WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 1989 Sure enough, Margaret turned out to be not quite as ugly as Mary or Linda, but she wasn’t too much prettier, either. A definite butch, too. She had nice teeth and ok eyes, but her hair was disgusting.

She was very hyper and nervous, and I feel bad for her cuz she really did mean well. She is very friendly and honest and she just wants to settle down with someone and love them and be loved in return. I think she’d be good for someone and would never hurt them but I’m fucking sick and tired of getting all the ugly ones! Why me, huh?!?! Am I that ugly myself?

I give up. I hate bars, and it just wasn’t meant to be. At age 23, if you’ve never been loved by someone decent and attractive, then it’s never gonna happen. Even if I got someone fairly decent, they’re still always ugly. Does God consider it a sin for me to be touched by someone I’m sexually turned on by? Does He also feel that I should think that looks aren’t everything? They aren’t, but what good is having a decent and compatible lover who’s so ugly?

Well, to change the subject, I’m not going to Gloria’s concert tonight cuz Phil had some financial problems where he needed money for his business.

I want to call Florida where Estefan Enterprises are to see if I can get a tour book.

I can’t wait till I leave this Saturday. I really need a break cuz I’ve been feeling like complete shit both physically and emotionally. Hopefully, this vacation will revive me till I have to come back to my boring life. Since I can’t work, and have nothing to do, especially with Andy working 3rd shift and sleeping in the daytime, and since I can’t be with anyone, I’m going crazy.

Tammy wants me to move down with her and I really think I will cuz I’m losing my energy. I have no motivation to do my music or to do anything really and I won’t even mention my sleeping and eating habits. I need my family now for sure.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 1989 The morning before yesterday at around 10:00, I got this call from a girl named Margaret. I was tempted to hang up on her at first, but we ended up talking for over two hours. By now we’ve talked on the phone for a total of 6 hours. She seems very, very friendly and honest, despises drugs and wants to settle down with someone the right way with no lies or cheating and she thinks along the same lines as I do. Everything I want, like, don’t want or don’t like she agrees with.

The only thing that bugs me a little is that her accent is like Mary D and she’s from Westerly, Rhode Island, but that’s minor as long as she’s Miss Right and is attractive, but that’s my biggest fear right there. Is God ever gonna allow me someone attractive, even if they’re right for me? No way!

I mean, she sounds far from ugly and is definitely gonna be many steps prettier than Mary or Linda, but she tells me she’s not feminine and doesn’t wear makeup, earrings or skirts and dresses. There have been some women who were in between butch and feminine that I found attractive but not many.

Well, maybe God will bend the rules this time, but I doubt it. I am gonna be honest with her if she doesn’t turn me on sexually which I think will devastate her from the way she sounds. I mean, inside she seems all I’ve ever wanted, but outside I just know there won’t be any physical attraction.

Oh God, please change the rules and let me be attracted to her! Please!!

She’s gonna be here tomorrow at around 10:00 after a 2-hour drive.

She has a good-paying job and makes good money which I’d never use her for, likes the same kind of activities, loves to cook, says she’ll be behind my music career 100% of the way, wants to get married someday, and possibly a child, weighs 120, is 5’ 6”, but her hairstyle kind of sounds like that of a butch. She says it’s getting long and is going to continue to let it grow, and all of this is great, but I just hope to God I’m as attracted to her as she’ll no doubt be to me.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 1989 To finish my story of what happened when I called that number to try to get to know other women, I learned that most of them were just out for sex just like men. Today there is no such thing as love. The thing today is strictly sex. Two people gave me the wrong number, one was supposed to be here last Thursday at 7:30 and never showed up, one left a message on my machine saying she’d call me back but never did, one called to leave a message and never returned my call, some guys called me about threesomes with their wives, and 3 different times while I was in the middle of talking to either boring women or women just wanting sex, the line was disconnected and I know they didn’t hang up. It was more like a case of divine intervention.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1989 At 2:00 this afternoon, I have to meet with Eric (Mr. Attitude) about re-enrolling for next semester which isn’t till next Feb., but better later than never again. I had to drop out cuz of bronchitis at my doctor’s advice and he gave me a note, although for the last 3 days, I’ve been feeling better. My nose and chest had been driving me crazy for so long and still do if I smoke too much or strong cigarettes like Marlboro. My new doctor, Dr. McGovern, is a super nice guy with a great sense of humor and really is trying to help. The only thing, though, is that the antibiotic the ER gave me never worked. Then Dr. McGovern tried two more things that also never worked. One of them made me puke, but as long as I go easy on the ciggies, it is considerably better. I just don’t have what it takes to quit yet, but if I did it would certainly help 100%. I will someday. I still don’t know if I need shots. I doubt it. One thing I do know for sure from when they did the preliminary allergy testing is that I am allergic to cat, dog and horse dander as well as dust, mold and dust mites, but I’ve known that since I was a very young kid.

I got restless cuz I had run out of ciggies and was dying for one, so finally, at around 4:00, Steve got home from his job at Westover Air Force Base and gave me some. He’s the black guy living across the hall.

I left a message on the school’s machine for Eric to get back to me about rescheduling our appointment cuz by 2:00 I’ll have been up 24 hours and need to sleep.

If Andy doesn’t go to school in February with me, although I really think he wants to go if our classes aren’t scheduled around the same time, then I’ll have to go elsewhere. It’d be nice to get someone who goes to homes cuz here I have my keyboard and all my tapes, but I doubt it. Guitar or piano lessons are one thing but I’m quite sure voice teachers don’t go to people’s homes. Especially the good ones. Also, no matter where else I go, or if someone comes to me, it’ll cost me a fortune. Voice lessons just aren’t cheap, but what is?

Andy should be home in the next half-hour. Then I can tell him I’m going to Florida from December 2nd to the 9th, and also that Philip and his new girlfriend Maria, are taking me to see Gloria on Nov. 29th at the Hartford Civic Center. That’s my Hanukkah gift, and a leather mini skirt is supposed to be my b-day gift. He says he’s gonna take some pictures of me since I have no recent ones of me and that I’ve never looked better in my life. I’m a perfect 10 from head to toe except for my being slightly bow-legged, my crooked teeth and a few zits. I break out before my period.

I leave on December 2nd at 1pm on flight 777. Philip’s gonna take me to the airport. When I return on December 9th on flight 570 at 9:25, Marty and Ruth are gonna pick me up. Phil’s gonna call the airport in advance to make sure the plane didn’t get canceled like the last time.

I’m looking forward to having a good time with my parents and I really think I will this time. We’ve had a lot of talks and have gotten along much better for a while now. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that Mom, Dad, and Tammy really see that I can sing and the talents I have achieved instrumentally, too. I sang for my sister on the phone and she was shocked. It was the first time since Thanksgiving of last year that she heard me. She’s been so supportive of it and really wants me to move down still and be with her, and she wants to help me with my singing and to find someone and it’s not a bribe. She really means it or else she’d be the last person to suggest it or get involved in any way.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 1989 Well, once again I seem to have been severely punished by God or something, but I knew it would happen, I asked for it and I’ve paid the consequences. It all comes down to trying to find love and romance again. And for once I’m not the least bit upset by what I’m about to write about cuz like I said, I expected it all the while knowing damn well that you cannot fight God and what’s in the cards for you. I’ve known since the day I was born that my sole destiny in life was to be a singer. Not everyone can have their cake and eat it, too. Some things are meant to be for some people and some things aren’t. Besides, you can’t mix love with the music business as demanding as it is. Especially with the fact that most people are jealous of musically talented people, and they feel like you’re superior to them, so they feel threatened by you and they run. Also, people are scared of people who are attractive cuz they fear they’ll lose you to other people.

What happened was that I called this number in which you leave a message about yourself for other gay women. You can also leave messages to men or a man can leave a message to either another man or a woman. I was supposed to meet this girl named Amy tonight here at 7:30, but she never showed up, then at around 9:00, I went to return a phone call to someone named Cathy and the number was out of service, so I know for sure what God’s been trying to tell me. To either be alone or be with a man.

Tadaomi Karasuma

Karasuma appears intimidating and has a terrible sense of humor but he’s much softer once you get to know him. Karasuma is brutally honest… he also gets flustered way too easily but he’s decent at containing it. 

Karasuma has learned to hide his emotions for his occupation so you won’t see him emotional very often. Karasuma struggles to communicate his emotions a lot. Karasuma dosent have many hobbies but there hobbies he does have he does them very often.  

Karasuma loves activity being active makes him feel productive. Karasuma isn’t the best at conversations so listening is preferred. Karasuma has never been the type to depend on others. He may seem grumpy 24/7 but he just isn’t very good at displaying how he feels. Tardiness isn’t a word is Karasumas mind. He is always on time.

I Heard- their demo the other day and it sounds like they do the marketing for you and basically, you just do art.

That would work great for me if they do a halfway decent job if it, because I do all kinds of work…fine arts to graphics to graffiti cuz I am always trying something new, but I can always fall back on photo-realism if need be.

Serially, I can do series on a similar subject matter, I am just not sure if they are worth the investment. If I understand correctly, it’s $1000 up front & $50-&60 a month, then I suppose they get a commission on each piece sold, so if they hustle, they could do quite well.

