I'm probably going to sound stupid but whatever i have been wondering about this since i started the series and idk who to ask:

So back at the start of the series, when we are introduced to the idea that you are responsible for the consequences of saving someone, yuji asks megumi why he saved him. This confused me even back then because to me it didn't feel like that was the case, even back then i didn't think Gojo would have let yuji just die like that. And i still think that Gojo would have saved Yuji from execution.

Yet, when Yuji and Megumi talk about it it's explained as Megumi saving Yuji from execution. Not only at the detention center, but also when Sukuna told Yuji that people would die because of him, Yuji's first though was that he didn't want Megumi to know.

Is this like, a matter of Megumi and Yuji genuinely thinking Gojo would have let Yuji die? or is it less about the actual act, and more about the intention, about Megumi thinking Yuji is someone that deserves to be saved? but that one doesn't explain Megumi being presented as partly responsible for the damage Sukuna does in Yuji's body.

Hi anon!! I'll answer to the best of my capabilities.

Yes, when Yuuji talks about Megumi saving him, he does mean when he told Gojo that he didn't want him to die. It is mostly about intention, and about their characters as a whole. Let me explain.

Megumi wanted to save Yuuji because Yuuji is a good person and he didn't want to see a good person die. That's why he told Gojo to save him from the execution. For Yuuji, that simple act of Megumi believing in him to be a good person enough (despite knowing him for like half an hour tops) to want to stop an execution (and go against regulations) is what it means for him that Megumi saved him. And for Megumi, that act of telling Gojo he didn't want him to die and to "do something about it" because Yuuji exactly fit the bill of the type of people he wants to save, is what it means that he saved him.

Megumi's character is very rooted in bearing responsibility and the burden of your actions, that's why because he made such a big decision to advocate for the walking time bomb that is Sukuna's Vessel, he shoulders the burden of that decision by bearing responsibility to anything Yuuji (and by extension, Sukuna) does.

That's why he says our fault at the end of Shibuya. He holds himself responsible for any and all damage Sukuna makes because he was the one that chose to keep Yuuji alive, that chose to go against Jujutsu Regulations to save him just because he's a good person (and a decision he's yet to regret). To him, the moment he chose to save Yuuji, they were in this together. They both shouldered the burden of Sukuna. (Though currently in the manga, this became more real lol)

While Gojo did have his own agenda of why he wanted to save Yuuji (foster powerful allies) Megumi's request had a sizable sway in his decision. Seeing his student that normally follows the rules of being a Jujutsu Sorcerer and who (probably) never actually went out of his way to request something from Gojo (considering we know they rarely ever train together) affected the decision greatly. For Gojo, seeing Megumi want to save someone so much so he wants him to avoid execution, meant that he saved him.

The situation is not so literal, as Gojo was the one who did save him from the execution, but Megumi wanting Yuuji to live and asking that of his teacher means, to all three of them, that Megumi was the one that saved Yuuji.

If i were to make an analogy, I'd say Yuuji is the defendant, Megumi is the lawyer, and Gojo is the Judge. Sure, the Judge is the one who decides to save the Defendant from a death sentence, but it's the Lawyer that presents their case to try and get the Defendant off of death row. The defendant doesn't say "the Judge saved me" when they get pardoned, but they say "my Lawyer saved me" does that make sense? Im really terrible at analogies sorry lol

I hope i explained it well anon!! sorry if i kept repeating any points / or didnt make sense in some areas (╥_╥) if its still confusing you let me know and ill try to explain it in a better way idm!!! i want people to understand the source material as much as possible so ask away!!! Hi @shutupshirley! I’m not a big specialist on windows version of TS2 and UC but I believe there are two folders you have to look at and they are ‘Fun with Pets’ and ‘Open for Business’

Oh, yes, I was thinking about this matter at some point! Feverfewian is what I came up with. I even found a wiki article about different names for different town inhabitants to sort of made it up a bit, but I haven’t write down the result I had and now I’ve lost it. I think feverfewians sounds best, it can even have some silly derivatives like ‘fewies’

Hi @3sushiroll! Yes, TS2 parses SC4 roads this way. I always put some decorative road in the gap or I make the shores narrower so that the bride would overlap the road. But to make slopes where the road ends equal, you have to use TS2 terraforming tool to make this flat empty piece of terrain right after the road end into slope so that it would look like the opposite.

Hey anon! Thank you! Yes, this old set of walkways was made this way. Maxis made neighborhood mode roads float, so I had to do the same with road related decorations. But now you can use these Cobblestone paths or side walks from the Rural Charm, they’re as close to the ground as possible.

