Hajime was quite intimidating at first glance. He was intimidating for you when you were first brought here. He was even more scary after finding out what he did as a job, mafia work. He was even the head of the mafia.

However after being with him for a bit, you actually began to fall for him. Sure, he was a little rough around the edges, but he could be really sweet with you. You felt so loved when he would kiss you then tell you he loves you before he went to a meeting to do work. You felt so loved when he would pull you closer to him when you seemed a little bit scared at night.

He didn’t seem scary to you anymore, he was loving and kind. You walk down the stairs of Hajimes mansion, looking around for him. You just felt a little touch starved, he told you he wouldn’t be to busy today so you hoped you’d be able to find him and get some cuddles. But you couldn’t seem to find him until now.

“You can’t walk up into my home, begging for another hitman after you haven’t fucking paid me back for the last time” Hajime speaks through gritted teeth. He stands in the entryway of the home with another man pinned against the wall by the collar of his shirt. “No dude, I promise I’m gonna’ pay you back! I just need this one thing!” The other man yells, seemingly trying to mask his fear.

“Then where’s the money, huh?! Cause’ I certainly don’t have it! You haven’t paid back a single damn thing, you’re lucky I let you get away with stealing from me for so long-” Hajime yells, cutting off his words when he hears someone running up the stairs. He only sees you turning the corner to go back to the bedroom.

“Shit” Hajime mumbles, realizing you saw everything. He lets go of the man, snapping his fingers for his underlings to come get the man. “Take him to the basement, I’ll deal with him later” Hajime says to his underlings before walking up the stairs to go find you.

You sit on the bed, rethinking what you saw. You knew that Hajime was an intimidating person, but when you saw him that angry he didn’t even seem like himself. That wasn’t the same man who held you in his arms after you have a nightmare, that wasn’t the same man who gave you a goodnight kiss every night.

“Hey puppy, you okay?” Hajime asks, watching your shoulders hunch at his words. You hum at his words, trying to give him the idea that you were alright but he saw straight through that. “Are you scared?” Iwazumi asks, knowing that you are scared but he still feels the need to ask you.

You stay silent that time. You’re pulled into his arms, your head resting against his chest as you bunch up his shirt in your fists. “You don’t have to be scared because I could never be mad at you” Hajime says, he can see your eyes tearing up. That practically shatters his heart. You haven’t cried about being scared since you first arrived here.

He’ll make sure to not yell in front of you, or even let you see anything related the Mafia anymore. You need to be protected.

i like to imagine hajime as someone who really likes to make sure of things before acting on them or instilling their permanence, but i also like to think of him as someone particularly close to his family 🥺

so i feel like his family would know about you a bit early on. tbh i wouldn’t even be surprised if they knew while he was still pining… ‘hajime, how’s that girl you like?’ typa beat akskskxjjd (but. the only reason they find out is thru oikawa and his mom LOL bc hajime’s still kinda shy abt it). but when you get together, i imagine him mentioning you a fair bit 🥺

THAT BEING SAID, i don’t think you meet the family until a year or a year and a half in 🥺 it’s more of just, he wants to make sure the relationship is lasting before other attachments are made 🥺 & i think it goes pretty well—which is exactly why he waited that long in the first place. he knows you’d get along with his family, knows his mom would love you and vice versa 🥺 and that’s a good thing, but is also a big risk. if the relationship goes south, you’ll effectively be breaking up with more than just him 🥺 and he wouldn’t want that, because it’d just make things 10x harder for both sides 🥺 (not that he wants to breakup with you anyway though. so.) yeah 🥹 his mom embarrasses the heck outta him, says that he never shuts up about you blablabla 🥹

for model/actor!gojo — he’s definitely heavy-handed with the gifts 🥺 a lot of texts too, and physical touches 🥺 honestly, this man is an affection bomb 😭 looooves to brag about it 🥺 being in the public eye doesn’t phase him at all, and he loves to flaunt the relationship (i tend to hold him back a little just to keep some things private, still 🥺). he isn’t shy and is a lot more vocal in expressing how he feels, regardless of who he’s sharing it to 🥺 a bit possessive tho

for hajime — a bit shyer, and shows it in the ways that can’t really be quantified 🥺 will do things out of his way if it makes things easier for me 🥺 very touchy but subtly (hand on lower back, on thigh, fingers touching, etc etc typa vibe) 🥺 does the small things like, makes my matcha every morning bc he knows i get lazy to mix it sometimes (whether it’s the bamboo brush or the frother) (if it’s coffee, he makes it ALL the time bc he knows i like it dripped, and i’m way too impatient while making it), prepares my tea at night!! 🥺 very acts of service 🥺

now that i think about it, hajime lives to make my life 1000x easier while gojo lives to make my life 1000x harder 🥹 but they each have their charms 🥹

LOL as soon as i felt like it was different i thought of reasons x y z on why i should never say it bc how could he possibly feel the same?

omg. mortifying for me. super self-conscious. suddenly i cared abt the tiniest thing like how my socks sat on my ankles 😭 or whether my eyelashes were curled properly that day 😭 literally omg. it wasn’t awkward per se but i was definitely trying so hard to act normal.

hajime is good at playing it cool i think. but he has his tells!!!! his cheeks turning a dark shade of peach!!! tips of his ears!!! down his neck!!! i think all the involuntary stuff that he can’t really control. which i probably wouldn’t notice bc i’d be too busy worrying abt myself tbh 😭😭😭😭😭