I produce a lot that never gets posted, some days I do 20-30 pieces (graphics) or draw 10-20 sketches. Once 👁i get a studio to run my airbrush, I could do a hellovalot more unless staying photo-realist, then it is a day or two to produce a painting.

Let me know cuz I am tired of hiding in the forest & wanna get out to a life worthwhile again.

What I found was they are pretty much all alike with a few difference that are insignificant really. None really have the internet presence that can do much, if anything for you and many I would stay away from like the plague.

I have found the best way to promote and seel your work online to be getting a webite with FASO ( Fine Art Studio Online). You can start as low as $12 per month. You can build your own website with their live help and be online within an hour with a first class website.

So what does this mean/ One they promote your site, the have regular free marketing seminar almost every week and each id archived so you can refer back at any time. They have a "Shopping Cart" so clients can buy direct from you (no commission). There are weekly marketing tips an artist can do besides the full seminars I mentioned. They have a print on demand and suggestions of the best way to market your prints also. Another thing I like is I am in control of my website. I add or remove all content as I see fit and whatever I want to do they will assit in getting it done if at all possible.

I have my own website on FASO ( faso.com) for about 8 years now and never regreted it. Top artists from all over te world also have their websites here. I only mentioned a few of the benefits. I do not work for them in anyway. My strong recommendation comes strictly from my experience with them as a paying customer. [ 365 Days of SasuHina || Day Three Hundred Thirty-Two: Gateway ] [ Uchiha Sasuke, Hyūga Hinata, Uchiha Itachi ] [ SasuHina ] [ Verse: Divine Light ] [ AO3 Link ]

Well...this isn’t how he planned this journey to go, if he’s going to be honest with himself. When Itachi approached him with a plan to make a mountain of gold with what would likely be only average effort...well, he wasn’t about to say no. Sasuke isn’t a greedy young man, but he is a bit desperate. Their family, fallen from grace when he was a boy when their homeland was conquered, are only shadows of their former glory and influence. If they could just get some of their money back...then surely the Uchiha name would have a fighting chance!

But that means earning it. Their new ruling class aren’t too fond of those able to wield the elements...and that’s made things hard. So a job like that Itachi had described - rescuing a kidnapped princess from the clutches of her personal hand mage gone rogue - seemed the perfect opportunity. Their magic would put them on good footing. Add in that it would be two on one, and...surely they couldn’t fail.

Plans, however, have a way of...changing.

Because while they did indeed find the missing princess they’ve been looking for...there’s a slight problem. For Hinata, daughter of the king Hiashi of the line Hyūga, was not kidnapped. Or so she claims, backed up by the woman painted as the guilty party. Oh no...the tale was indeed far more complicated than that.

What Itachi had been told was that a woman - a mage and bequeathed to the princess when they were both only children - had stolen the princess away as a means of leverage for her escape. A citizen of a conquered land, she had been treated as an object, gifted to Hinata as a servant and plaything. The story went that her hatred had grown silently, never shown, until she stole the princess away to ensure her safety until reaching the border.

But...that’s not the truth, or so Hinata claims.

Itachi had held up a hand upon her rather blunt declaration of the true reason behind their being missing. “...your father was going to have you killed…?”

The princes gave a grave nod. “...several weeks ago...he discovered a truth I’d been hiding from him for quite some time. My mother - his first wife - was n-not what she seemed. She was a mage, but kept it hidden from all. My powers woke when I was young, and it was my handmaid who helped me hide it, and helped to teach me.”

The brothers’ eyes had gone wide, exchanging a knowing glance.

Hinata’s eyes dropped somberly to the floor. “...I knew he’d be furious should he ever discover it, but also that - eventually - it would slip. And when it did, he f-flew into a rage. Forbade me from ever using it, and began seeking ways to strip a mage of their powers. It was then we began to plot an escape. But just as we were preparing, my father revealed his own plan: a coverup. He would have me killed, and place the blame on my handmaid: spin a tale of hate and jealousy when in fact...she’s my closest friend.”

“...so when you escaped, he altered the tale…”

“Yes. We’re fleeing for the northern border - the lands Hiashi lost in the last war, and my previous homeland,” the maiden mage then offered, stepping up. “We plan to find asylum there. If we do, Hinata will be safe...and I can try to find the remnants of my people. We just have to evade those like you seeking to take Hinata back. If they were to succeed...I can guarantee she’d be dead within a fortnight.”

Itachi hummed in thought, a hand at his chin. “...might I make a suggestion?”

The women exchanged a look, and then warily nodded.

“First, let me ask: have you any coin? Surely you need it to make such a journey. But I can’t imagine you were able to raid Hiashi’s coffers before you fled.”

At that, Hinata gave a hint of a smile. “...I have my inheritance.”

“What, on you?” Sasuke asked skeptically.

“In a manner of speaking, but...for safety, I can’t really tell you.”

“I see...forgive my brother, he often speaks before thinking,” the elder then apologized, tone hinting at Sasuke to curb his tongue with a glance. “Then perhaps we could make a bit of a deal…?”

“What kind of deal…?”

“Well, when we began this quest, we sought to earn gold for our family by returning you ladies to the king. But now, we can hardly do so and keep our consciences happy. So what if we were to turn our intentions on their heads?”

“...meaning?” the handmaid asked.

“Rather than capture you...we could escort you. We know these lands well, and we are both adept in magic like yourselves. With which we could guide you through the safest routes, and help protect you...respectively.”

While the princess looked hopeful, her handmaid held out a bracing hand. “...why should we trust you?”

“I realize you have little more than our word to go on, but...in a sense, we know your struggle, ma’am. Our family was also assimilated unwillingly when we were conquered. It’s for them we work to refill our own coffers. In truth, we’ve little love for Hiashi...as mages, he sees us as lesser and tainted. By helping you, we could kill two birds with a single stone. Perhaps earn some coin, and also deliver a bit of a blow to the man who reduced our family to ruin.”

“...so you’re loyal not to Hiashi, but to yourselves...and your family.”

“And - out of necessity - coin. Should you agree to part with a small sum of the princess’ treasury, we’ll gladly lend you our aid.”

“And if someone were to offer you more to harm us?”

Itachi gave a wry smile. “Well...you also happen to have the advantage of being an enemy of our enemy. It will take more than that, I assure you.”

“...I think we should go with them,” Hinata had murmured, earning an uncertain glance from her companion.

“But, my lady…?”

“They’re right. We need help. And we have a common enemy.” There had been a small flicker of an emotion across her face at the word none of them could identify. “As far as I can s-see...we’ll all help one another. And it’s safer to travel together. Please…”

The mage sighed heavily. “...as you wish. But your safety is still my utmost priority, my lady.”

“I know.”

It was then, after a few more haggles over details, that the group of four had left the strange cave and took to the road. With only two horses between them, they maintained a slower pace to the next town. The mage had saddled up with Itachi, and Sasuke was stuck with the princess.

Thankfully, she hasn’t said much, just sitting behind him with a careful grip around his middle for balance. Sasuke’s never been too keen on women. Needless to say...he’s a bit unsteady.

“May I ask...which war saw you become citizens of my father’s nation…?”

“...it was when I was fairly small,” he manages to reply, tone a little terse with exasperation at the small talk. “Maybe five or so.”

“I see...the same, then, that I was given my handmaid. Only for the north to be conquered instead by the Namikaze king a few years later.”

“...that’s where we’re headed, eh?”

“Yes. We hope to find safety there.”

“What would they want with a princess no longer tied to a kingdom?”

“Their king and ours have a-always been at odds. My father’s loss to him left him embittered, and there’s been a long-standing stalemate between them. But unlike here...mages are free to live as they please in the north. It would be a personal blow if they played a hand in t-thwarting my father’s attempts to be rid of me. And even if no longer a princess by rite, I still carry royal blood.”

“Hn...never been one much for politics.”

That earns a soft laugh. “Nor have I. In all honesty...I’m glad to be rid of my title. It’s better suited to my sister.”

“...so, she’s a half-sister, then?”

“Yes...my mother died when I was four or so. Father then remarried, and soon had Hanabi. And after all of this, I wonder…”

“...what?”

“...if her death was planned as mine was. If Father remarried and had another child for fear that I would be like her…”

In spite of himself, Sasuke balks a bit in surprise. “...would he…?”

“...I can no longer assume he wouldn’t.”

Unsure what else to say, Sasuke instead looks up as they pass beneath an arch that houses a gateway into their next destination. The women need horses if they’re to make any decent pace. “...well, we’re here. My brother and I will buy the mounts. You two stay out of sight, and do your best to disguise yourselves. Speak to no one, and try not to leave the inn.”

“...right.”

With two rooms rented for the night, they settle the pair in before leaving for the livery.

“We’ll bring a meal with us,” Itachi promises. “Just be patient, if you would.”

“Thank you.”

Glancing to Hinata, Sasuke hesitates a moment. “...keep yourself safe until we get back.”

“...I will.”

