I’m listening to Epic the Musical again (shocking I know) and maladaptive daydreaming as one does. So now it is my personal headcannon that the Apollo Cabin uses places around the camp to re-enact the musical when it is not actively in use. It’s only while they’re not in use because Chiron gave them all a lecture and dish duty and pegasus pen clean out for a month because they disrupted training one day while re-enacting the Circe Saga resulting in a few (read: multiple) injuries so now it’s either use non-active areas or don’t do it at all. And the Apollo Cabin would sooner die than not re-enact any musical much less Epic the Musical, so they do as they’re told.

They have a handful of places that are on rotation. 1st is the Mess Hall/area and they love to use this one to re-enact the ithaca saga because the pillars, torches, and tables make recreating “Hold them Down” and “Odysseus” real nice. And yes they do incorporate actual weapons. Don’t tell Chiron.

2nd-The wall is used on the occasion for the Troy Saga but it gets tiring climbing to the top so they switch it out every now and again for the amphitheater. It’s a lot easier to climb.

3rd- The Canoe Lake gets used a lot for the ocean saga and the underworld saga. Yes they do canoe across it every now and again for the authenticity. No they do not care about the concerned looks they get from other campers. Yes their spear throwing skills have improved because of the “aim for the sky” bit. They will occasionally use the lake for the Thunder Saga as well but they like to use a different place a lot more.

4th- The Amphitheater gets used a lot more for the Wisdom saga and the Circe Saga (though they do like to swap in the north woods every now and again for the Circe Saga because the Nymphs like to participate in that one every now and again.) They use the amphitheater mainly just because it feels right and that’s the best explanation you’re gonna get from them. Sometimes you just gotta go with the vibes man.

5th and final place is Cabin 1 and yes they do preform inside the cabin and yes it is used because Thalia is basically never home and well Jason’s dead so it’s free real-estate and yes they use it for the Thunder Saga and the Thunder Saga only. They’re pretty sure using it for the Thunder Saga is the only reason their cabin is still standing to be honest, Using this location did take a while for the whole cabin to warm up to because many of them were like “Zeus barely tolerates our dad he’s gonna fuckin kill us if we use his Cabin for this and he catches wind of it.” Eventually they all chilled out and started using it for it when enough of them hadn’t died for using it. Unbeknownst to them the only reason Zeus doesn’t do anything is because the damn musical does a good job representing him and damn it all if it isn’t catchy. So he lets it slide. For now.

red pyro vision headcannons: [i have a lot of thoughts and im not the best at words so please bear with me >.< i hope this isnt too confusing] I take from the meet the pyro video that is how they view the blu team or at least that is how they see them sometimes. see my headcannon for [red] pyro is that the closer u are with them in termz of friendship the better they can see you and distinguish between you and others.

for example on red team pyro is closest with engiee followed by sniper and scout so those 3 come through almost exactly as they are in reality but on the other end pyro doesn't get on with spy but because they are on the same team and pyro sees him enough they know who he is they just don't like him, his image would probably come through warped or not quite right, I also headcannon that pyro is a bit scared of medic because of doing yearly physical exams [pyro hates doing anything medical that requires them to take off their mask] so medic doesn't come through right either. soldier/ demo and heavy are middle ground soldier on the closer end towards scout and sniper.

but for the most part pyro doez recognise their team, they can understand what they are all saying [for the most part] and pyro does try to communicate with their team but obviously no one can really understand them. because of this they practiced very hard on certain phrases [using their in game voice lines for this] saying thank you to engiee and medic for healing and teleports respectively and praising their team for doing well [pyros "good job" that they do].

how red pyro sees the blu team - is very unreliable as red pyro isn't as close to them and doesn't see them as frequently as their own team, they are aware though that it's their job to "fight" blu team whatever that may mean for pyro on the day. sometimes they will see them as the cherubs like in meet the pyro but sometimes they see them completely differently see I think of pyro as having hallucinations/ delusions and just like in real life sometimes these flair up where its more intense and sometimes they have days where its not so bad so sometimez they can see blu team as they are pretty much, they will never quite look as they are in reality but it can get close if its a good day. for the most part I think blu tends to look a bit "unreal" like ur looking through a dream itz kinda hazy/ foggy their shapes and faces tend to blur or wobble in a way that just looks off not quite real not quite fake. I also think that pyro has face blindness so for example seeing a sniper without his hat and glasses becomez a confusing mess [applys to both teams].