Hi nonne! As far as I’m aware, you can only default replace those apartment doors which is quite useless. What you can do, is to put an apartment door right behind the front door. This, obviously, would eat up the space but could work as a solution.

Hi anon! I’m glad you liked Feverfew! ^__^ In theory, you can use SimPE or Lot Editor to change lot type from residential to apartment and then implement apartment doors somehow, but since I don’t have AL in my Super Collection, I have zero experience in that.

I’m definitely not a helper on the matter of keeping Downloads folder organised, sorry ^^’‘ I would thing about finding sets of files with similar names keeping eye on the absence of the word ‘mesh’ in the names, and looking at the file size at the same time. And that would take ages, obviously.��

Hello Arda! That’s because of the neighborhood camera you’re using. I’d recommend you to install this particular camera just to get rid of flickering.

Hey anon! Sometimes you have to do these weird steps in order to make it work:

remove Better Nightlife + water mod from your downloads folder,

load the game, load the neighborhood, make some changes, exit game

put Better Nightlife with water back. Toggle day/night with ‘L’ key to see if it works. If it’s not, than the problem is somewhere else. Pink flashing also could be unrelated to Better Nightlife, so I’d recommend to check TS2 graphics setting for Win10 manuals available.

Hello, anon! What’s current season you’re having in your game? It can be the season lighting differences that make roadside and terrain grass colors different. If it’s not, I’d check the Downloads folder to see if there’s still some terrain DRs I’ve forgot about.

Hey @pinkflamingosims! I hope you’re doing well! Yes, some hood decos are really make the game crash and frankly speaking, I think that’s jsut package related issues like broken references in the resource tree. The best way to fix this type of hood decos is to make a clean and stable new clone and replace mesh/textures again.

Hello anon! Thank you! Oh, red flashing could be the result of lighting mod not being installed correctly. I’d start with getting rid of any lighting mods to see if it helps.

Hello and thank you, anon! The problem with the decals – we can’t see it in lot mode yet. And it must be a DR only so we’d have to ditch one of the Maxis’ decals for dirt road, which isn’t great too.

Hey anon! You can use it with lighting mods that add dusk and dawn to the game. For instance, there’s one here by @dreadpirate​.

Hello nonnie! I’d recommend to check the meshes to see if day/night parts clip through each other and if they aren’t I’d check if all the day/night TXMT data is correct.

Being Criquette, you should know the solution to that issue yourself :P Just kidding, sorry, couldn’t resist! If it flashes pink only by night than you have to check your ‘Downloads’ folder for conflicts. If it’s flashing constantly day and night, than I’d better check graphics setting using some windows related guides available across the Internet.

Hello anon! What type of the trees you’re using? Stand alone or default ones? If you’re using defaults, you can find the trees under Maxi’s oaks accordingly. As for the flashing blue railway tracks, check if you have this set in your ‘Downloads’ folder :)

Hi there! Ah, most kind, thank you ^^ Well, there’s no big deal in creating hood decos. You have to switch your SimPE to advanced mode and after that neighborhood decoration will be visible in the catalogue to be cloned. I assume you already know how to make lot mode objects and know how to create, edit or convert meshes/textures though.

Hey anon, thank you! Unfortunately, there’s no way to make decorative road pieces work for lot mode and neighborhood mode at the same time. If you lift them so they look okay in hood mode, they will float in the air in lot mode. Since my latest creations are lot mode oriented, I’ve decided to save my efforts on making road pieces even with neigborhood mode roads.

Hey anon! There’s definitely some files missing. If you’ve checked and redownloaded all the files, try to replace the Feverfew neighborhood folder with initial one. The game never restores disappeared hood decos by itself. Even if they were placed in the folder after their absence is discovered.

Hello @simping-simmer​, you’re absolutely right. You can change the height of placed hood decos via SimPE. Things you need to do are described here and here

Hey anon and thank you! I don’t think hood deco chainlink fences were created by someone yet, but they definitely would be a great addition to the game. I was going to create some while working on Feverfew, but never had enough time to do that. May be i’ll make one at some point in the future!

Hello anon! Ugh, this TS2 ‘feature’ is driving me mad quite often too! Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to get rid of it. The only way to fix the consequences is to backup initial hood folder and when you finish placing lots, replace spoiled terrain with the initial one with SimPE or HoodReplace.

“Isn’t it weird our 17-year-old son is spending his Saturday with his Nana?”  