     (This is a sequel to day 321!)       I'm super tired sooo I'll be brief!      More of the old RP-turned-fic...thing. Kinda. I dunno how to describe it xD Fantasy stuff! Mages! Not-so-kidnapped princesses! Evil kings! All we need are some dragons and our checklist will be complete, right?      I dunno if I'll do more of this - I'm...unsure about a lot lately given just how DRAINING and busy life has been (and will be) for...a while. So forgive me with how much I'm falling behind, I just CANNOT keep up. But as always, I WILL FINISH THIS. It's just gonna stretch past.      ALSO! Since we ARE nearing the end, please PLEASE let me know somehow - be it comments here, messages on Tumblr, etc. - your top pick(s) for ideas from this challenge you'd like to see given more chapters! scattered thoughts on sanditon so far 

this is a fun romp from andrew davies and there’s a lot to like and be invested in

but i do have some observations/ gripes

obviously davies is going for a modern/sexed up adaptation of austen and i have mixed thoughts on that, cuz there’s a lot of interesting stuff you can do with that, but you can also botch it up big time (i’m glad he didn’t do this to p&p back in 1995...i wonder what that adaptation would’ve looked like today. probably full monty darcy, lol). so i think some elements verge on the ridiculous, for instance having almost every dude in this show strip naked in front of a crowded beach several times in a row. ditto for theo james. i don’t mind the view (hehe) but i think it’s inserted awkwardly at times. like okay, we get it, it’s a beach resort and we’re trying to make austen edgy in 2019.... just maybe indulge a little less and literally keep it in your pants. 

this being a more modern adaptation i don’t mind hair and make-up anachronisms, but i DO mind the fact that rose williams sports this really weird shade of fuchsia lipstick in almost every single scene. stop iiiit

speaking of which, rose williams is a cutie and i loved her on reign, but i don’t understand what she’s doing with her face in this series. don’t get me wrong, she does a good job of making charlotte very likable, but the only way she can express...anything, really, is by making these confused faces, like a child practicing frowning in the mirror. it’s...really awkward. and she does this all the time, whether she’s happy or sulky or nervous, she just always looks like she’s trying to figure out the fibonacci sequence.  i mean it’s hilarious when u have theo james going all gruff to her about his feelings and rose williams is that gif of the blond lady doing math in her head. her acting is pretty good otherwise, but those faceeeees.

esther denham is my goddamn FAVE, gosh i love a Disappointed Queen and i’m glad she’s getting away from that boring skeevy brother. for once the incestuous siblings didn’t do it for me at all (which is pretty much the point lol). there’s nary a dude more uninteresting than edward whatshisface, my gaaaawd (also, davies trying to ramp up the sexiness with those scenes of edward brushing her hair or doing her stays...lol, sir, this rly isn’t your strength i’m sorry)

but i have to say that i thought esther and clara would be a thing. because my gosh, the chemistry during their scenes! the way they’d glide past each other with utmost contempt, while being disquieted by each other @___@. i mean it’s an austen adaptation, so i guess they’d never go there but!!! i need fic (would’ve made clara more bearable at least. i appreciate her character objectively cuz she’s an interesting pseudo-antagonist and you don’t get many of those, but blerghh. she was insufferable)

i was kinda (actually very) disappointed that the relationship between sidney and his ward, georgiana, wasn’t really developed. like there’s one more episode to go (as far as i know?) and they’ve barely scratched the surface with them. i mean he’s halfway decent to her now.... but ehh. i feel like this was a missed opportunity. after all, this was austen’s unfinished novel, so andrew davies & co could have added more material between these two. this, to me, should have been the real heart of the series. 

i like otis as a character, but georgiana/otis was zzzzzz. i suppose that they’ll end up together? zzzzzzzzzz (i frankly ship her way more with arthur! she finds him infuriating! he’s a sweetheart! the shenanigans!)

that German doctor is the real MVP, i feel like he should be sanditon’s no. 1 bachelor. i mean the shower rod??? providing pleasure to all the ladies in town, what a hero 

the soundtrack is rly rad! and the cinematography

i love how the show captures austen’s growing interest in the industrialized modern world which was emerging in the twilight years of the regency and i feel like maybe the show should’ve invested more time in that modern aesthetic (steampunk!) rather the awkward sexual shenanigans 

so....i can’t delay the inevitable anymore, can i? sigghh okay here i go

sidney/charlotte...annoys me.

 u know that i love LOVE “enemies to lovers” and hate/love stories, i LIVE FOR THIS SHIT. 

and i was ready to gorge on this dynamic because it looked delish 

 but i felt like michael bluth finding the dead pigeon in the paper bag. 

from what i can gather, sidney is supposed to be a mixture of darcy and capt wentworth, “haughty” and proud, with a history of romantic disappointment, a brooding sexy hero with a heart of gold. but to me this dude just comes off as weird. 

there’s legit no reason for him to be THIS mean to this young girl he just met. he is not just an asshole, he is ridiculously over the top about it, to the point where he makes a fool of himself. i am FINE with a man telling a woman off, believe me, but it has to have some kind of motivation, some kind of reasoning behind it. here, it just feels like the plot needs him to be utterly shitty to charlotte so that “sparks will fly”. that first ep convo on the balcony??? wtf???? it was genuinely bizarre. i got weird incel vibes. and every time he lashes out at charlotte (at least in the first 4 episodes) it’s fucking silly, because it’s not like he lashes out because she’s scratching the surface of his innermost painful memories. no!!! many of their arguments revolve around basic things that he could easily clarify!!! which he does eventually, so like whyyyyyyyyyy. charlotte keeps telling him he’s being vague for no good reason and he still does it. it doesn’t make sense he’d be this guarded and outspoken at the same time. like, fine, keep that shit to yourself, don’t tell ppl, but don’t also get pissed at them when they don’t guess your mind. again, i love an antagonist dynamic when it’s done right, but here many times it’s just pointless bullying, it’s not sexy or fun or challenging. the writers keep making charlotte apologize to him about how “wrong” she got him and how he makes her doubt her judgement but it sounds fake to me. like a) this dude went out of his way to be a total assface to you from day one, b) none of that bullying was him trying to coax you into having a more complicated view of the world. when darcy rebukes elizabeth, he is hinting at her limited point of view. he’s not blatantly negging her or calling her stupid as this dude does. AND U KNO WHAT.

i’d be absolutely fine with him calling her stupid IF IT MADE SENSE WITHIN THE STORY 

like if charlotte had truly done smth stupid during the first episode, sure, fine, it’s somewhat warranted 

but for him to decide she’s an idiot for no other reason than her making some honestly super nice remarks about his brothers when he asked for her opinion is THE HEIGHT OF NONSENSE 

it’s even more nonsense when 2 episodes later he decides maybe she’s not that dumb after all FUCK U MR. EDGELORD

and it makes me pity charlotte cuz she’ll probably marry this dude and have to deal with him in his old age when he’ll be even more insufferable. 

and i totally get the appeal. i do! i mean their scenes are manufactured to make you want more of them, i see the chemistry, it’s there (and we’re already at a point in the series where he’s trying to make amends) but at the same time i’m put off by this dude’s intensity, cuz it’s not the hot kind of intensity...it’s more like he’s a giant dumb baby who breaks things. meh. theo james is very pretty tho, and he is doing the most with his character (that voice def helps!). but i wish this antagonistic relationship had been written better, because it could’ve been glorious

this is why i think sidney/georgiana should’ve been so much more present. just like darcy has his georgiana we need the humanizing element, we need to see more variety from this dude than just “guy who clearly needs anger management classes”. 

i’m pretty sure i’m in the minority or possibly one of two ppl not won over by this romance, and i can’t lie and say i don’t root for them. too much of this show is predicated on their clashes for them not to work it out and get together, but boyyyy do i wish they’d done it a bit better

i almost feel like a reylo anti lol, but at least kylo ren doesn’t neg rey every single time they talk 

also, i go back to rose williams’ faces because they just rly enhance how clumsy this dynamic is. theo james is doing byronic asshole 2.0 and charlotte looks at him like he’s developed a smell lmao. i mean the scene where she catches him naked? she turns around and FROWNS in this rly bizarre way, almost like she noticed a growth on his dick lmao it’s that bad 

anyway i totally get the appeal, but i also know what i want from this kind of dynamic and...this ain’t quite it 

honestly i think i prefer charlotte/cute architect guy whose name i don’t remember right now! 

that being said, my fave moments of this show are the most austen-esque, where ppl don’t take themselves so seriously. i mean the adventures of the perennially-ailing parker siblings (arthur & diana)? deeeelightful. the pineapple scene? glorious

also it makes me sad that sanditon was left unfinished because to see austen tackling georgiana’s character in depth would have been so, so interesting 

in conclusion, the show’s a lot of fun but also frustrating in many ways

i hope davies doesn’t set his eyes on re-adapting p&p or other austen classics because ermmm i know i’m trash but i am kind of tired of these sexed-up “look how scandalous we are behind closed doors” adaptations. you can make the regency era feel modern and relatable without “shocking hand job in the estate park” pls and thank u. sure, the regency era was the inheritor of the sexually relaxed 18th-century, but it wasn’t that relaxed yall. ppl still kept their wits and bonnets about them.

still, i’m glad this show exists and that it tries to take risks, i just wish it took different kinds of risks, if that makes sense. like i am SO bummed i didn’t get into sidney/charlotte, u have no idea

here are my thoughts/reactions to this weeks episode of riverdale. this wasn't requested but i posted one for another episode and it got a lot of notes (for me) so i'll do another one. this obviously will be including spoilers so i'm don't read under the cut if you haven't seen it/don't want to see spoilers! i've already seen this so they aren't technically 'first thoughts', but these were my thoughts when it happened. psa: i'm not a fan of jughead and betty. like at all. and sometimes archie. so if you're a die hard stan, who'll send me angry messages - feel free to because i love discussions!