if pyro takes their mask off or has it ripped/ broken or taken off by something else their vision is incredibly messed up, the world quite literally looks like its "broken" or "glitching" their eyes can't handle the sudden change and it sorta flickers between pyroland and reality and if they are not prepared to take their mask of willingly its very overstimulating and stressful they they end up panicking and will scrunch their face up really tight and cover their ears until they have their mask back on.

thiz is only my headcannons for red pyro for me blu pyro is a bit different.

anyways this got a bit long and rambly- i just have so many thoughts in my head especially about pyro >0< feel free to add ur own ideas/ headcannons/ thoughtz to this i love reading what other people think! also feel free to ask me my thoughts about anything else!!

OK SOOOO. FIRST OC. their ref iz a little old n messy buuut

here iz creature! theyre a project nexus oc based around arena mode! their origin iz offering, obvi, but my personal lore for them iz so . Out There.

so basically.. creature iznt the person who got offered up. creature iz the entity POSSESSING the body. creature iz originally a weird little facet of auditor themself, a piece of their powerz and body plucked off and given life. given the fact that they were only a small part of auditor, it couldnt leave the other place, but had a strong desire to do so.

when the ppl sacrificed the host body, it saw thiz az an opportunity and quickly took hold, possessing the body az the old host died. briefly they actually got to speak due to thiz!

herez a lil image i did recently of creature and their host separate

due to being literally just.. a part of the auditor, creature haz a few similaritiez to them!

however, thiz odez not make them like the auditor exactly. in fact, due to the fact that taking root in a body with preexisting memoriez passed the memoriez onto them [memoriez of dying, of the role the employerz played in it, etc] it gained a fear of the auditor. itz terrified of them coming back to take them away, to return it to the rest of their powerz, effectively killing them.

creature iz relatively close to the SQ boyz. theyre pretty attached to 2b, and are very fond of sanford and deimos. theyre also often seen with skinner, who haz to often change their bandagez when 2b iznt able to.

creature haz a strong disliking towardz hank, and steerz clear when possible. im not exactly sure WHEN arena mode takez place in the project nexus timeline, but if it takez place after story mode, then creature would be less.. afraid, and more just pissed off. by the time theyd learn abt hank they would already be close to the otherz, so theyd see him turning on them az a sort of. punishable offense.

oh, uh! and bcoz theyre possessing a corpse, their hair never growz anymore, and they cant heal very well! their time iz Incredibly limited.

back when i first cut my hair, i actually did a little comic for creature asking for the same thing! so herez that, itz kinda old lol :] i have yet to draw them w short hair lol

next up iz my most recent oc, felix!! hez just a normal madcom oc lol

now i know what ur thinking. "oh austin, soldatz dont get demoted! they just die!" and to that i say fuck u i make the rulez

anywayz. what his deal iz basically, he joined the aahw early on in itz creation. he waz around when everything waz Normal, and waz scared and stressed about everything, and waz very desperate for something Normal. the auditor promised him that if he joined them, theyd offer protection in return for servicez. they also promised that the agency would eventually return the world to normal, which sealed the deal for felix

obviously he started az just a normal grunt, but climbed the rankz pretty quickly. not even due to any skillz, just simply because he waz weirdly optimistic. he managed to boost the morale of most gruntz or agentz he worked with, which - due to it boosting general efficiency - caught the auditorz attention. their logic, in making him a soldat, waz that hed be able to spread 'good morale' to more important groupz, and be able to up their efficiency.

he usually worked with a group of agentz and engineerz, but would often get sent to work with the mag agentz! hez really close to torture specifically, and likez just rambling around him.

aside from being good morale, felix was also a good shot! waz real good w longer distance gunz n stuff, lookout too sometimez. unfortunately, thiz often got him stationed at high risk areaz, which led to his group eventually being absolutely decimated by hank. he waz literally the only survivor, and it waz by pure luck.

