3. So so so proud of my baby oc standing up to her mum!! Bring it on! Though i hope down the story that they’ll reconcile!! Just like what cmi jk said, i think deep down her parents do love her. Its not just enough or maybe shown in different ways. Even parents and children irl have different love languages. But I want this to happen for them. I know they are at peace but having both their families by their side as they go through their relationship will be so reassuring and special ❤️

heck, even if he doesn’t get to make friends with the big scary monsters, he’s just happy that you’re happy. 

all in all, he’s just as excited about finding mothman or bigfoot as you are! in fact, he’ll even take you all around the world to where all of the best crytpics were found, just to see the smile on your face 

you may or may not spend months trying to find an unnamed cryptic that’s been spotted around your town, only to find out that it’s just habit, who sometimes likes to tend to the local gardens in the dead of the night

when you bring up cryptics, he automatically says no. and don’t even TRY to get him to leave his house after 11. 

im sorry to tell you this, but Kamal isn’t exactly the best person to go cryptic hunting with. he worked for a big scary cryptic long enough, and he doesn’t ever wanna be face to face with something even remotely weird or creepy ever again (plus he’s had a huge fear of the Jersey Devil since he was like. 6.) 

probably accidentally gets really mad at you if you wake him up in the middle of the night. he even breaks out the sarcasm! don’t be too upset though, he’s just a little grumpy. let the man sleep!

he only goes out to the woods to hunt for them with you every once in awhile, but not because he wants to! he’s just making sure you’re safe!

don’t expect him to stay for too long though, the second he sees even the slightest hint of another living being hes gonna book it to the car and not move until you take him home and cuddle

on another note, he does like to help you research! he’ll never try to actively find anything, but that doesn’t mean he won’t look into it. tell him the cryptic you’re currently looking for and give him 2 days, and he’ll have a whole paper written up about how to catch it, where you might find it, what to be careful of, and what you’ll need to bring

Ok so I gotta put a little A/N at the start of this one beacuse I realized I have to make a litttttllllleee change to this story. Soz. Annyywaaayyyy... I’ve decided to change the POV from first person to third person, which I know is probably SUPER annoying for you but I promise this chapter would work better if it was not just from Karina’s POV. So I hope y’all are ready for some ~e p i c~ punk!Sarah thoughts ^-^

Chapter 18: I Hate My Freinds

“Are you sure your ready to do this?” Emily viciously inquired of DJ, who just happened to be sitting next to her. (A/N: Remember, Karina is NOT narrating this she is NOT HERE hehe ^-^)

“Are you kidding??? I’m literally James Bond,” DJ said, popping the p. “I’ve snuck into like 15 classrooms already this year.”

“OMG ME TOO!” Emily said back in response to DJ.

“Ya exactly we snuck into those classrooms together,” DJ unimpressedly said. They both laughed at Emily’s forgetfulness.

“Haha,” she laughed, giggling.

“Ok lets go,” DJ said, immediately jumping into a James Bond somersault and kicking the door to the classroom. Emily crept in behind him, her greenish, hazelish, slightly brown speckled balls of sight gazing over the cold, lifeless, OPPRESSIVE, torture seats... aka... DESKS. (A/N: hahahahhahaha I hate school sum1 halp plz 😭😂)

“There’s no one in here,” Emily said after about ten minutes observations.

“Wow it’s not like I can see the exact same classroom,” DJ sarcastically quipped back at her in such a tone that only DJ could recreate.

“Just get to the desk,” Emily said, deciding to suddenly use her gymnastics skills to backflip across the room and onto the teacher’s desk.

“Wow I, definitely good enough for the olympics if I can do that,” Emily said, obviously very very proud of her recent accomplishments. Ever since she was two days and fifteen hours and 32 minutes old, she had wanted to be an Olympic gymnast. Gymnastics was her LAIFE!! (A/N: Chipotle is laiiifffeee heh XD). DJ rolled his brown orbs he used for seeing almost every day back into his head at Emily’s showyoffiness and walked over to the same teachers desk Emily was standing on.

“I saw Mrs. Bersbedasukeon put the paper with our group project partners on the third drawer from the bottom on the right said,” DJ told Emily, DABBING and pointing toward the correct drawer. Emily pulled open the drawer and grabbed the single piece of paper sitting on there. A piece of paper that could change the life of ALL THE NAMES ON IT. This paper would be the most sacred thing Emily would touch in a long time.