- don't get me wrong i'm sad midge died but like...what made s1 good was the murder mystery plot. they 'solved' the black hood murders (if you think/thought svensen was the black hood then you're dumb sorry) way too fast which is one of the reasons why s2 is eh - are singing numbers gonna be a regular thing since the musical episode? i'm not mad but i'm just curious - lmao kevin being jealous of reggie comforting moose is a mood - also, i don't think moose killed midge or is the black hood, but it's gonna be so dumb if they don't consider him a suspect - especially since what he yelled before she was killed that was most likely a reaction to that weird fangs scene - we been knew (is that the phrase) that ethel sent them - why the fuck you lyin? @ moose - seriously tho moose the truth is gonna come out that you yelled whatever you said (i'm too lazy to figure out what it was directly) so you might as well own up to it now - AM I GOING CRAZY OR SOMETHIING BUT DIDN'T ARCHIE FUCKING SEE THE BLACK HOOD? WHY ISN'T HE TELLING ANYONE THIS ASJFJOA - "he was wearing a black hood" bItcH listen i believe that for whatever reason svenson was trying to act like he's the black hood but the fact that he was wearing... a black hood... shouldn't be your argument for why it's him - :(((( midge's mom sobbing is so sad - wtf was that look for penelope - LOOK AT PEA IN THE BACKGROUND OF CHERYLS SPEECH - mrs. klump SNAPPED - i could make a whole separate post reacting to the dumb shit betty's does in this episode. like her jumping to defend him? you've been trying since day 1 to get him out of your life since you brought him in. even though you saw how HAPPY he made your mother. i don't think he's behind the murders but why wouldn't betty want to investigate him? hell - i would want to investigate him just in case! - arch you're on to something - concerned veronica is so soft i love it - archie usually makes the dumbest mistakes (well he does a lot) but i'm so happy he's connecting the dots and realizing that the black hood isn't svenson - why is there such a weird gap between jughead and betty as the walk out of pops? like don't get me wrong, i don't ship bughead, but it's not because i don't think they have chemistry together. they usually have a decent amount. however, the gap reminds me of this cringy photo of my friend where he's 2 feet apart from his fav retired teacher and his friend. just saying - it couldn't be anyone...it'd yo dad and moose. he's going after those he tried to kill but failed to (tab) ps the black hood is such a shitty killer lmao like he got better with how he killed midge but when he tried the first time... - i'm not really a fan of varchie but ronnie saying that she doesn't even want to think bout anything bad happening to archie is supa cute - i can't stand hal why is he even getting screen time NO ONE LIKES HIM - archie caring bout fred warms my heart bc fred deserves the world. seriously. i love that man - archie made such a good point though bout how midge was killed in a full auditorium. like damn, the black hood really improved his game. even though i think it's the same guy, the same guy improving his murdering skills so much without practice is odd - IM ONLY 8 MINUTES IN UGH IM TIRED ALREADY - i feel so bad for ronnie she's being manipulated to the max. i'm happy she caught on rn but i can only hope  she continues that trend ~ btw i'm sweetvee trash and @veeandpea (love you iswa thanks for introducing me to this ship <3) pointed out such a good concept saying how they'll get together after ronnie realizes how she's being manipulated. just wanted to share that - bosom lmao - hermoine exploiting cheryl's grief and determination is so annoying and sad - "i am cousins with cheryl blossom" lmao i'm happy she's not trying to pretend they're friends anymore - hold up...they didn't go to the cops after the busted cheryl out!!? what the fuck - it's actually so dumb that betty wouldn't consider chic maybe not being her brother ugh - there's like no family resemblance with that kid in the picture idk what you're on old lady - ope it's a morph suit! tbt to halloween when these were all the rage - since when did betty know how to fight??? - graham phillips (the guy who plays nick) is actually so hot like why did they have to make him a bad guy!!! - how did he get hotter?? it's the stubble right - the only mob storyline i like is in general hospital (a soap opera i watch with my mom) - "he's not blood" y'all did that blood thing?? isn't that the equivalent - i get why the lodges aren't going to help archie but they got him into this whole mess - when called her opinion piece a 'thought piece' the journalist in me shuddered so hard i hard i had to pause the show -i'm iffy bout the sherrif keller because he is shit at his job but he honestly didn't sign up for the big mess riverdale is - why is this whole episode not interrogations/why did we only see a few?? i liked s1 because it was a murder mystery and right now it's just feeling like a drama - THIS IS SO HEARTBREAKING I LOVE ALICE SO MUCH SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS - why would nick care about your dad lmao - holy shit kj looks horrible with his hair flat like that - how did veronica know that wad of money wasn't enough so quickly is she super smart or something cuz i like that headcanon - #praying that nick and ronnie's money exchange is gonna be discrete - why is this show so dumb YOU DON'T PASS BLACK BAGS BETWEEN TWO ANGRY PEOPLE OVER THE TABLE??? one last horror story

here’s the thing, i feel i should just get these out of the way. it could be that i’ve been binge watching criminal minds for day and that always gets yah but also i would like to get some things out of the way, off of my chest, so that i can just start talking about more random things that come to my mind... because that’s what i want this to be about is a look into my own mind but there are definitely stories i will be sharing for the sake of putting them into words and they will not always be sad! my entire life isn’t sad, i promise.

i also want it noted why i completely lost my mind, this isn’t about “oh i want people to hate this guy” it’s more of “this is why people hate me and here’s what i have to say” in fact this is a sad story, not even a hateful one.

i’ve only talked about this with a number of people because it is a very, very long story, but i have made two of my friends cry with this, i’m numb to it.

so it all starts in a very happy time in my life actually, it was about march of 2016 and i was working at a daycare and i shit you not some of those kids, after a while, were a decent reason for me to even get out of bed in the morning... dear god, i was in love. i mostly fell in love with a beautiful 1 1/2 year old, h, i swear this girl was the light of my life at that moment. i won’t get too into that, i cry every time i bring her up. one day i was about to take out the trash and head to my car and i saw her dad, e, and he asked me if i wanted help, he offered to just throw the bag in the back of his car and take it to the dumpster and i let him. he was 29 and he just seemed real approachable so a couple weeks later i came up to him as he was leaving and told him that i may be way out of line, but i would love to babysit h if i could at any time because i love her so dearly and needed the extra cash (daycare’s pay like shit). this dumb ass goes “oh, rockin” blah blah and we exchange numbers and he said he’d text me when he needed me. he ended up texting me and i baby sat her like two times before my boyfriend at the time started getting very, very jealous. so long story short it turned into like every time i was alone or texting, i was fucking e. which i wasn’t! so then i am driving and e calls me and asks me why his girlfriend at the time, k, is calling him saying c contacted her and told her we are sleeping together i was like ????? so i drive to his work and that got bad but i ended up discovering that  this dude went through the trouble of going on some job resume sight and finding k’s brother (don’t know how he knew her last name) and got a hold of him and through him, got a hold of k and emailed her that me and e were sleeping together, as you can imagine i lost my shit. so if that wasn’t enough, a couple days later i got randomly as fuck fired, no one ever even officially fired me or told me why, but e told me he saw c’s rusty ass car there the day before and i figured he had told my boss. so not only was i clearly fired. but k was so mad thinking that i was sleeping with her boyfriend that she stated i could never see my little h again..... other than my break up with c i don’t think my heart had ever been that broken, oh god i cried for days.

e and i continued our friendship though because he seemed like a rockin’ guy and i’ve been known to get along with 30 year old men, so yeah we occasionally texted but it was never anything sexual. i mean, i definitely knew he had the hots for me, i’m not dumb, but he wasn’t coming on to me at that time (after c and i broke up i was seeing him for a while though cuz he had alcohol of coke and we’ll talk about my sleep struggle some other time) but yeah, at the time i was literally not sleeping with the dude. but i mean, fuck i guess i was because every damn time i wanted alone time, i was accused of doing so. every time i was texting, i was accused of doing so, it got ridiculous.

okay so a lot of shit happened in the relationship in the mean time but now we are fast forwarding to september of 2016 and it will be clear why i shared that previous story, that is when my 2 weeks of living hell started. i think i was punk’d??? i hope someone was recording because god that’d make a good movie wow.

