EYELESS JACK

When he first catches you in the closet sleeping nearly standing straight up he nearly yelps. You made the stoic eyeless Jack, the man who rarely flinches or jumps at anything, jolt. Naturally he wakes you up and asks why you're in there, but no answer really satisfies him. He tries to drag you to bed and for the night everything is.. normal. But this will be far from the last time he finds you sleeping in an odd place, seemingly unbothered. He eventually asks if theres something going on with you, even dumbly asking if theres something wrong with the bed.. but alas, nothing. You just.. sleep like that.. he often drags you into bed so you dont get sore or fall over

LAUGHING JACK

He thinks you're pranking him, and of course he starts cracking up. He commends you for getting him good, only for his laughter to die down when he realizes that you are in fact asleep while curled in a cabinet. For a moment he thinks you.. died.. or worse was murdered and stuffed into the odd place. He nearly rips you out of the space before you finally crack an eye open. Please dont scare him like that again, he does not take abandonment well even if the scenario is someone possibly dying. Once the shock is over with and he grows more used to it, the humor he originally found in it returns.. it almost turns into a game of where hes going to find you next and what position you're going to be in.. he does not bother to take you to bed and if theres room hes going to squeeze in with you wherever you are

MASKY

Hes probably done that at least once, he sometimes watches you in your sleep on the occasion that you actually fall asleep in a normal place (bed, couch, ect) and he kind of slumps into the corner he was sulking in. Though you... certainly one up him when he catches you sleeping on top of the fridge! If you're in a hard to reach place or really deep into it he leaves you be without attempting to get you out. Eventually he kind of just accepts that this is something you do and completely leaves you alone unless you're in the way of something. More likely to wake you up than moving you out of the way, though... you've probably gotten jumpscared by him simply standing there waiting for you to wake up

HOODIE

Very similar to Masky but I do think Hoodie would take you to bed so you dont get sick (floors are cold, people!) Or getting a knot somewhere in your muscles. Partly because he will likely be too busy with his work to tend to you, partly also because he can be stern when it comes to your health. Theres no ifs ands or buts, hes taking you to bed and hes going to keep you there! Hes a big dude too, he'll hold you in place next to him if he has to

TICCI TOBY

He gets it, honestly. If it's like a security or a comfort thing or just out of impulse he gets it. You might find him sleeping in ungodly positions when he crashes at your place, or sleeping under the bed. He has used a chair as a blanket before. He might feel inclined to try to one up you, actually. All fun and games of course! He also does not carry you to bed, and similar to LJ he might just join you if theres room! Just be warned when sleeping around him he might draw on your face or something.. definitely takes your phone so he can take pictures of you to make fun of you later

LIU

For a minute he doesnt realize exactly what's going on. He might actually pick your stuffed animal up and give it back to you and shut the door of the closet before ripping it open as he stares at you. Gently shakes your shoulder to wake you up, and while he might have to get a little harsh to actually get you awake hes apologizing for waking you up. So so so many questions. Why are you doing that? Why dont you come to bed? Will not take no for an answer. He wants answers, if there are any. After you offer an explanation hes a lot more understanding about it although still very.. confused. Are you not worried about falling over in your sleep? Or even just waking up uncomfortable...? That aside how do you even.. sleep standing up like that, and how long were you like that..? He just.. accepts it

BLOODY PAINTER

Very neutral about it, but he does entertain you with questions when he catches you awake in the morning. It doesnt matter where you sleep, hes not going to disturb you unless you get in his way. But considering hes claimed a corner in your home for himself and his belongings, you don't have to worry about that! Despite claiming to not mind all that much you still seem to wake up in bed despite falling asleep under it. He'll never admit to moving you, but theres no other person who could have done it.. he also wont ever say it but he does sometimes want you to lay next to him

