summary: Twin sisters Catherine (Katie) and Caroline end up in Ambrose after their car breaks down on their drive from Georgia to California. Bo convinces Vincent they should keep the girls and make them their wives. A twin for each twin. Will the girls escape? Will they learn to live their new lives? Will they even survive?

Bo couldn’t hold back the smirk when they walked in the shop. Two beautiful twins. They were identical with the same dark chocolate hair and hazel eyes that seemed almost green in the lights but they were different- one had her long hair down and following freely in wavy curls looking lost in space as she wandered around his shop while the other had half her short hair pulled up in two buns and was trying to explain what was wrong with their car looking very focused on getting back on the road. “Well doll it’ll take me a while to go over everything. Why don’t you go on up to see the town jewel. House of Wax, just go on in I know the owner you’re safe.”

“Okay. Thank you so much. Come on, Caroline.”

“But Katie, why can’t we just stay here? I don’t want to walk anymore.” The one with curls, Caroline complained. Caroline, pretty name for a pretty girl.

“Just come on. This is your fault anyway. I can’t believe you have never taken your car to get checked.” Katie huffed out grabbing her twins arm pulling her to the door.

“Well sorry some of us weren’t so far up dad’s ass to learn all the special shit about cars, Catherine.”

“This is basic knowledge Caroline, don’t go full name on me. Let’s go.”

She was finally able to pull her out the door and towards the museum.

He knew what was wrong with the car it needed oil- from what he just heard hadn’t been changed in a while or maybe ever. But he had no plans on fixing that anytime soon. He made his way through the underground tunnels to find Vincent, “Vinny you ain’t gonna believe what little slices of heaven just fell in Ambrose. Walking through town like angels.” He said forcing Vincent away from his work and up to the museum so they could watch the girls.

“Oh my god this stuff is creepy. It’s like a house full of dead people.” Caroline said with a disturbed look.

“1. Be nice someone worked really hard on these. 2. They aren’t creepy they are cool. The artist is so talented.” Katie scolded her sister and continued to admire the art.

The boys continued to follow them around the museum until they had seen everything. Suddenly Caroline gasped, “A puppy! Look, look! Hi puppy.” A black and white dog trotted over to where the girl had squatted down. “Oh she’s so cute. Do you think she lives here?” She looked up to her sister.

Katie sighed softy almost a laugh and bent down with her sister, “Probably, she seems content here. She probably belongs to the owner of the museum.” She looked at the dog’s collar, “Jonesy, that’s a cute name.” She scratched the pup’s head before Jonesy licked her arm, “A sweet baby too.”

The girls loved on Jonesy a few more minutes without noticing the watching eyes on them.

The boys went back to Vincent’s studio under the museum.

“So what ya think? We could keep them. I’ll take the curly hair and you can have the other one. She seems to appreciate what you and Mama do.” Bo looked at his twin who had already started getting back to work. Vincent shook his head and continued working. Sure the girl was beautiful and it was nice to have someone besides his brothers say nice things about his art. But he could never live a normal life like Bo or Lester could.

“Come on, Vinny. I think its time we find us some girls. Get to work making Ambrose full again.” Bo wasn’t backing down.

Vincent scribbled fiercely on a notepad and thrust it at his brother, ~Do whatever you want. Maybe Lester wants the other one~.

“Nah, it’s perfect for us. Twins and twins. I know you think she’s pretty.” Bo said tossing the notepad back letting Vincent write out his reply.

~How do you expect this to happen? How is it going to work?~

Bo read over the replied and chuckled darkly, “Easy. Knock ‘em out. I’ll bring mine back down under the shop and you bring yours back here. They gotta listen and cooperate eventually if they want anything.” Of course Bo’s plan was by force. Vincent thought it over knowing his brother wouldn’t back down. It would be nice to have someone has his own. He had been alone for so long since Mama had died. And if this girl liked his art than maybe she could learn to like him, even love him.

He finally turned fully to look at Bo and nodded his head.

“Well damn that took less convincing than I thought it would. Okay they should be back at the shop by now looking for me. Just gotta get behind them and grab.” Bo smirked and started walking away with Vincent trudging behind.

‘Oh no the cute car guy is gone.’ Caroline thought as she and her twin walked in the door before speaking out loud, “Where’d he go?”

“Maybe he’s in the back or something. Let’s just stay here and wait. Then we can keep going. We’re almost halfway to the coast.” Katie said stepping back looking around for any sight of the mechanic, Bo he had said his name was. Then she heard what she thought was a footstep behind her. “Did you hear th…” before she could finish her question a rag was held up to her face and a hand wrapped around her waist from behind. The rag smelled funny and her eyes grew heavy before she went limp in the arms holding her.

“Hear what?” Caroline was about to turn around to face Katie when hands grabbed her from behind clapping a rag over her face too. She tried to scream but nothing escaped as she too grew tired before everything went black.