Jake asks his wife one day, getting suspicions after few weeks of Atlas staying all afternoons at Karen’s on work days (Amy responds that she finds it endearing, and hopes her own future grandchildren spend so much time with her when they’re teenagers). Jake’s totally aware of his son’s special bond with his Mum and is very grateful for it but still, call it 6th sense or work-related bias after so many years being a cop, he can’t help but feel something is off.  

Sure, Atlas and Karen’s bond is truly special, especially given the fact that he’s a teenager and kids his age are not mostly known for spending an awful lot of their afternoons with their Nana. But they have just so much in common, Karen being the only competent person supporting his love for cooking and helping him with developing his skills making with him all kinds of weird foods only Uncle Charles seems to enjoy.  

(At a very early stage of his life it turned out cooking is Atlas’ passion and since his parents aren’t very talented in that area, it was Jake’s mum who’s helped Atlas to discover his skills. As he grew older, he started making more sophisticated dishes, he learned to bake and make all sorts of pickled vegetables. He even made some jams one summer and the amount of jars full of sweet substance was so enormous, the whole family still has their pantry packed with it, even after a giveaway to the whole Nine-Nine squad). And his Nana was there throughout it all - such victories as the first batch of well-done pierogis for Mother’s Day one year, or a 5-level birthday cake for Jake. But she was there for the failures as well, like when a whole box with jars of pickled beetroots gone bad and Atlas, being a sensitive boy, cried all afternoon because of it.)  

Eventually, Jake convinces his wife to visit Karen later that day. “What do you say we pay my mum a surprise visit this afternoon?” To which suggestion she agrees eagerly, realizing Karen might appreciate them doing groceries for her.  

Jake knows he’s been right seeing the unpleasant surprise on his Mum’s face the moment she opens the door, seeing him at her porch with bags in his hands. 

“Jake?” Karen’s bewilderment, showing in her eyes being wide, is priceless.  

Busted.  

“Hello Karen!” a muffled shout comes from his car, where Amy is picking up the rest of the groceries they got for her. Conspiracy visit or not, his mum still is an old lady, who needs help with basic chores (even though she has a hard time admitting it).  

Jake gives his - still a bit in shock - mum a quick kiss on the cheek and heads straight to the kitchen, for one to leave the bags there and for two to get over with this mission on catching his son red-handed as soon as possible.  

The problem is, the kitchen is empty.  

“Amy, my love, Jake - would you like a cup of coffee? And cake?”  

“Oh, yes please!” his wife obliviousness of the situation really taking place (Karen trying to distract him from finding his son) is annoying, but Jake couldn’t clue Amy in, because she’d call him obsessive and would made an awful lot fun of him.  

“Mum, where’s Atlas?”  

He goes past her, ignoring her attempts to distract him from going further the hallway (while Amy’s still blissfully unaware of her husband and mother-in-law’s game, cheerfully asking about Karen’s well being).  

There’s no sign of Atlas all over Jake’s childhood’s house so the only place left for Sergeant Peralta to look for is the garage. And that’s where he finds his one and only son doing a thing he would never accuse him of, startling Jake and filling his heart with horror, simultaneously shattering it to pieces.  

HIS SON IS BREWING BEER.  

For a moment Jake thinks he’s having a heart attack, his legs suddenly too weak to hold him and Amy seeing him in that state rushes to his side and only then she notices the source of her husband’s sudden deterioration. There is a million thoughts going through her mind but there is one that is especially loud ‘HE’S UNDERAGE, HE’S NOT SUPPOSED TO DRINK ALCOHOL NOT TO MENTION MAKING IT’ but also a quiet one ‘How did my son turn into my boring ex-boyfriend?’ .   

She orders her son to go straight to the car and as Jake starts to feel better they all go home in a suffocating silence. Jake feels heartbroken seeing that his son shares a passion with his wife’s ex-boyfriend (especially when only last month Atlas confessed to him that “only the first Die Hard movie is good, Dad”) and doesn’t utter one word even when his wife makes a long and loud lecture to their son once they arrive at Santiago-Peralta household. In the spur of the moment she bans Atlas from making any more alcohol which results in Atlas shutting himself in his room for the rest of the evening.  

Mr. and Mrs. Santiago-Peralta spend the rest of the day questioning all their parenting choices, wondering when did they put him on this road to being a boring person. Especially Jake can’t see a moment when everything went wrong - his son has made so many explicit “Title of your sex tape” jokes ever since he was 13, he and Ana team up every year for a Halloween Heist, not failing to fool their old parents for 3 years straight now and they go together to the waterpark every year (just the two of them, some quality father-son time) -in Jake’s eyes Atlas is the most fun person he knows (but don’t tell Amy that).  