anyways, in my fisher man au jay is collage drop out who over took after his dad the family bussines after his dad had an accident while fishing and cant work anymore. he isnt happy but he needs to make living for his parents now. he everyday brings fish to a local old butcher wu who is considered wierd and unaprochable, but to jay he seems like a really sweet grandpa. the rumors say he used to teach fighting techniques back in his youth. Cole is a lumberjack (i think thats what its cald... its a throw back to an original show after seson 3 when the ninja team split) and jays bestfriend since high school!! zane is a weird sone fo a retired doctor julien who lives in the glass house, zane was home schooled (he is human in this au so is pixal) and is pretty socialy akward. jay knows him a little since he went to his dad for tuttoring when he was aplying for collages and cole has a slight crush on him but never got a currage to talk to him. lloyd is a student in a private school and comes to his uncles (wus) shop to do his home work before his dad can pick him up with his "friend" harumi, while kai and nya are sirens. every other role is minor like skylor is a chef of a resturant that buys from wu (they make so much sushi) and pixal is jays friend from collage that jay didnt cut off when he dropped out. morro is included but he is away probably studing or something... (lazy, havent tought about it yet) but back to lore!! jay was on his boat fishing late at night. He is scared since many fisherman went missing latly and the time of his dads accident doesnt add up.... they said the waves tipped of his boat and he had to get injured by some rocks... but the sea was calm that night- and his dad injury looked like somone took a bite out of his leg!! as he thinks sudently something hits his boat from the bottom! getting startled he tought its justa big fish... a big fish trying to tip over his boat. he think quickly and trows the net into the water and pulls... something catched! when he looked it was a brown haired siren (aka kai) biting the nett wiggling trying to free himself, in a panick he drops the nett with the siren. the siren beaks free and tries to sing but he hits it oar before waddling away the fastest he can. next day he told everything to cole who of course didnt belive him. but jay knew... that siren must be the reson fishermen are going missing! and probably the one who caused his dads accident taking a chomp out of his leg!! they talk as they walk to wus shop with what he menaged to catch before getting attacted by the creature while bickering. As they enter jays heart sinks... at the desk sits no other then the siren... with an ice pack pressed against their forehead. as jay looses his breath wu introduces kai as his friends son who will stay here for the summer working for wu. before jay can couse a scene the siren who also recognized jay goes to hide in the back. thats it for now... its kinda hate to love relationships, definitly a slow burn. i woudl meaby post it on AO3 but i like never written anything in my life :pp and i dont even know how to start. once again sorry for my bad grammar!! if you have any other qyestions the box is always open ^^

Dorian saw it first, this tiny dot plummeting through the sky towards the Inquisitor's camp. He squinted at sky, raising a hand to block the sun.

Yep. That's a bird alright. A hawk? An eagle? Dorian didn't care to think about the difference, all he knew was a bird of prey was in the process of dive bombing their general area. Should he call it out? He had some seconds to decide.

He turned to Vivienne, who was seated on a stool by the fire, making notes over an elegantly crossed leg.

"Bird." He said - he probably could have elaborated, but he liked to keep her on her toes - not that she was ever off them to begin with. She looked up at him, a look of bemusement and judgement. He pointed at the sky. Vivienne glanced and opened her mouth.

"Oh. I see," She closed her notes and stood, placing them on the vacated stool, "I think that's a person." Now it was Dorian's turn to be bemused.

"What?" He said incredulously, but the bird was very close now and Vivienne had started walking towards the clearing in the centre of camp as it approached. Dorian followed - he didn't want to miss whatever was going to happen.

The bird of prey was about to nose dive directly into the ground when it suddenly spread its wings, and yes, a human figure seemed to... jump out, as it were. However, they were obscured when a cloud of dirt and dust was kicked up by the impact. The rest of the soldiers at camp now well and truly noticed something was afoot and stood to attention, hands hovering over swords and spears.

As the dust started to settle, they could see the figure was kneeling, one knee on the ground, and... something was wrong. Where arms should be there were wings: huge versions of the bird's wings. They were still outstretched, the tips of the wings pointing to the sky, like something out of a storybook. The figure stood, wobbling slightly as they tried to keep balance. Dorian saw in his peripheral that some soldiers were drawing their swords. The figure didn't seem to notice, or maybe they didn't care?