“This piece of paper is so precious,” Emily hugged the paper to her chest while violently popping her p’s.

“Just switch the names!!!!,!!!!!!!” DJ annoyingly said, banging on the desk to gain Emily’s attention back. Emily nodded and started whiting out a few names on the paper with... WHITE OUT; which she had conveniently stashed in her coat pocket and had just pulled out for this specific reason.

(A/N: okiiii idk how to describe this next part because it always plays like a movie in my head... if that makes sense... IDK. But anyway I’m gonna write this next part like a script so it’s easier for y’all to understand. Remember dailysarina cares about her followers!!! ;))

Emily: *quickly runs white out over a few ^convenient^ names*

DJ: *rewrites the new group partners aS THEY SHOULD BE*

“Good. That’s good,” Emily said as DJ forged the teachers’ handwriting. Then the super sneaky spy duo (A/N: “Nice use of alliteration” -Mr. Scoggins, my English teacher haha jk I would DIE if he read this lol xD) left the classroom until the next day.

THE NEXT DAY............,,....

I enter through the doorway to my art class, brushing my newly dyed pink hair out of my eyes and adjusting my lilac colored flower crown. ‘I wonder if Sarah will notice my hair?’ I wonder. Wait. WHY DID I THINK THAT?? Ugh this is so annoying. Sarah is literally the scariest person I’ve ever seen and yet I am CONSTANTLY worried about what she thinks of me. What is up with that?? It probably just because I’m a weird person, and that’s what weird people do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“Ew your hair looks like a fairy threw up on it,” Sarah quipped at me the second I walked in the room, without even making eye contact. What the heck?!??,.! Why is she so MEAN? “You also look like that girl from LazyTown.” OH THAT’S IT.

“Yeah, well... you look like Susie from DELTARUNE!” I screamed back at her, crossing my arms in satisfaction. I can’t believe I actually stood up to her! She didn’t get mad and punch me in the face like I thought she would. She didn’t even yell another insult back at me. She just smiled a bit, and went back to drawing a skull and cross bones on her ripped jeans with eyeliner. I skip over to a giggling Emily and DJ, who were sitting at the table next to Sarah, and sit down, fluffing the skirt of my light pinkish salmon dress as I sit.

“What are you laughing about?” I say to my freinds, who seem to be cackling about something I don’t know about. Are they laughing at me?? I wouldn’t be surprised if they were, considering all my old friends at my old school started bullying me for being weird. UGH! WHy is being weird so hard in high school??

“Nooooiittththhhhhiiiiinnnnnnngggggggg............” the blonde haired girl and the brown eyed boy said in complete unison. Ok, that was creepy, I’m just going to ignore that.

“I will now read out the partners I’ve assigned for this art project y’all will be working on,” our teacher, Mrs. Bersbedasukeon yelled at us. I really hope I get a good partner that doesn’t make fun of my pink hair. And I rreeeeaaallllly hope I don’t get Sarah. ANYONE BUT SARAH.

“The first pair will be Karina and Sarah.”

“Well have fun with you Project, you guys,” Emily quips sarcastically, popping the p, but I did NOT think it was funny. She gets to work with DJ, and that’s NOT FAIR. why can’t THEY work with Sarah???” At least they sort of l i k e her.

WHOOOAAAAAAAA CLIFFHANGERRRRRRRR!!! xD. Soz that this chapter was a little confusing but a lot of stuff that needed to happen so the story can finally pick up (I can’t believe I’ve written 18 chapters!!!) I honestly think this is the best thing I’ve ever written, but REMEMBER. I have NEVER written anything before this is my FIRST time trying fanfic and I really don’t want anyone to judge me. Don’t be r00d LOLOLOLOL.

