i finished it, was kicked out of the game, and then spent the next 10 minutes drawing this. i will now go take a shower, most likely cry, and then go through the emotional turmoil of convincing myself to reset so i can do a geno run. i hate it here :D

Oooooh that's the cameo you talk about. I genuinely thought all six of them were gonna come from the sky and do stuff for like one panel and go back. But this is better

So a lot of people (and I really mean A LOT) have continuously kept asking me across multiple platforms if Clover was going to make an appearance or if the gang would go to Undertale Yellow. For me, it was clear from the start that it would only be a flashback cameo since UTY takes place in the past and all that jazz. Axis was highly involved in Integrity's death in that game, so I couldn't have one without the other.

I could have gone with a design of my own, but from what I can tell the cameo made a lot of people happy (even if the context was a sad one). So that was a win in my book.

Happy Lazy Mom's Day!

September 6th is Lazy Mom's Day. In my household, we traditionally cook dinner while Mom plays video games (usually Mario Kart) on this day. I figure that Toriel's kids would be more than happy to bake pies on this day so Toriel doesn't have to. Papyrus helps with the baking while Sans encourages Toriel to be lazy (so the surprise isn't ruined.) And of course we've got a little sepia flashback scene too.

I wanted to try a new style for these pieces and I think they turned out all right. This is not my first time drawing Flowey, but it is my first time drawing Asriel. Goat monsters are hard...

I would have drawn Toriel, but I was too lazy and she's hard to draw. We'll just say she was too lazy to show up in my artwork because she was celebrating the holiday.

hey knocks on your door can you elaborate What The Fuck Happened with the integrity soul in undertale yellow?

SPOILERS FOR UNDERTALE YELLOW UNDER THE CUT you have been warned

The first thing that can be noticed about the Integrity soul in this game is that their location on Chujin's map of the humans deaths is not marked with a heart, but a question mark. That already raises some question marks of our own- What's special about that one?

In Chujin's tapes, he explains that a human came through Snowdin while he and Kanako were visiting. When he wasn't with Kanako, the monster she was with was attacked by the human.

In a secret room you can find in Steamworks, you can find a book that actually talks about this situation.

"Typically, when a human falls into our home, they're 'collected' within hours. But one time... it took years. It was a typical afternoon in Snowdin... Suddenly, a human was spotted in the area before swiftly fleeing for Waterfall. This, surprisingly, was the last time they were seen alive. Officials at the time said the disappearance most likely meant the human was hiding. However, the human's soul was later inexplicably found in Waterfall..."

And THAT'S pretty strange, isn't it?

Well, guess what! You can find a secret Chujin tape behind his gravestone. If you play it, he brings up something pretty shocking.

"The human who almost hurt my child, I told Axis to track them down."

If you've seen the No-Mercy fight with Axis, you would know that he admits he has killed a human. He apologizes and says he didn't want to, but the human was a threat.

Axis killed the human that got close to Kanako. And by the time Chujin had found Axis and the human... He expected apprehension. But Axis had taken them out in a very violent fashion. Enough that it made Chujin want to quit his job. But he didn't.

Axis hid the evidence of the fight. Chujin took the soul with him, admitting on tape he wasn't going to give it to Asgore yet. Eventually he did return it, but he had some experiments he wanted to run.

So, the Integrity soul, how do we know that's what this soul was? Well, remember the question mark on the map? That one was a different scenario, wasn't it? In Ceroba's flashback, we see that the serum was made with the blue soul and we can see it flash in Kanako's soul before she falls down.

So. A very interesting situation that's present throughout most routes.

Something interesting about knowing the Integrity soul would attack monsters is that, in the No-Mercy route, some monsters in Snowdin will say stuff like "I hope it isn't happening again." There's a lot to imply that the soul of Integrity wasn't as merciful a kid as Clover.