Either way, they started swearing. Not yelling, though, more like loud grumbles as they started shaking out their wings. They were making a whip-like motion, like they were trying to shake off water. Dorian crossed his arms and observed. Their guest was an elf, taller and lankier than most, toned with some lean muscle definition; which was most clear given the only clothes he sported was a pair of dark blue trousers. Their skin was pale and pink, and they had a head of greyish hair styled into a soft mohawk.

Yet, what interested Dorian most was the scars and tattoos. Some scars were obviously just that, scars from battle or accidents, but others; they looked deliberate, precise. And the tattoos, even from this distance Dorian recognised at least two as ritual tattoos for certain spells. The others he assumed were for similar purposes, perhaps from other cultures. Very interesting. His observations were cut short when the shapeshifter eventually 'shook out' his wings into arms - also sporting tattoos comprised of magical forumla.

The elf, now armed, finally seemed to notice he was surrounded by nervous inquisition soldiers. Dorian knew he should let the Inquisitor speak first, she was present at this very moment after all. But something got the better of him.

"Hello there. Are you lost?" He ventured, coming to stand beside Vivienne, who he could tell was watching him out of the corner of her eye.

The elf smiled, and winked, as he gave Dorian a lazy salute in greeting.

"Greetings! I was hoping to find the Inquisitor, actually, important message for them." Dorian felt a warmth prickle up his neck.

How curious.

I havent figured out Vincent's tattoos or scars completely yet so the description doesn't quite match the art but 🤷🏼

Also I know it stops suddenly but I've run out of steam for now. Maybe if anyone's interested I'll do more lol. Either way, the gist is this is an AU where vincent doesn't pursue a relationship with morrigan, instead he and Dorian get together during the events of Inquisition.

Hi Tina! Thank you so much for this ask and so sorry for being a little late with answering it, hope that's okay! 💜💜💜

Oooooh okay, fun! So one that no one asked about was actually Architects/map makers! This is a very recent one that was born out of an idea @impossibleknots had. I shared some of it as a sunday snippet the other day. But basically:

Simon and Wille work in the same office and end up working late one night, which... leads to tension. Because Simon of course interprets Wille's attempts at distancing himself from Simon on the daily as arrogance. Silly, silly, silly <3 The following snippet is from a part relatively at the beginning where I tried to draft out the general vibe of the workplace. it's... okay. But Simon certainly isn't feeling like he's a part of the team. So the fact that Wille won't even humor him with some small talk hits extra hard.

“You’re sure you’re staying, Eriksson?” Simon lifts his eyes away from the drawing board in front of him and forces a cordial smile. Petter is nice enough. Simon thinks they won’t become friends any time soon, but he’s one of the few people in the office who try to make Simon feel included, even if it’s clear that their attempts are mostly feeble. He supposes at some point he should’ve stopped feeling like the new guy, but it’s been so long that he has simply settled into the role. Sometimes he will go for drinks with Petter and a few of the other workers. Most of the time he’ll smile and laugh along just fine until their jokes get a little too loud and raucous for him to grit his teeth through. Most of the time, he manages the water cooler small talk and the smoke break banter just fine. But there’s always an edge, a slight rift there, an insurmountable difference between Simon and the rest of them, especially when there’s talk of wives and kids. Not enough to cause friction, but enough for him to know he’s mostly on his own while on the job. Simon gets out of it with excuses of too much work, or deadlines to meet, most of the time. Sometimes he’s not even lying. So, today as well, he nods his head. “This one needs to be done by tomorrow,” he nods towards the plan/blueprint sprawled out in front of him. Petter clicks his tongue. “Such a hard worker,” is all he says. It would sound taunting out of anyone else’s mouth, but the light smile and the hand he claps onto Simon’s shoulder tell him he means it.

hiii yes !!! i havent come up with Too much of kaoris lore, so right now its in a pretty rough place butttttt long post ahead youve been warned!!!