Their self-pity party gets interrupted by their 22-year-old daughter Ana, who enters demanding answers as to why everyone is acting so weird today. After telling her the whole story of the staggering discovery at Nana’s, she tells them how Atlas has been afraid to tell them about his new hobby for the longest time, knowing of their weird prejudice towards beers that are not Blue Moon (or Corona if they feel fancy).  

(Actually it was Ana herself, gutted by her parents taste in beers, who convinced them shortly after her 21st birthday - discovering there is more to adult alcohol-drinking-life than the cheapest beers in her parents’ fridge - to switch to Dos Equis (her personal favourite), so that the policy of ‘not drinking anything that doesn’t taste like piss’ is no longer on the table. Their resentment towards trying anything new beer-related was obvious and weird to their kids even.)  

Ana’s revelation actually makes them even more sad - to know their son kept a secret from them, being anxious of their reaction feels like a true parenting failure for the Santiago-Peralta couple. Sure, their interaction with Teddy has been traumatic for the both of them, the memory of it still giving Amy a Pilsner-TSD. But they see now so clearly it should have never influenced their behaviour towards their son.  

“He has foreseen you might react this way so he decided to keep his mouth shut. And Nana was his partner in crime because she’s just the best, obviously.” 

And they reacted in the worst way possible. Especially Amy seems to have huge regrets regarding her outburst.  

She has tears in her eyes, cursing herself for being so harsh before, and she’s overcome with the strongest urge to just hug her son and never let go (well she has this urge constantly from the second he was born but sometimes this need gets just unbearable just like in this moment) so she sprints to his room, apologizing and hugging him until he’s all abashed from the sudden affection coming from his mother ( “It’s okay Mum, I’m not even angry anymore. Could you let go, I can’t feel the half of my body, you’re crushing me.”).  

“We owe you an apology, Atlas. We should have trusted you with this instead of being so close-minded when it comes to beer.” Once Amy finally lets her son breath again, loosening her grip on him, Jake takes a seat next to him.  

“Where is your animosity towards beer coming from anyway?” Their son’s question catches them off guard and there’s no way for them to hide it, as they start to mumble incoherent excuses.  

“It’s... just that at one point your Mum was really sick of it.”  

“Title of your sex tape, Dad!”  

After Jake high-fives his son and his wife rolls her eyes with a fond smile forming on her lips, they make a promise to Atlas to never ever react that way to anything happening in his life and he assures them he will not drink his own beer (Jake doesn’t believe this promise for a second but Amy seems to be satisfied with his answer). As Amy makes a move to leave, Jake stalls, almost insecure and tries to make an attempt to fix what once was an unbreakable bond with his son (before he stabbed his back with the Die Hard confession and start this new “a-lot-like-Teddy” hobby) asking him about his new interest.  

(Of course he’s being overly dramatic - such a silly thing would never jeopardize his relationship with Atlas. Still, Jake can’t help but feel a bit left out, jealous even, of not sharing Teddy’s knowledge of beers so that he can impress his son and engage in this new passion of his.)  

“So, what is it you’re brewing there, buddy? Some good ol’ pilsners?” Jake’s knowledge about beers is really limited and he has never even tried expanding it, what he mildly regrets right now.  

“Pilsners, Dad? Really? Who do you think I am? Some old, boring Czech guy? Pilsners are like the worst type of beers! There’s nothing fun about them. They’re BORING. I brew Ales and sometime Weizenbiers but NEVER Pilsners!” 

His son is so indignant and almost offended Jake would think he has anything to do with THE MOST BORING type of beer his heart warms and he becomes overwhelmed with a wave of affection towards his son, resulting in him grabbing Atlas' round face in his palms and planting a very manly kiss on his forehead. They spend most of Sunday talking about Atlas’ new hobby (Jake actually learning a lot of new and surprisingly interesting facts about beer brewing).  

(Jake’s the first person honored to taste the first sip of next batch of Atlas’ beer and is pleasantly surprised finding out he actually likes it. When he pats his son on the back, showing his appreciation, a giant beam appears on Atlas’ face, the one, as Amy says, that makes him look exactly like his father.)