okay so here i am and my dumb ass made a tinder because i wanted to meet friends! i know, that sounds like bull shit but c lived with me and i just had no friends and if i did, he was always around when i was hanging out with them... so i knew tinder wasn’t my best bet for friends, but i tried! didn’t cheat and so i ended up just talking to one person, a, and granted while i am bi-sexual, i was in a relationship and before she even knew that she had stated she wasn’t into girls. so i was like “ah, perfect!” and the first time we hung out was at her house and it was just so great to have some girl time and get to know this new stranger, while yes she is beautiful, i was truly much more fascinated with her brain... she has an interesting one and a nice outlook on life. i believe it was only the second time we hung out and the first time she came by my house that she slept over, c was aware of this. we are sitting around and a is originally from colorado so she’s used to getting bud much cheaper than she does around here and i thought to myself “ah, e is old. he will give us more for cheaper!” so it was like 1am and i hit him up and we go to his place to get some bud. we were just all sitting in the kitchen talking when i got a text from c saying “get home, now” and so i did, i was scared shitless, don’t think i even said anything to him. i knew then that he had clearly driven his car past my house and saw that i was gone and then drove to e’s house to see if my car was there which surely enough it was. the next morning he comes to my door and i told him to leave because i had a friend over and did not want to fight, he really creepily kind of whispers “don’t worry baby, we won’t fight. i’m not mad.” so i let him in and the second i did, surely enough he started screaming at me about what a worthless slut i am, started hitting me, trying to get the ring off of my finger. i screamed for a and she comes running down stairs and shit and he tries telling her that i’m this slut or whatever i don’t even remember, i don’t remember if i gave him the ring but i do remember that he broke up with me, he left and that was all i cared about. (i came to find out that earlier that morning he stopped at e’s and key’d his entire car, slashed all his tires, and broke all of his mirrors. about 7,000 in damage to that guys car because he was so sure i cheated that night) i know you’re already thinking “why didn’t that bitch go home after that, like damn” because she’s a fucking trooper and that’s only half of the battle she went through with this. we decided we were going to have another sleep over and granted by then i could kind of tell she was into me, but i didn’t really think like that because she was totally into guys. so here we are and we were eating dinner when (my dad is out of town this whole time) c calls me in distress and pretty much was just not in the safest environment and needed somewhere to go and me being myself could not leave him where he was so i told him i would pick him up and he could spend the night but he was to sleep in my second bedroom and be respectful of the fact that i already have a friend over who is also spending the night. we picked him up and for a decent ass amount of the night it actually went well but then it was like after midnight and we were all going to go to bed and i reminded c that he was to sleep in the other room, he starts freaking out blah blah blah and then long story short i am laying in bed with a and let’s keep in mind c broke up with me the day before, not the first time he had so this time i was not going back without a fight. so i am completely single with this adorable girl and she kind of starts snuggling with me and she ended up kissing me and i shit you not, not even a full second later c swings the damn door open, picks me up like a little baby screaming “get the fuck away from my girlfriend” and throws me gracefully as fuck into the hallway, i was like “damn”. so he starts with the whole “how could you do this to me” shit and i was straight up like “nope, you broke up with me and you have multiple times so this time i am sitting on this for at least a week, we are not together. you did this, time to face the consequences”. bitchy? yeah, but i was done getting manipulated in that sense.

now it is the next morning and for whatever reason a is being her angel self and offers c a cup of coffee which he said yes to, she made it and i bring it to him along with the creamer because i did not know how much he wanted, simple as that. he get’s highly offended by this?? i don’t remember what he said but his ass did not drink that damn coffee so then we are all upstairs a while later... i don’t remember how but somehow he makes a rude remark about how “a didnt offer him coffee” or something literally fucking dumb like that and i just absolutely lost it, sat there screaming about coffee like an idiot for about 15 minutes. i then told c he needed to leave my house to which he notoriously replies “no” and i’m like “lol okay let’s get petty” so i call raul who was on vacation with his girlfriend and was rightfully pissed that i am having to call him for absolutely not the first time to get c out of our house. raul states c could take his bike because i had picked him up, he did not care he just wanted the damn kid out... so he complies and i told him i would meet him in the garage, i was going to get the bike off the wall hanger. i kept my dad on the phone this whole time because i knew if i hung up, i’d just be calling him back, so i’m sitting there talking to my dad for a minute and i realize “wow, c is taking a while to come upstairs... i should probably go see what he is doing”. tell me why i walk upstairs to see in my hallway, by my door, c holding a up against the wall and repeatedly punching her in the face/head. i dead ass dropped my phone and screamed, i ran over and attacked the hell out of the kid. (i should quickly state that the first person to ever lay hands on someone in this relationship was in all honesty yours truly, i wasn’t just senselessly beating the kid but when i got mad, i’d swing... terrible anger problems, we’re past that. but yes, i definitely was the first one.) we end up, together, shoving him out of the door and the idiot takes off stumbling, sprinting to the bike he knew i had waiting for him and he just took off. you could imagine after that that a bitch needed a cigarette and so we go to the garage for a to smoke her cigarette and we are standing there talking when i hear pounding on my garage door and a woman telling me to open up and let her in, i had no idea who this could be so i said nothing and was ready to go out there and kick some ass. she then pounds again and this time adds “kayla, let me in or i’m going to call your dad!” i’m like ‘what grown woman is threatening to call raul on me’ but also who ever it was knew me well enough to know that that would make me open my door so i go to the front door and surely enough it was two police officers, both of which i already knew. like yes, police, threaten to call my dad when i’m 19 years old, you guys know me too well. so i go out and they wanted to talk to a because apparently c took my dad’s bike straight to the police station and told them that a tried fighting him??? which the police knew was utter bullshit because this girl was 17 years old and weighs 90 something pounds, but since she was 17 they had to come regardless and see what was up. so it wasn’t until right now that i actually heard what had happened and this is it: so apparently after i went down to the garage, a leaned over on the floor to check her phone that was plugged into the wall and c grabs her by her neck from behind and starts choking her, screaming at her “you’re ruining my life!” or some weird shit and they ended up down stairs trying to kill each other and my jaw just dropped wide open, like what the fuck. they then stated that since her head was against the wall and he was repeatedly punching her, they wanted to make sure she didn’t have a concussion and either way had to take her back to the police station and have her mother come pick her up since she was technically under-age. they all leave and i’m up in my room smoking a couple bowls to calm myself down, i was maybe sitting around by myself for an hour before c calls me yet again in distress and needing me to get him. the thing about this call, though, was that i couldn’t understand a damn word he was saying. he was bawling and sounded almost intoxicated but i was able to de-code that he was down the street from my house. i don’t think i have ever driven so frantically so i’m real glad it was close but i turn the corner to see this kid dragging my dad’s bike down the street and i could tell on of his arms was bleeding. instead of being supportive i got real angry, i knew he was doing that to weasel his way back into my house and surely enough i was right. i dragged his loopy ass to walgreens then brought him home so i could properly clean and bandage his cuts. while doing this, he kept murmuring to himself and then asked me for a pen and paper... i still have this paper. he then proceeded to write down a group of five seemingly random number and started saying them under his breath. he took his pen and traced them over multiple times and then re-wrote them to form a circle which, while still talking to himself, he started to trace with his fingers and it was in that exact moment that i came to the conclusion i might be dealing with someone having a form of a psychotic break and that, my friends, is why i don’t think this story is funny even if i make jokes, again it’s who i am. i am not a damn professional, i don’t exactly know what the fuck i was witnessing, but having known the kid for so long and seeing what was happening, his mind and his age together, that was my “kayla conclusion”, which could very well be wrong... regardless it was fucking terrifying. i told him that he could again spend the night that night, but i didn’t want to kiss him or anything romantic i just wanted to get through the day and sleep.

now it is the next day and we wake up and are laying in bed and i have no damn idea how this even came up but he started talking about wanting to start a family with me and i was like “okay, i literally am scared of what may be going on in this kids brain” so i played along and we talked about that and i believe we ended up having sex and he took my birth control away from me and put it in my ring box that he had given me. having been on the pill for 5 years at that time, i knew that if i missed one day i would most likely be fine and would just try to take two the next morning. i don’t remember too much of this day given what ends up following but i do know that for whatever reason we went to target and while we were in the parking lot about to leave i informed him that a was coming over and he was not allowed to stay, i had felt so bad for what had happened before and wanted the chance to make that up to her. now see, usually when c disapproves of something he does not hide that by any means, but to my surprise he seemed okay with this! i remember thinking “wow, props to him.... cool”. so we go back to my house and he had about 4 hours until i told him he had to be out of there and we are sitting on the floor of my room watching bob’s burgers and taking dabs. c and i always joked about that when you take a couple dabs, you just need to poop... it’s just what happens! so he stated that he was going to use the bathroom and i figured he was pooping. he goes in the bathroom and starts to play “here comes the sun” by the beatles and i thought to myself “eh, i sometimes listen to music while i poop, too” but i also admit to myself that it was a very strange song choice for him because he didn’t listen to the beatles that often and if he did it was absolutely not that song. now, keep in mind i am insanely high and absorbed into bob’s so in the blink of an eye i realized it had been about fifteen minutes and that here comes the sun was playing on fucking repeat and that was when i knew that he was definitely not pooping in there.