(ignore how it says half viltrumite in the last ss) heads up for inaccurate viltrumite stuff, i only know how they work from the show’s perspective

kaori (she/they), known as caaory on viltrum, was somewhat of a troublemaker, leading her to be chided a lot. this caused her to be very soft spoken and shy. but when her powers developed, she greatly exceeded her peers when it came to skill and strength. (though, her hearing developed too strongly that it became more of an disadvantage than a power.)

when tasked to fight to the death with her friend, she refuses strongly. this was seen as a sign of weakness and was scheduled for execution. caaory, terrified, flew away from viltrum as fast as she could.

two viltrumites go after her and find her still flying away. they use force rather than negotiation, and caaory still shaken up, kills them out of fear. mortified with her actions, she flies even faster. at the threshold of passing out, she sees the nearest planet and crash lands onto earth.

a family that was driving past sees her passed out in a crater that she left in a field. it was a young couple, their kid, ichiro, and the mom's side of grandparents. they took caaory in, and when asked for her name, she answered as "caaory", but because the name was mistaken for a similar one, the spelling changed to kaori.

it was well known to that family that she had powers, as they had to reprimand her to repress them when she used it casually as if she still lived on viltrum.

for the first two years, she never talked apart from when she told them her name. ichiro seemed to be the only one to communicate with her in a way. because of him, she was able to come out of her shell more easily and begin to talk more.

also!! repressed sibling bitterness but im not sure how to word it

BIG time skip here since i have a little more developed for her when season 1 of invincible takes place.. also kaori trying to live somewhere close to normal as she can, never really becomes a superhero. but wanting to use her powers for good, uses them very sparingly if the situation required it.

anyways around mid season 1, kaori knowing that mark is the new superhero, invincible, offers to train him. she teaches him for a while, but because at the time is time management is Ass, their training eventually stopped.

in season 2, kaori is running late to a class in college, but amber helps her catch up on the stuff she missed. they get along well, and they find out that they both know about mark. after mark and amber break up, kaori, begins to spend more time with amber to help her get through the trauma from when an*ssa threatened to kill her. they eventually start dating but im not SUPER sure how it all happens yet.

after the events of season 2, kaori tries to begin to train mark again. he agrees, wanting to be stronger. mark, frustrated with himself accidentally hurts kaori during training. apologizing profusely, she dismissed it and kept training him.

so thats all that i have for her so far!!! sorry if i made it too detailed, its hard for me to word things in simple ways for Some strange reason but i cant wait to build even more on her character!! i hope you guys like her :D

EEEEHEHEH OKAYYY SO (keep in mind I have NOT read the book of bill yet due to not being able to easily get it in my country, I'll be getting it around december possibly?? So Bill 2nd dimension lore may be a bit off, not sure tho!!)

Also this will probably be a bit of a long rant, and possibly a bit messy and I have no idea if it'll make sense to anyone other than me..

Also Bill would have a nickname for Zane but I'm still brainstorming one so I guess he's just..Zane for now(/ref)

The basic idea is that Bill replaces Vex. We're gonna think about Bill's ability to see the 3rd dimension and how he's 'outcasted' like Vex's formlessness. Instead of him destroying his dimension, he travels away from everyone in a corner of the 2nd dimension and develops a personality quite similar to how he is in GF canon. (with a bit of Vex dropped in there but they're incredibly similar anyways).

Zane gets blasted by Aspheera but instead of ending up in the Never Realm, he ends up in the 2nd dimension, quite close to where Bill was at the time. Much like Zane and Vex, Bill saw Zane, Zane didn't see Bill. (I'll probably draw a visual on what Zane and Bill would look like in the 2 dimension compared to 2nd dimensional beings some time in the future).

Bill discovers another 3rd dimensional being! Yay!! (Bill pressures Zane into a deal by saying he can help him find home. Bill possesses Zane in a way that Zane is still consciously inside of his body, but kind of shares it with Bill?? If this makes sense. So it's like a split personality sort of cliché thing between person and demon. Zane is still there so he can still power the scroll of forbidden spinjitzu, but Bill can project his own 3 dimensional 'powers' on it too.

Bill uses the scroll to turn the 2nd dimension 3 dimensional more intricately, unlike in GF canon where it just destroyed the entire thing.

