some of you may remember that in february of last year my mom was diagnosed with colon cancer. it was a really awful time in my life and i struggled in every way. luckily my mom pulled through her very long stay in the hospital and was able to overcome months and months of chemo, her last treatment being in october. yesterday she had a follow up appointment with her oncologist that went really well. she has a scan scheduled for april that will be the final determintation if the cancer is fully gone or not but as of now i can finally see that this nightmare is going to be over soon.

this real life event greatly effected my presence in my online spaces, clearly i have not been very active lately lol. i just wanted to take the time to say thank you to everybody who sent me kind words during that very difficult time in my life. the amount of people that were checking up on me in the early weeks of it happening made me feel so loved and cared for in this space. i’ll never forget everyone’s kindness to me in a time when i really needed it.

i also just want to give an overall thank you to everyone who interacted with me or my work while i was active and writing. this was such a fun fandom to be a part of and i thoroughly enjoyed getting to know people. i’m not really into cod anymore, my new focus is f1 lol, but i still lurk and read my favorite people’s cod fics because you guys are so genuinely talented and wonderful.

this blog will never go away so while i’m not really in this fandom anymore i still appreciate every like and reblog any of my work gets.

so yeah, i’m still here and i love you guys very much <3