On a different note........ my mom is FINALLY taking our family to Chicago and I’m literally going to be spending all week hunting for my two favorite people EEEEEEEEEE. I’m hoping to see them at least 7 times, maybe more? I mean I know what kind of places they like to eat at and where they hang out with people (don’t ask me how I know I’ll never tell hehehehe) so it shouldn’t be too hard to find them. By the end of the week they’re gonna LOVE ME! xD xD Anywayyyyy because of that I probably won’t be writing another chapter next week, but I will still be posting d a n k memes about our children! before i start lemme just say how much i love park woojin like omg

he’s my bias yall

so basically, badboy and fboy!Woojin scenarios brings me to tears

Anyway let us get on with it

So badboy!woojin would be the one kid sitting in the back of the classroom with his black hoodie and earbuds/headphones in/on his ears ALL THE TIME

He’s really really quiet and no one really knows what kind of person he is

He doesn’t have any friends since no one approaches him

He’s very intimidating

I mean who wouldn’t be intimidated if he never talks to anyone, has a hood over his head, glares at everything, has cold eyes, never smiles, never frowns, never shows any type of emotion!?!!?

He’s just a very mysterious dude that no one ever talked to before

So obviously he would become the target when playing dare or dare

It was a normal day where you and your friends were hanging out at the park and it’s when Sohye and Yoojung suggest to play dare or dare that you realize….

The dares for your friends aren’t that bad

After you slip into the cold seat, you shoot sharp glares across the room to shut the judgmental high school students

That’s when woojin opens his eyes to see what’s going on

He knew that it was never this quiet in class even when the teacher was teaching a lesson

Woojin slightly lifts his head and sees what it’s all about

Anyways, the whole class period goes by with Woojin trying to ignore your deafening presence, and you trying to ignore the stares and whispers directed at the two of you

Woojin was used to the stares and gossip about him so he really didn’t mind it anymore

But for you, it was a first

When class ends you sigh and offer a small smile at woojin who’s glancing at you from time to time

You’re ready to leave, but when you stand up, you hear woojin call your name and your like

He gives you one last death glare and leaves the classroom in almost a calm way, but radiating anger, that it scares you

Nonetheless, you feel super bad and so stupid for even thinking to do the dare

At lunch you tell your friends the dare is off but it ends up getting Yoojung calling you ‘weak’

You get annoyed and pissed off bc it was just a frkn dare

So yah you two aren’t on good terms anymore

After school you’re walking home and get lost in all your thoughts

Woojin, yoojung, midterms, grades, your ap classes…..life

You’re so in your thoughts that you look up after a while and notice

You had no idea where the heck you were

It had to be the next neighborhood over, but you had never seen this part of town before

And it was pretty sketchy seeing that there was no one on the streets that had houses lined up on each side

Not to add, but all the houses had their lights off and the curtains closed

A sudden breeze blows through and gives a weird chill up and down your spine and that’s when you hear a shuffle from behind you

You start walking faster, toward anywhere really bc you didn’t know this part of town

Your pace did no help bc the person or thing behind you just matched your pace when you sped up

You clench your fists and start to break out in a run when the thing/person puts a hand around your wrist, making you scream reallyyyyy high-pitched, enough to crack the windows

The person covers your mouth, having you freak out even more and when you open your eyes you see this middle-aged man with a dark hoodie and black mask over his face

But you can tell he’s grinning at your panicking sight

You struggle against his grip around you, but he’s too strong and no one’s coming out of their houses to see the commotion

You feel less and less air coming through your lungs since the guy’s literally choking you and you feel your legs giving away and your body shutting down

You died

So i guess end of story

Your horrible coughing wakes you up

You see a blurry black figure and for a second you think it’s the pycotic kidnapper who almost killed you

But then you hear a familiar deep, husky voice that’s asking you if you were okay in satoori and a slightly panicked voice

Your voice is raspy and you literally croak it out

But you can’t care less bc you’re actually alive

After you’re a bit better you ask woojin what had happened and why you were in the backroom of a bar

Woojin explains how he and his close hyungs were taking a walk around the neighborhood and saw a girl collasped on the ground and a man backing away from her

The girl was you obviously, but they couldn’t find out who the man was, however the police are tracking him down

Woojin’s hyungs own a bar in the middle of your neighborhood and that was the closest place they could go to w/your dead weight

You slightly blush and thank him but then apologize for what happened at school

you tell him that it was all a stupid dare to get you and him dating for two weeks, but since you feel bad and have a conscience, you decided to decline it and sorta ruin a friendship bc of it

Which you still did not understand bc it was a simple, dumb dare

Woojin breaks out into a smile and OMGWROUEWEJD