And, due to time moving differently in Bill's perspective.. uhh Zane is there for a bit longer than 60 years 😁😁😁😁🤣🤣!!! (millennia)

Since the dimension is now 3D, 2D beings, (eg. Bill's family, diff shapes,) they have to try their best to navigate a 3D plane as 2D shapes. Basically moving across walls and some of the weird shit Bill and Zane make during this like, slightly ice oriented weirdmageddon.

Over these millennia, there would be times where Bill would go and explore other dimensions and bring back the henchmaniacs and all that, leaving Zane to just go insane and with all the weirdness around him, not knowing who he really is other than what Bill tells him. He tries his very damn well best to make sense of everything but just can't even though it's all he remembers.

Zane and Bill also form a close relationship that's kinda like a mix of Zane and Vex's relationship (power imbalance, and in the sense of how Vex manipulated Zane and would probably scold him for not doing stuff) and Bill and Ford's (In how they interact. Acting as if an idea was their own, praise, false sense of equality in their relationship).

(Also when I say 'relationship' I'm not necessarily saying I ship any of these characters romantically.)

There's probably so much more I could say, ESPECIALLY to do with the angst aspects, and I probably will rant more about this some time, but that's basically the big idea. But things may also change because I'm still building the AU up because it is actually quite a big thing to me :33

to be honest i havent really watched enough of dt87 to say 😅im drawing more inspiration from dt17 + the comics

doodled this a while ago but scrooge / graham are different in terms of ... business practices. DT17!Scrooge is whitewashed (in the traditional sense) from the comics (dt87!scrooge moreso from what i know). but i personally think that scrooge's penny pinching debt collecting personality in the comics can still be fun (+creates conflict) but ALSO . personally. I don't really think it's good to say you can be the Richest Person Ever while still having good ethics. ESPECIALLY when said billionaire collects and takes artifacts from other cultures

Graham (dt47 scrooge) remembers debts extremely well, and always puts himself in situations where people would become indebted to him (even family). he takes contracts and small print very seriously. he also has the same issue of hoarding all his treasures in his house or money bin, and separates them by how useful they are to him (like, say, if there was a magical Papyrus that can be used to make contracts that Bind things... cough cough)

honestly i think that dt17!scrooge's aversion to magic felt slightly contradictory at times? considering how much he collects/uses them

i dont remember if it was ever said in the show, but while Graham likes adventuring, I don't think he does it just for the sake of adventure. He wants treasure, but he also wants to give the kids (dt47 donald/della/hdl/webby etc) an experience and let them travel because he remembers being poor and how many things he wasn't able to do. but with this mindset he doesn't recognize that it's his fault when they start getting bad coping mechanisms or tiring themselves out trying to keep up/impress him

but i think the most major difference between dt17 and dt47 is this; Scrooge built the Spear of Selene, and did everything he could to try and bring Della back. DT17's narrative, even with Last Crash, does not put the blame on him; he didn't really do anything wrong. but for dt47 i REALLY want to emphasize how many people Phoebe (Della)'s disappearance affected - and the lengths that Graham went to hide it. I made a chart a while ago that shows how Phoebe's disappearance affects people and Gyro/Beakley's equivalents (the ones with the red star) have specific gag orders that Do NOT allow them to say anything about it. The cousins (INCLUDING PERCY) only know that she disapearred, Oliver/Gladstone trusts Percy/Donald's judgement that it's Graham's fault, and Frankie tries to understand things from both sides with no avail. Graham forcing Archie to keep quiet about it does not go well at all, especially with how guilty Archie feels about building the rocket

tldr; tries to make people owe him so that he always has leverage, uses magical artifacts to build his business, has bad coping mechanisms regarding his childhood (that lead to him being adventurous, untrusting, penny pinching etc), and he really sucks for how much he's burying what to phoebe. ALSO i forgot to mention but he doesn't really have a money bin in the traditional sense. I want to give him the world's most complete coin collection to make him seem slightly more insane in a different way.

