this probably sounds really boring but i love to imagine cherik just speaking to each other in different languages

like they would be having a debate or playing chess and then five minutes in they’ve switched to french and then five minutes after that it’s hebrew or something

i feel like maybe during first class, Erik mutters something in hebrew or german and Charles responds in hebrew/german

Erik, in german: You know German?

Charles, now in french: Of course, I do.

Erik just ended up quizzing Charles on every language he knows for an hour 😭

something funny would be if cherik are in the kitchen yelling at each other in korean or something and everyone else thinks they’re fighting but they’re just discussing what they want for dinner (they are fighting but think they’re just being sneaky 😭)

idk anyway i also have a headcanon that Charles helps Erik with his nightmares and they end up spending time in the astral plane all night

they get up to…. activities.. 👀