my stomach dropped and my heart stopped and i took a deep breath and literally go “alright, larios” and walk to my bathroom door where i try to open it, but there were man feet in my way. i shove his feet out of the way with the door and open it to see this boy leaned up against my bath tub, blood running down both of his arms, and my fucking initials carved into his chest. you ask me to scream on command and i could not, but i swear i let out the most blood curdling scream ever and yelled “what the fuck are you doing?!” he proceeds to try to get himself to stand up, he had lost a little blood so he was staggering and tripping over himself and he sounded intoxicated. he stumbled towards me and started taunting me about every bad decision i have ever made in my life (i’ve made the mistake of telling him a lot through out the years). he said something about me having sex with an underage girl (referring to a who i only kissed, i have never had sex with any girl of any age, i am too much of a pussy. pun intended) and then said stuff about sleeping with a 30 year old man, just literally anything wrong i had ever did, he was taunting me about as he moved closer to backing me into the wall and i was in such shock i don’t remember all that was said by any means but i do remember him holding himself up against my sink and i told him “you need help, you need help big time. you’re going to the hospital” and he’d either say “no i’m not” in a real mocking tone, or he would even more spookily state that even if i do get him in the hospital “no one can help him, there’s nothing they can do”. i called my dad and told him to bring that kids ass to the hospital and i don’t remember much besides when my dad got home c did make it a huge point to out me as bi-sexual to my father. clearly raul did not give a shit and he took him to the hospital where this kid did not even notify his parents that he was at and he got admitted to a psych facility. the next day he called me all “oh i love you” like nothing had happened, i don’t remember too much but i did know we were still broken up and regardless i agreed to drive all the way out there to take part in a therapy session with him and bring him some pictures of my eldest orange. i drive about 40 minutes out there, facing my fear of hospitals for myself, so we go into the therapy room and he introduces me and the second i start talking about what had happened over the past week or so, i could tell right away just by the look in that woman’s eyes that he had not told her a single god damned thing about why he was in there. he got mad at me, which was fine, at that moment i was done with him, too. we broke up the next day and he lied his way out of that place in about a week.

does it make sense now, why i wanted to ruin his life for a while there? i’m past that, but i wasn’t crazy... i couldn’t eat after that, i couldn’t sleep (hence the cocaine, was desperately trying to keep myself awake) and i couldn’t even really be in my room because i kept going back to all that had happened. i lost about 25 pounds and absolutely lost my fucking mind, i slept with everyone... and their mothers i swear. i went insane in literally every aspect of the word but

i have an okay reason.

Sort of just a rant… and me trying to idk.. talk and not bottle and idk… just.. me trying I guess….I don’t really know

I have come to the conclusion, controlling my anxiety without a bunch of medication is not fucking possible. It’s been a little over a month now since I completely stopped taking it and I’m fucking dying. I mean, I was sort of off and on since the beginning of August and sort of scraping by that way, but then I ran out at the end of October and since then has just been an unbearable hell. I’m physically ill nearly all the time from the anxiety, my insomnia is even worse than before because I have panic attacks trying to fall asleep or don’t even bother trying because I know I can’t calm down enough to fall asleep even if I’m literally about to fall over from exhaustion. I can’t even make it 24 hours without at least a mild anxiety attack and the level of anxiety is making me sick. I have some days where it’s basically a constant anxiety attack for hours and hours on end and nothing fully makes it go away. It gets to the point I’m ready to off myself just to make it stop and I get so tired but sleep won’t come. 

I thought maybe it was getting better finally. Like, this past week, I actually had times where I made it more than 24 hours without an attack and I actually did get some decent sleep and was able to actually eat food. And it was weird because family shit has been exploding all week and I’ve been stressed and kind of down and irritable from that, but the anxiety wasn’t all that bad. (Could have gotten more sleep if shit didn’t keep happening but that’s besides the point). Like, it was just weird. Even with stuff going on and my mood not being the best, I managed to get a few days free of anxiety. But I think it was just my hormones being screwy and shit and now it’s back to normal cuz things haven’t been as good today. 

I mean.. even if I did get a few more days of calm, I’ve already realized I can’t do this. Saving money and all the other reasons I had for trying are not worth it. It’s not worth the relapses or the physical illness or losing my fucking mind day after day and barely being able to do anything at all because everything sets it off. Like, it’s just not possible. 

But now the problem is two of the meds have to be done by mail order and I ordered them and they were supposed to be here this week but now it’s saying they won’t be here till next week and even once I get them, it’s going to take a week or two of taking them before things are back to normal and that’s just… that’s a long fucking time and with the holidays… that’s a LONG FUCKING TIME. The one I can fill at the pharmacy well… it’s for anxiety but it’s not like an every day one to take and it will make me really drowsy so even once I do fill it, it will only be useful for when I get to the point I can’t handle anything at all anymore and being drowsy won’t be a problem. And first I have to stop putting it off, but like I said, things have been a bit of mess….and a bit is probably an understatement. 

And it’s not like I can even talk about most of it because doing so just sets me off but just a lot of shit going down with family and I’m still jobless (not that I could actually survive a job interview or job in this condition anyway) and everything is just one giant mess and the fact that it’s December and shit hasn’t improved and I’m pretty much out of time isn’t really helping matters but at the same time, matters aren’t helping anything change either and it’s a viscous circle and as much as I know I climbed out of hell once, I’m fucking scared. I’m scared I can’t do it again. Things are a lot different this time around, and maybe some of it’s for the better, but a lot isn’t and that has me terrified. 

Like, I know this shit isn’t linear and I know I made it out once, I should be able to do it again, and I know…. I know all that stuff. I know it. I know a lot of it because this hole is familiar. I’ve been here before and I found a way out and I survived and things changed and got better. I know I need to believe that can happen again… but things aren’t the same as they were the first time around. I can’t do it the way I did before. I can’t use the same tools or strategies this time… and I don’t know if I can find different ones. Maybe the first time was a fluke. I don’t know. Maybe things will look up once I’m back on meds again but maybe they won’t. It’s not like that alone will get me out of this hell hole. And it’s not like I wasn’t here long before I tried going off them. I mean some things are def worse now, but….

I want to think I’ll look back on this one day and, like so many other things, I’ll decide it was okay because it led me somewhere good. But I know that might not happen. Or rather, I’m confused. I am afraid and I’m confused. I don’t know if I can make it out. I don’t know if this will be okay one day. I don’t know if I can stop myself from drowning and I don’t know if I can let anyone in enough to lend me a hand or if they even will or can. I feel like everything before was so different and this… this isn’t going to work the same.. and maybe there really is no way out. And maybe fighting to get out is pointless. I mean… I got out once and fell back in.. and I know this isn’t a linear process… but I didn’t expect to fall so hard again and become so stuck. I didn’t expect this…and damn am I afraid. I hate to admit it… but I’m weak and I’m afraid and I’m confused and I still have so much to learn but there is so much doubt and so many demons.

I don’t even know if it’s worth it, to pick myself up again, assuming I can. And some days or some moments, I find myself able to be positive and hopeful but then others… I just can’t be any of that… even when I know I need to be. And this mask I’ve worked so hard on and worn for so long… it’s starting to crumble just like the rest of me.. It’s crumbling and if it vanishes.. I can’t even think of that…I don’t know..

This started out a rant about one thing and now it’s on to everything except mostly just metaphors and analogy’s that probably don’t make sense to anyone because my head is such a fucking mess and I can’t flat out say what’s going on right now and honestly, I wouldn’t want to worry anyone anyways. And even if that wasn’t a problem… metaphors and analogy’s that suck are about the only way I can talk about any of it without freaking out and that’s just all I’ve got. idk… I’m just going to shut up now because this is just.. idk. I really don’t know. I just wanted to try to get some things out I guess.. idk

To be honest… I’ve been trying to hide the anxiety and not bother anyone about it all this time and not let people know when I was down or well ……things and just trying to keep my mask on as much as possible in front of everyone and deal with everything myself but lately… the last few times I actually just stopped trying to handle everything myself and said something on here (and not just reblog and post pics and quotes and poems and shit to vent but actually let shit off my chest in my own words without a rhyme) and the one or two times I actually just said hey I’m not okay to someone..and just didnt hide shit as much. idk… it actually seemed to help. idk. I hate doing it. I hate saying anything…and I don’t really know what to do when people are actually nice to me about it or try to support me when I actually say anything but… the few times I have said something lately….. it did…. it did actually help. I guess…. bottling it up inside or trying to hide it from people isn’t really the best method and idk… I just sort of thought…. I guess I just wanted to try to calm down by trying to speak this time instead of just posting vague shit or idk… I don’t really know… 

I just know actually saying shit… the few times I managed in the last couple of weeks… those times worked a lot better than any other methods I’ve tried… and maybe it won’t always work and maybe its bothersome or I suck at it but… I don’t know… I want to try… so this is me trying I guess. This is me trying to be open and to talk and to just…yeah…. and this is really terrible.

Auhtor’s note: Ooookay!!! Finally, the point of the story I’m like really excited about! Like you have no idea how HYPEDI am for this scene and the next few scenes. Like seriously omg. *cough* new minor character mention *cough*.

I hope you guys like the next upcoming scenes. Again, sorry I’m posting so randomly, but it is what it is. I’m really busy lately so I have to post this so early. Sorry for any errors or any cultural/environmental inaccuracies.

You were in an even worse mood that you were the night before. You hadn’t slept at all.  One reason was because Rap monster snuck into the room in the middle of the night. You heard the springs of the door knob. You didn’t hear any footsteps, but could see his silhouette at the foot of your bed. The only time you closed your eyes that night was to make it seem as though you were sleeping.

The real reason you were up all night was because you were thinking of Suga. You knew what he was probably doing with Aiko and it made you sick to your stomach.

After Rap monster’s little visit and hours of staring up at the ceiling, you felt that watching TV would get your mind off it, but you were too depressed to move. You just lay in the dark with nothing but the sound of Jungkook’s light snores and your overactive thoughts to accompany you.

Jungkook didn’t wake up till late in the morning.

“Oh sorry.” He mumbled when he realized he was lying way closer to you than he usually did.

You didn’t really care; you were too busy stuck on another cycle of imagining what Suga and Aiko were doing at the moment.

Jungkook sat up, rubbing his eyes and ruffling his hair back into place. “It looks like you’re up already.” He grumbled in his low morning voice.

