“Amy and Bibi are toxic” SHUT UP!!!!!

While I do this that they were in the beginning with Bibi using Amy to get closer to Peter we can see them get closer. Or the time where Bibi trapped Amy in her basement.. That fact is not okay but stick with me here.

I think it’s important to note how Bibi liked Peter because he helped her when she was almost hit by a bus because it mirrors how Bibi helped Amy when she was almost hit. Although Bibi was neglected she sees this as her idea of love.

I think that shows how unpredictable their relationship was, not to Amy but to Bibi specifically who was previously so enamored with Peter and the idea of being with him. This is a personal opinion so feel free to disagree but I do not think Bibi really liked Peter romantically. I think she more just liked the idea of being with someone in a romantic relationship.

Bibi is obviously not mentally stable, and neither is Amy. Because of this many argue that they wouldn’t work and would be toxic. I however, disagree.

While they’re both mentally unstable the reason they do work is because they decide to try to (and do!) get better for each other. To be “worthy” of each other instead of driving each other even further in the instability.

I think it’s so cute that they get better together, working together to be better

If you disagree however I’m interested to hear more about why! This however does not mean I will argue with you so do not be rude.

Okay 3 things

1. I was thinking about an aroace Sonic who says things that can be taken as wildly flirty/romantic but he just means them genuinely. “You have beautiful eyes, I keep getting distracted while looking at them,” not cause he’s interested romantically in them but because eyes can be really cool and pretty man I dunno what to tell you he likes looking at cool things and he thinks his friends are neat. “You’re the most beautiful person here,” because he really thinks that, he loves his friends

2. Sonic randomly dropping heartfelt genuine comments on his friends out of the blue completely blindsiding them and then moves on like nothing happened while they’re left going ?????? Bonus points if he does something immensely stupid or jerkish just before or immediately afterwards and they can’t tell if he was serious or not with the compliment (yes he was)

3. Sonic usually being so allergic to truly vulnerable moments that when he expresses something heartfelt randomly Tails thinks he’s been stabbed or something and does not believe him when he reassures him that he’s fine he’s fine he’s not dying yeesh