Spinel and Dusknoir.... hoo boy. I'm gonna be basic, I'm drawing a lot of Siffrin and King inspiration for them. I know you havent played ISAT yet so I'll keep it brief, but basically the two have similar goals, and Spinel has probably tried allying with him multiple times to try and change the ending, but she actually hates his ass and sees her actions as a necessary evil. He's tried to kill Kai (and her, but she really cares that he tried to kill Kai) in multiple timelines, after all.

She hates Grovyle even more though. He was willing to sacrifice her best friend and so many people for his goals. In current loops she refuses to ally with him and always goes all out on the Crystal Lake fight... Dusknoir shows up mostly to stop HER. (Though I imagine on some loops, he's just let her kill him. Solves his problem.)

Kai's probably more in line with canon, he hates Dusknoir but has conflicted and worried feelings about Grovyle... he actually agrees with Grovyle consistently that disappearing for the sake of the world is the greater good, to Spinel's dismay. Though he gets that weird sinking guilt around Spinel often, for some reason... in the loops where he doesn't Know, he often thinks that Dusknoir has corrupted Spinel in some way to get her to side with him, so he hates Dusknoir a lot usually.

12. Do they ever evolve?

Eris is a yes, absolutely, Kiran is a Maybe. I sorta wanna keep it like my previous iteration where only one of them evolved, and Eris becoming a butch lesbian emboar would be so awesome. And I struggle to see Kiran as a zoroark... that's subject to change though.

8. What was your hero like before getting turned into a pokemon? What was their life like?

Nuri didn't like pokemon due to the deoxys rampage that killed her mother. She was sort of a reclusive scientist that threw herself into her work at the Mossdeep Space Center. She was fairly rude to her coworkers and developed a strong "strike first, ask questions later" approach to life. This didn't change when she was turned into a pokemon due to her creating the tech that sent the meteor to the pmd world. She got better though.

anyways, in my fisher man au jay is collage drop out who over took after his dad the family bussines after his dad had an accident while fishing and cant work anymore. he isnt happy but he needs to make living for his parents now. he everyday brings fish to a local old butcher wu who is considered wierd and unaprochable, but to jay he seems like a really sweet grandpa. the rumors say he used to teach fighting techniques back in his youth. Cole is a lumberjack (i think thats what its cald... its a throw back to an original show after seson 3 when the ninja team split) and jays bestfriend since high school!! zane is a weird sone fo a retired doctor julien who lives in the glass house, zane was home schooled (he is human in this au so is pixal) and is pretty socialy akward. jay knows him a little since he went to his dad for tuttoring when he was aplying for collages and cole has a slight crush on him but never got a currage to talk to him. lloyd is a student in a private school and comes to his uncles (wus) shop to do his home work before his dad can pick him up with his "friend" harumi, while kai and nya are sirens. every other role is minor like skylor is a chef of a resturant that buys from wu (they make so much sushi) and pixal is jays friend from collage that jay didnt cut off when he dropped out. morro is included but he is away probably studing or something... (lazy, havent tought about it yet) but back to lore!! jay was on his boat fishing late at night. He is scared since many fisherman went missing latly and the time of his dads accident doesnt add up.... they said the waves tipped of his boat and he had to get injured by some rocks... but the sea was calm that night- and his dad injury looked like somone took a bite out of his leg!! as he thinks sudently something hits his boat from the bottom! getting startled he tought its justa big fish... a big fish trying to tip over his boat. he think quickly and trows the net into the water and pulls... something catched! when he looked it was a brown haired siren (aka kai) biting the nett wiggling trying to free himself, in a panick he drops the nett with the siren. the siren beaks free and tries to sing but he hits it oar before waddling away the fastest he can. next day he told everything to cole who of course didnt belive him. but jay knew... that siren must be the reson fishermen are going missing! and probably the one who caused his dads accident taking a chomp out of his leg!! they talk as they walk to wus shop with what he menaged to catch before getting attacted by the creature while bickering. As they enter jays heart sinks... at the desk sits no other then the siren... with an ice pack pressed against their forehead. as jay looses his breath wu introduces kai as his friends son who will stay here for the summer working for wu. before jay can couse a scene the siren who also recognized jay goes to hide in the back. thats it for now... its kinda hate to love relationships, definitly a slow burn. i woudl meaby post it on AO3 but i like never written anything in my life :pp and i dont even know how to start. once again sorry for my bad grammar!! if you have any other qyestions the box is always open ^^

havent time to clean this up so!! mermaid melody redesign!! :33 i love mermaid melody to deff its on par with princess tutu for me in terms of favorite show of all time.