Sadly all my magic rituals to try and scry directly inside Hoshino’s mind haven’t worked just yet, so I can’t answer this question - also, looks like DGM isn’t in the line-up for Jump SQ Crown this month either :( so we won’t know for at least another four months still - since Lavi’s my absolute most fave and thinking about the situation he’s in makes me feel literal pain and no actual solution to it seems to want to come any time soon, I try to think about it as little as I can. After six years of waiting for him denial has become my best friend, anon 👍

I wouldn’t say he cares more for others than himself, but he definitely does have different standards for others compared to those he uses on himself - then again, isn’t that just how people with low self-esteem always act? BUT!!! I have all the good reasons to think that Bakugou’s words have significantly lessened Kirishima’s inferiority complex about his quirk (because I’m locating that chat before the license exam and when you think about it since around then Kiri has been acting more confidently !!!) so I don’t think you should worry too much anymore! Kirishima has Bakugou and Bakugou has Kirishima and they keep each other good and positive and that’s beautiful and I’m alive

most enthusiastic participants would be Snipe and Toshi, Cementoss would have no problems with it either and his quirk is handy for cool effects, Midnight is kind of live and let live about the whole deal but doesn’t mind stopping by to look at them making fools of themselves now and again - most of the students are like ???? why tho the first time because they aren’t kids anymore and there’s no reason for this, Iida though doesn’t even question sitting through the whole thing because it’s their teachers and it’s just the right thing to do, Izuku does the same but just because All Might, Ochako stays because Izuku and Iida stay, same for Todoroki, and if Ochako stays so does Tsuyu - Kirishima and Mina are the only actually enthusiastic ones out of Baku’s group but they got a way to bring all of the squad together for it anyway, Baku included, they’re noisy and pushy just enough for that… actually when I think about it in the end everyone would stay at least the first time for one reason or another , and then the show starts, and it’s with quirks and really out of scale on the special effects  with microphones and bgm and shifting stages and so on and this was supposed to help the students with sleeplessness but at this point it’s just the teachers having fun and together with them the kids as well no one goes to sleep any time soon when they put together a show lbr

and I want to thank you all.. every single soul that writes me and posts me stuff there. I know that many of you are shy, but trust me... there’s no reason to be shy. I’m happy you follow me and like my stuff.

It gives me strength and motivation to do lots more!

Anon 1: Hmhm, I’m not sure why you think like this. There is no real reason for him to hurt himself. He hasn’t got this self-destructive nature like Red. He would try to get his steam off in another way. Blue’s childhood is rather nice and warm, so he had no reason to hurt himself. But if something bad happened... he might not tell Pap about it....

Anon 3 & Anon 5 This is a rather old one. But I still want to react to this, since it annoyed me a little. I talked alot to cookies about this and friends and I don’t know. I hope people will not complain about it too much anymore. You have to consider that it takes honestly tons of time to decide on a constellation of panels, scenes... perspective and dialoge for a comic page like in Sympathy. (Since I do a manga-alike version). I am focusing on STORY, EMOTIONS and SCENES. I don’t bother much with the speech balloons for a reason. Usually the drawings should tell half of the story... the text is just the addition to get it right. So... I will try to make it less confusing for you guys. But srsly... I won’t put fucking numbers on the ballons and I refuse to draw arrows every time. IT makes the page look awful. I believed that the color of the ballons would help to get the order too, but I expected too much.This is still a fun project and I have no desire to bother on little shit like that. The most people should be able to find the right order after a while of reading it. So yeah. Not bothering much with this. I am happy that there are cookies like Anon 5 who respect my art and don’t complain about these stupid little matters. It did bug me at first but now I know that I will work on this just a lil’ bit more. Don’t expect too much tho.

Anon 4: Phew. Well.. this is a longer story. Let’s say I’ve got tons of theories how special characters would interact with each other. You will see some of these interactions in Sympathy alot. (e.g. Black/Red, Black/Edge, Stretch/Pup, Pup/Edge) Since Undertale is excluded there... I can only tell you what I personally think. Black and Pup can see alot in Ut!pap. They can read him liek an open book because they can interprete and see signals that others cannot see. E.g. They do know that he’s mostly putting of a nice and kind maskerade and doesn’t show you his true feelings. They are very neutral towards him since they don’t search for a fight with him. Uhm.. I’ve got other ideas too but it’s actually a topic for itself... maybe I’ll tell you more if you ask for it... haha..

@blue4thewin Welp, that’s a fucking good question. Didn’t I mention that my interpretation of SwapPap is actually a very dark and shitty one? He’s a real jerk, cookies. Don’t trust him... (I still want him to toy with me tho... fml). Glad you like my Black so much <3 He’s my favorite along with Pup at the moment. Can’t have enough Swapfell <3

There’s much stuff going on in RL and I don’t feel good about forcing myself on lining the pages that I’m preparing. I do find it relaxing on doing smal doodles, artworks and short comics. Especially since I’m so eager to draw more stuff about Swapfell Dawn. So thanks alot!
