Sweetheart as a child would sit and read a christmas carol over and over again. Escaping from whatever their family’s dynamic was (i feel like christmas time for them as a child was messy to say the least)

Over time they ended up memorizing the story and would tell the younger kids in their family the story, acting it out for them one man show style. Enhancing the scarier parts by clocking and then appearing behind the small line of kids and some adults who sat down to listen, scaring them.

Eventually once they moved in with Milo and started to attend Pack Christmas celebrations they would do the same thing. Sharing the story that they love so much!

One night, Milo asks for them to tell the story to him, having never fully sat down to listen to it and sweetheart obliged excitingly!

i headcanon that when Zephyr gets older she realizes she is a lesbian, I also headcanon she realizes this after noticing herself falling in love with one of the village girls she has been friends with since she was a baby. She then tells Hiccup, Astrid, and Nuffink, along with Valka and Astrid's parents, etc, and they are very supportive of her (especially Hiccup, he loves his baby girl so much and wants her to be happy and be able to embrace her sexuality.) I might write a fic about it, but I am busy with school right now and might not get to but I am going to try 😍

I know a lot of people like to hone in on Sylus' more dominant and teasing side, and while I do love those aspects of him what I really really love is the softer side of Sylus that he only shows to you. ♡

The Sylus that avidly listens to everything you say, drinking you in with with a dopey little grin on his face as you fill him in on everything and anything happening in your life. The Sylus that lets you decorate his chic and mature office with all the plushies you have won together from the claw machine, looking at them fondly as if they were great treasures you have scored. The Sylus that will gladly wear stupid matching kigurumi's with you in public and have fun doing it, reputation be damned. The Sylus who absentmindedly plays with your hair while you are sitting together on the couch watching a movie, sighing in contentment as his long fingers massage your scalp. The Sylus who has memorized all your favorite foods and works hard to come up with new recipes to delight you based of what he already knows you love. The Sylus who's hugs completely engulf you, squeezing and holding you like a lifeline, almost as if he's afraid to let go. The Sylus who stays glued to your side until you fall asleep each night, even though you know his day has hardly begun and he has more important things to be attending to-you always take precedence. The Sylus that wants nothing more than to see you happy and thriving, and will do whatever it takes to make that a reality.

grover and percy are the platonic soulmates. in the most literal sense possible. i mean, literally nobody in the world, including their respective girlfriends, will ever know grover and percy as well as they know each other. and not just because of their empathy link.

grover was the person who was there for percy the most. he helped percy transition from the mortal world into the greek one. he supported percy in tlt when sally was thought to be dead. grover was percy’s first friend. ever. it’s not fair how people keep forgetting that. grover saved percy’s life.

percy literally did NOT hesitate to save grover when he was kidnapped by polyphemus. percy tried his hardest to be there for grover while grover fulfilled his dreams of finding pan. percy and grover travelled through most of the labyrinth together. grover is the foundation of percy’s best traits. percy saved grover’s life.

there is no other friendship in any of riordan’s books that can compare to grover and percy’s. they’re platonic soulmates. there’s no one like them.

there's no way you could convince me that percy and rachel weren't the best of fucking buddies. rachel stayed spending the night at the apartment and painting cool designs on percy's nails. and i just know percy had that face mask and skin care routine ready. and you better believe they were awake well past the crack of dawn. the 'wicked' soundtrack quietly underscoring their gossiping sessions about the latests scandals. and sharing conspiracies that would get them cancelled if the walls could talk. maybe it didn't have to be romantic!!! maybe all it had to be was good!!!! don't even play with me right now!!!!

I am 100% completely convinced that on Mount Yujun when Hua Cheng burst into thousands of butterflies that he did not mean to do that. That man was freaking out so bad at finally finding Xie Lian again and holding his hand and helping him and Xie Lian being right there that when he finally saw just the slightest glimpse of Xie Lian’s face and the thought of Xie Lian seeing him that his nerves took over and he burst into thousands of butterflies. All throughout the walk, Hua Cheng was trying his damnedest to keep it the fuck together (literally) but he just couldn’t anymore. You cannot convince me otherwise. He held Xie Lian’s hand all through the walk, but then he shakes Xie Lian’s hand off the next time they meet? Yeah, he’s scared he’s gonna explode into butterflies again and that would Not Be Cool and Ruin His Image he’s curating for Xie Lian as this cool reliable guy he can come to for help and depend on.