anyway, heres like, what i had going. When Luchia was younger, saved a boy from drowning, same stuff as the original only in my version, she gets reminded of this fact her ENTIRE LIFE! like this is a pretty big deal in the long run!! shes incredibly embarrassed by this and while she isn't exactly bullied for this...nobody lets her forget this. The Princess who gave her pearl to a human she barely even knew. It made her disinterested in humans due to the negative associations she has with them. Eventually, at 16, she decides to make an effort to retrieve it due to an omen from her auntie. She attends a local college in japan, the last time she recalled actually visiting the human world in search of the human boy. Unfortunately, she has no leads for several years but she does learn about human society more.

While Luchia isn't exactly eager about humans, that doesnt mean she can't style herself cutely! So I drew her with Japanese fashion in mind. I decided to make her actually have a red pearl yet she chooses to wear pink cuz she wants to! Shes also based off of northern pacific fish as well, i took into account common features between north pacific fish and applied that to her mermaid design.

She likes fashion and beauty alot!! :3

Eventually, when Luchia begins college, the towns lovely surfer boy finally comes back after spending some time in Hawaii, Kaito. Yet Luchia doesn't recognize him. I honestly tried re-designing Kaito but I just couldn't make him appealing enough, to me anyway.

With how I've designed Luchia, I feel like she wouldn't actually really be interested in dating, especially with danger on the horizon. But! I am to ideas lol. I kinda cooked alot but its mainly cuz i love mermaid melody sm :3

the whole "making a proper apology" part of this scene was great ;w; i love how chill they handled the misgendering, it's a good showcase for how to handle it irl, i think. dont make such a dramatic fuss about it that you make the person uncomfortable and all that, just take it seriously and move on. i wanna write a meta post eventually about my interpretation of / how i felt about the nb rep because there's so much to say which is actually kinda revolutionary, they did not cut corners here. it's so much more than i couldve ever imagined <3

i moved on to davrin's quest after fully exploring the new part of the rivain map. actually interesting how this questline ties into the books a bit. i havent read the last flight one yet, but i HAVE read the calling. and this has me more hyped for the last flight, certainly.

the choice at the end of this one also gave me pause. not as hard as emmrichs, but much to consider. i ended up going with the griffons staying in arlathan forest. i was really touched by assan helping the halla, and i just want the griffons to be safe and happy. i'm also hoping that there won't even be blights anymore after this. i mean, the world is gonna be fucked up no matter what happens in the end, i imagine, since the blight has spread so much and as we know from the anderfels, it can take an extremely long time for the land to recover... but i'd like to think the griffons can return to nature now ;w;

facing the butcher was pretty nerve wracking for my rook, because of her backstory. scary, but she was also mad and determined. it was a good fight.

and in the end, it felt right to let jacobus decide the governors fate :>

for this choice, i went with imprisoning illario. my rook wouldve been out for blood, and would only hold back for lucanis' sake, because she knows that even after everything, illario is important to him. but since the option was "imprison" not "kill", i got to pick the harsher option, it was a good enough middle ground for me. i dont know that letting illario be completely forgiven is safe, really. he doesnt seem to see lucanis as anything but a demon now :(

got a convo between davrin and bellara where she tries to ask if there's an extra griffon she can have lmaooo another point for bellara/merrill. bellara should invite merrill to go visit the ones in arlathan. i got another where spite was upset that manfred/curiosity was gone. :'((((( ouchie

i have a tiny wrap-up quest with lucanis but other than that, my journal is empty except for the next story mission. oh lord it coming. all my companions are heroes and all the factions are maxed out... satisfying. i dont have all the maps 100% cleared but in most cases i cant see where i'm missing things so it might only get revealed as i progress the story? hopefully!