hank had actually like.. ripped out his little. eye thing. which waz Surgically Attached. so that waznt really fun! felix tried putting it back in but had messed up, making it kinda permanently lopsided.

auditor had initially debated finishing him off when they came to check out the damagez, but decided to keep him around and heal him up for future use. he waz stationed to stay ONLY with the magz, due to his relation with torture . it waz basically so that he could keep an eye on them and help them redirect their frustrationz before any massacrez could happen lol.

eventually though, he became paranoid of sticking around. he didnt show it outwardly, and haz a habit of bottling his emotionz, but he waz terrified that any day would be his last, that auditor would have finally found a replacement for him and kill him off - soldatz dont get demoted, after all. they just die.

he payz attention to the people who get caught dissenting, he takez a note out of 2bz book, and now he planz in secret to escape one day. he doez a pretty good job of keeping it under wrapz, but he planz to ask torture to come with him when he leavez! he wouldnt forgive himself if he left torture to stay. :]

OH and deimos and sanford dont really like felix. hez a soldat, not an engineer, but that doeznt really change the fact that his coworkerz killed deimos at some point. so theyre very cautious around him.

• funny enough, he'z not in a phase . this is just how he really is . just the sarcastic and edgy teen he is .

• colette is actually his childhood best friend . they grew up together and he was the first person she opened up to about her interest in starr park . edgar was the one who got her the pen .

• he only took the job, cause he wanted to stay in touch with colette and actually do something with his life .

• edgar made his scarf by himself, but he doesn't wanna admit it, as he doesn't wanna seem like a goody-two-shoez . it'z unknown how he made the endz of his scarf move around, but he just sayz it'z just the wind .

• he'z autistic, just like colette . he can stim by flapping the endz of his scarf . and

• despite showing himself as edgy, edgar is actually very kind to some people . well, only colette & byron . ( who i can see being his parental figure )

• when griff'z not around, he sneakz off and goes do his own stuff . he sometimez takez colette along too, but she tellz griff the truth . they only have to work an extra hour if they do that .

• edgar likez to spraypaint on wallz, when he'z not at work . he rarely getz in trouble and even painted something for colette on a starr park building, but got painted over .

• he may like emo bandz, but he enjoyz some avant-pop music too .

• he'z easy to make angry and violent . he just doesn't like to go haywire around his boss or colette, cause he would get in trouble . but otherwise, he'z pretty chill around people .

• edgar workz front counter of the gift shop, and usually just avoidz annoying customerz . sometimez, he just avoidz work entirely, by saying he'z sick .

• he doesn't like starr park as much as colette, but he'z happy to listen to the other ramble non-stop about it . he doesn't have a favorite brawler, but he lovez the mystery surrounding the park .

hmm. mango iznt a huge fan of spiderz, but despite that, he iz Very interested in darkz virabotz i think. hed pick one up and sorta look it over and ask dark a bunch of questionz, and obviously dark will w/o hesitation just fuckin infodump about them, which i think mango would do that thing where someone iz listening to someone they love talk and they just stare at them w the most love stricken face ever, just pure no thoughtz, head "i love thiz person so much."

darkz a very animated talker too, id think, so youd have thiz contrast of one guy very animatedly talking and waving his armz around excitedly and the other watching with almost literal fuckin heart eyez, head on the hand and everything LMAO

they probably act both like a new highschool couple [ie, very touchy, stupid/cheesy pet namez, all in all being very loud and open about it] and also simultaneously like those cool unclez at family gatheringz that have a job theyd probably get in legal trouble for lol, all cool n shit. definitely the type of guyz to be the "partnerz in crime" type of couple.

ohh speaking of that, if they were to actually 100% team up and try to take ppl down, they would be a TERRIFYING opponent. forcez to be reckoned with for real. like, you got a godlike entity that can destroy the very thing that makez you up [ie, code], and ANOTHER guy thatz trying too hard to be a god with a staff of an item that can decimate you INSTANTLY if he so chosez. they both just choose not to do thiz bcoz a, dark likez his family, and b, mango likez being a king with power over people, not an empty world. lol. so yknow itz a win-win for everyone involved.