“Well it’s not like I was asleep to begin with.” You mumbled.

“Aish, y/n why didn’t you sleep?”

“I don’t know. I just couldn’t.”

“Did you wash up already?”

“No”

“…You wanna go first?”

“No.” you said turning on your side to give him your back.

“Fine. I’ll go first.” He already sounded a bit frustrated.

Unfortunately, with Jimin and V in their own rooms, Jungkook was out within a few minutes. “Your turn.”

“Just five more minutes.” You begged, digging deeper into the sheets

He waited for you to get out of bed as he chose an outfit and looked over it in the mirror, but grew impatient when you never moved. “Y/n let’s go. We can get something to eat! I’m starving.”

“Do we really have to? Can’t we just stay in and get room service?”

“Y/n, we have to go out. People need to see us.”

“Then let’s post a small video.”

“No y/n.”

“I’m tired. I don’t want to see people.”

“Y/n, you have no reason to be tired!”

“I didn’t sleep at all!”

“Dammit y/n! Stop making fucking excuses and get ready!”

You slowly sat up, throwing Jungkook a grumpy look. He was too busy with his face in his hands to look up at you.

You took your sweet time getting ready, but still managing to do a half ass job on everything. When you finally stepped out of the bathroom, you were in your sleeping clothes still too depressed to finish getting ready.

Jungkook was now impatiently waiting for you from the arm chair by the side of the bed. “Y/n change.” Jungkook said in a lecturing tone.

“To what?”

“Anything! Just fucking change into something decent!”

You got up and grabbed just any random pants, staying in the shirt you slept in and throwing a long jacket over yourself, not bothering to match what Jungkook was wearing. Then you plopped yourself in the corner of the bed.

Jungkook let out a deep breath. “So, what do you wanna do today?” He asked, attempting to not sound so frustrated.

“What I want to do is just stay here.”

“C’mon, we can do whatever you want today!” He was trying really hard to sound cheerful.

“It doesn’t matter.”

“Fine! Let’s just fucking go then.” He snapped, getting up from his seat.

You both made your way towards the door, but he stopped you.

You looked up at him questionably.

“Your face mask.”

“Huh?”

“Get yourself a fucking face mask!”

You rolled your eyes at him and marched up to your suitcase, randomly grabbing a neon pink face mask. “Fucking tells me we need to be seen then tells me to get a fucking face mask.” you grumbled under your breath.

You went back up to him and he finally opened the door for the two of you. Of course, with the luck you had, the first thing you saw was Suga and Aiko walking hand in hand to their room. Jungkook quickly grabbed your hand the second he saw Aiko.

“Good morning Jungkook! Good morning Y/n!” Aiko sang, her Japanese accent was noticeable as she spoke Korean. She skipped up to the both of you, dragging Suga behind her.

“Morning!” Jungkook smiled. He nudged you to speak, but all you did was “smile” back.

“Where are you guys going?” Suga asked, looking down at you and Jungkook holding hands.

“We’re just gonna spend the day out and about!” Jungkook answered. “What about you guys?”

“We just came back from breakfast, we’ll technically lunch, from the restaurant down stairs.” Aiko said.

“Yeah, we are just going back to the room now.” Suga said, taking a quick glance at you.

Jungkook took notice that Suga and Aiko were still holding hands. “Hm? Holding hands is a bit risky don’t you think? You don’t wanna get exposed like y/n and I!” He laughed.

“Oh no! Yoongi bear and I were super careful! We didn’t hold hands or anything. We even sat at different tables!”

You wanted to scream when you heard her pet name for Suga. “Yoongi bear? Yoongi bear?!? Who the fuck does this bitch think she is?!?” you thought. You felt you blood boil, but all you did was squeeze the mask in your hand.

“Awwww Yoongi bear! How cute!” Jungkook teased. “Oh you bet-“

“Kookie, let’s go. I’m hungry!” you said as you attempted aegyo. You couldn’t stand this moment anymore.

“Well, my jagi has spoken! We are off in search of food!” He joked. “See you guys later!”

“Bye! Have fun in my city!” Aiko waved.

“Bye…” Suga said softly.

You didn’t bother telling them anything, in an instant you pulled Jungkook to the elevator.

“Woah babe, calm down!” He laughed.

In the safety of the elevator, you both sort of went back to normal. You were both a bit paranoid of the cameras in the elevator and were still half way pretending.

Jungkook came in front of you and put your face mask on for you. “Have you thought of where you want to go?”

“No.”

He touched up your hair a bit, moving it out of your face and putting the strays back in place. “Well then we are going to eat! I’m still starving!” He said, placing a small peck on your forehead.

Thankfully in Japan, the two of you didn’t have to rely on Hiro or Minho to get around. Today you jumped from subway to subway. With Jungkook able to understand Japanese and the few times he was in the city before, he roughly knew how to get around. As you both went about, there were people that recognized you two and were constantly sneaking pictures, but no one ever went up to either of you.

Jungkook brought you to some hole-in-the-wall ramen place. Fortunately for you, there weren’t many people inside.

The service was amazing as was expected and the bowl of loaded ramen was placed in front of you. Jungkook practically attacked his bowl, happily slurping up his noodles. Despite how appetizing the food looked, you couldn’t get yourself to eat. You ended up just playing with the noodles instead.

“You’re not gonna eat?” Jungkook asked with a mouth full of food.

“I’m not hungry.” You said softly.

He finished the rest of his bowl in a not so happy mood. Then he switched your bowls and began eating yours. “I’m not letting this food go to waste.” he said in between slurps. However, he couldn’t quite finish the bowl and left about half of it behind. “Ah fuck… too full… can’t move…” he groaned.

You sat in your own little world, playing with the broth of his first bowl.

“Where does my mopey princess want to do next?” He asked with a smile.

“Back to the hotel.”

His smile faded. “Well too bad cuz we are going shopping.”

Shopping wasn’t fun at all. The first store he dragged you to was some souvenir store and it was packed with people. He bought both of you pokemon onesies as a gag buy to try and make you laugh (which didn’t work). At the second store, he bought matching couples bracelets, but was he still unable to get so much as a smile out of you. Each store he dragged you to he tried to get you to talk, smile, or at least reciprocate the fake affection, but it only annoyed you more.

It had been hours of being out of the hotel and you dreaded every second of it. Not only were you still depressed, but now you were also tired and beyond annoyed. The immense number of people didn’t help either. As the hours went by, you found Jungkook’s mere existence more and more annoying. Everything he was doing was getting on your nerves.

“Look at him, flipping through those shirts with the stupid smile on his stupid face. What’s got him so happy huh? If we were still back at the hotel I’d probably be just as happy by now. And he wonders why I’m so “mopey”. This is all his fault… Wait! This is all his fault. All this shit is his fault.” You thought. A wave of memories of the past year flooded your mind. “All this is because of him! If he hadn’t given me his number, none of this would have happened!”

Before you knew it, he had you out of the building and was dragging you through a sea of people to go to yet another store.

You refused to take another step. You stopped walking and pulled your hand out of his grasp.

The people around you were startled by the sudden loud shout, but for the most part, many of the busy adults kept on their way. It was the few teens that had tried to stick around and see what was going on.

With no words, he forced you out of the hotel room and dragged you down the hall until he stopped in front of Jimin’s door.

You stopped there because it finally hit you that it was being recorded and that it was probably all over the internet. “Oh fuck! Oh fuck! Oh fuck!” you cried, jumping into his couch and hiding your face in one of the cushions.

Jimin pulled out his phone and checked all the media sources he could. “… Fuck… its everywhere…” He whispered to himself.

...So lets see...it’s been a while but hello my secret little black hole of a blog...thing...or whatever you are. How are you? Ready to swallow another rambling dump of thoughts? It’s been a while but I hope this excrement is to your liking. Please eat it up well. 

Mentally I’ve felt better. Staying away from social media helped me pull myself together during a critical time in my life. I graduated college with two degrees (decent GPA for the mismatch in interest and effort) , I managed to get a job (though not in what I studied. Not yet anyway) and I adopted a dog (he’s alive and happy - I added alive because it’s the first creature whose life I’ve ever been solely responsible for so it’s a big deal)  so I’ve done a pretty damn good job, if I do say so myself. 

Not being so deeply involved with my social media accounts helped me clear my head - though you may try your best and tell yourself not to let it, constant bombardment of negative thoughts and accusations (even if they aren’t even pertaining to you) can really put a downer on you especially if you are prone to falling into prolonged periods of depression- but in order to not immerse myself in them as a means of escape (since the situation at home wasn’t all that delightful either) I cut away from them for quite a while. Total disconnection from them, and that included the people I used to talk to online. I made an effort to try and deepen my connections with people I knew in real life, which was mostly family and coworkers. I’ve seen a huge improvement and I don’t eat alone at lunch at work! But they aren’t really “friends” just coworkers. I’ve never been good at making friends so I only have my one irl friend, Jack Jack, who I rarely see and even then, despite sharing lots of interests she’s not someone I can really do stuff with. Haha, that sounds weird. I mean, I can ramble and fangirl about things I like but she would just accept it and listen. She doesn’t find interest in some of the things I like and vise versa so there’s a limit to what I can do with her in that regard. In regards to my writing and creative outlet. She’d definitely help me if I asked and she knows I like a lot of weird crap but it’s not like we can bond over that..and that made me feel lonely. 

