How has been this month so far for you ? This weekend I went to the Joe Hisaishi concert and it was so beautiful! Also I have my first picnic of the year this weekend which is exciting

i like to imagine hajime as someone who really likes to make sure of things before acting on them or instilling their permanence, but i also like to think of him as someone particularly close to his family 🥺

so i feel like his family would know about you a bit early on. tbh i wouldn’t even be surprised if they knew while he was still pining… ‘hajime, how’s that girl you like?’ typa beat akskskxjjd (but. the only reason they find out is thru oikawa and his mom LOL bc hajime’s still kinda shy abt it). but when you get together, i imagine him mentioning you a fair bit 🥺

THAT BEING SAID, i don’t think you meet the family until a year or a year and a half in 🥺 it’s more of just, he wants to make sure the relationship is lasting before other attachments are made 🥺 & i think it goes pretty well—which is exactly why he waited that long in the first place. he knows you’d get along with his family, knows his mom would love you and vice versa 🥺 and that’s a good thing, but is also a big risk. if the relationship goes south, you’ll effectively be breaking up with more than just him 🥺 and he wouldn’t want that, because it’d just make things 10x harder for both sides 🥺 (not that he wants to breakup with you anyway though. so.) yeah 🥹 his mom embarrasses the heck outta him, says that he never shuts up about you blablabla 🥹

JUST FOR CONTRAST, i think atsumu would introduce you to his ma four months or half a year into dating JAKZKEKXJJD 😭 it’s more just that, his ma is kinda like his best friend along w osamu 🥺 and he tries to spend as much time w them in the weekends too, so there’s definitely going to be an overlap of a weekend he also plans to spend with you 🥹 he’s also terrible at hiding anything from them 🥹

last was always supposed to be a sequel to first. the reader character was going to circle all the way back around to kakashi after spending time dating and enjoying her new found sexuality.

the thing i enjoyed most about first was the goofiness of it, how fun it was for both characters, and i wanted mc to be able to return with some additional confidence to tease kakashi a bit.

(she was going to blow a raspberry against his ribs in revenge for the one he gave her on her inner thigh and i just thought ticklish kakashi would be a blast, ahaha.)

I remember one of the Makki fic you wrote where the reader hated cheese and it made me connect with the fic 10x more with this detail! (However, I would have never kissed him right after eating cheese no matter how much I love him aha)

you meet matsukawa when you're trying to solve a mystery

"i swear to god, i just saw a ghost, and no you are not allowed to laugh at me," you whisper-shout to your friend, who's standing right behind you in this dimly lit museum corridor. this museum offers half-off tickets an hour before closing, and something about the moonlight shining through its windows and old, unreliable lamps is making you extra jumpy today.

as you said: you saw a ghost.

it doesn't help that you're in the renaissance wing with all these giant statues and creepy paintings. you're not sure what compels you, but you reach behind yourself to grab your friend's hand.

unfortunately for you, you don't grab her hand.

when your skin makes contact with something warm and rough, you scream, already on edge from the wispy little girl-in-a-white dress that every ghost is (that's how you know what you saw, duh).

"sorry, sorry, crap, sorry," the man mutters, voice calm and monotone while your heart pounds in your chest. you stare at him, wild-eyed, until you realize that he's gripping your upper arm and your head is less than an inch away from the wall.

"don't hurt yourself," he continues.

"i saw a ghost," is all you can say, and it comes out so weak and pathetic that you're not sure you believe it anymore. "where's--"

"the girl you were with when that way," he answers, cutting you off while he helps you balance on your own two feet and nodding over his shoulder. "let me help you find her; you don't look so good."

"but the ghost--"

"--is probably more afraid of you than you are of her," he shrugs, shoving his hands in his coat pockets before waiting for you to follow him.

and you do, gladly getting out of the creepy hallway, but then you realize: how did he know the ghost was a "she"?