Online, it was one of the easiest ways to make friends, because you basically just cannonball into a pool fool of people who already know and love something you love and you just have to start up a conversation or scream into the void until  someone answers back and/or you find someone you click with. I missed that. I missed talking about headcanons and fan theories. I missed the exchange of ideas, feedback, and praise. But I had lost my interest and the people who were there before moved on. I don’t even recognize one third of the people on my feed so even here it still feels like I’m alone. I’m not much of a talker and it’s harder with people I care about, for some reason, so it just got harder and more embarrassing as time went on to reach out, thinking I would just be a bother after so long and I never even bothered to check up on my online friends either despite knowing they were also going through tough times,  but I started messaging two of my dear friends recently and I realized - or more like confirmed -that it was silly to worry about being a bother. They are my friends after all and I’d never feel bothered if they ever messaged me with a problem or just because they felt lonely so by that logic they wouldn’t either. (Though it is tiring for me to sustain a long conversation - even in text form since the information isn’t exchanged as quickly as if it were done verbally - so I do feel bad when I sort of drop the conversation sometimes, either because I got busy or because I just exhausted my energy for the time, but I’m happy I got to speak with them nonetheless. And sometimes you just need physical comfort so it’s all the more lonely when you know your online friends would totally spoil you -because in many ways I’m more open with them (I don’t even ask my family to spoil me) - but they are the farthest people away from you)

Well, went off on a tangent there, off to a great start! 

I even forgot what else I wanted to talk about. 

Ah, well I fell into a slight depressive slump but that is kind of expected since I don’t take my medication how I’m supposed to. My doctor said that was bad since I don’t let my brain adjust (cuz I only take them when I am feeling down - but he only gives me a month’s worth of meds and I see him every six months. I am not paying just to get a refill - since i need prescription - so I try to make it last. That and it’s a pain to have to go to the pharmacy.  Aaaaaand I kind of misplaced my meds too and can’t find them....but anyway) I could be doing better in taking care of my mental health in the medical sense, lets just say that! 

Still, I felt even worse since my mother so kindly reminded me I had stopped writing and reading. Though I felt better I had once again stopped doing the things I enjoyed. Partly because I now have a full time job and full time child (my doggie) but...those were just excuses. Though not always necessary, for me the best way to get my creative juices flowing is to exchange ideas with others. I literally feed off of what I see, hear and feel. All I need is a little seed of an idea to be planted and I can take off on it. Another reason why I loved fandoms. But I didn’t have a fandom and though they are great getting too deeply involved can be tiring and a pain so I think it’s always good to keep some distance. If it’s friends it’s fine but fandoms as a whole...keep some guard up cuz some people are nasty. I didn’t have a feeding ground anymore (le vampir - totally spelled wrong) 

BUT NOW!!

 I’ve once again found something that tickles my fancy and gives me the urge to want to create something! I’m in an awkward spot where I still don’t know enough about the series to feel comfortable writing a fanfic or even a headcanon but ,oh, how I want to! I can at least picture them in my head. There also doesn’t seem to be  lot of people who contribute to the fanworks - maybe because my likes are so specific so there probably are but I reduced the pool to only a couple- and I’m not confident enough yet to interact with the few that are involved. I feel like a new wee little blog again. 

On the other hand, I do still wish I could finish the fanfics I had started for my old interests. I want to take down some fanfics but I don’t want to erase them so they are just left there because I’m too lazy to back them up on my computer. I tried a couple of times to continue writing my fics but I don’t have the muse for them anymore. Though if I really tried I think I could get comfortable with them again. I had already made them my own for my fanfics, I had gotten comfortable enough with them to feel that way. Just kind of have to get back in the groove of things. I just hate leaving this one fic unfinished. I feel like I have to finish it in order to feel satisfied with myself. 

Well, I guess that’s it for my rambling. I covered the parts that I remember so what I forgot obviously wasn’t as important.

My mom and I have been checking around for cars to buy because I have a scholarship and one college class right now, and I need the transportation so that I can go to study sessions for the college class, and to the meetings for my scholarship. Sued for Auto Accident Above Insurance Limit in NJ?

One year ago my wife was taking our daughter to pre-school turning left out the end of our road in to traffic, this road has a speed limit of 35 mph. Traffic had to stop to let her cross the first lane since it was solid cars, vans and small trucks. As she approached half-way, before getting a good view of oncoming traffic, another car took off the front bumper. Note that the center line is interuppted at the cross-junction. The bumper was torn from the front of the car with damage more evident on the non-impact side of the car than where initially hit, hence my wife had not initiated a turn, just edging forward to see. The radiator was in-tact, but damaged, still mounted to the front of the car. I walked to the site with our other child and took my daughter home; she is fine and I took her to school but still talks of the incident today. My wife stayed at the incident, and was fine (no later issues) keeping real calm and cooperating with police. It took about 2 hrs with police debating which town the incident took place (middle of the road is the divide) and the other driver was concerned about getting home to take a pot off the stove, but seemed medically fine. The driver asked me and the police to drive them home to get the pot off the stove and used my wifes cell phone more than once. They also wanted to drive their car home and leave the scene with a flat tire at one point I presume to attend to the pot. No tickets were issued, no air bags deployed. The other car had a flat front left tire and side damage so the drivers door was stuck shut. Both cars were old, so written off. Over a year later we received a court summons from their attorney and we are being sued for $750,000. Our limit is $100,000 on insurance. The plaintiff is claiming herniated discs and loss of bowel control. We have a 2006 no money down mortgage, so total equity is very much in the red since our home value plummeted. I have no umbrella policy. I am sole income, but was owner of the car my wife was driving. My wife is stay-at-home mom. The remaining $650,000 would be a big problem. Interestingly, we heard that the other driver called our insurance and asked for a >100-fold lower amount of money to just go away! Our insurer recalls this very clearly and did not pay. Questions: Should I invest in an attorney to work with our insurers attorney to cover the $650K over our limit? Do we have any case given the car the other driver may have been in a rush (as all were aware of the pot on the stove), would have settled for far less, and in reported safety tests should avoid an obstacle at 55mph let alone at the speed limit of 35 mph? Their case, as I understand, is to actually prove my wife was negligent, she was just trying to see. Reality and the law are complicated I understand. Our insurer is looking in to the validity of their medical claims. I believe for spinal and neck injuries plaintiffs have to follow careful insurance approved treatment plans in NJ. I know that such a condition may not be permanent with curative surgery possible to release the nerves that may be causing the bowel issue. The plaintiff has claimed the injury as permanent, do they need to prove this? Should we ask experts? The plaintiff lives in our town and their house is on my running route every other day. I have not noted anything at all and plan to stay away from all other parties. Should I change my running route? Thanks for any advice. Our 30 day clock is ticking.""

hi all i was hoping you could get some facts/and or legal advice. Ok so i have been renting this car for about 6 month now because i cant afford a down payment for my own. I had my own car insurance which covered the rental. I need to renew my car insurance in the next few days but I am also moving to a new address in under 3 weeks time. This new address offers me much cheaper car insurance. I don't use my car much and can do without using it all for 3 weeks. If it is parked on the road and fully taxed is it a legal requirement to insure the vehicle even if it isn't used. I can live with it being stolen or damaged but I wouldn't want to be fined for being uninsured. A couple of weeks ago a lady ran a red light and hit my car. Her insurance company took a week to get me a rental and two weeks later finally go look at my car and determined a total loss. The adjustor was pretty rude about the whole situation (yes I know that's their job) and started in on how my car has extensive hail damage which is not true. There were some dents from hail on the hood and trunk lid but every used car in Oklahoma has hail damage since we have had several storms over the past few years. He said that they would have paid $5900 for the car but because of the hail damage they will only pay $1250 which is ridiculous. I've done my research and the average cost of my car within 200 miles is $6000 and I have received one estimate on repairing all of the damage was $2000 yet he claims it will cost $7000. The dealership I bought the car from just sold a vehicle just like mine with hail damage for $5000. The engine and everything else on the car was perfect. When I told him all of my info he laughed at me and said oh by the way we are only paying for your rental till the 9th so you need to settle quickly, take it or leave it so I said I was calling a lawyer. Should I hire an attorney for this?, I purchased a policy online a few months ago within the first few days that i had this insurance I had a storm and damaged my vehicle (minor) with hail damaged I submitted out a claim, appraiser was sent they covered the loss sent a check to me, now i take it to the bodyshop and try to have it fixed but they need a supplement, they contact insurance co. but insurance co, makes many excuses over this they state I dont have full coverage which I do, and it was verfied with them that i do, the next few weeks pass and then I finally get a call from a manager at the insurance company stating that they mistakenly sent me out a check because I made a false claim report, they said that they can tell by my pictures before policy was bought that vehicle had damaged (which is an excuse of denying supplement) and stated the the adjuster overlooked everything point here is that insurance co, cancelled my policy by stating underwriting issues, so now Im without insurance coverage, the manager also stated she reported this to the texas state but mentioned she could not put a stop payment on the check and that I could still use it to fix the car or cashout the check... I am really dissapointed at how all this was handelled, Im thinking about getting an attorney, I already discussed and this issue with the Insurance company and Im basicly told that I lied about the claim and they end my call...
